NEWS: USPW STARS, STRIPES AND SLAMS PREVIEW!

    2NShuW1.jpg

We have reached the time of the all-star card known as USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams! This will show on the Reverie network for all USPW fans to watch! Make sure you call all your local cable and satellite outfits and tell them that you want Reverie so you can watch Stars, Stripes And Slams! It doesn't get any bigger than this!

It doesn't get any bigger than our main event on this card. Inside of a steel cage where only pinfalls and submissions count, we will see two of the biggest stars in the entire world go one on one when 'The Dark Destroyer'
    Steve Frehley
    takes on
    Nicky 'Hawkeye' Champion
! This feud was reignited back in July when Frehley cost Champion the USPW World title by interfering in Champion's match with Rich Money. Beginning the new year, the two of them have been battling it out both in and out of the ring and on the microphone. This will be their Final Battle. No matter who wins, the two men have agreed to go their separate ways. Only one man can have bragging rights and only one network will show that winner.

In another match, we have the USPW World title on the line. The most prestigious belt in professional wrestling will be defended by the 44 year old champion
    Rich Money
. In his corner, will stand the members of The Business. On the other side, we have the number one contender in the 32 year old
    Running Wolf
! Wolf is a two time USPW National champion. Two weeks ago, Wolf pinned Money in a tag team contest. Both men want the coveted title to be around their waist but only one man can hold the gold. Make sure you tune in on Saturday or On Demand and watch to see which of these two men comes out on top.

Remember, the live aspect of USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams means that anything can happen. Make sure you BE THERE and, as always, Keep Pounding!

I have a question for my loyal readers. My question is when it comes to match writeups on the big events such as Stars, Stripes And Slams. I have three options for the match writeups and I'd like to know which one everybody would rather see.

    A) All matches get the summarized writeups. Pretty self-explanatory.

    B) Some of the matches get the summarized writeups. These will be the matches that I deem the main event style matches. For example, World title matches would get this and whatever the main event is would get this as well.

    C) Only the main event gets the summarized writeup. So all other matches would be the usual copy and paste job from the game. But the main event itself would get a pretty lengthy writeup.

I see pros and cons for all three styles so I wanted to bring it to the readers. You readers are why we do this. Otherwise, we could just play the game. So, please, tell me what you would like to see.

    USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

    4RA6iK7.jpg

[The final edition of USPW American Wrestling before Stars, Stripes And Slams begins with the arrival of the USPW World Champion Rich Money. The crowd in the arena boos as Money walks out and steps inside the ring. Money stands in the center of the ring and raises the USPW World title belt to more boos from this crowd in Plum Park. Money begins by welcoming everyone to the armpit of the armpit of America and that is Plum Park in New Jersey. He says he cannot wait to leave this town. He reminds everyone that the best part about New Jersey is the sign saying you're leaving New Jersey. But, he says, he didn't just come out here to run down this town. He came out here because, in three days, he is going to defend the USPW World title against Running Wolf. He says that Wolf is a child playing in a man's world but Money has always been in a man's world. He says that he was born with a platinum spoon in his mouth and has received the best training that money could buy. That means that Running Wolf cannot hope to keep up with him in the ring. He says that Running Wolf is eating buffalo burgers while Rich Money is eating filet mignon. He ends this promo by reminding everyone that everybody has a price for Rich Money and that price at Stars, Stripes And Slams is going to be pain. Money releases a dark laugh before dropping the microphone and heading for the back.]

    waSizfm.jpgv6V0Usd.jpg8pNHDmR.jpg

[At the announce booth, Brock Cornish welcomes everyone to USPW American Wrestling and then talks about those harsh words by our USPW World Champion. Emily McQueen says that RIch Money is just telling the truth. She says that Running Wolf is not on Rich Money's level and he's going to prove that in three days. Belle Bryden chimes in that we're going to see Running Wolf face a former USPW World Champion in Mick Muscles later on tonight. He'll be looking for some momentum. With all of that said, Cornish sends us to the ring for our opening six man tag team action.]

The Olympus Order (Zeus and Bad Intentions) vs. Roger Cage and The Dream Team(Greg Black and Grandmaster Phunk)

[in a bout that had little heat and embarrassing wrestling, The Olympus Order (Zeus(55), Bash Street(36) and Siale Valhalla(35)) defeated Roger Cage(60) and The Dream Team(Black-53, Phunk-51) in 7:05 when Zeus pinned Roger Cage, illegally using the ropes for leverage.]

Winners: The Olympus Order (Via Pinfall @ 7:05)

[A video begins to play showing Nicky Champion standing behind a steel cage. Champion grabs the cage and yells, saying that he knows how it feels to have his face rubbed against a steel cage. He reminds everyone that he has been there before but it will be different in three days when he steps inside the cage against The Dark Destroyer. But this is the man who cost him the USPW World title back in July. That means that Steve Frehley has a receipt coming. He has an answer coming and that answer will be drawn in blood. He warns the world that this match will not be for the faint of heart. He says that the kids will need to be put into bed before this match starts because there will be blood. There will be a Hawkeye taking control. Steve Frehley will go down on this night. Champion says that he is going to prove that Champion is more than just a name. He says that in three days he is going to prove that he is the best. Champion shakes the cage again before we go back to the ring.]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

    Juliette King vs. Sara Marie

[in a terrible match, Sara Marie(67) defeated Juliette King(40) in 1:57 when Juliette King got disqualified after going into an attacking rage.]

Winner: Sara Marie (Via Disqualification @ 1:57)

[Another pre-taped video begins to play. This one takes place in an empty classroom where we see Trent Shaffer standing at the chalkboard while Raven Robinson is sitting at a desk. Shaffer looks over at the camera and welcomes them to class. He tells Bulldozer Brandon Smith that he needs to pay a lot of attention right now because he is going to take the bulldozer to school. He writes 'Heart Burn' on the chalkboard. Heart Burn. Raven tell me the definition. Robinson seems to think for a moment and then says that the definition is the last thing Bulldozer Brandon Smith will feel before his lights are knocked out and he hears the 1-2-3 of the referee at Stars, Stripes And Slams. Shaffer agrees on the definition. He says that, since his arrival in USPW, he has proven himself worthy of the nickname 'The Talent.' But with Raven Robinson at his side he may very well be the Rated R Talent. Shaffer walks over to Raven Robinson and tilts her chin up, looking in her eyes. Then he peeks up at the camera and says they might want to shut this off right now if they want to remain PG. Shaffer grabs Robinson and pulls her up from her seat, bending her over the desk just before the cameras cut to the ring.]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

    Trent Shaffer vs. Regular Joe

[in an extremely short match, Trent Shaffer(79) defeated Regular Joe(41) in 2:30 by pinfall with a Heart Burn.]

Winner: Trent Shaffer (Via Pinfall @ 2:30)

    Match Rating: 73

    e7COpJF.jpg

[Trent Shaffer has picked up the victory in an extremely short match but he's not done in the ring. It's not Regular Joe that he has to worry about, though. Bulldozer Brandon Smith hits the ring and begins throwing punches with Shaffer! The two men exchange blows back and forth with neither man wanting to back down from the other. Smith trips up Shaffer with a double leg takedown and the two men roll around in the ring trying to fire shots on the other. The two men actually spill outside the ring, landing hard on the mats. Smith is up first but he is quickly taken down from behind. Raven Robinson has a lead pipe and she srikes Smith in the knee with the pipe! Last week, Shaffer injured the knee of Casey Valentine. This week, Raven Robinson might have done the same with Shaffer's Stars, Stripes And Slams opponent. Robinson stomps on the knee before she helps The Talent to his feet. Shaffer puts the boots to Smith as Smith tries to cover his knee. Officials rush out and work to separate the two men. EMTs come out and check on the knee of Smith, needing to help him to the back as we cut to the backstage area.]

    gvPsE8u.jpgLyCnjDl.jpgaD33e6Q.jpg

[We go backstage where Faith McGee is shown and she is...walking! McGee is followed by the cameras where she opens her locker and reveals an apple there that has her name on it. She looks confused, grabbing it and reading that this is a 'treat for a treat.' She seems to smile and takes a bite of the apple. She takes a second bite and then suddenly the apple falls to the ground. Joining the apple on the ground is Faith McGee, seemingly fainting out of nowhere. Just what was in that apple? After a few moments, The Bombshells step into the area, seeing the fallen McGee. Amelia Fairchild and Sweet Dani Adams check on McGee for a moment. Fairchild stays with her, yelling for Adams to go get help. Adams takes off and Fairchild tries to wake up McGee but she's not waking up. What a sleeping beauty.]

    15 Minute Time Limit Match

    Jillian Jarvis vs. Pariah

[in a poor match, Pariah(64) defeated Jillian Jarvis(55) in 10:16 by pinfall with a Tornado DDT.]

    COMING TONIGHT!

    Cm89CIG.jpgEPjkltT.jpgfhWxzti.jpg

    RGGyqir.jpg

[To begin the second hour, Danny Jillefski is shown backstage. Jillefski says that he has been given the opportunity to make a major announcement here on American Wrestling. He says that next week's show, the first in February, will see the debut of a brand new title in this company. This will be the first new title since March 2017 when the USPW Television title was unified with the USPW National title. He says that this brand new title is going to be known as the USPW 24/7 title. Whoever the champion is must defend that title 24 hours a day, seven days a week as long as there is an official USPW referee around. That means that this belt can change in any venue. It can change in a hotel room. It can change in the airport or on the airplane. Anyone can hold this title from wrestlers to managers to men to women. It doesn't matter as long as they can convince a referee to be there and make the three count. In order to determine the first USPW 24/7 champion, there is going to be a 10 person battle royal next week. The 24/7 rules will, then, go into effect the following day so the new champion has one day to rest before the rules will make them always have to look over their shoulders. Jillefski says that this should make for some very interesting scenes. Then he sends us over to another backstage area for an interview.]

