Thursday, Week 1, December, 2014 WWE 205 Live (Live from Santa Rose Memorial Auditorium (CA), 1,000 in Attendance) Pre-Show: Rich Swann versus A.R. Fox In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Rich Swann defeated A.R. Fox in 18:06 by pinfall with a Chicken Fried Driver. Unfortunately this match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe yet to really care about A.R. Fox although they certainly seem to lie the “Fan Favourite” Rich Swann who has featured heavily on 205 Live this past year. Rich Swann is ultimately able to pick up the all-important victory here after hitting a Chicken Fried Driver, his signature maneuver. Match Rating: E+ Pre-Show: Cedric Alexander versus JTG In an extremely poor match, Cedric Alexander defeated JTG in 18:29 by pinfall with a Lung Blower. Unfortunately this match was also too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe not really interested in JTG these days despite the “Gangsta” having spent the better part of a decade competing on Monday Night RAW, Friday Night SmackDown and now 205 Live. The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander bounces back after losing the Cruiserweight Championship in last week’s main event by beating JTG tonight. Match Rating: D- Pre-Show: TJ Perkins versus Kalisto In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Kalisto defeated TJ Perkins in 17:45 by pinfall with a Rising Sun. This match was also too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe showing little interest in the masked Kalisto who picks up the victory over JT Perkins here. Match Rating: D- Tonight’s edition of WWE 205 Live kicks off with the 205 Live commentary team of Scott Stanford, the former Cruiserweight Champion Billy Kidman and the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield welcoming the television audience to the show and announcing that tonight’s main event will see the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy take on Chad Gable in non-title action. The new WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy then makes his way to the ring to a mild reception from the WWE Universe in attendance. Many fans can be seen holding their noses as Buddy Murphy still looks and smells like a “Bum” despite now being a Champion. Murphy retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that ever since he was a young boy growing up in Australia he knew that he was special, and that now he stands before everyone as the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Murphy says that no matter what some people might say about him, Buddy Murphy’s talents can no longer be doubted. Murphy thanks the 205 Live General Manager JBL for giving him another chance to impress in tonight’s non-title main event. The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander then comes to the ring and says that he wants his rematch as soon as possible. JBL then stands up from the ringside announce table and takes a microphone. JBL announces that at the TLC Pay-Per-View later this month Buddy Murphy will put the Cruiserweight Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Cedric Alexander and Rey Mysterio. Cedric seems pleased with his decision and leaves the ring and heads to the back leaving Buddy Murphy looking slightly angry in the middle of the ring as 205 Live heads to its first commercial break of the evening. Rating: E+ Chris Jericho versus Chavo Guerrero In a match that had some good action and average heat, Chris Jericho defeated Chavo Guerrero in 7:38 by pinfall with a Code Breaker. Chavo Guerrero came to the ring in a suit with a badge attached that said “CEO” and repeatedly kept shouting that he was the “CEO” of 205 Live during the match which made the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield sitting at the ringside announce table very confused as he claimed he had nothing to do with this. Nevertheless, Jericho gets the win here. Match Rating: C- Following the match an irate Chavo Guerrero takes a microphone and starts shouting at the referee Chad Patton, telling him that Chavo is the CEO of 205 Live and Chad Patton is now fired. The 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield notes on commentary that Chavo doesn’t have the power to fire anyone and Charles Robinson comes to the ring and Robinson and Patton escort a shouting Chavo to the back as 205 Live heads to another commercial break. Rating: D- Tajiri versus Bobby Fish In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Bobby Fish defeated Tajiri in 8:13 by pinfall with a Moonsault. Scott Stanford and Billy Kidman both tell the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield on commentary that Bobby Fish seems to be a great signing to 205 Live by JBL and Bobby Fish impresses in his in-ring 205 Live debut tonight by beating the former Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri following an impressive looking Moonsault. Match Rating: C- We cut backstage to find Enzo Amore watching a monitor and applauding the performance of his back-up Bobby Fish when TJ Perkins walks by, minding his own business. Enzo Amore tells TJ Perkins that he better be careful where he walks now that Enzo Amore has big Bobby Fish looking out for him. Enzo then pushes TJ Perkins before leaving the area as we head to another commercial break. Rating: E+ As we come back from commercial break Ricardo Rodriguez comes to the ring to introduce his client Adrian Neville who marches to the ringside area and immediately confronts the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield, claiming that losers like Chad Gable and Cedric Alexander shouldn’t be getting screen time whilst Neville is still in this company. JBL orders Neville to head to the back and Neville and Rodriguez reluctantly leave. Rating: D- Non-Title: WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy versus Chad Gable In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Buddy Murphy defeated Chad Gable in 12:58 by pinfall. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Buddy Murphy as the WWE Universe have not really taken to the new Cruiserweight Champion yet. Last week on 205 Live Buddy Murphy shocked the entire WWE Universe when he defeated Cedric Alexander in the evening’s main event to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion, ending the reign of Cedric Alexander after just three weeks and leaving Cedric Alexander without any successful title defences during his reign. Despite being seen by some as a bit of a “Bum” and having had his personal hygiene questioned on several occasions, Buddy Murphy seems to be an impressive athlete from Australia and made his first appearance on 205 Live back in August with a victory over Tajiri. Since then Buddy Murphy had had mixed success prior to last week with Murphy defeating Chad Gable two weeks ago on 205 Live followed by a loss to Chris Jericho, albeit in a valiant losing effort, at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View last month. Chad Gable is a Classic Tecnico who represented the United States of America in the 2012 Olympics in London before going to Mexico to train in the art of Lucha Libre. An all-important victory for Chad Gable tonight over the Cruiserweight Champion in non-title action could well lead to Gable getting a future opportunity to challenge for the Cruiserweight Championship.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Chris Jericho versus Chavo Guerrero</strong></p><p> The “Cheeky Monkey” Chris Jericho is always popular with the WWE Universe and he will be in action tonight on 205 Live against a fellow veteran, “Latino Heat” himself Chavo Guerrero. Chris Jericho is undefeated since coming to 205 Live back in August and most recently Y2J defeated one half of the “British Ambition” tag team Oliver Grey last week on 205 Live. Jericho already holds multiple victories over Chavo Guerrero this year with Jericho defeating Chavo on an episode of 205 Live back in October as well as Jericho beating Chavo Guerrero on an episode of Monday Night RAW back in June.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <strong>Tajiri versus Bobby Fish</strong></p><p> The man who markets himself on Social Media as having “No Gimmick Needed”, Bobby Fish, makes his 205 Live in-ring debut tonight as he will take on the “Japanese Buzzsaw”, the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri. Bobby Fish impressed many members of the WWE Universe in a losing effort to John Cena on the Survivor Series Pre-Show broadcast live on WWE.com last month. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe yet to really care about Sexy Star despite her having appeared in several matches on Monday Night RAW this year. Nevertheless, Nikki Bella picks up the all-important victory here albeit controversially as Brie Bella switches places with her twin sister whilst the referee is distracted before Brie rolls up Sexy Star for the pinfall victory.</p><p> <strong>Match Rating: E</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Pre-Show: Dogs of War (Ziggler & Drew McIntyre) versus Resurrection (Matt Hardy & Luke Gallows)</strong></p><p> In a bout that had solid in-ring action and average heat, Dogs of War defeated Resurrection in 18:26 when Drew McIntyre defeated Luke Gallows by pinfall with a Zig Zag Claymore Combination. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler take their positions at ringside prior to this tag team match which sees Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre hit a Zig Zag Claymore Combination on Luke Gallows before Ziggler pins Gallows to pick up the win for his team.</p><p> <strong>Match Rating: C</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Pre-Show: Bray Wyatt versus The Miz</strong></p><p> In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Miz defeated Bray Wyatt in 18:11 by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. Brock Lesnar is accompanied by his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn tonight and Billy Gunn is quick to retrieve a microphone from the ringside area. Billy Gunn says that in a few weeks at the TLC Pay-Per-View Brock Lesnar faces perhaps his biggest task to date as he will defend the WWE Universal Championship in a Fatal Four-Way Tables, Ladders and Chairs match against three Shield members in Roman Reigns, William Regal and Braun Strowman. Billy Gunn says that Brock Lesnar is a Bad Ass, and that he isn’t at all daunted or worried about the prospect ahead of him and Billy Gunn promises that Lesnar will be the one to climb a ladder and retrieve the Universal Championship. Billy Gunn says that Brock Lesnar welcomes any competition and that is why he is pleased that the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox has put him in a match with Kane in tonight’s non-title main event. Billy Gunn says that he hopes the Shield will watch what Brock does to Kane tonight. Roman Reigns then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone of his own in hand and says that the Shield will be watching tonight, but that there is no way that the Shield don’t leave TLC with the Universal Championship.