1.
Just finished 1989 in my WWF Risky Business game. Pretty fun year. Finally feels like a real game with WCW being around.

Masahiro Chono won wrestler of the year. He was also the number one wrestler in the power 500. Osamu Kido and Yoshiaki Fujiwara won the tag team. Shinya Hashimoto won the young wrestler of the year. In other words, Japan is reaching their golden age. Dusty Rhodes won the veteran wrestler of the year for the second year running. I did managed to win the promotion of the year and Ric Flair defending the WWF Heavyweight title against Robert Gibson won the match of the year. Wrestlemania V was the show of the year.

Ric Flair despite losing the Heavyweight title to Randy Savage won it back from the Macho Man at Summerslam. He's since been defending it against Rpddy Piper, Rick Rude, and Bret Hart.

After a year away from wrestler to heal an injury, Mr. Perfect returned and he's been well...perfect. He beat Bob Orton Jr. for the intercontinental title in September and he's gonna hold it for a long time.

High & Mighty (Jake Roberts and Rick Rude) finally split apart at a Saturday Night's Main Event in July, after losing the Tag Titles to the Rock N Roll Express. The RnR Express would hold the titles for three months before losing them to The Faces of Fear (Haku and The Barbarian). With the Steiner Brothers, the Rock n Roll Express, and now the tag team of Arn Anderson and Shawn Michaels coming after them, the Faces of Fear need to be extra tough.

Elsewhere, Brusier Brody joined the Four Horsemen in July but it didn't last very long before he was sent to rehab. With Flair turning face after being attacked by Ted DiBiase and Rick Rude, the Four Horsemen are no more.

The Hart Foundation have also broken apart with The British Bulldogs attacking Owen and Bret Hart. Should produce some awesome match ups. However, Dynamite Kid pissed off Shane McMahon so I'm waiting for a owner goal to ruin him. Than it's time for Davey Boy's push!

Magnum T.A. has gotten kinda lost in the WWF. He won the King of the Ring for the second year in a row but besides that, he's just kinda there.

Scott Hall lost a career match at Wrestlemania to Andre the Giant. Razor Ramon would make his debut in the WWF in July, joining Demolition in a stable led by Jerry Lawler. He failed to make an impact before leaving to film another movie at the end of the year.

The Undertaker went 50-0 in 1989, ending the careers of Harley Race, Paul Orndorff, and Big John Studd. Studd lasted two matches against the Phenom but none of them have been seen in the WWF since facing him. Andre the Giant faced The Undertaker at our December PPV, Battle of the Giants in another losing effort, but the future HOFer isn't going away as easy as the rest.

Over at WCW, despite signing away Hulk Hogan from me and making him their figurehead, haven't done anything with him. Their World title has gone from Terry Funk to Dusty Rhodes and is now held by Road Warrior Animal. Him and Road Warrior Hawk are also the tag team champions. And Hawk holds the United States title. So, they pretty much are running WCW.

5 years and 541 shows into this save and it's still amazing. Planning a big push for Shawn Michaels, but he hates me after I've fined him three times in the last year. Once for missing a media appearance, making fun of Jerry Sags, and bragging about money. He's not unhappy and he hasn't asked for his release yet or caused any backstage problems so that's a good thing.

Also planning on building the 90s around The Undertaker. I can see massive title reigns and him rarely losing.

I have a bunch of women in my development that I'm hoping will be the centerstone of a women's division. We'll see if I pull the trigger on it or not.

It's now September 1989 and my champions are now:

WWF Heavyweight:

Ric Flair- defeated Randy Savage at Summerslam to win the belt for the third time

WWF Intercontinental:

Bob Orton Jr.- beat Rick Rude the show after Summerslam after Rude's former partner, Jake Roberts provided the distraction.

WWF Tag Team:

Rock N Roll Express

WWF Tag Team Classic:

The Faces of Fear- The menacing team of Haku and The Barbarian, lead by Bobby Heenan, defeated the current Tag Team champions to win the fifth annual tournament. Now, the question is, will they take the tag titles off The Rock N Roll Express?