    GkwY0Lw.jpg

    VeCdCbe.jpg

[That interview is hosted by none other than 'The Dude' James Justice! Justice thanks the Danny dude for sending things his way. Then he mentions that he is with the Dudette known as Missy Masterson. Justice talks about the fact that in three days Masterson will take on Jaime Quine for the USPW Women's title. He asks Masterson what her plans are to take the title. Masterson thanks Justice for the question. She says that she has been studying Jaime Quine ever since Quine became the USPW Women's Champion. She says that she always studies the champion because that is where she wants to be. She says that she has found some obvious issues with Quine's wrestling game. She says there are places she can exploit but she's not going to mention them here and give Quine time to correct them. Justice asks Masterson one thing she would like to tell Jaime Quine with three days before they meet in the ring. Masterson says that she would tell Quine to enjoy holding the title for the next three days because that title is coming to a Miss Fit. Masterson and Justice high five before Justice sends us to the ring.]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

    Joss Thompson vs. Morgan Malone

[in an extremely short match, Joss Thompson(80) defeated Morgan Malone(43) in 4:11 by pinfall with a Clean Cutter.]

Winner: Joss Thompson (Via Pinfall @ 4:11)

[boos echo in the crowd from the ending of the last match and then where we go here and that is the locker room of The Business. Inside the locker room are the USPW World Champion Rich Money, Rajah and Sterling Whitlock. Money is psyching up Rajah and Whitlock for their match tonight against the USPW World Tag Team Champions. Money looks into their eyes for a moment, shifting back and forth and then he tells them that he wants them to take out Jett & Moor. Rajah complains that he can beat these guys but Money says that he doesn't want these two guys beaten. He says he wants them eliminated. He wants them destroyed and injured before their match at Stars, Stripes And Slams. He says that he is the one that pays the money around here so he is going to get what he wants. Rajah says he understands and Whitlock is quick to agree with his mentor. Money pats them both on the shoulders before they turn and leave for the ring because their match is next.]

    Non-Title Match

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

The Business (Rajah and Sterling Whitlock) vs. Jett & Moor

[in a bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Jett(62) & Moor(67) defeated Rajah(42) and Sterling Whitlock(55) in 2:51 when Rajah was disqualified while fighting Jacob Jett.

Rajah was the weak link, struggling to keep up with everyone else's in-ring performance.]

Winners: Jett & Moor (Via Disqualification @ 2:51)

    Match Rating: 59

    3Jq9LuH.jpgxwwzLgd.jpgz4xWvBk.jpg

[Rajah was disqualified due to the use of a steel chair on Jacob Jett but The Business don't really care about that. He is joined by Sterling Whitlock, Dusty Ducont and Charlie Thatcher in the ring. Outside the ring, Elizabeth Cartier strikes Persephone from behind, knocking her into the ring apron and down. In the ring, Jett is taken down with a big clothesline by Dusty Ducont. Julius Moor tries to fight off the four wrestlers for his partner but he is quickly taken down by the four members of The Business. Moor is dropped with a Thrown Powerbomb by Ducont! The High Flyer Jacob Jett is sent flying with a big boot by Charlie Thatcher! Thatcher bounces off the ropes and catches Jett with a Crusher Legdrop! The crowd boos as The Business members stand side by side in the ring, raising their arms in victory. Moor and Jett were taken down tonight but will it be the same at Stars, Stripes And Slams? Will Rich Money be unhappy that it doesn't seem like they were eliminated tonight?]

    sPHKRcZ.jpg

[From the ring, we move to the backstage interview area where we see the number one contender Running Wolf. The Native American begins by saying that Rich Money thinks that money makes the world go round but that is not true. He says that his people survived without money for generations before their land was taken over. Wolf says that, last week, Rich Money decided to attack him from behind but he is still standing. He will still be standing in three days when he steps in the ring with the USPW World Champion and walks out with the title in his hands. He says that the last thing that Rich Money is going to feel is his sorry carcass being dropped with the Wolf Tamer and then the three count by the official and a new USPW World Champion. But he's not forgetting the man he's about to face. Mick Muscles is a veteran and a tough competitor. But he's not Running Wolf. He will fall to Running Wolf. Wolf releases a Native American War Cry before he turns and heads to the ring because he's wrestling next.]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

    Mick Muscles vs. Running Wolf

[before we get to our main event, we go backstage where Funky Fedora is standing in the interview area. Fedora says that when he heard there was going to be a brand new title here in USPW, he knew that title was going to be funky. So what else could he do but add his name to the ten person battle royal next week to determine a brand new champion? He says that he went to Danny Jillefski and then realized Jillefski couldn't get his name on the list. He went to Brock Cornish and realized that Cornish couldn't help him. Neither of them are funky enough. So he went to the head man himself. He went to the funkmaster general Allen Packer. He says that Packer told him that this battle royal wouldn't be right without the king of funk. So that means that Funky Fedora is in the battle royal. That means that Funky Fedora is going to land a Funknado on each and every wrestler in that match. That means that Funky Fedora is going to be your first 24/7 champion. Fedora gives his standard strut and it's time for our main event!]

    TV Time Remaining

    Steve Frehley vs. Enygma

[in a bout that had great heat and good wrestling, Steve Frehley(82) defeated Enygma(68) in 11:15 by pinfall with a Frehley's Comet.]

Winner: Steve Frehley (Via Pinfall @ 11:15)

['The Dark Destroyer' Steve Frehley has defeated Enygma on this night but Frehley does not get the opportunity to celebrate his victory. As soon as the bell sounds, Nicky Champion charges the ring and slides inside, going right after Frehley! The two men exchange punches in the center of the ring. The powerful Frehley gets the advantage and goes for a hanging vertical suplex but Champion drops down behind him! Champion grabs Frehley around the waist and throws him with a release German Suplex! Frehley rolls on the mat for a second before popping back up. He ducks a clothesline from Champion. Champion bounces off the ropes but Frehley catches him around the waist -- Overhead Belly To Belly Suplex! Champion is quite literally thrown through the ropes with that move and spills onto the floor. Frehley takes a moment and then charges Champion when Champion gets up -- Baseball Slide Kick -- NO! Champion avoids it but Frehley lands on his feet. Champion throws three punches and then Irish whips Frehley into the steel steps! Officials and wrestlers spill from the back and work to separate these two wrestlers who really dislike each other. Nicky Champion and Steve Frehley try to get to each other but they are kept separate as the show comes to an end. Brock Cornish reminds everyone that Stars, Stripes And Slams is this Saturday! We'll see you then! Have a great night!]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

The Olympus Order (Zeus and Bad Intentions) vs. Roger Cage and The Dream Team(Greg Black and Grandmaster Phunk)

Comments: Give Cage all the belts!

    TV Time Remaining

    Steve Frehley vs. Enygma

Comments: Give Frehley all the belts too!

I can tell you that both Cage and Frehley are in my future plans. Frehley, in particular, has a huge storyline coming that I won't talk about yet. But, following Stars, Stripes And Slams and his final match with Nicky Champion, I have big plans for The Rock (I mean) Dark Destroyer.

Enjoying the shows. Quality is great as always.

I have to say that it's comments like these that keep diaries going. I am really glad you're enjoying the quality of my shows. I do my best to make them both readable and not too long if I can.

I'm not a graphics person so I do have to rely on others to make the graphics that I use in the diary. I am very thankful that there's been some people who are willing to help me with those. But I do realize that my diaries are never going to be as graphically pleasing as someone like Eisen-verse's. I just have to try and play to my strengths as best I can. I'm just glad I have people still reading and still willing to make comments, sometimes on each match.

    NEWS: USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING PREVIEW!

    abvPVFK.png

We are only three days away from USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams! This week, American Wrestling comes to you live and on demand from Plum Park in New Jersey! What a huge main event we have for you this evening where we will see The Dark Destroyer
    Steve Frehley
step in the ring with the mysterious man in the green mask
    Enygma
! Both of these men are former USPW World Champions with Enygma being a two time champion. The last time Enygma won the title, he defeated The Dark Destroyer for that belt. Can Frehley come back from that and pick up the victory?

We have learned that former USPW Owner
    Danny Jillefski
has a major and important announcement to make this evening. Nothing has come out about what this announcement is but we are told it's something that might change the future of USPW wrestling.

    Last week,
    Pariah
    issued a challenge to
    Jillian Jarvis
to meet her in the ring three days before Stars, Stripes And slams. We have learned that Jarvis has accepted that challenge. That means that on American Wrestling, we will see these two women who have been feuding since September of last year step into the ring to face off. Will Pariah get her revenge from that attack three weeks ago or will Jarvis prove that she is just the better woman?

Plus there will be more! Remember, the live aspect of USPW American Wrestling means that anything can happen. Make sure you BE THERE and, as always, Keep Pounding!

    USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

    QDm6pnu.jpggOXDymc.jpg

[This week's episode of USPW American Wrestling kicks off with the entrance of The Talent Trent Shaffer along with his girlfriend, Raven Robinson. The crowd boos as the couple enter the ring and Robinson hands a microphone off to Shaffer. Shaffer listens to the boos for a moment before saying that The Talent has arrived. He says that you can boo him all you want but that he's not the bad guy here. He's never been the bad guy. He's just been that guy with the most talent in the ring that people hate because he's better than they are. He says he cannot help that he's got such a beautiful girlfriend. He says he cannot help that he's got the best finisher in professional wrestling. He says that last week he challenged Bulldozer Brandon Smith to meet him on A Moment Of Justice but he doesn't want to wait that long. So he is challenging Smith to come to the ring and face him right now. He hands the microphone to Raven Robinson and stares at the entrance ramp. But the music that plays is definitely not the music for the Bulldozer.]