</em></p><p> <strong>Rating: B-</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>WWE Divas Championship: Alexa Bliss © versus Beth Phoenix</strong></p><p> In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Alexa Bliss defeated Beth Phoenix in 8:17 by pinfall. Alexa Bliss makes defence number 5 of her WWE Divas title. Road Dogg accompanied his friend and protégé Alexa Bliss to ringside for this match and offered vocal support throughout as Alexa retained her title again.</p><p> <strong>Match Rating: E</strong></p><p> </p><p> <em>Following her victory Alexa Bliss celebrates with Road Dogg and the WWE Universe until Sasha Banks rushes to the ring and begins to attack Alexa Bliss. Rollins & Ambrose make defence number 1 of their WWE RAW Tag Team titles. Danny Burch could use something to freshen his character up, the WWE Universe didn’t seem interested in Burch at all tonight as Rollins and Ambrose win the match to retain their titles.</p><p> <strong>Match Rating: D+</strong></p><p> </p><p> <em>Following their victory the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose celebrate in front of the WWE Universe until Jo Jo comes to the ring to interview them. With such a daunting task facing him at TLC in just a few weeks, tonight will also be tough as Lesnar takes on a former foe in Kane, the Knock-Out Artist Kane who went to war with Brock in a Hell in a Cell match for the WWE Universal Championship at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View back in October. Kane has never been able to beat Brock Lesnar in the past but an all-important victory for Kane in tonight’s main event could well lead to Kane getting a future Universal Championship opportunity following the TLC Pay-Per-View. RAW Tag Team Championships: Intercontinental Champion Rollins & Ambrose vs. Burch & McClain Last week on Monday Night RAW the WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose beat the Dogs of War pairing of Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre as well as Roman Reigns and William Regal of the Shield in a Triple Threat Elimination match to become the new WWE RAW Tag Team Champions for the very first time, ending the reign of Ziggler and McIntyre after just one week. Tonight on RAW Rollins and Ambrose will put the titles on the line against the pairing of Danny Burch and Troy McClain. Non-Title: WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne versus Zack Ryder The WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne will take on a returning Zack Ryder in non-title action tonight on Monday Night RAW. Tonight will be Ryder’s first match since a loss to Kane back in October on RAW. Wesley Blake versus William Regal Before he joins Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman in challenging Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship in a Fatal Four-Way Tables, Ladders and Chairs match at the TLC Pay-Per-View later this month, William Regal will take on Wesley Blake tonight on Monday Night RAW. (Live from American Sports Center (CA), 3,500 in Attendance) Pre-Show: Mickie James versus Maxine In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Mickie James defeated Maxine in 17:42 by pinfall with a Mickie-DT. Maxine was visibly tiring towards the end of this match, despite her having competed in matches on Friday Night SmackDown before she is not used to matches of this length. Nevertheless, Mickie James picked up the all-important victory here. Match Rating: D- Pre-Show: The Great Cabana (The Great Khali and Colt Cabana) versus The Uso’s In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Uso's defeated The Great Cabana in 17:37 when Jey Uso defeated Colt Cabana by pinfall with an Alley-Us. The Great Khali was visibly tiring towards the end of this match which allowed Jimmy and Jey Uso to focus their offence on Khali for the majority of the match until Khali was finally able to get the tag to Colt Cabana only for the Uso’s to hit a double team maneuver on Cabana for the win with Khali too exhausted to make the save for his partner. R-Truth was visibly tiring towards the end of this match but was still able to get the win. Match Rating: D- Tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles making his way to the ring to a great ovation from the WWE Universe in attendance. AJ retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that this past Sunday he proudly led his team of Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat to victory in their Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens and his team of the Bludgeon Brothers and Jimmy and Jey Uso. AJ Styles says that he will take on one half of the Bludgeon Brothers in Luke Harper in tonight’s non-title main event and is sure that the other creep in Erick Rowan won’t be far away. AJ says that he is pleased that the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie has given AJ another chance to prove just why he is the Franchise Player of SmackDown tonight. AJ then says he would like to address Christian attacking him at Survivor Series but before he can continue Christian makes his way to the entrance-way with a microphone of his own. Christian announces that at the TLC Pay-Per-View next month he will challenge AJ Styles for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a Ladder match. Rating: C- Non-Title: WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch versus Rain In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Becky Lynch defeated Rain in 7:26 by pinfall with a Hard Knox. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note that Rain put up a decent effort tonight despite losing. Match Rating: E+ (Eugene would seriously consider either turning Rain or trying a new gimmick as she has become a stale character and needs a shake-up.) Following her victory the WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch celebrates in front of the WWE Universe before the former Women’s Champion Carmella rushes to the ring and looks to attack Becky until Rain gets back into the ring and stops Carmella from attacking Becky. Carmella backs down and leaves the ring whilst Becky nods her head in gratitude at Rain. Rating: E- Non-Title: WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Bar vs. Team Gorgeous (Breeze & Madsen) In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Bar defeated Team Gorgeous in 7:15 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Tyler Breeze by pinfall with a Brogue Kick. Antonio Cesaro seemed off his game tonight but the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Cesaro were still able to get the win here after Sheamus took out both Breeze and Knuckles Madsen with Brogue Kicks before Cesaro crawled into the cover to get the win for The Bar. Match Rating: D+ Following their victory the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro celebrate in the ring until Jimmy and Jey Uso come to the entrance-way with Jimmy has a microphone in hand. He says that it won’t be long until the Uso’s beat the Bar to reclaim their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships. Rating: C- Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Randy Orton versus Ryback In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Randy Orton defeated Ryback in 7:52 by pinfall with an RKO. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team all agreed that Orton looked great in victory tonight following his successful title defence this past Sunday. Match Rating: C+ Following his victory Randy Orton celebrates in the ring with his United States Championship until Jinder Mahal comes to the entrance-way with a microphone. Jinder Mahal tells Orton that he pinned that loser Andy Leavine this past Sunday and that he managed to beat a freak in Ryback tonight but that Randy Orton did not pin Jinder Mahal and that Mahal still wants another shot at the US Championship. Rating: D+ Big E Langston versus Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kevin Owens defeated Big E Langston in 8:30 by pinfall with a Package Piledriver. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that Big E might not have been at 100% after being put through a table by Owens this past Sunday at Survivor Series. Match Rating: C+ A video package airs promoting the last Tough Enough winner Andy Leavine who put up a great performance this past Sunday at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View in the Fatal Four-Way match with Randy Orton, Jinder Mahal and Shinsuke Nakamura despite Leavine ultimately being pinned by Orton as he retained his US Championship. Rating: F+ Big Show versus Konnor In a bout that had solid in-ring action and average heat, Big Show defeated Konnor in 5:48 by pinfall with a Choke Slam. Konnor seemed off his game tonight as Big Show dominated Konnor and won the match in quick fashion. Match Rating: C We cut backstage to find Andy Leavine lifting some weights when he is approached by John Cena, who tells Leavine that Cena was impressed by Leavine’s performance in the Triple Threat match with Shinsuke Nakamura, Jinder Mahal and Randy Orton this past Sunday and that Andy Leavine shouldn’t give up in his pursuit of the US Championship, and Cena reminds Leavine that it was the first title he ever won and also has a special place in his heart. Rating: D+ Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles versus Jinder Mahal In a match that had some good action and average heat, AJ Styles defeated Luke Harper in 15:52 by pinfall with a Super Styles Clash. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that AJ looked impressive tonight and sent a message to Christian with an emphatic victory over Harper. Match Rating: C+ Post-Show: Kofi Kingston versus Axl Keegan In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Kofi Kingston defeated Axl Keegan in 12:42 by pinfall with a Trouble in Paradise. Mike Rotunda accompanied Axl Keegan to the win but it was Kofi that got the victory here. Cedric Alexander says that earlier this month the “Age of Alexander” began when he defeated Enzo Amore to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion and that this past Sunday the Age of Alexander continued when Cedric Alexander was the winner and sole survivor for his team in the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against Enzo Amore, the British Ambition pairing of Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey, Tommaso Ciampa and Chavo Guerrero. Cedric says that he’s a fighting Cruiserweight Champion and thanks the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield for allowing Cedric to put the Cruiserweight Championship on the line in tonight’s main event against Buddy Murphy. The Australian Buddy Murphy then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone of his own in hand and says that he knows that people judge him from being from Australia or for looking like a “Bum” but that none of that will matter tonight when he beats Cedric to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Buddy Murphy then heads to the back as 205 Live heads to its first commercial break of the evening.</em></p><p> <strong>Rating: E+</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Chris Jericho versus Oliver Grey</strong></p><p> In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Chris Jericho defeated Oliver Grey in 8:10 by submission with a Walls of Jericho. Oliver Grey taunted the WWE Universe in attendance, acting like an “Old School Heel” throughout the match. This led to a great ovation when Chris Jericho finally made Oliver Grey submit to the Walls of Jericho to win the match.</p><p> <strong>Match Rating: C-</strong></p><p> </p><p> <em>We cut backstage following a commercial break to find that the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield has left his position at the announcer’s table temporarily to have a conversation with the 205 Live official Jason Ayers. JBL tells Ayers that he doesn’t want another repeat of Survivor Series in tonight’s main event, when JBL had to come to the ring to replace the referee. JBL says that Chad Patton’s positioning in Chris Jericho’s victory earlier tonight was perfect and suggests that Jason Ayers also makes sure he is in perfect positions in tonight’s main event when Cedric Alexander will put the WWE Cruiserweight Championship on the line against Buddy Murphy.</em></p><p> <strong>Rating: D</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <strong>Tajiri versus Kzy</strong></p><p> In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Kzy defeated Tajiri in 8:20 by pinfall with a Frog Splash. His attitude also reflected this as Kzy didn’t seem to care what the WWE Universe thought about him in his debut match tonight. Thursday, Week 4, November, 2014 The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE 205 Live: WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Cedric Alexander © versus Buddy Murphy The main event of tonight’s edition of WWE 205 Live was announced earlier today via a tweet sent out from the 205 Live General Manger John “Bradshaw” Layfield and will see the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander put his title on the line against the Australian Buddy Murphy. This past Sunday at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View Cedric Alexander was the sole survivor for his team as he defeated the team of Enzo Amore, the British Ambition pairing of Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey, Tommaso Ciampa and Chavo Guerrero in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. Buddy Murphy was also in action at Survivor Series and although he lost the match against Chris Jericho and still looked physically like a “Bum” with hygiene issues, Murphy impressed many members of the WWE Universe with his performance. A Fan Favourite with the WWE Universe since he made his debut against Oliver Grey at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View last month, Cedric Alexander is on a five-match winning streak and beat the former Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore to become the new Cruiserweight Champion earlier this month on 205 Live, ending the reign of Enzo Amore after just four ways. Cedric Alexander will be looking to make his first successful title defence tonight but coming off a big victory over Chad Gable on last week’s 205 Live and an impressive showing in defeat against Chris Jericho this past Sunday, an all-important victory for Buddy Murphy might not surprise as many as it would have a few weeks ago. Chris Jericho versus Oliver Grey Coming off his victory against Buddy Murphy this past Sunday at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View, the WWE Universe will be able to witness the “Cheeky Monkey” and former four-time Cruiserweight Champion Chris Jericho in action tonight on 205 Live as he will take on one half of British Ambition in Oliver Grey. The Englishman Oliver Grey likes to play to the WWE Universe as if he is an “Old School Face” but in truth both Oliver Grey, his partner Adrian Neville as well as their personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez are all very unloved by the majority of the WWE Universe. Tajiri versus Kzy Finally, two Japanese Superstars will go head to head tonight on 205 Live as the highly-touted Kzy will make his WWE debut as he will take on the former three-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion and Martial Artist, the “Japanese Buzzsaw” himself Tajiri. Judging by his social media posts, it would appear that Kzy is not short on confidence and sees himself as somewhat of a “Punk”. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe in attendance yet to really care about either of these women despite both of them having several matches on Monday Night RAW over the past year. Nevertheless, Mia Yim picks up the all-important victory here after forcing Sexy Star to tap out. Match Rating: E- Pre-Show: Batista and Mason Ryan versus The Saviours (Corey Graves and Bo Dallas) In an extremely poor match, Batista & Mason Ryan defeated The Saviours in 17:38 when Batista defeated Corey Graves by pinfall with a Batista Bomb. Angel Williams accompanied her man Batista to ringside for this tag team match and offered vocal support throughout the match. Just like last night at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View, Batista and Mason Ryan were victorious over the Saviours pairing of Corey Graves and Bo Dallas here as Batista hit Graves with the Batista Bomb to pick up the win for his team. Match Rating: D- Pre-Show: Rob Van Dam versus Kane In a bout that had solid in-ring action and average heat, Kane defeated Rob Van Dam in 18:14 by pinfall with a Tombstone Piledriver. Kane was visibly tiring towards the end of this match but was still able to get the victory here. Lesnar says that last night at Survivor Series he was pinned for the first time in literally years as Roman Reigns beat Lesnar following a Spear to win the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination main event match. Brock Lesnar says that he is out here tonight without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn as he wants to own up to his own actions. Lesnar says that despite eliminating every single member of the Shield’s team except for Reigns last night, he should have been prepared for the Monday Night RAW General Manger Brad Maddox to come to the ring and deliver a fast count to ensure Reigns got the victory. Brock says he’s been here long enough to know when there is a conspiracy against him from the “powers that be”. Brock says that he wouldn’t like to be Brock’s opponent Braun Strowman in tonight’s non-title main event, as Strowman will feel the full wrath of Lesnar. Seth Rollins, the WWE Intercontinental Champion, then joins Lesnar in the ring and says that it was a pleasure to team with Brock last night and that he hopes that one day he can go one on one with Lesnar for the Universal Championship. Roman Reigns and William Regal then come to the entrance-way and Regal has a microphone in hand. Regal announces that at next month’s TLC Pay-Per-View Brock Lesnar will defend the WWE Universal Championship in a Fatal Four-Way Tables, Ladders and Chairs match against William Regal, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman. Rating: C WWE Divas Championship: Alexa Bliss © versus Nia Jax In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Alexa Bliss defeated Nia Jax in 6:37 by submission. Alexa Bliss makes defence number 4 of her WWE Divas title. Alexa Bliss came to the ring wearing green face paint and looking like an Alien Invader of some kind. Match Rating: E- Dean Ambrose makes his way to the ring prior to tonight’s WWE RAW Tag Team Championship match. Ambrose says that last night he felt pain like he has never felt before as Brock Lesnar delivered an F-5 to Ambrose onto the steel steps. However, Ambrose continues, none of his Shield stablemates even asked Ambrose if he was OK following the event. Ambrose says that the only person who showed empathy was Seth Rollins, and that Ambrose is fully committed to teaming with Rollins tonight and winning the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships. Rating: D+ WWE RAW Tag Team Titles: Dogs Of War © vs. IC Champion Rollins & Ambrose vs. Reigns & Regal In a match that had some good action and average heat, Rollins & Ambrose defeated Dogs of War and Reigns & Regal in 11:45; the order of elimination was Dogs of War first, and then Reigns & Regal. Rollins & Ambrose win the WWE RAW Tag Team titles. Dolph Ziggler seemed off his game tonight which led to the reigning WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Ziggler and Drew McIntyre being eliminated first after Reigns pinned Ziggler following a Spear. Rating: D We cut backstage to find Braun Strowman lifting things when he is interrupted by the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn, who warns Strowman that Lesnar will take all of his frustrations from last night out on Strowman in tonight’s main event. Rating: D The WWE Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox comes to the ring and tells the WWE Universe that they shouldn’t blame him for the controversial ending of the main event last night when Maddox is interrupted by the WWE Hall of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart, who tells Maddox that fast counts would never have