I honestly never thought I'd book a game where Flair, Bob Orton Jr. and the Rock n Roll Express are my main champions.

I try to not do a domination match longer than 3 minutes.

 4. WWF, started in January 1985, currently in July 1989. WWF Heavyweight: Randy Savage- Second time holding the title, beat Ric Flair for it at Wrestlemania V, after winning the Royal Rumble. Currently feuding with Flair, Roddy Piper, Ted DiBiase, and Magnum T.A. WWF Intercontinental: Rick Rude- Beat Bret Hart at Survivor Series. Was a duo-champion, also holding the tag titles with Jake Roberts until losing the belts at the last show and turning on Roberts. WWF Tag Team: Rock N Roll Express- Just won the titles at Saturday Night's Main Event IX from High & Mighty (Jake Roberts and Rick Rude), who had held the belts since December. Currently feuding with The Four Horsemen (Arn Anderson and Shawn Michaels) and the Steiner Brothers. WWF Royal Rumble: Randy Savage WWF King of the Ring: Magnum T.A.- Magnum won the yearly tournament, for the second year in a row, by beating Shawn Michaels in the finals. WWF Tag Team Classic: Magnum T.A. and Hulk Hogan won last years tournament. Will be held again next month.

I've tired using them rated on entertainment, microphone, sex appeal, overness and it's always with at least one person who is more over then them and it isn't working. Neither is just having them on the show.

 6. I'm pretty sure it's best answered before but I'm having trouble searching for it. What's the best way to get managers over?
 7. Playing the Risky Business mod, as the WWF. Currently in March of 1989. JCP had one hell of a year in 1988, having the Wrestler of the Year (Tito Santana), the tag team of the year (The Road Warriors), Veteran Wrestler of the Year (Dusty Rhodes), Match of the Year, and Company of the Year. But, it just didn't feel right playing against JCP instead of WCW. Plus, with them in the NWA, they did have a World title. So, when Ted Turned formed WCW in December of 1988, I used Eric Bischoff to take over the booker spot, dropped JCP down to local in the editor, and bought them out. I also released a few wrestlers I had in development with the WWF, and sign them a pretty good roster. Set up their events, their belts, ect, before leaving them in the computers hands. They made their first blow against me when they signed Four Horsemen member Alexander Summers away from me. Not too big a deal, he's pretty young, could use the improvement and I'm sure I'll be able to resign him down the road. Plus, it lets Arn Anderson get into the singles ranks and away from the tag team ranks. They tried to sign Rick Martel away but I managed to keep him. 5 year deal, over $42,000 a month. But than, on the day of Wrestlemania 5, Hulk Hogan agrees to a contract with them!!! He's been my figure head since day one, held the World title four times, always at the top of the card. I believe I made the mistake of not giving him creative control and that's what lost him. In other news, Ric Flair has held the World title since June of 1988. The feud between his Horsemen and Bret Hart's Hart Foundation was intense, both in the ring and outside of it. Backstage fights, epic matches, Hart being upset with Flair for botching a move and almost injuring him. Best and most fun feud I've ever booked in any EWR/TEW game. Rick Rude and Jake Roberts took advantage of the Horsemen/Hart feud by winning the tag titles and Rude winning the Intercontinental title. They're defending the tag titles against The Rock and Roll Express at Wrestlemania and Rude will also defend the IC title against Magnum T.A. Shawn Michaels split away from Marty Jannetty, and joined the Four Horsemen after Chris Benoit was kicked out. Looking forward to the feud between those two when Benoit's injury is healed. Jerry Lawler joined the WWF in July 1988. However, he's been a bit of a letdown. His feuds with Big John Studd, Kerry Von Erich, and Paul Orndorff have yet to produce anything good at all. Scott Hall finally came back from filming a movie. I forgot to switch him over to Razor Ramon and am currently looking for a way to get him off TV again and make the switch. His feud with Andre the Giant is ending with a career match at Wrestlemania and I'm thinking that Andre's career isn't over yet. The Undertaker debuted a few years earlier than in real life, but in the same way, with Ted DiBiase bringing him out at Survivor Series. He's been undefeated since then, going 17-0, putting the majority of his victims in bodybags. He has his sights set on the legend Harley Race, going as far as showing Race the special body bag he has ready for him. Still having tons of fun with this save. Four years, 432 shows. Hogan being signed by WCW is going to be a challenge but with the way I've been booking the WWF, going more towards pure wrestling rather than whatever they had going on in the late 80s/early 90s is a change and should mean that losing Hogan hopefully won't hurt too bad. Plus, I'm pissed he signed with them on the day of Wrestlemania!
 8.
I have no idea who I want to win the Royal Rumble this year. I'm playing as the WWF, four years into a game started in 1985. My current champion is Ric Flair, who has held the belt for six months. He's a heel, backed by The Four Horsemen and managed by Missy Hyatt. He's defended the belt against Roddy Piper, Bret Hart, Magnum T.A. and Hulk Hogan.