    5jp0VcK.jpg

[it's Cool Hand Casey Valentine! Valentine stands at the top of the ramp getting some cheers from this crowd! Raven Robinson yells at Valentine that he's not the one they called out tonight. Valentine says he knows that but he says that Brandon Smith is NOT yet in the building. But, of course, Trent Shaffer knows that. He says that's why Shaffer called him out. Shaffer yells that he knew no such thing. But Valentine says that he has been looking to prove himself worthy of the Valentine name. He's here right now and he's ready for a fight. So he challenges Shaffer to a match right now here in Illinois State Park. After a conference between Shaffer and Robinson, Robinson accepts the match on behalf of The Talent. Microphones are thrown as Casey Valentine rushes the ring. We have our opening bout!]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

    Trent Shaffer vs. Casey Valentine

[in a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Trent Shaffer(77) defeated Casey Valentine(68) in 6:15 by pinfall with a Heart Burn(Lung Blower).]

Winner: Trent Shaffer (Via Pinfall @ 6:15)

[Trent Shaffer has won this impromptu opening contest. He is joined in the ring by Raven Robinson, who raises his arm in victory. Shaffer looks down at the fallen Casey Valentine and begins stomping away on him! The crowd boos as Shaffer pickshim up and hits another Heart Burn. Robinson slides out of the ring and grabs a chair, sliding that chair inside the ring to Shaffer. Shaffer raises the chair and catches Valentine on the back. The cracking sound of the chair draws more boos from this audience. Shaffer grabs Valentine's leg and hooks that leg in the chair before moving to the second turnbuckle. He looks down at Valentine and then leaps, stomping the chair around the leg of Valentine! Valentine cries out in pain as EMTs rush the ring. Shaffer holds the ropes open for Robinson and the couple exit the ring as EMTs check on Valentine, calling for a stretcher. As this is done, we head backstage.]

[in the backstage area we see the new USPW tag team known as The Dream Team. Grandmaster Phunk and Greg Black are shown and they are...walking. They turn a corner and walk right into The Olympus Order. Zeus looks the two men up and down for a moment and tells them to just go away because they're not worthy of being in the presence of a god. Black tilts his head and says that his people didn't survive decades of slavery to be turned away by some wannabe god. Both members of Bad Intentions step up and go face-to-face with The Dream Team. Zeus, standing behind them, says that these two men have bad intentions for The Dream Team. He says that they will take care of them next week. Phunk accepts the challenge on behalf of his team right before a brawl breaks out. The brawl is 3-on-2 with The Olympus Order holding the advantage. So they are able to beat down The Dream Team until Roger Cage comes running in, swinging his USPW National title belt around. The Olympus Order back off and Cage stands with The Dream Team as we go to the ring.]

[backstage, we see the locker room of The Business where we see the USPW World Champion Rich Money, Rajah, Dusty Ducont, Charlie Thatcher and Elizabeth Cartier talking about their strategies for their matches tonight. Money hypes the big matches tonight with Rajah taking on Rick Law and Ducont and Thatcher facing off with Natural Storm. Money says that when they step inside the ring tonight they are all representing The Business. They are showing the world what happens when you step in the ring with not only himself but the entire group. That means that they had better win tonight or there might not be a place for them on the roster. He says that each of them are an investment for him and his investments should always pay off. He reminds them that everybody has a price for Rich Money. Then, he sends them off to get prepared because Rajah's match with Rick law is coming up next.]

[From the ring we go outside to the parking lot where resident reporter Lionel Greenwood is standing by. Greenwood thanks Brock Cornish for turning things over to him and then says he's out here to see the arrival of Bulldozer Brandon Smith. He says that Smith should be here at any moment. A nondescript vehicle suddenly pulls up. The vehicle has an Uber tag on it and out from the back comes Bulldozer Brandon Smith! Smith pays the driver as he's approached by Greenwood. Greenwood asks Smith about why he took an Uber. He says that somebody slashed his tires so he couldn't get to the building. Before he can continue, he is attacked from the side by Trent Shaffer and knocked into the car! The driver of the car looks shocked and quickly drives away as Shaffer and Smith begin exchanging punches. Raven Robinson moves in behind Smith and catches him with a low blow, sending him to his knees. Shaffer catches Smith with the Heart Burn outside on the parking lot! He goes to his knees and begins throwing punches as security and officials finally show up. The security and officials pull Shaffer away as he stares at the fallen Smith. Lionel Greenwood sends things back to the ring and the announcers.]

    Jaime Quine vs. Wendy Anderson

[in a poor match, Jaime Quine(66) defeated Wendy Anderson(53) in 10:18 by pinfall with a K.O. Kick.]

[uSPW Women's Champion Jaime Quine has picked up the victory over Wendy Anderson. She gets her arm raised and then turns her attention back to Anderson. She begins stomping her head into the mat. Quine pulls Anderson up and catches her with another K.O. Kick! Anderson falls to the mat and Quine grabs her cell phone to take a selfie. As Quine focuses on her phone, Missy Masterson comes running into the ring! Masterson kicks the phone out of Quine's hand and then gives her a kick to the ribs! Masterson pulls Quine up and sends her over the top rope with a clothesline. Masterson stares down Quine from the ring, making a 'belt' motion. Will we see a new USPW Women's Champion at Stars, Stripes And Slams?]

    Cm89CIG.jpg

[Once the ring is cleared, it's time for the second hour of USPW American Wrestling. This second hour begins with the arrival to the ring of The Dark Destroyer Steve Frehley. Frehley, of course, has some big matches coming up, including one next week where he faces off with Enygma. Frehley enters the ring to boos from this large crowd. He takes a look around and begins by saying that in ten days he is going to put down the USPW hero Nicky Champion. He says that champion will simply be a name and that Nicky is going to know his role in this company. That role is anywhere below The Dark Destroyer. He reminds the fans that this won't be any match. This match will take place inside a steel cage where only pinfalls and submissions count. That means that when Frehley's Comet comes through, there will only be one man left and that is the Nicky Champion beating, chocolate pie eating, trail blazing, eyebrow raising, best in the future, the present, the past because everyone knows Frehley is beating Champion's...Frehley's words are interrupted. But this time it's not by Nicky Champion.]

    fhWxzti.jpg

[Enygma walks out from the back and Brock Cornish reminds everyone that these two men will face off next week on the go-home show of USPW American Wrestling. The man in the green mask enters the ring and goes face-to-face with Steve Frehley. Frehley looks him up and down and then asks him what in the blue hell he wants. Enygma reminds Frehley not to look past seven more days. Frehley responds with 'Seven more days, huh? Who are you? Samara from The Ring? No wonder you wear the mask.' Enygma tells Frehley that he's very funny but he won't be laughing next week when he has to make a decision about his ankle. Enygma says it will be tap or snap next week in the ring. Enygma tells Frehley that he's next on the list. Frehley starts to laugh and then throws a punch. The Dark Destroyer and Enygma begin exchanging punches until Enygma trips Frehley with a double leg takedown. He goes for the Enygma Variation but Frehley manages to kick his way free. Frehley rolls out of the ring and stares up at Enygma. The man in the green mask stares back at him as the segment comes to a close. With that, we go to an interview backstage.]

    Iqpl8V4.jpgsc9W0zt.jpg

[This backstage promo is conducted by the two friends here in USPW that have been feuding with The Triumverate. Melody begins the promo by saying that in ten days they have been invited to fight Alicia Strong and her two hooligans. She reminds everyone how two weeks ago her best friend was attacked by this group and she just came out to help her. It ended with the two of them lying on the mat in a lot of pain. But that is not what's going to happen at Stars, Stripes And Slams. In fact, it will be quite the opposite. She says that when she drops Alicia Strong with her Melody Maker Strong is going to be hearing an echoing sound in her head of a 1-2-3 count. Sara Marie speaks up and she says it's difficult for her to speak ill of someone. That's just not how she is made. However, she says that she has experienced more pain from The Triumverate than anyone she has ever faced in her career. She says she is going to go out and find a partner for the two of them to accept their challenge. She says that it's going to be a good day. She smiles and we cut to the ring.]

Ducont & Thatcher vs. Natural Storm

[in a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Ducont(53) & Thatcher(45) defeated Natural Storm(Howard-70, Rayne-67) in 8:20 when Dusty Ducont pinned Eddie Howard with a Thrown Powerbomb.]

[backstage, it's time to take a look at the USPW soda machine! Standing at the soda machine is the man known as Da Phreak Andre Jones. The former all-star volleyball player is getting some water from the machine when he is approached by manager Maryam Vega. Vega says that she's been watching Jones wrestle and thinks she could do very well for him as his manager. She says that she could put him right on top. He shakes his head and tells her no thanks. He gets his water and starts to turn away but she grabs him and tells him he'd be smart to accept her tutelage. Jones pulls himself away and, again, tells her no. Vega gets angry and tells him to go to the ring so she can show him what a real man looks like! Vega stomps off, obviously to find the one man she does manage, Kirk Jameson, while Jones just shrugs and walks off.]

[We go to another area backstage where Danny Jillefski is standing by with women's wrestler Pariah. Jillefski mentions that Pariah has been on her own since her arrival here in USPW. That was made apparent two weeks ago when Jillian Jarvis attacked her and no one came to her aid. Jillefski asks her about her plans when it comes to Jarvis and what happened. Pariah says that she is used to fighting her own battles. She says that she was thrown into the deep end on many assignments before she came to this company. However, she is not afraid to fight on her own. That means that she is challenging Jillian Jarvis to meet her face-to-face in the ring next week. She says that she will be using Jarvis as a stepping stone toward her ultimate goal of becoming the next USPW Women's Champion. Jillefski thanks Pariah for the interview and sends us back to the ring for an impromptu matchup.]

[Andre Jones has picked up the victory over Kirk Jameson. He stands and gets his arm raised by referee Baby Jamie. Jones climbs to the second turnbuckle and yells out to the crowd. He grabs a volleyball from his corner and throws it out into the crowd. In the background, Maryam Vega is yelling at Kirk Jameson to get to his feet. Jameson gets up as Jones sends the volleyball into the crowd. Jameson strikes Jones from behind with a chop block to the knee! Jones goes down, grabbing his leg in pain. Vega directs Jameson to strike Jones and he does so with a knee to the back of Jones' knee. Jameson grabs the leg and locks in the Kirk Hold, an elevated leg lock. Jones taps out immediately but there's no bell because the match is over. Officials come running out from the back and try to break the hold but Jameson has it locked in tight. Jones is tapping and yelling in pain. Finally, with Vega's instructions, Jameson releases the hold and stands up. He raises his arms in victory beside Vega, drawing boos from this crowd. As Jones is looked at by the officials, we move backstage.]

