  1. Priority refers to the order in which they happen when you have an event and TV show on the same night, not what a company is focused on.
  2. There's no guide that I know of, but that's because there's not much in the way of complexity; you would just open the Free Pictures section of the editor, click Add, select the picture you want and then full in the associated menus / check boxes. Repeat for each picture that you want to add. For populating a database with fighters, you only have access to the options given in the menu that pops up. You can't specific exact styles, for example.
  3. You can alter the speed via the button on the side menu of the title splash screen.
  4. To clarify, that's not what I said - I said you might be maxing out your popularity in foreign regions, which would be a short term (per month) effect, not long term (it also wouldn't be "no growth at all", it'd be specifically limited to foreign regions that are geographically far away). If you've done eight further weeks and are still seeing it then that would indicate that my guess was incorrect (as naturally that would preclude a monthly cap) and it's not to do with temporary popularity caps. Again, I'm happy for you to send me the save game if you want me to investigate further and fix it it if you have discovered a bug - instructions on how to send games are pinned to the top of the tech support forum.
  5. Yes, you'd just need to contact Scott, as per the FAQ, to have it unlicensed. His address is scott@greydogsoftware.com.
  6. You can't. The Free Pictures section of the database contains records, each of which links to a picture and gives details about it such as ethnicity, quality, weights, etc (I suggest you open one of the default free pictures in the editor if you don't understand what I'm talking about, it's a lot simpler to see it 'in action'). For a picture in your folder to be usable, it needs an associated record, otherwise the game doesn't know how to use it. This cannot be automated (as obviously the game has no way of knowing how tall or what ethnicity a render is meant to be) so you'd have to manually create records for them. 'Homegrown' is for the demographic penalties for that area, it means you'd be required to have someone from an appropriate place (i.e. a Japanese company having at least one Japanese fighter) to avoid getting penalised.
  7. I can't give you a definitive answer as there's too many variables at play, but from your description I'd say it's very likely it's just down to the size of the regions involved. London and co are significantly bigger than Wales and so they get the benefits of things like increased spillover, hence the slight disparity. Being in a 'weaker' region compared to a powerhouse hub like London is always going to mean certain struggles, as it would in reality. I don't think you actually need to relocate so much as to adapt your thinking to take into account that your home market may never be as strong as the key city down the motorway.
  8. I think that's very unlikely to be a bug as changing the size wouldn't impact that area of the game; you're far more likely to have just changed the tolerances by lowering the size and are now hitting a target that you weren't previously. I'd suggest that if you're worried about it that you put the size back and, if it continues, send me the save game so that I can check it.
  9. The rate of growth and caps differ depending on the 'home' area, so if you're a Mexican company, for example, then the effects are different in Mexican regions to American regions, and very different from Oceania; from the sounds of it you've just maxed out your foreign gains for the time being.
  10. Where are your shows being held (i.e. just in Wales or looping around Britain?) and do you have any broadcasting deals in place?
  11. It would vary from worker to worker, there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
  12. I think that's an excellent suggestion, although I'd probably make the tweak that draining momentum isn't that big of a deal so the potential penalty would be better as something along the lines of penalising the segment ratings of the non-chosen babyface. That would have a greater impact and really force the booker to think hard.
  13. You can find each game in the menu at the top of the forums. You just need to go to the game in question and download the installer, making sure to select the elicense version.
  14. They're variations on a theme, they just have the mechanical differences stated.
  15. That's not correct. The segment grades are calculated in the same way as for the players, the only difference being that that things it doesn't have access to (like road agent notes, match times, repetitive booking penalties, morale, etc) are either replaced with 'best guess' values or skipped. While that can result in a difference between player and AI matches in situations where that involves a crucial element (such as stamina issues in NYCW), it's not just "making up a grade". The overall card grade is also calculated in the exact same way.
  16. Once a worker no longer has the negative attribute then the related stats would stop declining, so it could potentially go back up (provided there is no other reason to prevent gains). Pillman would be very unlikely to have started his natural physical decline at only 33, so if you get him clean he should have at least a few years of improvements to offset the damage.
  17. If you manually deleted them then just restore them from your recycle bin would be the simplest solution. Otherwise you'd have to download and re-run the WMMA5 installer to replace the files.
  18. Moved to the correct forum. Please note that the technical support forum is for reporting errors. Questions on how to do things should go in the TEW2020 forum, such as the pinned Small Questions thread. You can alter a character's manager, along with numerous other things, by clicking their yellow-coloured name at the top of the roster screen. Or by clicking the text on how the fans see them or their morale in the Status box further down the same screen.
  19. As a quick friendly reminder, please can people refrain from giving technical support answers to other users. While we appreciate that it's done with good intentions, it can lead to newer customers thinking that they're dealing with staff members when they're actually not. The GDS staff will handle any such questions. Thanks!
  20. A character who is knocked out loses their artifact. There are no exceptions. As a general note, exceptions to anything would be listed in the handbook. No, they cannot be made to keep their artifact regardless - as per the handbook, if it's something they shouldn't lose, like mjolnir, then it shouldn't be set as an artifact in the first place, it should be a standard part of their powers. The only way to regain an artifact that is lost is for the character to follow a scheme or quest that allows it. Again, there are no exceptions - just because someone is the only person who could own that artifact doesn't give special rules (and if they did, it would be in the handbook). Schemes to take artifacts from heroes is possible; you should add it to the suggestions forum.
  21. Okay. I can confirm that it wouldn't be added - it wouldn't really make sense given how CBU works.
  22. Looks great, especially the ones with a crowd scene in the background.