My choices are:

Bret Hart or Hulk Hogan: Both have had good matches against Flair already. Hart might be pushing the three month limit. Also, not sure if I want the belt on either of them at the moment, but hard to see either of them not beating Flair this time. Hart so far is 0-4 against Flair, including a triple threat match. Hogan beat Flair at Wrestlemania two years ago for the World title, so I would be repeating that main event.

Andre the Giant: He's winding down his career, can't go for very long, but would cement Flair's legacy to beat him.

Randy Savage: He's currently a heel so I would have to turn him face. Probably my number one choice right now. Him and Flair feuded when Flair first came to the WWF and the matches were pretty good.

Scott Hall: Went off to film a movie last year and it's currently one of the top five most popular wrestlers in the USA. Also a heel, so I would have to turn him but he's never fought Flair one-on-one before.

I have a few wrestlers in the upper midcard I could push up to main event to face Flair (Kerry Von Erich, Ricky Morton, Paul Orndorff, Harley Race, Dynamite Kid, Davey Boy Smith) but I can't see them being in the main event of Wrestlemania against Flair.

Any ideas?

 9.
So I've been trying to build a feud up between The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Davey Boy Smith, and Dynamite Kid) against The Four Horsemen (Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Alexander Summers, and Chris Benoit) to be my main storyline this year in my Risky Business WWF game.

It started out good with Owen being up called up from dev, winning his first few matches before upsetting Rick Martel for the IC title, one day after Martel won the belt from Bret. Backstage, Owen would be attacked. He would be attacked a few more times before it was revealed it was Chris Benoit attacking him. Than, the first problem happens...Owen picks up an injury and can't wrestle for a month. Fair enough, I just had Benoit continue to attack him. Second problem happens during their first match...Benoit and Owen have horrible chemistry together.

Whatever, I can still continue the build up. Flair wins the World title, the Bulldogs win the Tag titles, and everything is going good, with the Bulldogs and Anderson/Summers entering the feud, backing up Owen and Benoit, respectfully. Bret starts to challenge Flair for the World title. Third problem happens...Benoit gets hurt with an injury that will affect him for over a year. Still can wrestle however.

Backstage, for whatever reasons, Ric Flair and Arn Anderson have a fall out and are no longer friends. Doesn't affect the feud, just amazed at it. I continue building the feud, with Flair defending the World title against Bret and Benoit/Anderson/Summers beating the Bulldogs and Owen. I still haven't attached Flair to Benoit, Anderson, and Summers, but it's coming up soon. During the first round of the WWF Tag Team Classic, Bret and Owen team up to take on Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko...and Benoit gets blamed for breaking Bret's nose!

Ugh. So that's three injuries, one bad chemistry note, and a friendship ending since I started this feud a few months ago. Still gonna keep it going, with a Survivor Series match and ending it with a War Games match.

In other news, The Ultimate Warrior won the World title from Randy Savage at Wrestlemania IV. He dropped it a few months later to Ric Flair. Magnum T.A. won the King of the Ring, beating Alexanders Summers in the finals. He would than start teaming up with Hulk Hogan to take on Jake Roberts and Rick Rude, who just lost the tag titles to the Bulldogs. The team of Hogan/Magnum would win this years Tag Team Classic.