[backstage, brings us to a locker room where Nicky Champion is stretching and preparing for his match tonight. Running Wolf walks in and shakes hands with Champion, asking if he's ready for the match. Champion says he's always ready because Champion is more than just a name. Wolf reminds him not to overlook Rich Money tonight because of what Steve Frehley said earlier. Champion says that he remembers what it's like to face Rich Money, especially with the World title on the line. He says he will focus on one match at a time. Wolf wishses him good luck and then exits the locker room. The camera follows him walking off. He stops at the USPW soda machine and before he can get a soda he's attacked from the side by Rich Money! Money strikes him in the head with the USPW World title belt, sending him crashing to the ground. Money puts the stomps on him before ramming him into the soda machine. He hits him head-first three times into the soda machine before finally throwing him down to the ground. Money, speaking to himself, says that will make sure he's not around tonight. Money walks off and he better be ready because his match is next!]

[Steve Frehley just ruined a match of the year candidate with an attack on Nicky Champion! Rich Money manages to slide out of the ring and grab his USPW World title belt, taking off to the back. In the ring, Frehley catches Champion with the Choke Press Slam where he grabs Champion around the throat, stares right into his eyes, then hoists him up to deliver a big Press Slam! Champion crashes to the mat, grabbing his back in pain. Frehley exits the ring and pulls a table out from underneath! He slides the table in the ring but this has given Champion a chance to recover. Champion meets Frehley as The Dark Destroyer enters the ring. Champion hits him with a few forearm shots and then goes for the Hawkeye Hammer but it's blocked by Frehley. Frehley catches Champion with a low blow and then grabs the table, setting it up near the corner. Frehley grabs Champion and hits him with the Frehley's Comet through the table! Champion is down and must be out at this point! The Dark Destroyer stands up and his music begins playing as he celebrates in the ring. He raises his arms and the show comes to an end with Steve Frehley standing over Nicky Champion ten days before they meet inside the cage.]

    abvPVFK.png

For those of you who tuned in last Wednesday night to see USPW American Wrestling, you might have been surprised not to see the show this week. Unfortunately, the show was pre-empted this week on the Reverie network due to the Presidential inauguration. American Wrestling is planned to return next week on the Reverie network.

We wish congratulations to the brand new President and hope for the best for the next four years.

The truth is that I either have the flu or COVID right now so I have been down and out for the most part. So that is why I haven't been posting anything regarding the diary. I am hoping to have the next American Wrestling show up either by or on this coming Wednesday. The diary will continue, of course, but I have to get better first. Thank you for understanding.

    NEWS: USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING PREVIEW!

    abvPVFK.png

USPW American Wrestling continues this week as we come to you live and on demand from the Illinois State Park. What a main event we have this week. It is a rematch from last year's Independence Day Slam main event. The only change is who is the champion this time around. This time it will be
    Rich Money
defending the USPW World title against the former six time champion
    Nicky 'Hawkeye' Champion
. If Champion wins the title, this could change things around for Stars, Stripes And Slams as he would be forced to defend the title against his friend, Running Wolf. This might also mean a match between Rich Money and The Dark Destroyer Steve Frehley. Make sure you're tuned in for this match between two of the top stars of this company and the world.

Two weeks ago, The Business members
    Dusty Ducont
    and
    Charlie Thatcher
secured a USPW World Tag Team title match against Jacob Jett and Julius Moor. This week, they will be stepping in the ring with former six time USPW World Tag Team Champions
    Natural Storm
. If Natural Storm can win this match, it would definitely put them in line for a shot at the titles. But The Business is looking for some momentum heading toward Stars, Stripes And Slams. They'll be looking to run over D.C. Rayne and Eddie Howard.

Our lone female match of the evening will be the main event of hour one when
    Jaime Quine
    steps into the ring against
    Wendy Anderson
. This will be a non-title encounter but a win for Anderson would certainly push her into title contention. Anderson has been with the company for a year and has yet to win a Women's title here. On the other hand, Jaime Quine is looking for momentum toward Stars, Stripes And Slams and her match with Missy Masterson. The Mistress of Instagram certainly would not be able to handle a loss here but make sure you watch to find out what happens.

Plus there will be more! Remember, the live aspect of USPW American Wrestling means that anything can happen. Make sure you BE THERE and, as always, Keep Pounding!

  9. Hey everyone,

Sorry for not posting this on Wednesday as per usual. I had some real life stuff to deal with. Also, is everyone alright with my posting the match results in this way? I don't figure that too many people really read every word in the matches. The pay-per-views will be a little more drawn out, especially for the main event matches. Either way, I am happy to be back and hoping to get more shows posted soon. Thank you for waiting and for reading and remember to #KeepPounding and let's drop the hammer on cancer!

    USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

    4RA6iK7.jpgCm89CIG.jpg

[uSPW American Wrestling begins in the ring where both the USPW World Champion Rich Money and The Dark Destroyer Steve Frehley are standing and waiting to begin the show with a promo. Money begins by saying that, tonight, he has the best partner that money can buy. He says that Frehley isn't the USPW World Champion but only one man is and that's him. He says that's not going to change at Stars, Stripes And Slams when he faces Running Wolf, the poor man's Nicky Champion. Money reminds everyone that he himself is a rich man. He is nobody's poor man anything. He congratulates Frehley for being his partner before Frehley swipes the microphone from him. The Dark Destroyer looks in the eyes of his partner tonight and tells Money to know his role and shut his mouth. He says that nobody wants to hear him talk, talk, talk about absolutely nothing when someone like Steve Frehley is in the ring. Frehley says that tonight he is going to start what is going to happen to Nicky Champion at Stars, Stripes And Slams inside the cage. Now, Rich Money, what are you going to do? He hands over the microphone to Money but before Money can speak he grabs it back and gives off the 'It doesn't matter what you're going to do' line. Frehley says that tonight Nicky Champion and Running Wolf ain't nothin! He tosses the microphone out of the ring and the music plays. Frehley exits the ring and walks toward the back while Money shrugs and holds up the USPW World title belt.]

    waSizfm.jpgv6V0Usd.jpg8pNHDmR.jpg

[From the ring, we move to the commentary booth where Brock Cornish, Emily McQueen and Belle Bryden are standing by. Cornish talks about what just happened there and says it seems like Steve Frehley and Rich Money are not on the same page tonight. McQueen says they are just having some fun out there and says that by the time our main event rolls around they will have everything figured out. After all, Frehley does say that Nicky Champion and Running Wolf ain't nothin. Bryden pipes in and says that from a wrestler's standpoint it's never good to not be on the same page as your partner. Then, Cornish sends us up to the ring for our opening bout, the match for the USPW National title.]

    Match #1

    vpyOsUQ.jpgEPjkltT.jpgsQzlsks.jpg

    USPW National Title Match

    20 Minute Time Limit Match

Roger Cage defends vs. Joss Thompson

[in a decent match, Roger Cage(60) defeated Joss Thompson(81) in 8:08 by pinfall with a Cage Rage(Diving Reverse DDT). Roger Cage makes defence number three of the USPW National title.]

Winner: Roger Cage (Via Pinfall @ 8:08)

    Match Rating: 80

    YFz3Pv3.jpgR6b7F9W.jpg9gYJQ09.jpg

[Roger Cage slowly gets up and gets his arm raised in victory by referee Robbie Sanchez. Cage has beaten a former USPW World Champion tonight in what was a solid opening bout. Sanchez is about to hand over the USPW National title belt when Cage is attacked from behind by Zeus and Bad Intentions. Bash Street and Siale Valhalla double team Cage and he is no match for the two powerhouse wrestlers. They move over to the corner and Valhalla catches Cage with a backbreaker. Street climbs to the second turnbuckle and leaps, catching Cage with the Decapitator! Cage falls to the mat, grabbing his neck. Zeus smiles, seeing what has happened to his future opponent. Zeus picks up Cage and drops him with a Thunder Bolt, his version of a sit-out power bomb! Zeus grabs the USPW National title belt from the referee and raises it up to boos from the crowd. Zeus drops the belt on Cage. The three members of The Olympus Order stand over Cage, raising their arms in victory. If this same thing happens at Stars, Stripes And Slams, we will see a brand new USPW National Champion.]

    nqmfMAO.jpgbBgxJ1H.jpgDJYb4NZ.jpg

[A video begins to play showcasing three members of The Business standing in front of a wall with $ on it. Those three are Elizabeth Cartier, Dusty Ducont and Charlie Thatcher. Cartier begins by reminding everyone that, last week, dumb and dumber accepted the challenge of The Business for a match for the USPW World Tag Team Championships. She says that Persephone has a group of fools that somehow won the belts. She reminds everyone that these two men are former USPW World Tag Team Champions. As a matter of fact, they beat Rick Law and James Justice to get those titles. She says that in the year 2020 all of The Business will hold gold in this company. Rich Money is already the World Champion and soon Dusty Ducont and Charlie Thatcher will be the World Tag Team Champions. She reminds everyone that they are The Business and business is good. She smiles and we head to the ring.]

    Match #2

    YflcMj1.jpgEPjkltT.jpg5jp0VcK.jpg

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

    Funky Fedora vs. Casey Valentine

[in a bout that didn't have much heat and terrible wrestling, Casey Valentine(65) defeated Funky Fedora(42) in 5:40 when Funky Fedora intentionally got counted out.]

