VBigB Posted September 1 Share Posted September 1 This is something that bothered me in TEW2020 as well. If your owner ends up with negative morale we have less tools to deal with the issue. I haven't really fleshed this out yet but maybe the owner to get moral boosts from things that other workers would not like: - the business doing particularly well - the booker completing their owner goals - a particularly good event relative to the company's size/popularity Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