Speaking of the Tag Team Classic, it was a massive 32 team, two night tournament this year. That was insane to book and I doubt I'm ever gonna go that big again.

Mr. Perfect also picked up an injury that will affect him for over a year. I sent him on vacation for six months, and he'll probably get another six after that. Scott Hall is still away filming a movie, but he's now the second most popular wrestler in the USA. And Randy Savage has taken both Scott Steiner and Brian Knobbs under his wing. Really happy he's taken Steiner, don't care about Knobbs.

Jim Crockett Promotions has been kicking butt this year. They rose to National, than dropped back to cult, but that hasn't really affected them too much. They've signed The Road Warriors, Mike Rotundo, Ricky Steamboat, Honky Tonk Man, and King Kong Bundy, which has really beefed up their roster. They've put on six A* matches this year and are set to be the promotion of the year...if they can survive Crockett's spending until than.

EDIT: Wow. To add to the backstage fun with the Horsemen and Harts, the next show after Summerslam, where Arn Anderson and Alexander Summers beat The Bulldogs for the WWF Tag Team titles and Chris Benoit beat Owen Hart for the IC title, Davey Boy Smith threw a punch at Benoit and got his ass kicked by him!

 10.
I may have just booked my favorite show so far in my WWF Risky Business game. WrestleMania IV.

In the opening match, A Pair of Aces (Arn Anderson and Alexander Summers) defeated The Gibson Brothers (Robert and Rick Gibson). 81 rated, good way to start off the show.

Jim Duggan defeated Rick Martel. 82 rating.

Third match of the night, The British Bulldogs beat Bob Orton Jr and Chris Adams. Orton and Adams were paid off by Ted DiBiase to attack Bret Hart a few weeks in a row. The second week it happened, Hart was saved by the Bulldogs, resulting in a six-man tag the following week. DiBiase gave his spot to his bodyguard, Virgil, causing his team to lose that match. Match was rated 81

After weeks of insults back and forth, Roddy Piper beat Mr. Perfect in a 93 rated match.

In the best rated match of the night, 98 overall, High & Mighty (Jake Roberts and Rick Rude) retained the WWF Tag Team titles against Big John Studd and King Kong Bundy. I went back and forth about who I wanted to win this match. Most of my tag teams are heels like High & Mighty so the face team of Studd and Bundy would have had more challengers, however at the end of the night, I decided to keep the belts on High & Mighty.

A few months ago, The Rockers started flirting with Missy Hyatt backstage. The guy she manages, Magnum T.A. didn't appreciate that too much. They fought in a handicap match at the last PPV, won by The Rockers, with the stipulation that the Rockers would get Missy for a few nights if they won. They gave her back at the next show, telling Magnum what a great time they all had together. Magnum would go nuts, attacking both Rockers, their manager Tully Blanchard, and beating them in single matches until challenging them to another match. They told him to get a tag partner this time. And he did...Hulk Hogan! The team of Hogan and Magnum would be successful at Wrestlemania, winning against The Rockers in a 96 rated match.

After being knocked out of action for a few months by The Ultimate Warrior, Ric Flair would return to the WWF the week before WM, issuing an open challenge for the show. It would be answered by Kerry Von Erich. Flair would win the match, rated 81.

In the semi-main event, Bret Hart put his Intercontinental title on the title against Ted DiBiase. Despite interference by Virgil, Chris Adams, and Bob Orton Jr, Hart managed to put DiBiase in the Sharpshooter and retain his title in a 88 rated match.

And the main event. Randy Savage defending his WWF World title on the line against the Royal Rumble winner, The Ultimate Warrior. Since coming to the WWF right before last years Wrestlemania, Warrior has been running like crazy to the top of the roster. Winning the King of the Ring and Royal Rumble and being involved with all the top wrestlers in feuds and usually coming out on top, it looked like a sure thing that Warrior would win the title here. However, Savage has been nearly unbeatable since winning the World title, losing only tag matches and never taking the pinfall. At the end of the day, we sent the fans happy with Warrior winning his first WWF World title in a 89 rated match.

Overall, despite my best two matches not being the main event nor the semi-main, the show got a 96 rating overall.