Winner: Casey Valentine (Via Count Out @ 5:40)

    Match Rating: 64

    srf5cvy.jpg

[As the crowd boos that intentional count out, the backstage interview set is lit up and we see the USPW Women's Champion Jaime Quine standing by. She is not looking up at the camera though. Instead, she is looking at her phone, muttering about needing more Instagram followers. She slowly looks up at the camera and yells at the cameraman that he should have said something if they were ready. She says that, last week, she agreed to lower herself to fight a woman that doesn't even HAVE an Instagram account. She was challenged by Missy Masterson and she accepted. But there's the thought that Masterson might not even make it to Stars, Stripes And Slams. Quine says she has an idea and you can hear the cameraman ask her to finish the interview. Instead, she gives him the hand and says 'Whatever,' which is echoed by the crowd. Quine turns and walks off, looking down at her cell phone.]

    Match #3

    fpQjqYm.jpgEPjkltT.jpgVeCdCbe.jpg

    15 Minute Time Limit Match

    Tiffany Jade vs. Missy Masterson

[in a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Missy Masterson(61) defeated Tiffany Jade(68) in 9:41 by pinfall with an Identity Crisis(Handspring Moonsault).]

Winner: Missy Masterson (Via Pinfall @ 9:41)

    Match Rating: 71

    VeCdCbe.jpg

    srf5cvy.jpg

[Missy Masterson has picked up a huge victory over Tiffany Jade. She gets her arm raised by referee Baby Jamie and then goes to the second turnbuckle, pumping her fists to the crowd. As she does that, Jaime Quine slips into the ring and hits her from behind with a double sledge to the back. As Masterson starts to fall off the top turnbuckle, Quine grabs her and drops her in a crucifix power bomb! Masterson falls to the mat, already hurting from a nearly ten minute match. Quine pulls out a cell phone and types in a few numbers before grabbing Masterson by the hair. She holds her up and takes a picture for Instagram before dropping her back to the mat. Quine yells out to the crowd to follow her on Instagram before exiting the ring and walking to the back as we cut to a video.]

    U5bfBGq.jpg

[And the video is a highlight reel of the wrestler known as Jim Force. The Force has not been seen in USPW for several months. But he has some great highlights, including being the second USPW World Champion when he defeated Giant Redwood back in 2002. He has also defeated Rich Money for the title. He has defeated Giant Redwood three times for the USPW World title with his latest and fourth reign coming between August 2005 and March 2006 when he lost the title to Mick Muscles. The video also shows him winning the USPW World Tag Team titles twice with Captain USA as his partner. Once, they defeated Savage Fury and the second time they defeated The Towers Of Power. The video ends with an announcement that Jim Force will return in February of this year. Make sure you stay tuned! The first hour ends with this video.]

    sPHKRcZ.jpg

[The second hour begins in the ring for a very special edition of A Moment Of Justice with James Justice. Justice welcomes everyone to his show and announces that this will be a very special edition of A Moment Of Justice. He says that he will be overseeing a contract signing between Rich Money and Running Wolf. Those two men will be fighting at Stars, Stripes And Slams for the USPW World title. First, he invites the challenger out to the ring and here comes Running Wolf. The Native American is 6'6" and 290 pounds. He walks out to the ring and does a Native American War Dance around the ring before shaking hands with Justice. Next, we see the arrival of the USPW World Champion Rich Money. Money not only has the USPW World title but he also has a similar briefcase to what he had last week. Money enters the ring and begins things by saying he has an offer to make to Running Wolf. He says that, last week, he offered Rick Law the opportunity to lay down but he wasn't smart enough to do it. This week, he is going to offer Running Wolf $25,000 for his Native American headdress. Wolf looks insulted at the offer and says there is no way he is going to accept that offer. He says that this headdress is irreplaceable and there is no price. Money responds that everybody has a price. Wolf says that Money is going to learn that's not true at Stars, Stripes And Slams. Then he signs the contract. Money looks down at the contract and signs it as well. He moves around the table to go face-to-face with Wolf before striking his challenger with the briefcase. He sets up Wolf on the table before slugging James Justice with the briefcase. Then, Money heads to the top turnbuckle -- Dollars From Heaven! The frog splash goes right through Running Wolf and the table! Money stands up and raises the USPW World title belt as we cut away to the backstage area.]

    pbvhXnD.jpgU8167Eq.jpgNuUqKdw.jpg

[We go backstage to a locker room where The Triumverate members Alicia Strong and The Muscle Monsters are discussing what happened last week. Strong says she is very proud of Glorious Gloria and Juliette King and what they did to Sara Marie and Melody. She says that the Princess of Power must be rubbing off on them. But they aren't done. She says that they need to continue to prove themselves and that means a match at Stars, Stripes And Slams. She says that they will challenge Melody and Sara Marie to find a third partner for a match at the big event. Strong says that she is going to lead the Strongamania charge continuing tonight when she defeats Charity Sweet. She says that her partners don't need to come down to ringside for this match because if she doesn't win this one she deserves to lose. They raise the three fingers and Strong turns, heading out of the locker room and to the ring.]

    Match #4

    pbvhXnD.jpgEPjkltT.jpgKxL0W6G.jpg

    10 Minute TIme Limit Match

    Alicia Strong vs. Charity Sweet

[in a decent match, Alicia Strong(77) defeated Charity Sweet(54) in 5:50 by pinfall with an Angel Driver(Arrow Suplex).]

Winner: Alicia Strong (Via Pinfall @ 5:50)

    Match Rating: 74

    fhWxzti.jpgsq4ClYI.jpgvuKzdSg.jpg

[Following a replay of Alicia Strong's victory, we move backstage where we find Enygma talking with The Texas Express. Cooper Christie thanks Enygma for teaming with them tonight. He talks about all they can learn by teaming with a veteran of his status. Enygma nods and tells them to follow his lead and tonight they can defeat Mick Muscles and The Cold Warriors. Turk Trenneman offers a fist bump and they all take it before both members of The Texas Express call out 'Don't mess with Texas.' The three men turn and walk off toward the door and it's almost time for their six man tag team match.]

    UwmJBh4.jpgnzkKpim.jpg

[before we get to the six man tag team match, we move to a video where we see Greg Black lifting weights with Grandmaster Phunk as his spotter. Phunk looks up in the camera and smiles for a moment, setting the weight up on the holders. He says that it's about time that this tag team division here in USPW got some color and that's exactly what they're going to do with this Dream Team right here. Greg Black says that Martin Luther King, Jr. had a dream. He says that if Dr. King was here in USPW, his dream would be for Greg Black and Grandmaster Phunk to hold the USPW World Tag Team titles. So they are going to fulfill that dream for Dr. King. Phunk says that it's time for the tag team division to get phunky and Black says they are going to fade to black because black lives matter. The two men hold their wrists together, both of them having wristbands that have 'Black Lives Matter' on them. The video ends with Black and Phunk switching places. We head to the ring for that six man tag team match.]

Winners: Enygma and The Texas Express (Via Pinfall @ 5:30)

    Match Rating: 50

    QDm6pnu.jpggOXDymc.jpg

[From the ring, we move backstage to where we see 'The Talent' Trent Shaffer and his manager and girlfriend Raven Robinson. Shaffer looks into the camera and begins by saying that The Talent has arrived. He says that last week his time with this beautiful woman was interrupted by that guy you call The Bulldozer. He says that Brandon just doesn't seem to understand that he's not the bad guy here. He's just the guy with more talent than anyone in this business. That means that people, like Brandon, are going to be jealous of him. Not only does he have all the talent but he has the most beautiful woman in the company as well. So, they need to talk about this jealousy and work on it so that neither one of them gets hurt. He says that the perfect place to do that will be A Moment Of Justice next week. He challenges Bulldozer Brandon Smith to meet him there. Top Talent Out. Shaffer nods to Raven Robinson and then gives her a long kiss as we go to the announce booth so they can tell us about a match next week.]

Rich Money and Steve Frehley vs. Hawkeye & Wolf

[in a superb match, Hawkeye(92) & Wolf(74) defeated Rich Money(76) and Steve Frehley(82) in 12:19 when Running Wolf pinned Rich Money with a Wolf Tamer(Fireman's Carry Slam).

In terms of in-ring work, Nicky Champion was head and shoulders above everyone else.]

[The crowd is absolutely shocked that Running Wolf just pinned the USPW World Champion Rich Money. The bell has sounded but Nicky Champion and Steve Frehley are still battling outside the ring. Inside the ring, Wolf catches Rich Money with a clothesline, sending him over the top rope to the floor. Money looks between Champion and Frehley and Running Wolf and decides that discretion is the better part of valor. He grabs the USPW World title belt and hightails it away. Outside the ring, Steve Frehley sends Nicky Champion right into the ring post, bouncing his head off the post and sending him down to the mats outside the ring. Frehley climbs in the ring where Running Wolf charges him. Frehley does a leap frog over a Running Wolf spear attempt and then bounces off the ropes himself -- Dark Destroyer Spear! He just cut the number one contender in half! Frehley yanks up Wolf quickly and hits him the Frehley's Comet! Steve Frehley is the last man standing inside the ring. The Dark Destroyer raises his arms in victory and plays to the booing crowd as the show comes to an end. We'll see you next week right here on USPW American Wrestling.]

Solid first show. Nice foundation to build upon.

Comments on the diary in general: Really enjoyed the first show! Looking forward to what you have in store for USPW.

Thanks to both of you for the comments on the first show. I am really glad you both enjoyed it. I hope that things continue that way as we move forward as I have plenty of plans for what is going to happen in the future.

    NEWS: USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING PREVIEW!

    abvPVFK.png

Last week's first USPW American Wrestling of 2020 opened with a bang and a successful USPW World title defense by Rich Money. This week, the show is headed back to the south east region and The Dust Bowl for more wrestling action. On this show, we will see a spectacular tag team contest where
    Rich Money
    teams up with
    Steve Frehley
    against the
    Hawkeye And The Wolf
tag team of Nicky Champion and Running Wolf. Two separate feuds will collide in this match. Which side will gain the momentum heading on the road toward Stars, Stripes And Slams?

