I have a really indepth game in TEW 05 that I don't really want to abandon. Is it possible to transfer the data to 07?

You can convert your data from 05 to 07, but you can't pick up from where you were at from 05. You could basicly rebuild what your 05 game had and put it into 07 along with records such Title histories and enter that into 07's Title lineage feature. So you can kinda sorta pick up where you left off, but all in all, it would be a huge pain in the rear. Since once you start the game, you'll notice that quite a few things, or alot of things, aren't really the same. The stats you get for matches and the ratings for wrestlers will probably throw you off. Trying to accuratly describe your product type will be a big pain as you will probably rarely ever get it right. And about 40 Save Games later, you will eventually get something to nearly the same as your old game, then you will forget everything you did in 05 and just start a regular game. Whew... But just take it from me, save yourself the hassle and just start up a regular game. The more you try to mimick what you had going in 05 will confuse and anger you after a while because it isn't really remotely the same.

I'd disagree with that entirely :p Well, except the part about it being a major pain. Because you'd basically have to build the database from scratch (well, not from absolute scratch, you'd just have to convert the database that you started your original game with on '05 over to '07, fix up all the changes needed for the new version, and then start editing everything to the way it was when you left it, not forgetting the start date of course). But there's no reason why you couldn't continue enjoying your game if you were willing to do all that.