Not sure how long Warrior is going to hold onto the World title. He's only fifth on my franchise players list, can't wrestle a long match, and can't cut a very good promo. His high star quality is pretty much the only thing that will help him hold it for a few months. At least until Ric Flair is ready for his revenge.

 11.
Finally finished 1987 in my Risky Business WWF game. Another fun, eventful year. Most of the year revolved around The Mega Powers, Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan. They won the tag titles in August after a lengthy feud with High and Mighty (Jake Roberts and Rick Rude). They only held the titles for a few months before dropping them to The Rockers, thanks to Big John Studd and King Kong Bundy.

Studd and Bundy would go after Miss Elizabeth during the match, causing Hogan to go after them and leaving Savage to Jannetty and Michaels, costing them the match. Savage would get jealous of Hogan and Elizabeth's relationship, turning against Hogan and going crazy. He would demand a title shot, receiving it later that month after telling Hogan that he would attack Liz to get it. Savage would win the title and win the next two rematches against Hogan to close out the year.

However, at the end of their last match, Roddy Piper would make his return to the WWF after a year and a half away, attacking Savage.

For their efforts, Savage and Hogan were named the Tag Team of the Year, Hogan was number one in the top 500 and got Wrestler of the Year. Savage and Hogan were also involved in the match of the year (High and Mighty beating them and Bundy and Studd in the finals of the WWF Tag Team Classic, second year in a row that match has won match of the year). They were also in the main event of the show of the year (Beating Big John Studd and Ric Flair at WWF Crunch Classic). With Savage being ranked number 5 in the top 500, it'll be tough for those two to top the year they just had.

Elsewhere in the WWF, Bret Hart finally won the WWF Intercontinental title from Scott Hall, defending it against Hall, Flair, Arn Anderson, and Mr. Perfect. Now he faces the Million Dollar Champion, Ted DiBiase.

The Ultimate Warrior, having debuting in February went on a twenty-two match winning streak, including being Scott Hall in the finals of the King of the Ring. He's risen up the card to main event and is penciled in to win the Royal Rumble and main event Wrestlemania this year.

I was sued by both Barry Windham and Blackjack Mulligan after releasing them both for making fun of Jim Cornette. Both of them won their court cases against me. Greg Valentine and Mike Rotunda both also asked for their release and had it granted. The Road Warriors and Paul Ellering also left the WWF.

Scott Hall will be taking off in a few months to go film a movie. Have big plans for Hall, however this time away might able me to transform him to Razor Ramon faster than I was planning to.

Three years and 294 shows is the longest TEW or EWR game I've ever had and I'm still having tons of fun with this save. I hope to keep it going for a long time.

 12.
For the second year in a row, my WWF Tag Team Classic tournament produced incredible results.

Last years tournament saw the Legion of Doom defeat Demolition in the finals, which turned out to be the match of the year.

1987's version had a tough time topping it, but I think it might have. Featuring a 12 team version of the tournament, the finals would be a 3-way match with the WWF Tag Team champions High & Mighty (Jake Roberts and Rick Rude) taking on the team they've been feuding with for the past two months, The Mega-Powers of Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage. The third team, King Kong Bundy and Big John Studd were hoping that the bad blood between those two teams would let them slip in and take home the tournament victory but High & Mighty proved them wrong, earning the victory to go along with their WWF Tag titles.

 13. You wouldn't be able to make them would the older WWF logo, would you?
 14.
Playing the Risky Business mod as the WWF. Currently in July 1987. Just ran the third annual King of the Ring tournament. And while the PPV itself was a success, the KotR tournament was not.

For the past month, the Intercontinental champion Scott Hall has been teaming up with the Ultimate Warrior. Despite winning a few matches together, Hall has been unhappy that the undefeated Warrior has been getting more hype and airtime than he has been. They both entered the KotR tournament, won their first and second round match ups and met in the finals. Warrior would pick up the victory.

All of this sounds good, right? Too bad that Warrior and Hall have awful chemistry when fighting each other! Killed the finals of the match to a 62 rating and put an end to that feud quite. Hopefully Hall doesn't have bad chemistry with his next challenger...Bret Hart! This will be the start of Hart's singles run.