    Last week, we saw
    Missy Masterson
ask for and receive a USPW Women's title match against the current Champion Jaime Quine. With that match coming at Stars, Stripes And Slams, Masterson steps in the ring with another very talented former USPW Women's Champion
    Tiffany Jade
. If Jade can beat Masterson, then she would definitely be throwing her hat in the ring for a Women's title match. We all know that Jaime Quine will be watching this match closely as she scouts her challenger. Will she be at ringside for this match?

As was announced last week, the opening match this evening will be the USPW National title match. The champion
    Roger 'Smooth' Cage
steps in the ring to take on The Total Package
    Joss Thompson
. Last week, Thompson defeated tag team specialist D.C. Rayne and then made the match announcement after that match was over. Thompson definitely seems confident as Cage might be looking past him toward Stars, Stripes And Slams. We know that the winner of this match will face Zeus for the title at the large event. Both men should be focusing on the other on this night because either man could walk out with the title.

Plus there will be more! Remember, the live aspect of USPW American Wrestling means that anything can happen. Make sure you BE THERE and, as always, Keep Pounding!

    USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

    Yg3toN5.jpgCtre4ma.jpg

[it is time for the very first USPW American Wrestling of 2020 and it kicks off with pyro at the top of the ramp. Then the fans are on their feet with the arrival of Rick Law and 'The Head Cheerleader' Dawn Gemmell. Law and Gemmell high five the fans on their way down to the ring before stepping inside. Law is given a microphone by Gemmell and he begins, not by talking about what's ahead, but by talking about last week where he outlasted nine other men in a battle royal to earn a USPW World title shot tonight. Law says that, last week, law and order prevailed and that means that, this week, Rich Money is set up to serve some hard time courtesy of the man who enforces law and order around here, Rick Law. Law talks about the fact that he has been in wrestling for 19 years and he has never been the USPW World Champion. He has held the USPW National title twice and the USPW World Tag Team titles twice. But the USPW World title has always alluded him. So that means that tonight the USPW World Champion is going to be...]

[Rick Law's sentence is interrupted by Rich Money walking out from the back carrying a large grey briefcase. The crowd boos the current USPW World Champion as he walks right to the ring and steps up the stairs and enters the ring. Money, clad in a business suit, asks for and is given a microphone. Money tells Law that being the World Champion is not easy. You always have a target on your back. That's why he has a crew of men to watch his back. He says that he is going to give Rick Law the opportunity of a lifetime. He says that inside this briefcase is $50,000 in cash. He tells Law that he can have the money if he just lays down tonight and lets Money pin him. Money opens the briefcase to show the stacks of cash before closing it again. Law seems to be thinking about that. He looks to the crowd who are telling him not to take it. Money says not to listen to them because any one of them would take the money and run. He says that he is saving Law the beating of a lifetime tonight. Law turns back to him and nods, reaching out and taking the briefcase. Money smiles and offers a handshake to seal the deal. Law takes Money's hand but doesn't let go! Money's eyes go wide and he begins dropping to his knees, pain visible on his face! The rest of The Business come running out and slide in the ring just as Rick Law slides out of the ring. Law begins throwing the money into the crowd as he backs up the ramp with a smile. Money yells at Law from the ring while Law yells back that he'll see him tonight.]

[We are taken to the announce booth where Brock Cornish welcomes everyone to USPW American Wrestling. He says that we will see those two wrestlers in our main event tonight for the USPW World title. Emily McQueen speaks up and says that Rich Money is going to be angry following that display by Rick Law and the fact that Law just gave away $50,000 of Rich Money's money. She expects a beating by the USPW World Champion. Belle Bryden reminds everyone that's not the only match tonight. She talks about two veterans of the ring going one on one tonight when Raven Robinson faces Sara Marie. McQueen says the deviousness of Robinson will lead her to victory. Speaking of matches, Cornish sends us to our opening bout which will feature two members of The Business, Dusty Ducont and Charlie Thatcher, taking on Nicky Champion and Running Wolf!]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

Ducont & Thatcher vs. Hawkeye & Wolf

[in a decent match, Hawkeye(89) & Wolf(71) defeated Ducont(54) & Thatcher(46) in 9:44 when Nicky Champion pinned Dusty Ducont with a Hawkeye Hammer(Double Underhook Facebuster).

In terms of in-ring work, Nicky Champion was head and shoulders above everyone else.]

Winners: Hawkeye & Wolf (Via Pinfall @ 9:44)

[We are taken backstage where Trent Shaffer and Raven Robinson are...walking! They approach the infamous USPW soda machine and Shaffer puts in his money. He lets Robinson choose the drink, turning just in time to get blindsided by Bulldozer Brandon Smith! The Bulldozer catches Shaffer with a sharp forearm smash to the side of the head! Smith tries to bang Shaffer off the soda machine but Robinson steps in between! Smith stops before the two hit and catches a back elbow from Shaffer. Shaffer kicks Smith in the gut and slips behind him, going for the Heart Burn, better known as a Lung Blower but it's blocked by the powerful Smith. Shaffer jumps on Smith's back and goes for a sleeper but Smith turns and runs backward, ramming Shaffer against the wall, breaking the hold. Smith sets up a table there and grabs Shaffer from behind. Robinson comes running but she's too late! Smith sends Shaffer through a table in the backstage area with the Backdrop Driver! Both men crash on the ground as officials come running in. Raven Robinson checks on her man but it looks like he won't be in her corner later on.]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

    Sterling Whitlock vs. Jimmy Chipolata

[in an abysmal match, Sterling Whitlock(55) defeated Jimmy Chipolata(23) in 4:18 by pinfall with a Whitlock's End(Leaping Piledriver).]

Winner: Sterling Whitlock (Via Pinfall @ 4:18)

[Following a reply of Sterling Whitlock's victory, we move backstage where the USPW World Tag Team Champions Jacob Jett and Julius Moor are standing by with their manager Persephone. Persephone begins by talking about the fact that this goddess has aligned herself with the USPW World Tag Team Champions and two future USPW World Champions. She says that there is no one in this company that can beat them. She warns anyone that if they try she will drag them down to the underworld. Her words are interrupted by the arrival of Elizabeth Cartier. Cartier looks Persephone up and down and gives her a look that says she is better than Persephone. Cartier turns her attention to Jett and Moor and challenges them to put their belts on the line against two members of The Business at Stars, Stripes And Slams. Jett immediately agrees, stating that they will defend their titles against anyone at any time. Cartier smiles and says that those belts will soon belong to her. She pats Moor on the chest and he growls before she turns and walks away as the screen fades out.]

[We fade in to a staging area where several chairs are set up and we see James Justice standing by. Justice welcomes us to A Moment Of Justice. A single spotlight shines on Justice and the chairs nearby. Justice reminds us that this single spotlight is the light of justice that shines on everyone and that includes his guest at this time. That guest is former USPW World Champion Steve Frehley! The Dark Destroyer comes out to boos from the crowd here in Utah. Frehley takes a seat and looks over at Justice. Justice sits down and welcomes Frehley to A Moment Of Justice. Justice says that back in July of last year Frehley cost Nicky Champion the World title during his match with Rich Money. He says that there was no justice in that...well, he doesn't get to finish because Frehley tells him that it doesn't matter what he thinks. Frehley says that he did what he did to get the attention of Nicky Champion and it worked. Justice reminds him that it worked so good that the two of them will be stepping into a steel cage at Stars, Stripes And Slams, the first major event of the year. Frehley says that this will be the battle that teaches Nicky Champion to know his role and shut his mouth. Justice responds that it might be Frehley that learns to shut his mouth and that a moment of justice will be served. Frehley takes offense and strikes Justice with a punch! He kicks Justice in the family jewels and sets him up in a hanging vertical suplex position. He turns and throws Justice...]

    FOnl7Hu.jpg

[but James Justice is caught by the arriving Nicky Champion! With James Justice used as a distraction, Steve Frehley catches Champion with a punch. The cheap shot connects and Justice falls to the ground but Champion fires back on Frehley! The two men exchange punches on the set of A Moment Of Justice! Like he did with Justice, Frehley catches Champion with a low blow kick! Champion drops to a knee and Frehley catches him with a running kneelift, knocking him to the ground. Frehley looks around, drawing boos from this crowd. Frehley picks up Champion and lifts him in a hanging vertical suplex position. He turns slightly and turns Champion, throwing him across the set. Champion crashes through a chair to the ground. Officials come running onto the set. Some of them pull Frehley away and others check on Hawkeye, who already had a match tonight. The focus turns to the ring where our first hour main event takes place.]

    15 Minute Time Limit Match

    Raven Robinson vs. Sara Marie

[This 15 minute time limit match features two female veterans of the ring in Raven Robinson, who does not have Trent Shaffer in her corner this evening, and Sara Marie, who also comes out alone. This is also the first hour main event of the evening. The beginning of the match sees both women using some quick wrestling and counters back and forth with neither woman coming out with the advantage. There are a few quick near falls with several roll-ups but Robinson turns things to her advantage with a rake of the eyes and a snap mare on Sara Marie. She drives her knee into Marie's back and locks in a chinlock. Marie battles in the chinlock and works her way up to her feet. She walks back to the ropes and then shoots off Robinson, catching her with a dropkick on the comeback. The popular 16 year veteran sends Robinson to the ropes and catches her with a 360 powerslam on the way back. She makes a cover but only gets a two count. The match continues with the two women trading blows on their feet. Fast forwarding to near the end, Robinson goes for the Night Faller, a Reverse DDT, but Marie manages to block it and twist out of it. She tosses Robinson with a release German Suplex! Robinson struggles to get up and Marie focuses in on her. Robinson sits on a knee and Marie rushes her, Energy Burst! The trademark Glittering Magician's Knee connects and Marie makes the cover: One, Two, Three!]

