Anyways, Villano III is the #5 seed, and it's Villano IV who is #20. As for the seedings, as I said before, I don't personally do the seedings myself, I go straight to the push/popularity list for each fed, and go straight down the list. I just have too much going on to devote the right amount of time to it. Don't give up on it though, I will be coming back to it eventually.
