  1. Oh that's good then. I just had this horrible feeling I'd uploaded the wrong data. I've added the others to the "to do" list.
  2. Thanks for this. Couple of queries though, El Samurai, Jado, Joey Maggs, Marc Mero & Steven Regal all have their correct debuts. I don't know why they would be different in your download. Could someone else just check their data and see if they have different dates for those 5 guys than dates listed. If so it means the wrong data is uploaded.
  3. The Gif version is a 3rd party add on that neither myself or SkyCrasher do. If someone does one I will include it but there isn't one that I know of yet. I'm happy for you to post it here or send it via PM to me. 🙂
  4. Try changing Seiji Sakaguchi "Other Companies" to open under the Business tab in the editor. If that doesn't work then I'm not sure what will counter that.
  5. I might add them to the GIW promotion under a Faction (obviously called M.A.S.K.). I don't know if you did mention this before as it seems like a good idea so I don't think I would have ignored it... if I did then more fool me!
  6. This was also discussed 2 or 3 years ago as well. I set up a poll and the consensus was to not add them to the NWA (as the NWA belts ended up getting defended on ECW shows in 1992 which didn't happen in real life). I'll change it again if enough people want the previous vote outcome overturned but for now, it will stay as is. Thanks for your feedback.
  7. They started running shows in Feb of 92 under the NWA banner (although I don't know how much influence the NWA actually had). ECW technically weren't even open in January but with discussions years ago it was decided it would be easier to have them stay open in January on the data so their roster resembled what it did in February.
  8. The previous version I posted just seemed unfinished. It bugged me for days so I took another stab at it!
  9. It is your virus software reporting false positives. This is something that has been discussed previously in multiple threads when a mod is released. Why your virus software does this, I don't know, but the file is safe (I scan it with my own virus software before I upload it). I might put a disclaimer up.
  10. Now that the 92 mod is released, I can focus solely on this one! Still a list of things to do such as re-doing the GIW (GI Joe) promotion, changing some of the free worker images with better quality ones and such. Ages are something I'm looking into and trying to decide what "era" from different games I want workers to be from. Plus a whole host of other changes/additions. Not entirely sure when you can expect this but I imagine not too long in the future. EDIT: Decided to delete about 90% of the free pictures and redo them completely. There are probably only about 10/20 pictures that were in the previous release. There are 100 male and 100 female pics at the moment now. Whether I do any more before release depends on time.

I will upload a separate file at a later date.** If you have already downloaded the main People pack at initial release, you only need to download the Update packs. Ensure you select YES if it asks do you want to replace pictures in the folder. Remember to download the Free Pictures pack too! All update packs are in the main Picture folder so if you have not downloaded the main file at any point, you only need to download that 1 file.
  12. True. Which is why it has taken me an hour to try and get a fine balance between completely shutting out and allowing select companies to get deals (I'm still not overly happy with how it is working). To be honest though, with the small exception of WWF, Japan doesn't show a lot of Wrestling from outside of its own borders and most companies are only known through working relationships they have with Japanese companies. (Even AJPW & NJPW only show tour highlights and Event/PPVs on TV. They don't have weekly episodes like WWE Raw/Smackdown). This sent me down the proverbial rabbit hole and it turns out, Wrestling isn't big all over the country. The biggest markets are Tokyo, Osaka and Kobe, but we would destroy the entire Japanese area if we went down that route. From the last hour of research I've done, the way Japan works is not "game friendly" so exceptions have to be made. In other words, everything has been left as is, but with only certain Broadcasters available to show non-Japanese wrestling events. Just doing one last test "watcher" game to see how it goes. If it has huge issues then I'll have to think of something else (but it will delay release as I am going out soon and won't be back until around 8/9).
  13. Thanks... that will be getting looked into then. I think most stations in Japan need to only be options for Japanese companies. Once I've dealt with this issue (and providing nothing else crops up before I go out) I will release this around 12/1pm UK time today.
  14. I am looking to get this out to the masses Friday/Saturday. So much has gone into this update I'm not sure there is much more we can add at this stage so (with the exception of any game breaking mistakes) I may leave you all to play this version for a while. Gives me time to finish my Diablo X update then.
  15. Ah that explains it. Ok, I'll look to get that venue added as well then. Reading it back now, I can see where I mis-read it!
  16. Am I missing something (or not understanding the request). This is what is in the mod; It doesn't open in 2008, it is open in the mod. Are people using someone elses venues for this? If so, please don't comment here that the file is wrong - it isn't.
  17. Korakuen Hall is in the data. Has been since Beta version. The lack of Pay-Per-View in Japan is because they didn't use that model over there in the 90's. AJPW in 1992 held a grand total of zero events on pay-per-view. It just didn't really exist back then. Their first PPV was in 2002. NJPW didn't use PPV until 2000 either. I will take a look at their roster and make anyone who wrestles for them available in Japan. Thanks for the feedback.
  18. I shall take a look into that. I vaguely remember the story but it has been a while since I read any Power Rangers (well except their crossover with TMNT - even at my age I still love TMNT 😁). Funnily enough... yes I can! I'm currently going through KoF and companies based around it updating them.
  19. So far the below has been completed for the 1992 mod (most of it done by SkyCrasher - although I have integrated some of my own into it now as well). I have some more things to add/fix but hopefully we should have a release for you soon.
  20. Yeah, I'm thinking maybe removing the creative control. Then it is up to the player if they want to annoy Hogan or not. You can probably take the hit on him losing the 92 RR in terms of his morale because he was extremely annoyed after it anyway in real life. I don't want to change his personality though because that was who Hogan was. If he didn't want to job, he wasn't going to (and rarely did on TV/PPV). Even when he did begrudgingly lose clean, you better believe he was getting that win back down the line.
  21. I shall get them added I shall also check for Experience on people. Hopefully I can get most of them fixed. I can guarantee there will be 2 new all women's companies in the next edition which means there will be 61 active companies at the start of the game. So far there are around 90 new characters (+ an additional 20 Original characters I've created for future workers). This will increase before the next release as I still have a list of 50+ original characters to add, and a handful of actual characters from Games/Cartoons etc...
  22. Do the ones from Street Masters have names? I can't find them. I've added the other 4 (along with Casey Marie) as future workers.
  23. I had some time today to go through the Soul Calibur promotion and completely re-work it. I've based it from the new Soul Calibur 6 timeline. It plays so much better now than it did before. I've fixed The Force promotion as well so that shouldn't throw up the issues above any more.
  24. I had been toying with the idea of removing his Creative Control to give a bit more leeway (He'll still refuse to lose but that is how Hogan was). I don't want to make him willing to lose because Hogan has always been about Hogan. Hogan was only pinned/submitted 14 times in 170 televised matches between 1983–2006.