Elsewhere on the card, the now-heel team of Marty Jannety and Shawn Michaels, managed by Tully Blanchard picked up a victory over The British Bulldogs. Ricky Steamboat managed a hard-fought victory over Sgt. Slaughter. High & Mighty (Jake Roberts and Rick Rude) retained the Tag Team titles over The Rat Pack (Ted DiBiase and Jim Duggan). Magnum T.A. gave Mr. Perfect his second straight lost. And in the main event, the Mega Powers (Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage) beat Ric Flair and Big John Studd.

 15.
Wrestlemaniai III is in the books in my WWF Risky Business game and quite an event it was.

In the opener. The Hart Foundation regained the WWF Tag team titles for the third time in a ladder match against the British Bulldogs. After the match, the two teams, who had been warring for months, would shake hands, turning The Hart Foundation face.

Randy Savage would defeat Mike Rotundo next, in what would be Rotundo's last match in the WWF. He would ask for and be granted his release the next day.

Managed by "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart, the stable of Barry Windham, Dean Malenko, and Arn Anderson would defeat Kerry and Kevin Von Erich.

In the only disappointing match of the night, Ricky Steamboat beat Terry Gordy. I was hoping for more, but it only drew a 67.

Next up, in a grudge match, The Rat Pack (Ted DiBiase and Jim Duggan) managed to pick up the victory against High & Mighty (Rick Rude and Jake Roberts).

Two weeks before Wrestlemania, Magnum T.A. would get injured for a month, forcing him to find a replacement to take on King Kong Bundy, the man that injured him. That man...Andre the Giant! In a battle of big men, Andre would take down Bundy.

In a match to determine the number one contenders for the Tag Team titles, the Rockers would upset Demolition.

In the semi-main event, Mr. Perfect would put his perfect record and his Intercontinental title on the line against Scott Hall. Mr. Perfect's cockiness would be his downfall as Hall would pick up the victory and the title.

And finally, in the main event, Ric Flair would put his WWF World Heavyweight title up against Hulk Hogan. In the match of the night and one that had everybody on the edge of their seats for nearly thirty minutes, Hogan beat Flair to regain the WWF World title for the fourth time.

I'm pretty sure this is the longest I've ever played any TEW game. 2 years, 3 months, booked 212 shows. I don't see myself stopping any time soon as I have tons of plans for the future.

 16.

Sounds like the new Diesel. I assume you're playing a 2016 game, have him be a body guard for someone smaller like Ziggler or Miz, someone like that?

Risky Business mod, playing as the WWF, currently in 1987. I'm liking the bodyguard idea more and more, just need to find somebody to pair him with.

 17.
So, I have a computer generated wrestler who I signed and had been in development for about 9 months. His top row stats haven't improved much (54 brawl his highest, with low 50s for chain and submission), his performance stats are horrible for the WWF (52 basics and 56 psychology), but his entertainment stats are awesome (90 for microphone and charisma, 83 acting.)

He does have pretty good power (74) and menace (72) and toughness (92.) He has horrible star quality, however.

He's been tagged as a hot property a few times on the website. And now he's asking to come up from development. And I have no idea what to do with him.

With his entertainment skills, I almost want to just make him a manager. But, with power and menace, I think he might make a good bodyguard for somebody, maybe as a tag team partner to help raise his basics/psychology.

He seems to be an unique wrestler and being only 22, with plenty of time to improve. Any thoughts on getting his main roster career off to the right start?

 18.
Just finished 1986 in my WWF Risky Business game. What a year!

First things first, the awards:

Wrestler of the Year- Toshiaki Kawada

Tag Team of the Year- Demolition (Held the WWF tag title from July-October, went 33-13 overall.)

Company- WWF (2nd year in a row, also won most improved)

Young wrestler- Mitsuhara Misawa

Veteran wrestler- Antonio Inoki (Not bad after making racist remarks the year before)

Show of the year- WWF Summerslam (97 rating, main event was Hogan beating Andre the Giant for the WWF title)

Match of the Year- Legion of Doom defeated Demolition (Finals of the WWF Tag team Classic, a one night tag team tournament I hold every August)

Overall, a pretty good year for the WWF.

