Having a creative block right now - I opened up American Sports Entertainment with Terry Thunder as the owner/booker and am currently angling for a TV slot. However, I am at a quandary as to what to name the show if/when I get it. Thoughts?

I'm rolling with the stock storylines pretty much. I've also added Jean-Claude Giroux vs. the debuting Nick Hart (Giroux can't stand Hart's impending debut being given so much airtime), a simple tag / Television title feud with Buff 'n' Tuff and the Enemies of the State, and an authority storyline which I think I discussed earlier. Quick mod maker question - what is Claudia's pic named in the database. It may be that I'm bleary eyed after watching the Bills crap away another season, but I can't find it for the life of me.

I was sick of trying to figure out how to use Casey Skym in the AWF, so I've started a new AWF game with Terry Thunder as my avatar. My first move - fire Casey Skym. I figure that the Thunder/Prophecy authority struggle would have more juice than Skym/Prophecy, or at least that's what my game's version of Dax Deekins is thinking. If I can get the characterizations right, this one may be worth writing up as a diary.

Quick PWI question: Is the face Sean Riley meant to be managed by a heel Dakota Williams to set up some interesting storyline possibilities, or is it a mistake?

Small nearly insignificant data micropoint, if Eli Morton was intended to win the PWI title at Night of Respect in July, shouldn't his reign have started in Week 2, not Week 4?

I think my imagining of the situation will be close to this. I envision it as a power struggle between Dax Deekins as a representative of the Board of Directors/Adrenaline Network and Casey Skym as "The Main In Charge"/the people's authority figure. However, it will be not-so-subtly hinted that Prophecy is the one controlling Deekins' actions. When Deekins comes out to make a decision/match and Prophecy doesn't approve, the lights will go out, Prophecy will appear for a brief moment behind him, then the lights will come back on and Deekins will have "spontaneously" changed his mind. I haven't fleshed it out beyond that yet, but it seems like a good start to me...

Fellow AWF players, I'm wondering - how do you play out Casey Skym and Prophecy both being authority figures. Do you modify one of their pushes or play it out as a power struggle? Also, do you work Dax Deekins into the equation?

Loving this mod so much - my current project is Bucky Starling getting enough money from an investor to start American Sports Entertainment. My roster is a mix of indy darlings (Schism, Lenny Rhodes, Shawn Impact, Chad Zuma), WWWE castoffs (Ziggy Sparx, Rotten Scoundrel, Keenan Nelson, Dedrick Ace), and some youngsters with loads of potential (Tony Ramos, Rocker Billy, Eldon B Argyle). The only creative conundrum I'm having so far is what to name Argyle & Ramos' tag team. Argyle is working a high society gimmick and Ramos is his bodyguard.

It just seems very odd wrestling-culture wise. To use a contemporary-ish example, would a star in Jim Cornette's old Smoky Mountain Wrestling have much name value in Indiana or Illinois, or would their popularity extend south to Tennessee (South East) or east to West Virginia (Mid Atlantic)?

Just a quick BCW/geography question - why is Kentucky considered Great Lakes region? I'd always assumed it was South East.

QFT. When I was creating most of the original logos, the one thing Adam asked me to do is make the logos look like they could fit on the chest of a polo shirt, like a company employee might wear. That's why they don't touch the edges. Your logo just looks way too busy, IMHO. It's definitely an awesome start, but you need to cut through the static and define what you want the main impact of the logo to be before you go further.

These TCW logos are superior. Good work, Kam!

I actually have a CV request. Would it be at all possible to redo the APW titles? APW Commonwealth: I was thinking something incorporating the APW logo and a crown, as it is the Commonwealth Title. APW Australian: Perhaps the APW logo with a simple green background? APW Tag Team: I'd say basing it off of the old WCW tag titles with APW where the world was would be great.

I'm not going to request new NOTBPW belts, but I'm going to wish out loud for belts based on Kamchatka's logos. I wish I had the belt making skills...
