No. Using the "Advance Storyline" note artificially moves the storyline forward but it does not count as meeting the criteria for counting as being activated in a segment and therefore eligible to change the heat; Flair and Heenan are, presumably, on the same side and so you're not meeting the basic requirements of two sides being involved. Please see the handbook if you're not clear on how storylines are activated.

Welcome to the forum. Declaring war wouldn't have an immediate impact on shared workers, but it would when either side tries to sign or extend deals as the worker would have to then choose. A war might also increase the chance of them aggressively raiding your talent. It can also have a knock on effect on your relationship with other companies. You can try and end wars from the same screen that you declare them.

Please see the thread in the main forum regarding delays. -
You'd have to define your question a little better - what are you measuring "zero improvement in the ring" by? Overall grades? Individual performance grades? If you've inflated his skills then his individual performance will improve, but that's not going to be hugely visible if you're running a company that centers on popularity, for example. Similarly, he's not going to be performing to his maximum if he's miserable, facing terrible opponents, etc.

You likely need to look at the closing date of Time Warner the broadcaster, not the media group of that name. -

They're outlook can be affected by their situation, such as big contract or holding a title, but you can't explicitly change it yourself. -
Abandonware Proposal
Adam Ryland replied to Adam Ryland's topic in Total Extreme Wrestling 2020 Mods
Thank you for everyone's votes and feedback, both here are from those who chose to send it privately. I think the thread has now been open long enough that everyone who wants to have a say will have had time to do so, so we're going to close it down at this point. The team have gone over all the feedback received and, after some long discussions, we've come to the following decision. Although the votes show that the majority of people are in favour of either this proposal or a slightly modified version, there have also been some very valid points raised about how this suggestion would be practically applied and the potential for some problematic situations to arise. As we've not been able to come up with a satisfactory way to address those concerns, we've decided that ultimately we're going to err on the side of caution and decline this policy proposal in favour of maintaining the current one (e.g. that you always need permission to use another person's data). -
Yes, you do.

Good evening everyone, A few people have contacted us recently to ask if we'd consider making a policy with regard to some mods being designated abandonware; that is, if a project appears to be dead and the maker is no longer active and so can't give permission, that other users can be allowed to take the data and work on it. We've talked it over and put together the following draft for how a new policy would potentially work. You can use the attached poll to give your vote, and in a month or two we'll use the results to decide on how to proceed. Proposal A mod would be designated abandonware if it meets the "3-3" rule: - It has been at least 3 years since the creator posted any updates on the project - It has been at least 3 months since the creator was contacted by private message about the project's future and they haven't replied - An internet search does not show that they're working on it elsewhere Additionally, if a mod maker has explicitly said that they never want their project to become abandonware then it isn't, even if meets the criteria above. If a project becomes designated as abandonware then other users can post (in the original thread) to say that they're planning to take over the project. If the creator doesn't reply within 7 days then that person is free to work on it going forward.