happened when Bret was General Manager and that Maddox essentially screwed Brock Lesnar last night. Rating: D- With Bret “The Hitman” Hart and the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox still in the ring, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon come to the ring together and Triple H is handed the microphone. Triple H says that he and Stephanie are here tonight to watch over Brad Maddox as well as make sure things run smoothly following many controversial events last night including Sasha Banks turning her back on and attacking her former friend Bayley. Rating: B- Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find an upset Bayley searching the corridors for Sasha Banks until the “Boss” Sasha attacks Bayley from behind and throws her into a wall. Sasha looks to mount a further attack on Bayley until the WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss rushes to the scene and Sasha backs away. Rating: F Non-Title: WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne versus Brodus Clay In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Pete Dunne defeated Brodus Clay in 8:11 by pinfall with a Bitter End. Pete Dunne was really off his game tonight but was still able to get the victory here. Match Rating: D- Following his victory the WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne takes a microphone from the ringside area and tells the WWE Universe that there is nobody worthy enough to challenge him for the UK title. Uncle Elgin then marches to the ring and clotheslines Dunne out of the ring. Rating: E- Bray Wyatt versus Killian Dain In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Bray Wyatt defeated Killian Dain in 5:48 by pinfall with a Standing Senton Splash. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler note that Wyatt looked dangerous tonight. Sami Zayn and Derrick Bateman have pretty good chemistry as opponents and it lifted the match. Last night at Survivor Series the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar was pinned for the first time in over a year as Roman Reigns was the sole survivor for his team by last eliminating Brock Lesnar in the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. However, the WWE Universe witnessed controversy in the finish as Brad Maddox came to the ring to replace the referee who was knocked out. Some feel that Brad Maddox then counted a little quickly after Reigns hit Lesnar with the Spear. Braun Strowman will be hoping to pick up the all-important victory tonight to hand Lesnar his second loss in as many nights. WWE RAW Tag Team Titles: Dogs Of War © vs. IC Champion Rollins & Ambrose vs. Reigns & Regal Last night at Survivor Series during the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination main event match Dean Ambrose was counted out after being hit by an F-5 from the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar on the steel steps. Ambrose was stretchered out of the arena with the WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins seeming to be concerned about his former friend Ambrose which led to Rollins getting distracted and also being eliminated from the match. Dean Ambrose sent out a tweet earlier today saying that Rollins was the only one to checked to see if Ambrose was OK following the match with the Shield too busy celebrating their victory. Tonight on Monday Night RAW Ambrose will team with Rollins to join Roman Reigns and William Regal in challenging the Dogs of War of Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre for the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships in a Triple Threat Elimination tag team match. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the majority of the WWE Universe still not caring about Sexy Star. Nevertheless, Kelly Kelly picked up the all-important victory here. Match Rating: E Pre-Show: R-Truth and Christian versus The Rhodes Dynasty In a match that had some good action and average heat, Truth & Christian defeated The Rhodes Dynasty in 18:02 when R-Truth defeated Stardust by pinfall with a What's Up. The Survivor Series commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler came to ringside to commentate on this match as it was broadcast live on WWE.com. Truth pinned Stardust to pick up the win for his team here. Randy Orton makes defence number 2 of his WWE United States title. The commentary team note that Shinsuke Nakamura looked great tonight until Nakamura got into a brawl with Jinder Mahal on the outside of the ring allowing Orton to pin Levine following an RKO to retain his title. Match Rating: D+ We cut backstage to find Jo Jo standing by for an interview with the WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins prior to tonight’s Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against The Shield. Rollins says that Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns used to be like family to Rollins and it’s a shame that it’s come to this. Rollins then asks what Jo Jo is doing after the show and she blushes. Rating: C- WWE RAW Tag Team Championships: Dogs of War (Ziggler & McIntyre) © vs. Almas & Bateman In a match that had some good action and average heat, Dogs of War defeated The One Percenters in 11:37 when Drew McIntyre defeated Derrick Bateman by pinfall with a Zig Zag Claymore Combination. Dogs of War make defence number 1 of their WWE RAW Tag Team titles. The commentary team note that Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler looked great tonight in their first title defence as McIntyre pins Bateman to retain their titles after a Zig Zag and Claymore combination. Match Rating: C- We cut backstage to find Jimmy and Jey Uso looking into the camera. Jimmy Uso says that the Uso’s are not only the best tag team in the WWE at the moment, they are the best tag team the WWE Universe has ever seen, and are better than teams like Triple H and Shawn Michaels, D-Generation X, ever were. Rating: B- WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships: The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro) © vs. Prime Time Players In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Bar defeated Prime Time Players in 11:41 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Titus O'Neil by pinfall with a Brogue Kick. The Bar make defence number 1 of their WWE SmackDown Tag Team titles. Robbie Brookside accompanied his clients Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known to the WWE Universe as “The Bar” to ringside for this match as the Bar retained their titles after Sheamus hit O’Neil with a Brogue Kick before taking out Darren Young allowing Cesaro to pin O’Neil. Match Rating: C- Triple H and Shawn Michaels, D-Generation X, make their way to the ring to a great reception from the WWE Universe in attendance. Triple H takes a microphone from ringside and says that he and Shawn aren’t interested in the comments from Jimmy and Jey Uso earlier tonight, and believes that the Uso’s are just looking for attention. Triple H hands the microphone to Shawn who says that they have a lot of history at Survivor Series and hope everyone enjoys the rest of the show. Rating: B- Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann, TJP, Gable & Mysterio vs. Enzo, British Ambition, Chavo & Ciampa In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Cedric Alexander, TJ Perkins, Rich Swann, Chad Gable and Rey Mysterio defeated Enzo Amore, Adrian Neville, Oliver Grey, Chavo Guerrero and Tommaso Ciampa in an Elimination match in 14:45; Rich Swann was eliminated first, then Oliver Grey, then Chad Gable, then Adrian Neville, then Enzo Amore, then TJ Perkins, then Tommaso Ciampa, then Rey Mysterio, and finally Chavo Guerrero. The finish saw John Bradshaw Layfield take over as referee after the original official was knocked out. The WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann, TJ Perkins, Chad Gable and Rey Mysterio took on Enzo Amore, the British Ambition pairing of Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey, Chavo Guerrero and Tommaso Ciampa in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match here. Ricardo Rodriguez accompanied his clients British Ambition to ringside for this match and watched as Neville eliminated Rich Swann first before Rey Mysterio pinned Oliver Grey. Chad Gable was then pinned by Ciampa before Cedric Alexander eliminated both Neville and Amore. This led to Cedric Alexander, TJ Perkins and Rey Mysterio against Ciampa and Chavo. Ciampa pinned TJP before Rey Mysterio eliminated Ciampa which led to Chavo against both Cedric and Mysterio. Chavo would pin his old foe Mysterio before the referee would be knocked out when it was just Cedric and Chavo left in the ring. 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield came into the ring to referee the final portion of the match which saw Cedric pin Chavo to win the match for his team as the sole survivor. Rating: C+ Becky Lynch, Natalya, Asuka, Naomi and Cameron versus Carmella, Rain, Paige, Tamina and Layla In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Becky Lynch, Natalya, Asuka, Naomi and Cameron defeated Carmella, Rain, Paige, Layla and Tamina in an Elimination match in 9:41; Cameron was eliminated first, then Carmella, then Tamina, then Rain, then Natalya, then Naomi, then Layla, then Asuka, and finally Paige. During the match we also had Arn Anderson distract Carmella. The WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, Natalya, Asuka, Naomi and Cameron faced off against Carmella, Rain, Paige, Tamina and Layla in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. Arn Anderson accompanied his protégé Cameron to ringside. However, Carmella was eliminated first after Carmella held her tights without the referee seeing, before Arn Anderson distracted Carmella on the apron which allowed Becky Lynch to pin Carmella. Now at four versus four, Tamina and Rain were eliminated by Asuka. This left things at Becky, Natalya, Asuka and Naomi versus Paige and Layla. Paige fought back to eliminate both Nayalya and Naomi leaving it at two versus two before Asuka pinned Layla and Paige pinned Asuka to head to Becky versus Paige one on one which Becky won after forcing Paige to submit to win the match for her team as the sole survivor. Match Rating: D We cut backstage to find Josh Mathews standing by for an interview with the WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, who says that he is looking forward to seeing the Shield of Roman Reigns, William