Winner: Sara Marie (Via Pinfall @ 10:27)

[Sara Marie picks up the win and she has to be raising up the ranks quickly here in the USPW Women's division. She gets her arm raised by the referee and then slides out of the ring, high fiving the fans on her way toward the back. She pauses a moment halfway up the ramp when she gets struck by...a fan?!?! That's no fan! It's Alicia Strong! The leader of The Triumverate jumps the guardrail and begins attacking Sara Marie! Here comes The Muscle Monsters! Glorious Gloria and Juliette King join in the attack on Marie, dragging her to the ring. The three members of The Triumverate stomp on Sara Marie in the ring. Gloria and King lift Marie by the arms and Strong slaps her! The crowd cheers as here comes Marie's friend Melody! Melody slides in the ring and clotheslines down Strong! The Muscle Monsters go after Melody but Melody is fighting them both off until they grab her by the legs! Alicia Strong gets to her feet and rushes in, catching Melody with the Strong Arm Tactic! The lariat taught to her by her father sends Melody to the mat. Strong quickly picks her up and lands the Angel Driver, a falcon arrow suplex. Glorious Gloria turns her attention back to Sara Marie and picks her up, locking in the Glorious Full Nelson! Her version of the full nelson has Marie tapping a moment and then seemingly knocked out. Sara Marie is dropped to the mat beside Melody. The Triumverate raise their pinkie, ring finger and middle finger to signify their group as they stand together to end hour number one.]

[To begin the second hour, we go backstage where Lionel Greenwood is standing by with the USPW Women's Champion Jaime Quine. Greenwood thanks the fans and hopes that everyone is enjoying this week's episode of USPW American Wrestling. He says he is here with the USPW Women's Champion Jaime Quine to announce that she was voted the 2019 Female Wrestler of the Year by TEWWrestling.com! Quine says that, of course, she was because she is the best wrestler on the planet. Not to mention the best looking wrestler on Instagram, Twitter and everywhere else that you can see professional wrestlers. She quickly reminds everyone to sign up for her Instagram to see backstage pictures of this moment. She says that all the fans can live vicariously through her because none of them will ever be her. None of them will ever be good enough. Her words are interrupted by the arrival of Missy Masterson! Masterson says that SHE is good enough. She says she is good enough to hold the USPW Women's title. Quine laughs and says that Masterson wouldn't sell one extra ticket as Women's Champion. That she's just here to make women like Quine look good. Masterson challenges her to prove that statement at Stars, Stripes And Slams and put the belt on the line. Quine says 'Whatever' and gives her the hand before walking away with the title and the plaque. Masterson stares after her as we go to the ring.]

    10 Minute TIme Limit Match

    Joss Thompson vs. D.C. Rayne

[in a good match, Joss Thompson(80) defeated D.C. Rayne(65) in 7:58 by pinfall with a Clean Cutter(Spinning Back Suplex Bomb).]

Winner: Joss Thompson (Via Pinfall @ 7:58)

    sQzlsks.jpg

['The Complete Package' Joss Thompson, scores the victory but he's not done. He grabs D.C. Rayne and tosses him out of the ring before asking for a microphone. Thompson begins by telling all the fans here in Utah to shut up and go back to their one stoplight towns. He says that none of them are worthy of being in the presence of The Complete Package. But while he's here, he has to say that 2020 is going to be the year of The Complete Package, of Joss Thompson. He says that this will be the year he does something that no one else has ever done. He will unite all of the singles titles in USPW under one man. That begins next week because he has been told that he has a National title match against Roger Cage. He reminds everyone that he is already a former USPW World Champion. This time, he becomes the USPW National Champion for the first time and there is nothing that Roger Cage can do about it. Now, it's time for Joss Thompson to leave this building. The pleasure was all yours. Thompson drops the microphone and exits the ring to boos from the crowd.]

    YflcMj1.jpg

[From the ring, we move backstage where 'The Cool Hand' Casey Valentine is shown looking into the camera. Valentine reminds everyone just who he is. He is The Cool Hand and he is a member of professional wrestling's greatest family. He says that, for all of his Uncle's faults, he was a great Uncle. He was always there for Christmas. He was always there for his family and that is something that he was taught. You are always there for your wrestling family. He says that he is going to clean up the Valentine name by being the best wrestler in the world. He begins to say something else but he gets interrupted by Funky Fedora! Fedora says that he may have only been around this company for a year but he smells something funky back here. Oh, wait, it's him, because he is the funk. But something else smells too and that's Casey Valentine because of the lies he's telling the fans. He says that nobody is going to remember Casey's Uncle. He says that nobody even cared about him when he wrestled except for Sam Strong. He says, however, that Fedora is a name that everyone is going to remember. Valentine says he'll give Fedora a chance to start that next week. He challenges Fedora to a match. Fedora agrees and when Valentine turns to leave Fedora strikes him in the back. He gives a strut over Valentine and walks off. With that, we go back to the ring.]

    10 Minute Time Limit Match

    Killer Kass vs. Pariah

[in an extremely short match, Pariah(63) defeated Killer Kass(53) in 3:32 by pinfall with a Tornado DDT.]

Winner: Pariah (Via Pinfall @ 3:32)

[Pariah picked up a big win tonight over her larger opponent but she is immediately attacked from behind! Jillian Jarvis strikes her with a double sledge and then a release German Suplex that sends Pariah flying across the ring! Jarvis quickly lifts Pariah to her feet and hooks a front facelock. She drops her in the DDT position but instead of letting go she locks her legs around Pariah's waist and turns the facelock into a choke sleeper! This is known as the Lockdown Choke Sleeper by Jarvis! Pariah struggles in the hold but she slowly begins to succumb to the pressure. Jarvis and Pariah have been fighting it out since September of last year. Officials come rushing out to the ring to break things up but Jarvis still refuses to let go. It takes quite a few officials to finally break the hold. Jarvis moves up to her feet and gets in a few stomps before officials manage to push her away. Officials check on Pariah as Jarvis raises her arms in victory and we move to a video promo.]

    YFz3Pv3.jpgR6b7F9W.jpg9gYJQ09.jpg

[A video promo begins to play that seems to take place on Mount Olympus. Sitting on a throne is Zeus with the two members of Bad Intentions on either side of him. Zeus looks in the camera and says that, at Stars, Stripes And Slams, he is going to take his rightful place holding gold in this company. He says it doesn't matter whether it's Roger Cage or Joss Thompson stepping in front of him, he will destroy either of them like the god that he is. He reminds them of what Bad Intentions already knows and that he is that he is simply inevitable. He is the living embodiment of Mount Olympus. He says that when he meets his opponent at Stars, Stripes And Slams, he will show them exactly what a god can do. Zeus motions to Bad Intentions and the two men step forward, blocking the camera as we cut back to the ring.]

[From one throne we go to another as we return to the ring where things are set up for the Queen's Court with Emily McQueen. McQueen is seated on a purple throne with a crown on her head. She talks about tonight and how her next two guests have had two opposite nights. They did win a tag team match earlier on but one of them got into a dragdown fight with Steve Frehley. Introducing the team of Hawkeye And Wolf, Nicky Champion and Running Wolf. The two men come out from the back together. Champion looks a little worse for wear after what happened earlier tonight with Frehley. The two enter the ring and take seats on either side of McQueen. McQueen begins by welcoming them to the Queen's Court. Then she speaks about Running Wolf challenging for the USPW World title at Stars, Stripes And Slams. She asks him who he would rather face in current champion Rich Money and tonight's challenger Rick Law. Wolf says that either would give him a challenge but that losing tonight would give Money his just desserts. McQueen turns to Champion and asks him what he thinks about Running Wolf ducking facing Rich Money, the man who beat Champion for the title last July. Champion replies that he doesn't think that's what Running Wolf is saying. He says he believes that a match with either man would be a good test for Running Wolf. McQueen asks if that means he thinks Wolf is too young for a World title shot. Both Hawkeye and Wolf get to their feet. Wolf says that he thinks McQueen is trying to drive a wedge between him and his friend. McQueen says she is just stating questions. Champion and Wolf shake their heads and say they're gone, leaving the ring and McQueen standing there. She shrugs and says she guesses that is the end of this week's Queen's Court.]

    USPW World Title Match

    TV Time Remaining

Rich Money defends vs. Rick Law

[it is time for our main event. This week, Rich Money defends the USPW World title with TV Time Remaining against Rick Law. Escorting Rick Law to the ring is the popular Dawn Gemmell. The challenger comes to the ring first and stands in his corner, discussing strategy with Gemmell. The USPW World Champion slowly makes his way to the ring and holds up the title to boos from the crowd. He hands the belt to Robbie Sanchez, the referee assigned to this bout. Sanchez raises the belt and then hands it off out of the ring before calling for the bell. The two men meet in the center of the ring and Money starts things off with a slap to Law, pointing for him to lay down on the mat. Law refuses and slaps Money back, knocking him back to the ropes. He charges in and clotheslines Money over the top rope to the floor! The crowd cheers as Law backs up. He goes for an early Disturbing The Peace, which is a baseball slide to the outside but Money sidesteps and then runs Law into the ring post. Money brings the action back inside the ring and sets up Law in a corner. He charges in with a corner clothesline and then a running bulldog. He makes a cover but only gets a one count. Money keeps up control for the next few minutes, keeping the larger Law on the mat where everyone is the same size. A hammerlock here and an arm wringer there keep Law down for as long as Money can hold him there. Money brings the action back to a vertical base and wraps his arms around the waist of Law. He goes for the Bank Roll, a side belly-to-belly suplex but Law blocks it! Law frees himself of the grab and catches Money with a headbutt, staggering Money backward. Law catches Money with the Justice Jam, the uppercut dazes the champion! He grabs Money and sends him to the ropes -- Squad Car Slam! The sidewalk slam plants Money on the mat! Law makes a cover:]

    ....2....

    ...Foot on the bottom rope!]