Hogan lost the World title to Andre the Giant the month after Wrestlemania 2. Andre held the title for 4 months before Hogan returned the defeated the Giant at Summerslam, sending Andre off TV until December. Hogan lost the title at Survivor Series to Big John Studd after Ric Flair interfered.

Flair debuted for me in April. Been able to keep him away from Hogan for the entire year. Building to the main event at Wrestlemania 3. Backed by the Heenan Family, Flair has gone 17-2 so far in the WWF.

Despite helping Studd win the title at Survivor Series, Flair would cost him the title at my December supercard in the rematch with Hogan. Hogan will be stripped of the WWF World title by new president Gorilla Monsoon. Flair will win the vacated title at the Royal Rumble, than face Hogan at WM3.

Over in the Intercontinental division, Randy Savage held the title from December 1985 to May 1986, dropping the title to Mike Rotundo. Rotundo held the title until September before young, up-start Scott Hall would upset him for it. Hall's been defending the title almost every week since than. His next challenger will be Mr. Perfect, who has yet to lose since joining the WWF in May 1986, racking up a 28-0 record. Can Hall be the first to beat him and keep his title?

The WWF Tag Team title division has been quite active, with the titles going from The Hart Foundation to LOD to Demolition back to The Hart Foundation before The British Bulldogs finally got their hands on the titles when they beat the Harts. The Bulldogs have been chasing the titles all year long before finally getting the upper hand in December. But, with both Road Warriors back from rehab and Demolition wanting the titles again, and the Hart Foundation being pissed they lost them, can they hold on?

In other news, I dropped Stampede Wrestling as my child company, keeping WWA as one and forming the WWF Japan, a touring company, to be my other child company. I have quite a few young prospects in both companies, being trained by veterans I have no interest in using but don't want JCP to have.

Outside of signing Flair and Mr. Perfect, I also got my hands on Kerry Von Erich, Jim Ross, Tama and Haku (who later suffered a major injury, causing me to sign Fatu), Tully Blanchard (severed his spinal column in JCP, I than botched the surgery, not sure what I'm going to do with him, going to either be a manager, a trainer, or a road agent), and Rick Martel (who was sent to rehab after getting hooked on pain killers). I tried to sign Michael Hayes and Jimmy Garvin but Vince wouldn't let me spend enough money. Jerk.

Roddy Piper asked for his release in May after being unhappy for months thanks to his drug problem. Going to try to bring him back now and see if I can keep him happy.

Ted Turner took over WCCW after Fritz Von Erich died. Nine companies went out of business.

Overall, a pretty fun year. Got tons of ideas going forward that I'm excited for.

I think Heenan would be good too, maybe 'Family Affairs' a play on the Heenan Family? Billy Graham could probably do it, but I think I'd go for The Genius, Lanny Poffo, you could get a lot of mileage out of his Intellectual Superior gimmick and his poetry making people angry and leading to feuds. Some names that spring to mind: Smart Talk, Glory and Renown, Poetry in Motion, An Audience With The Genius, Inside The Genius Studio.

Ventura hates me and won't resigned with me. Heenan is a good idea, however, I really like the Genius idea. Thanks.

 20.
http://imgur.com/EGOipHf

I knew that holding a tag team tournament would be a great idea. Finals of the second annual WWF Tag Team Classic, a 16-team single-night tournament.

 21. Playing the Risky Business mod as the WWF, currently in July 1986. Lost Roddy Piper a few months ago and am currently looking for a new "talk show" host. Any ideas on who to use? And what to call it?
 22.

Road Warriors getting too big for their boots. This is the first game that I have ever unlocked psycho sermons on my own. I've been handing out fines every show. Say no to drugs. Road Warrior Hawk became angry because of a fine, the next two shows he turned up late. I'm not so strict there, but he did get a fine second time it happened.

Then the next incident. Animal is obnoxious and he beats up Danny Brown. Danny was complaining about toilet momentum the week before, so I can imagine how this played out. Animal didn't get too upset over his fine. I think Hawk is moments away from asking for a release. I will be devastated.