Regal, Dean Ambrose and Braun Strowman tonight and worries that they may decimate Lesnar’s team with the help of UK Champion Pete Dunne. Rating: C Alexa Bliss, Bella Twins, Bayley & Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax, Beth Phoenix, Kharma, Diaz & Melissa In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Alexa Bliss, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Bayley and Sasha Banks defeated Nia Jax, Kharma, Raquel Diaz, Beth Phoenix and Cheerleader Melissa in an Elimination match in 9:40; Nia Jax was eliminated first, then Raquel Diaz, then Sasha Banks, then Beth Phoenix, then Bayley, then Kharma, then Nikki Bella, then Brie Bella, and finally Cheerleader Melissa. During the match we also had Sasha Banks turn on Bayley. The WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss, Nikki and Brie of the Bella Twins, Bayley and Sasha Banks took up Nia Jax, Beth Phoenix, Kharma, Raquel Diaz and Cheerleader Melissa in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. Road Dogg accompanied his client Alexa to ringside for this match and Alexa got off to a great start by eliminating both Nia Jax and Raquel Diaz. Sasha Banks was then eliminated by Beth Phoenix and Sasha reacted by turning on Bayley, hitting her with a right hand before storming to the back. Bayley fought back to eliminate Beth Phoenix only to be pinned herself by Kharma. Alexa Bliss then pinned Kharma leaving Alexa and the Bella Twins against Cheerleader Melissa who managed to pin both of the Bella Twins before finally being defeated by Alexa who won the match for her team as the sole survivor. Match Rating: D We cut backstage to find Paul Heyman guarding the locker room of the Shield when he is approached by the Godfather, who says that he’s looking forward to sitting down with some ladies later and watching Team Brock Lesnar beat the Shield. Rating: D+ Chris Jericho versus Buddy Murphy In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Chris Jericho defeated Buddy Murphy in 12:32 by submission with a Walls of Jericho. Unfortunately a pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Buddy Murphy wrestle tonight. Match Rating: D- Zeb Colter comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand and says that it’s a crime that his client Jack Swagger is being overlooked by the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox and even more so that Swagger wasn’t selected to be a part of either team in tonight’s main event. Colter says that Swagger deserves to be the next one to challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship. Rating: D+ Batista and Mason Ryan versus The Saviours In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Batista & Mason Ryan defeated The Saviours in 12:44 when Batista defeated Corey Graves by pinfall with a Batista Bomb. Angel Williams accompanied the team of Batista and Mason Ryan to ringside tonight for this tag tea match against the team of Corey Graves and Bo Dallas, now known to the WWE Universe as the Saviours. Batista pinned Graves to win the match for his team. Match Rating: D Joey Styles comes to the ring and says that he would like to welcome a special guest, and the WWE Universe come to their feet as the Rock makes his way to the ring. The Rock says that he is here to witness Team Shield of Roman Reigns, William Regal, Dean Ambrose, Braun Strowman and Pete Dunne get their asses handed to them by Brock Lesnar tonight. Rating: C- AJ Styles, Big E, Kofi, Xavier Woods & Richie Steamboat vs. Owens, The Uso’s & Bludgeon Brothers In a match that had some good action and average heat, AJ Styles, Big E & Kofi and Woods & Steamboat defeated Kevin Owens, The Bludgeon Brothers and The Uso's in an Elimination match in 15:49; Richie Steamboat was eliminated first, then Xavier Woods, then Erick Rowan, then Big E Langston, then Jey Uso, then Kofi Kingston, then Luke Harper, then Jimmy Uso, and finally Kevin Owens. During the match we also had Christian run in and attack Styles. During the match we also had Christian turn on Styles. The WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles and the team of Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat took on Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens, Jimmy and Jey Uso and the Bludgeon Brothers of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. Richie Steamboat and Xavier Woods were quickly eliminated by Erick Rowan before AJ Styles pinned Rowan. Big E Langston was then put through the announce table by Kevin Owens which led to Big E getting counted out. This led to AJ and Kofi Kingston against Owens, the Uso’s and Luke Harper. Kofi Kingston pinned Jey Uso before Luke Harper pinned Kingston. AJ was then alone against Owens, Jimmy Uso and Luke Harper. AJ forced both Harper and Jimmy to tap out before Christian rushed to the ring whilst Owens distracted the referee to hit AJ with the Unprettier. However, AJ Styles fought valiantly against Owens and eventually rolled Owens up to secure the pinfall victory for his team and win the match as the sole survivor. Match Rating: C+ We cut backstage to find Scott Stanford interviewing John Cone and asking for his condition after he was knocked out earlier tonight. However before Cone can answer both Cone and Stanford are attacked by Rezar Selmani and Alexander Wolfe. Rating: D- Lesnar, Rollins, Jason Jordan, Wyatt & Matt Hardy vs. Reigns, Regal, Ambrose, Strowman & Dunne In a match that had some good action and average heat, Pete Dunne, Reigns & Regal and Asylum defeated Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins, Jason Jordan, Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy in an Elimination match in 20:12; Jason Jordan was eliminated first, then Braun Strowman, then Pete Dunne, then Matt Hardy, then William Regal, then Dean Ambrose, then Bray Wyatt, then Seth Rollins, and finally Brock Lesnar. The finish saw Brad Maddox take over as referee after the original official was knocked out. The WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, the WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins, Jason Jordan, Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy took on Roman Reigns, William Regal, Dean Ambrose, Braun Strowman and the WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. Braun Strowman quickly eliminated Jason Jordan before Strowman was pinned by Lesnar, who also then pinned Pete Dunne to leave it four versus three. Matt Hardy was pinned by Roman Reigns before Regal was eliminated by Rollins. This left Brock, Rollins and Bray Wyatt against Reigns and Ambrose. Brock Lesnar would F-5 Ambrose onto the steel steps outside of the ring which allowed Ambrose to be counted out leaving Reigns alone against Lesnar, Rollins and Wyatt. Reigns eliminated Wyatt and as Rollins was distracted by his former friend Dean Ambrose being taken out on a stretcher Roman Reigns rolled up Rollins and held the tights to pin him. This left just Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns one on one in the ring until Lesnar accidentally clotheslined the referee, which led to the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox to take over as referee, and for the very first time Reigns was able to Spear Brock Lesnar and pick up the pinfall victory to win the match for his team as the sole survivor. However, the commentary team noted that the count by Maddox could be considered by some to be a little fast. Match Rating: C+ Post-Show: Big Show versus Kalisto In a match that had some good action and average heat, Big Show defeated Kalisto in 12:53 by pinfall with a Knock Out Punch. The commentary team remained at ringside to watch this match as Big Show beat Kalisto. Sunday, Week 3, November, 2014 The following contests are confirmed to take place at tonight’s WWE Survivor Series Pay-Per-View: Lesnar, Rollins, Jason Jordan, Wyatt & Matt Hardy vs. Reigns, Regal, Ambrose, Strowman & Dunne The main event tonight at Survivor Series will see the WWE Universal Champion lead the team of the WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins, Jason Jordan, Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against the Shield team of Roman Reigns, William Regal, Dean Ambrose, Braun Strowman and the WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne. The Shield was first formed by Paul Heyman as a way to seek revenge on Brock Lesnar after Lesnar no longer wanted the services of Paul Heyman as his advocate and instead opted to recruit Billy Gunn as his in-ring mentor. The Shield succeeded in their plans to take the WWE Championship away from Brock Lesnar as Seth Rollins became the new WWE Champion back in June, ending the over one year winning streak of Lesnar at the same time. Since then however, Seth Rollins has left the Shield and is tonight on Brock’s team, and Brock Lesnar only went without a Championship for twenty-four hours as he became the new WWE Universal Champion the night after losing the WWE Championship back in June. Roman Reigns and William Regal failed to defeat Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship in a Triple Threat match this past week on RAW and will be hoping for an all-important victory for the Shield tonight which may well lead to further title opportunities. AJ Styles, Big E, Kofi, Xavier Woods & Richie Steamboat vs. Owens, The Uso’s & Bludgeon Brothers The WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles will tonight lead the team of Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens and his team of Jimmy and Jey Uso as well as the Bludgeon Brothers of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. AJ Styles shocked the WWE Universe when he made his long awaited WWE debut back in September and since then has become the Franchise Player on Friday Night SmackDown, winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship from the former Champion Jinder Mahal in a Hell in a Cell match in just AJ’s second WWE match. AJ has been on a winning streak ever since winning the WWE Championship back in October, but Kevin Owens is also undefeated in singles competition since winning the Money in the Bank briefcase back in July. AJ knows that Kevin Owens could cash in his briefcase at any time, possibly even tonight and needs to be sure that his teammates have his back tonight. Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann, TJP, Gable & Mysterio vs. Enzo, British Ambition, Chavo & Ciampa The WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander will lead the team of Rich Swann, TJ Perkins, Chad Gable and Rey Mysterio in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match tonight against Enzo Amore’s team which features the British Ambition pairing of Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey as well as Chavo Guerrero and Tommaso Ciampa. The Fan Favourite Cedric Alexander has impressed the WWE Universe since making his WWE debut with a victory over Oliver Grey at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View last month and since then Cedric Alexander has continued his winning streak, most notably beating Enzo Amore earlier this month on 205 Live to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion, ending the reign of Enzo Amore after just four days. This past week on 205 Live Enzo Amore told the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield that after he leads his team to victory tonight he should receive his rematch for the Cruiserweight Championship. Enzo has seemed almost “Emotionless” as of late and seems focused on nothing less than regaining the Cruiserweight Championship that he held for such a short time. WWE RAW Tag Team Championships: Dogs of War (Ziggler & McIntyre) © vs. Almas & Bateman This past week on Monday Night RAW Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, now known to the WWE Universe as “Dogs of War”, teamed up for the very first time and sensationally became the new WWE RAW Tag Team Champions by defeating the Eaters of Worlds pairing of Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy and ending their title reign after just two weeks. Tonight Ziggler and McIntyre will put the titles on the line against another new team of Andrade “Cien” Almas and Derrick Bateman. WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships: The Bar (Sheamus & Cesaro) © vs. Prime Time Players Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known by the WWE Universe as “The Bar”, returned to Friday Night SmackDown this past week and defeated Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston as well as the Bludgeon Brothers of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan in a Triple Threat Elimination tag team match to become the new WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions and tonight the Bar will put their titles on the line against the Prime Time Players of Darren Young and Titus O’Neil. WWE United States Title: Randy Orton © vs. Andy Leavine vs. Jinder Mahal vs. Shinsuke Nakamura Randy Orton became the new WWE United States Champion for the first time in his career last month at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View when Orton won a Fatal Five-Way match, defeating the former US Champion Bobby Roode, Xavier Woods, Shinsuke Nakamura as well as Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens. Tonight Orton will put the title on the line in a Fatal Four-Way match against Andy Leavine, Jinder Mahal and Shinsuke Nakamura. Batista and Mason Ryan versus The Saviours (Corey Graves and Bo Dallas) Tag team action tonight will see the team of Batista and Mason Ryan take on the newly formed team of Corey Graves and Bo Dallas, known as the Saviours. A few weeks ago on Monday Night RAW Corey Graves told the WWE Universe that he had found a partner and that they were coming for the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships and this past week on RAW Corey revealed that his partner is the returning Bo Dallas. Chris Jericho versus Buddy Murphy Despite being a “Bum” and having questionable hygiene standards, the Australian Buddy Murphy impressed many members of the WWE Universe with his victory over Chad Gable this past week on 205 Live, but tonight Buddy Murphy faces a tougher challenge in Chris Jericho. Alexa Bliss, Bella Twins, Bayley & Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax, Beth Phoenix, Kharma, Diaz & Melissa The WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss will tonight lead the team of Nikki and Brie, the Bella Twins, as well as Bayley and Sasha Banks in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against the team of Nia Jax, Beth Phoenix, Kharma and Cheerleader Melissa. This past week on Monday Night RAW, with her friend and mentor Road Dogg watching on at ringside, Alexa Bliss defeated Kaitlyn, Ayako Hamada, Evie, Jessie McKay and Rosa Mendes in a Six-Pack Challenge to retain her WWE Divas Championship, Alexa’s third successful title defence since winning the title for the first time back in August at Summerslam in a Triple Threat match against Audrey Marie as well as the former Divas Champion Bayley. All of Alexa’s team mates tonight have previously held the WWE Divas Championship whereas on the other team, only Beth Phoenix is a former WWE Divas Champion having held the title back in 2012. This past week on Monday Night RAW Sasha Banks assured the WWE Universe that Team Alexa would be victorious in this match. Becky Lynch, Natalya, Asuka, Naomi and Cameron versus Carmella, Rain, Paige, Tamina and Layla The WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch will tonight lead the team of Natalya, Asuka, Naomi and Cameron in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against Carmella and her team of Rain, Paige, Tamina and Layla. Naomi won a Fatal Four-Way match against Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss and Rain back at the Payback Pay-Per-View in June to become the first WWE Women’’s Champion since the title was made inactive back in 2010. Incidentally, the final Women’s Champion in 2010 is one of the participants tonight, Layla. Last month at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View Natalya became the new Women’s Champion in a Triple Threat match with Naomi and Rain only to lose the title to Carmella the next week on Friday Night SmackDown. After a Championship reign of just a week, Carmella lost the Women’s Championship to Becky Lynch two weeks ago on SmackDown. All of the women involved in this match will likely be looking to impress the SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie to get a future opportunity to challenge Becky Lynch for the Women’s title. (Live from Hytche Athletic Center (MD), 5,072 in Attendance) Pre-Show: Christina Von Eerie versus Portia Perez In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Christina Von Eerie defeated Portia Perez in 17:54 by pinfall with a Codebreaker. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe not really caring at all about either woman despite both Christina Von Eerie and Portia Perez having made sporadic appearances on Friday Night SmackDown this year. Nevertheless, Christina Von Eerie picks up the all-important victory here. Match Rating: E Pre-Show: The Great Cabana (The Great Khali and Colt Cabana) versus The Uso’s In a bout that had solid in-ring action and average heat, The Uso's defeated The Great Cabana in 18:29 when Jey Uso defeated Colt Cabana by pinfall with an Alley-Us. The Great Khali was visibly tiring towards the end of this pre-show tag team match that went the distance which allowed Jimmy and Jey Uso to hit a double Super Kick on Khali to knock him out of the ring and essentially remove Khali from the match before turning their attentions to Colt Cabana, with Jey Uso pinning Cabana to pick up the win. Match Rating: C- Pre-Show: Big Show versus Rene Dupree In a match that had some good action and average heat, Big Show defeated René Duprée in 18:29 by pinfall with a Knock Out Punch. Big Show was visibly tiring towards the end of this match but was still able to get the victory. Match Rating: C Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles making his way to the ring to a great reception from the WWE Universe in attendance. AJ retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that this Sunday at Survivor Series he will proudly lead the team of Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against Kevin Owens and his team of Jimmy and Jey Uso and the Bludgeon Brothers of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. AJ says that this Sunday will be his first ever Survivor Series and he looks forward to leading his team to victory. AJ says that he is also excited that the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie has put him in a non-title main event match with Bobby Roode tonight. AJ says that he has faced Roode many times and has traveled all over the world with him, but tonight they meet one on one in a WWE ring for the very first time. Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens then comes to the entrance-way clutching his Money in the Bank briefcase in one hand and a microphone in the other. Owens tells AJ that whilst AJ is excited about being in the ring with Bobby Roode tonight, Kevin Owens is excited at the fact that he could cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase tonight and leave as the new WWE Champion. Rating: D+ Non-Title: WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch versus Madison Eagles In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Becky Lynch defeated Madison Eagles in 6:42 by pinfall with a Hard Knox. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note that Becky Lynch will join Natalya, Naomi, Cameron and Asuka in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against Carmella, Rain, Paige, Tamina and Layla this Sunday. Match Rating: D- Following her victory Becky Lynch celebrates in front of the WWE Universe with her Women’s Championship until Carmella rushes to the ring and the former Women’s Champion looks to attack Becky Lynch until Asuka rushes out to the ring and Carmella quickly flees and heads to the back. Rating: E WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships: Big E & Kofi © vs. The Bar vs. Bludgeon Brothers In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Bar defeated Big E & Kofi and The Bludgeon Brothers in 11:30; the order of elimination was The Bludgeon Brothers first, and then Big E & Kofi. The Bar win the WWE SmackDown Tag Team titles. Robbie Brookside accompanied the team of Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known to the WWE Universe as “The Bar” to ringside for this tag team match and offered vocal support throughout the match. The Bludgeon Brothers were the first team eliminated after Kofi Kingston hit Luke Harper with a Trouble in Paradise before Sheamus hit Kofi with the Brogue Kick and pinned Kofi as Sheamus and Cesaro became the new WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions. Match Rating: C- As Sheamus and Cesaro head to the back with their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships the team of Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston look inconsolable in the ring until Xavier Woods joins them in the ring and tells them that they all need to pick themselves up and focus on Survivor Series this Sunday. Rating: E The fourth member of Team AJ Styles this Sunday at Survivor Series, Richie Steamboat, joins Big E Langston, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in the ring and the four friends hug until Kevin Owens comes to the entrance-way with a microphone and says that they all make him sick and that he can’t wait to eliminate every single one of them this Sunday. Rating: D- We cut backstage to find Jimmy and Jey Uso in conversation. Jimmy tells Jey that now that Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston have lost the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships to the Bar it’s time for the Uso’s to get back into the title scene, but before then they promise each other that they will be the MVPs in the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match this Sunday. Rating: D+ Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Randy Orton versus Fandango In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, Randy Orton defeated Fandango in 7:42 by pinfall with an RKO. Unfortunately Randy Orton and Fandango just don’t click at all as opponents and it showed in their performances. Match Rating: C- Following his victory Randy Orton celebrates in the ring until Jinder Mahal comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand and says that Orton might have beaten a Dancer in Fandango tonight but he will face real competition this Sunday at Survivor Series as Jinder Mahal announces that Orton will defend his US title in a Fatal Four-Way match against Jinder, Andy Leavine and Shinsuke Nakamura. Rating: D R-Truth versus Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kevin Owens defeated R-Truth in 8:03 by pinfall with a Package Piledriver. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team agree that Owens looked good in victory tonight heading into Survivor Series this Sunday. Match Rating: C- We cut backstage to find the Prime Time Players of Titus O’Neil and Darren Young in the office of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie, and she informs them that they will be the first challengers to the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Bar this Sunday at the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View. Rating: E John Cena versus Heath Slater In a bout that had solid in-ring action and average heat, John Cena defeated Heath Slater in 8:03 by pinfall with an Attitude Adjustment. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that Cena looked great here despite almost being attacked by Christian last week. Match Rating: C Following his victory John Cena celebrates in front of the WWE Universe until Christian rushes to the ring and for the second week in a row tries to attack Cena from behind but once again Cena blocks and Christian scurries to the back. Fox as well as being apathetic towards the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri who has lost the majority of his matches on 205 Live in recent months. Nevertheless, A.R. Unfortunately a hot crowd was against Nia Jax, chanting for her not to come back. It appears that many members of the WWE Universe have not yet taken to Nia Jax and it will be interesting to see the reaction to her this Sunday at Survivor Series when she and Raquel Diaz, Beth Phoenix, Kharma and Cheerleader Melissa team up in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match. Nevertheless, Nia Jax was able to force AJ Lee to tap out to pick up the all-important victory here. Match Rating: E Pre-Show: The Bar (Sheamus and Cesaro) versus Devil’s Advocates (Calvin Raines and Judas Devlin) In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Bar defeated Devil's Advocates in 17:43 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Judas Devlin by pinfall with a Brogue Kick. The British legend Robbie Brookside accompanied the team of Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known to the WWE Universe as “The Bar”, to ringside for this match and offered vocal support throughout the match that ended with Cesaro pinning Devlin after Sheamus had already hit him with the Brogue Kick. Brock Lesnar is without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn tonight as he retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Brock Lesnar says that tonight he wants to speak from the heart. Brock says that tonight he faces perhaps the toughest challenge of his career when he must defend the Universal Championship in a Triple Threat match against the Shield members Roman Reigns and William Regal. Brock Lesnar says that he doesn’t blame the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox for making this match, and that Brock is ready for the test ahead of him. Brock says that he respects those that have came before him, especially Billy Gunn and also especially a man known to the WWE Universe as the “British Bulldog”. Brock Lesnar says that Davey Boy Smith was taken from us far too early and that from this point in his career forward he wants to channel the legend of the British Bulldog and that will begin tonight. Roman Reigns then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand and says that history will mean nothing when Brock Lesnar loses the WWE Universal Championship tonight and new history will be made. Rating: C Divas Title: Alexa Bliss © vs. Kaitlyn vs. Ayako Hamada vs. Evie vs. Jessie McKay vs. Rosa Mendes In an extremely poor match, Alexa Bliss defeated Kaitlyn, Ayako Hamada, Evie, Jessie McKay and Rosa Mendes in 6:59 when Alexa Bliss defeated Ayako Hamada by submission. Alexa Bliss makes defence number 3 of her WWE Divas title. Road Dogg accompanied his good friend and WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss to ringside for this Six-Pack challenge Championship match tonight and offered vocal support throughout the match. The WWE Universe in attendance were fully behind Alexa Bliss in this match as she forced Ayako Hamada to tap out to make the third successful defence of her Divas Championship. Match Rating: D- Following her victory Alexa Bliss celebrates in front of the WWE Universe in the ring until she is joined by Sasha Banks and the Bella Twins, Nikki and Brie. Sasha takes a microphone and says that this Sunday Alexa, Sasha, Bayley and the Bella Twins will defeat Nia Jax, Raquel Diaz, Beth Phoenix, Kharma and Cheerleader Melissa in their Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. Dogs of War win the WWE RAW Tag Team titles. (Live from Edith Kanaka’ole Stadium (HI), 4,983 in Attendance) Pre-Show: Hailey Hatred versus Nicole Matthews In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Hailey Hatred defeated Nicole Matthews in 18:23 by pinfall with a Tiger Suplex. Unfortunately this pre-show women’s division match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with many members of the WWE Universe not really caring for either competitor despite both having competed in matches on Friday Night SmackDown this year. Nevertheless, Hailey Hatred is able to pick up the all-important victory here after pinning Nicole Matthews following a Tiger Suplex. Match Rating: E- Pre-Show: R-Truth and Christian versus The Uso’s In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Uso's defeated Truth & Christian in 17:43 when Jey Uso defeated R-Truth by pinfall with an Alley-Us. Unfortunately Christian has a dreadfully stale character, and a change is really needed. The WWE Universe seem to be completely bored with Christian and his antics but those in attendance seemed in support of Christian’s tag team partner R-Truth in this tag team match against Jimmy and Jey Uso. Ultimately, Jey Uso pinned Truth here to get the win for his team. Match Rating: C Pre-Show: Big Show versus Drake Younger In a match that had some good action and average heat, Big Show defeated Drake Younger in 18:26 by pinfall with a Choke Slam. Big Show was visibly tiring towards the end of this match but was still able to get the win here. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note that Carmella’s title reign lasted just a week after she beat Natalya to become the new WWE Women’s Champion last week on SmackDown. Match Rating: E+ Following her victory Becky Lynch celebrates in front of the WWE Universe with the WWE Women’s Championship before the former Champion Natalya comes to the ring to congratulate Becky. Rain then enters the ring and looks to indicate that she wants a title shot next and is soon joined by Asuka. Becky, Natalya, Rain and Asuka all stare at each other in the ring before Rain slaps Asuka and flees the ring. Rating: E- WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships: The Bludgeon Brothers © versus Big E & Kofi Kingston In a bout that had solid in-ring action and average heat, Big E & Kofi defeated The Bludgeon Brothers in 12:12 when Kofi Kingston defeated Luke Harper by pinfall with a Big Ending. Big E & Kofi win the WWE SmackDown Tag Team titles. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that the Bludgeon Brothers of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan held the titles for just a week as Big E hits Harper with a Big Ending before spearing Rowan outside of the ring and allowing Kofi to pin Harper as Big E and Kofi become the new WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions again. Rating: D+ Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Randy Orton versus Justin Gabriel In a match that had some good action and average heat, Randy Orton defeated Justin Gabriel in 8:26 by pinfall with an RKO. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that Orton is on a roll after beating both Jinder Mahal and Andy Leavine in a Triple Threat match to retain his US title last week and then beating Justin Gabriel tonight. Match Rating: C Following his victory Randy Orton celebrates in the ring until Jinder Mahal makes his way to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand. Mahal says that many people feel that he is jealous of Randy Orton, and that yes he is. Jinder says that the WWE Universe should call him “Jealous Jinder” as Jinder would do anything to hold Championship gold again after losing his WWE Championship to AJ Styles. Jinder says that Orton may have beat Jinder and Andy Leavine in a Triple Threat match last week and beat a nobody like Justin Gabriel tonight but Jinder knows that Orton couldn’t beat him one on one. Rating: D- Yoshi Tatsu versus Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kevin Owens defeated Yoshi Tatsu in 8:26 by pinfall with a Package Piledriver. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary note that Owens’ winning streak continues as heads towards the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match against Team AJ Styles. Match Rating: C- Following his victory Kevin Owens celebrates in the ring with his Money in the Bank briefcase until Xavier Woods marches to the ring with a microphone in hand. Xavier tells Owens that the momentum is fully on the side of Team AJ Styles heading into Survivor Series after his friends Big E and Kofi Kingston became the new WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions earlier tonight. Owens then shrugs and leaves the ring as Xavier heads to ringside where he will support his tag team partner Richie Steamboat who will be in action next. Rating: E+ Richie Steamboat versus Camacho In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Richie Steamboat defeated Camacho in 5:48 by pinfall with a Flying Crossbody. Steve Lombardi accompanied Camacho to the ring but it was Richie Steamboat who picked up the victory here. Match Rating: E Naomi comes to the ring and grabs a microphone from ringside to inform the WWE Universe that at Survivor Series the new WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, Naomi, Natalya, Asuka and Cameron will team up to take on the team of Carmella, Rain, Paige, Tamina and Layla in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. Paige then rushes to the ring and looks to attack Naomi who is too quick and leaves the ring. Rating: E- Following a commercial break John Cena makes his way to the ring to a great reception from the WWE Universe in attendance. However before Cena can say anything Christian rushes to the ring and looks to attack John Cena who moves out of the way and sends an embarrassed Christian flying out of the ring. Rating: D- We cut backstage to find Arn Anderson giving some advice to his protégé Cameron heading into the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match at Survivor Series when Tamina pushes Cameron against the wall and tells her that she will be easy pickings for Tamina at Survivor Series. Rating: F+ Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles versus Baron Corbin In a match that had an average crowd reaction and some decent in-ring action, AJ Styles defeated Baron Corbin in 13:11 by pinfall with a Super Styles Clash. A pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Baron Corbin wrestle tonight as the WWE Champion AJ Styles wins tonight’s main event. Match Rating: C- Post-Show: Braden Walker versus Jimmy Jacobs In an extremely poor match, Jimmy Jacobs defeated Braden Walker in 12:45 by submission with The End Time. Thursday, Week 2, November, 2014 WWE 205 Live (Live from Webster Theater (CT), 1,067 in Attendance) Pre-Show: Tajiri versus Buddy Murphy In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Buddy Murphy defeated Tajiri in 18:02 by pinfall. Unfortunately a pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Buddy Murphy wrestle tonight. Despite having made a few appearances on 205 Live where he has been dressed like a “Bum”, the WWE Universe are yet to really care about Buddy Murphy who once again looked like he hadn’t taken a shower in several weeks tonight. Nevertheless, Buddy Murphy was able to pick up the all-important victory here over the “Japanese Buzzsaw” Tajiri. Match Rating: F+ Pre-Show: Rich Swann versus Simon Gotch In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Rich Swann defeated Simon Gotch in 17:41 by pinfall with a Chicken Fried Driver. Unfortunately this match was far too long given who was involved with the majority of the WWE Universe not really knowing who Simon Gotch is and failing to care about Rich Swann despite Swann having previously competed for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship on 205 Live. Rich Swann will also be a part of Cedric Alexander’s team at Survivor Series and Rich Swann picked up the win here after hitting his Chicken Fried Driver on Simon Gotch. Match Rating: F Pre-Show: TJ Perkins versus Noam Dar In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, TJ Perkins defeated Noam Dar in 18:28 by submission with a Figure Four Deathlock. Unfortunately this match was also far too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe not really having any reason to care about the “Scottish Supernova” Noam Dar and weren’t too interested in TJ Perkins despite him being a mainstay on 205 Live for several months now. TJ Perkins made Noam Dar tap out to get the win here. Match Rating: E- Tonight’s edition of 205 Live kicks off with the 205 Live commentary team of Scott Stanford, former Cruiserweight Champion Billy Kidman and the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield welcoming the television audience to tonight’s show. The new WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander then makes his way to the ring to a decent ovation from the WWE Universe in attendance. Cedric retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and the Fan Favourite Cedric says that last week on 205 Live Cedric Alexander defeated Enzo Amore in the main event to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion, ending the reign of the cocky Enzo Amore after only four days. Cedric Alexander says that he is now looking forward to Survivor Series when he will lead the team of Rey Mysterio, TJ Perkins, Rich Swann and Chad Gable against Enzo Amore and his team of Adrian Neville, Oliver Grey, Tommaso Ciampa and Chavo Guerrero in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. Cedric Alexander says that he looks forward to leading his team to victory at Survivor Series but that before then he is looking forward to taking on the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville in tonight’s non-title main event. Cedric Alexander says that it’s not the “Era of Alexander” that has begun, it’s the “Age of Alexander” and that he looks forward to continuing his winning streak tonight. Cedric Alexander then makes his way to the back as 205 Live heads to its first commercial break of the evening. Rating: D- Chris Jericho versus JTG In a match that had some good action and average heat, Chris Jericho defeated JTG in 9:27 by pinfall with a Code Breaker. Scott Stanford and Billy Kidman both agree on commentary that Chris Jericho has looked great again tonight as he continues his winning streak on 205 Live, and the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield says that Jericho has to make sure he stays under the 205lbs weight limit. Jericho picks up the win over JTG with a Code Breaker here. Match Rating: C Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find an irate Enzo Amore struggling to get the coffee machine working, and he looks like he hasn’t slept since losing the WWE Cruiserweight Championship last week. TJ Perkins then walks by and calmly makes himself a cup of coffee without a problem before walking away leaving Enzo Amore looking even angrier. Rating: E Chad Gable versus Mark Haskins In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Chad Gable defeated Mark Haskins in 6:45 by submission. Chad Gable seemed off his game tonight but the former Olympian who is trained in the art of Lucha Libre Gable was still able to get the win here after he forced Mark Haskins to tap out. Chad Gable will be on Cedric Alexander’s team in the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match later this month at Survivor Series. Match Rating: E+ We cut backstage to find Rich Swann smiling and doing some stretches when he is approached by Chavo Guerrero, who sneaks up behind Rich Swann and looks as though he is going to attack Swann before Rich Swann moves out of the way, leaving Chavo Guerrero falling face first on the floor. Rich Swann laughs and walks away as Chavo seems embarrassed. Rating: E- Following a commercial break, our final commercial break of the evening, Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey, known to the WWE Universe as British Ambition, make their way to the ring. Adrian Neville takes a microphone from the ringside area and says that tonight he will defeat the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander and then the 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield will be forced into giving Neville his rematch for the Cruiserweight Championship. Tonight’s special NXT Coming Storm live event begins with Jim Cornette, the NXT General Manager Jim Cornette and sole announcer welcoming the television audience to the event, which is followed by the introduction of Alesteir Black. Once again Alesteir Black is dressed in green and looks like an Alien Invader, but the NXT Universe inside the NXT Arena seem to be in support of him. Team Brilliance make defence number 5 of their NXT Tag Team Championships. The NXT Tag Team Champions Team Brilliance, consisting of Charlotte Flair and Eve Torres, receive a great reaction from the NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena. Shayna Baszler receives a mixed reaction on her NXT debut with some knowing her from her time in MMA. Alicia acts like a complete Bitch in this match and gets booed from those in attendance, with NXT General Manager Jim Cornette noting on commentary that Alicia has been in this business for many years and won’t let the boos bother her. Ezekiel Jackson makes defence number 8 of his NXT North American title. The NXT General Manager Jim Cornette notes on commentary notes that Eric Young is a Pure Babyface as EY has the full support of the NXT Universe inside the sold out NXT Arena for this one as he takes on “Every-Man” Evan Bourne, who claims to be one of the people but seems to get on the wrong side of many with his talks and lectures about “opening his third eye”. Our main event of the evening sees the NXT Champion Curtis Axel take on the Canadian Egomaniac Kyle O’Reilly in non-title action. Kyle O’Reilly scowled in the direction of the NXT General Manager Jim Cornette at ringside before he entered the ring, angry at Cornette for not making this a title match. Curtis Axel prides himself on being “Generation Next” and wants to follow in the footsteps of his late, great father Mr. Perfect.