I know the feeling. Both Hawk and Animal have been giving me issues. Sent them both to rehab, Animal came back first and, after a botched turned, asked for his release. I refused. Hawk came back and hasn't caused he problems...yet.

 23.
Just finished Wrestlemania 2 in my WWF Risky Business game. Here's the card...

1. Terry Funk and Kamala defeated Don Muraco and Cowboy Bob Orton

2. King Kong Bundy defeated Ted DiBiase

3. Big John Studd defeated Hillbilly Jim

4. Mike Rotundo defeated Paul Orndorff

The Heenan Family went 3-0 at WM 2 with these last three matches

5. Ricky Steamboat defeated Harley Race

6. The Hart Foundation retained the WWF Tag Team titles against The Legion of Doom

7. Randy Savage retained the WWF Intercontinental title against Magnum T.A

8. Barry Windham defeated Roddy Piper

9. Hulk Hogan retained the WWF World title against Andre the Giant

Overall, the event got a 95 rating, my best yet, with Hogan/Andre getting a 96 and Savage/Magnum getting a 94.

Got big plans for the future. Hogan losing the title soon, Mr. Perfect getting ready to debut, the tag division heating up, and numerous wrestlers ready to be called up from dev.

 24.
http://imgur.com/tpl2cqp

NJPW is having a hell of a time keeping their belt on somebody. Seiji Sakaguchi and Yoshiaki Fujiwara both suffered injuries after winning the title. While Gran Hamada and Tiger Mask both left the company after winning it.

 25.
Just finished my first year in the Risky Business mod, playing as the WWF.

Hulk Hogan is still WWF World Heavyweight champion, defending the title against the likes of Roddy Piper, Stan Hansen, Cowboy Boy Orton, Big John Studd, and King Kong Bundy during the year. His best friend, Andre the Giant, turned against him in October before disappearing for the rest of the year. He'll make his return at the Rumble and challenge Hogan at Wrestlemania 2.

Magnum T.A. and his manager, Missy Hyatt, had a dominating first year in the WWF. Magnum won the Intercontinental title from Tito Santana in May and held it until December, losing it to Randy Savage. Savage, having spent July-November in rehab, was rewarded the title upon his return. Magnum looks to continue his WWF takeover well into 1986, while Savage will hold onto the IC title for a while.

The tag team scene hasn't taken off like I wanted it to. The Legion of Doom held the belts from May to August, dropping them to Demolition before they were both sent to rehab. Animal has returned to singles competition but Hawk is still away. Meanwhile, Demolition defended the titles against Paul Orndorff and Dick Slater before losing them to The Hart Foundation. The Hart Foundation are currently feuding with Terry Funk. Funk had Hillbilly Jim as his partner but now he's looking for another partner. Too bad his brother is too old! (owner goal won't let me hire any wrestler above the age of 42.)

Elsewhere in the WWF, Ricky Steamboat has been putting on quality matches in the midcard with whoever he's put up against. Ted DiBiase is working through patellar tendonitis, that will keep him limited for over a year. Barry Windham and Mike Rotundo had a good run as The U.S. Express, winning the tag titles and the first ever WWF Tag Team Classic tournament before Rotundo turned on Windham to join the Heenan Family.

I bought out Stampede Wrestling and am using it as a development promotion. Currently have it loaded with a bunch of young talent, being trained by Freddie Blassie, Nick Bockwinkel, The Iron Sheik, and Stu Hart. Can't wait for the likes of Rick Rude, The Rockers, Steve Lombardi, Scott Hall, Owen Hart, Mick Foley, Mark Calaway, Jake Roberts, Davey Boy Smith, and Diamond Dallas Page to be ready to join the WWF roster. Roberts and Rude have formed a tag team known as High & Mighty that I'm excited to use.

Outside of the WWF, Rocky Johnson defended Ric Flair for the NWA World title, Antonio Inoki was caught with prostitutes, Yoshiaki Fujiwara was named Wrestler of the Year, and while lots of wrestlers were injured for over a year, nobody died!