[Rich Money barely saved himself by managing to place a foot on the bottom rope. As Rick Law checks with the official, The Business make their way down to the ring. Elizabeth Cartier leads Dusty Ducont, Charlie Thatcher, Sterling Whitlock and Rajah all down to the ring and they surround the ring on three sides. The only side left is the side that Dawn Gemmell is standing on. Rick Law sees the group and begins yelling at them to leave ringside. With Law distracted, Money manages to pull himself up and grabs Law, rolling him up in a schoolboy: One, Two, Kickout! Law kicks out! The crowd cheers and begin a 'Law' chant, trying to will him to his first USPW World title victory. The match continues and is actually fairly even for the next few minutes with both men getting in some offense. The momentum shifts completely into Law's favor when he reverses a rear chinlock into a belly to back suplex. Both men stagger to their feet and exchange punches in the center of the ring. Law blocks a punch and gets the advantage, catching Money with another Justice Jam! He goes for the lariat called The Long Arm Of The Law but Money ducks and referee Robbie Sanchez is knocked down. Law's eyes go wide as he sees what he has done. He turns back to Money and catches Money's foot as Money goes to kick him! He drops the leg and brings Money in for another Squad Car Slam! Law checks on the referee now, trying to wake him up. Sterling Whitlock slides in the ring and catches Law with a USPW World title belt shot to the back of the head, flooring Law. He drags Law into position and all members of The Business help Rich Money to his feet. They place him over Law as Cartier wakes up the referee. Robbie Sanchez crawls over and makes the count:]

    [....1....

    ....2....

    ....Shoulder Up!]

[The crowd explodes in cheers! How in the world did Rick Law manage to get his shoulder up?!?! Everyone is on their feet as Rich Money slowly pulls himself up. Money manages to yank up Rick Law, who is almost completely dead weight. Suddenly, Law gets a burst of energy and manages to strike Money with three straight punches! He goes for The Long Arm Of The Law again but again Money ducks. Law turns around right into a Bank Roll! The side belly-to-belly leaves him lying on the mat. Money moves to the top turnbuckle as Dawn Gemmell looks on from ringside. Money looks down at Law and then leaps, connecting with the Dollars From Heaven! The frog splash connects on the prone body of Law! Money rolls off for a moment, holding his own ribs. Then he rolls back, covering Law and hooking the leg:]

[Rich Money has the scored the victory and defended the USPW World title! In come the rest of the members of The Business! Elizabeth Cartier has the USPW World title belt and she hands it over to the victorious Rich Money. Dawn Gemmell tries to slide Rick Law out of the ring but Money makes a motion. Dusty Ducont and Charlie Thatcher grab Law and hold him up for Money. Money yells at Law, telling him that this is the closest that he will ever get to the USPW World title. Money puts the belt in Law's face and then the crowd cheers as here comes Running Wolf! The challenger at Stars, Stripes And Slams has a chair in hand! Sterling Whitlock points him out right before he enters the ring and starts swinging the chair! The members of The Business scatter away from the chair. Wolf manages to strike Ducont with the chair and send him over the top rope with a clothesline! Wolf turns around and charges toward Rich Money but Money ducks and slides out of the ring. Running Wolf, Rick Law and Dawn Gemmell are left inside the ring alone together. We'll see you next week right here on the Reverie network and USPW American Wrestling! Good night everyone!]

    NEWS: USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING PREVIEW!

    abvPVFK.png

It is time to begin the year 2020 with a very special edition of USPW American Wrestling from the Utah Park Reservation! Last week, the world saw a very special Christmas edition of American Wrestling where
    Rick Law
won our Christmas Present battle royal. In winning that match, he gained the right to take on USPW World Champion
    Rich Money
this week for Money's title. It is one title here in USPW that Rick Law has never held. Will law and order prevail in this match or will Rich Money show that The Business always comes away with a victory? Make sure you tune in and find out.

We will also be having a very special edition of the Queen's Court hosted by
    Emily McQueen
. Her special guests will be the former six time USPW World Champion
    Nicky 'Hawkeye' Champion
and the man who is slated to battle for the USPW World title at Stars, Stripes And Slams
    Running Wolf
. These two men are sometimes tag team partners so it will be interesting to hear what they have to say. More to the point, it will be interesting to see what Emily McQueen has up her sleeve on this one.

To begin the second hour, we will have a special announcement from reporter
    Lionel Greenwood
. He will be handing out the 2019 Female Wrestler of the Year award to none other than the USPW Women's Champion
    Jaime Quine
! We here at USPW are proud to have the women's wrestler of the year right here in our company. The socialite will be making an appearance and will have a few words to say as we head into 2020.

Another big match we have this week is the girl-next-door
    Sara Marie
taking on 'The Angel of the Dark'
    Raven Robinson
. Robinson, the 25 year veteran, will have
    Trent Shaffer
standing in her corner for this match. He is always looking to help his girlfriend. But we also know that Sara Marie has to keep her eyes out for
    The Triumverate
. Those three women have been attacking Sara Marie at all points since November.

With all of this, we still have more as our opening bout will feature the team of
    Hawkeye & Wolf
taking on two members of The Business,
    Ducont & Thatcher
! This will be ahead of their interview on The Queen's Court, of course. But what kind of shape will they be in following this contest? The only way to find out is to tune in either live or on demand.

We will also see matches such as
    Pariah
    taking on
    Killer Kass
    and 'The Complete Package'
    Joss Thompson
    facing 'The Storm'
    D.C. Rayne
. Plus there will be more! Remember, the live aspect of USPW American Wrestling means that anything can happen. Make sure you BE THERE and, as always, Keep Pounding!

    [second TEW2020 Diary]

Good evening to all of my readers. I would like to thank all of you for taking the time to read this first post. As those of you who are reading know, I am angeldelayette and this is my diary focusing on my game with the promotion USPW in the default data. I have made some very slight changes to the default data to make things a little bit different. I always try to make each of my diaries different from the other such that even though I have done many USPW diaries, none of them are the exact same.

I am a writer that some have called 'Mr. USPW' It is my favorite promotion to run with in the default data and I feel like I have a lot of different stories to tell. To make sure I am prepared, I have already run through several shows in the game. This makes sure that this is something I plan to stick with.

It is no surprise that this is being posted on the first of the year. Welcome to a brand new year.

PBNJ - I would like to thank him for the creation of the brand new logo for USPW. He is a good friend and someone that I will be leaning on a little for help with both graphics and creative direction if I get burned out.

Eisen-verse- Like me, I know that you have tried other diaries but come back to your promotion, SWF, because it is almost like your child. Your work has always inspired me to move my work forward. Your writing is definitely one of, if not the, tops on this board. Thank you for, also, listening in through pm. You're a great guy.

KnowYourEnemy- KYE, as I call you, you have always been right there whenever I made the decision to start a new diary. You are there with predictions and comments. Those comments are very important as diaries move forward. You've always stood up for me and, while I may not always acknowledge it, I am very grateful for the support.

Beejus- You are another that's always been right there with predictions and comments. Your support is very important to me in the past and as we move forward. You never seem to judge me on this board and, again, that is something that is important to me. I am very grateful for that and for you.

jhd1- My diary partner in crime. We have done multiple joint games with each other and that means that I trust you when it comes to trading the saves back and forth. I appreciate your support both in public and in private as we trade PMs. You have definitely become more than just a name on here. You've become my friend.

King Bison - I can honestly say that you are an amazing render artist. A lot of the renders that I will be using will have been created by King Bison. He definitely gives me a lot of support here on the board and in PM. I am grateful for his continued support.

Render Artists- There are many of you that I could mention by name. Artists like shipshirt, willr0ck and many more. You help the game come alive and help new ideas get developed through your artistry. I am grateful for your hard work and I will definitely be showing that off here in this diary for all to see.

All Of My Readers- I could spend all day giving praise to all of the people behind the scenes who read, predict and talk with me. I am sorry if I haven't mentioned you specifically but you should all know that your reading and predicting and commenting help move my diaries forward. You are all amazing. Thank you for coming on my journey.

Speaking of that...may the journey commence...

  16. Update:

So another decision has been made on this diary. I am sorry to say that it will be going on full hiatus for now. Why? Because, honestly, my muses have not been guiding me when it comes to USPW. For some reason, I simply cannot get into things the way that I used to and I would never give my readers a half-hearted effort as I know the other writers feel the same.

So the diary will be on hiatus for now but that doesn't mean you won't see another diary effort coming from me. I have a couple of ideas for things in the real world.

    Thank you to my readers,

    -Scott aka angeldelayette

We have now reached USPW Stars, Stripes and Slams right here on the Reverie network! What a fantastic supercard we have for the wrestling fans, including a main event for the ages. We will see two men stepping in the ring for the last time in a one on one match against each other for at least one year. The match will take place inside a steel cage where only pinfalls or submissions are allowed. The two men wrestling in this match are former USPW World Champions. On one side is a man who has currently spent five years with USPW. He is a muscular heavyweight who defeated Nicky Champion for the USPW World title in 2015. He is known as The Dark Destroyer. Money is a three time champion, having defeated Wolf's friend and on-again, off-again tag team partner Nicky Champion for the title. Running Wolf had to run through a gauntlet to get this match, defeating in order Dusty Ducont, Rajah, Sterling Whitlock and Charlie Thatcher. This leads to Running Wolf getting the opportunity to win the USPW World title for the very first time. He is, however, a former two time USPW National Champion. Wolf is a 32 year old muscular heavyweight who has been here in USPW for eight years. Money is a 44 year old muscular light heavyweight who has spent the last five years in USPW. He arrived in USPW in 2001, left in 2005 and then returned in 2014. Money will have the members of The Business at his back but Running Wolf will have Nicky Champion at his back. Only one man can walk out of this ring on this night as the USPW World Champion. Make sure you tune in and find out who it is.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

The USPW National title will also be on the line. The challenger is a 42 year old muscular middleweight wrestler. He has spent the past three years with USPW and is the leader of The Olympus Order along with Bad Intentions. He is based in the New England section of the USA and is known as The Bronzed God. He has 16 years of experience in professional wrestling. This is the man known as Smooth. Now, we move to the USPW Women's Champion. She has held the USPW Women's title for 195 days and has defended that title eight times. She is a 32 year old toned small striker. USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

    sPHKRcZ.jpg

    5EC4pBK.jpg

[Three days from USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams, we begin in the ring where the number one contender to the USPW World title, Running Wolf, is already standing. A sign is shown behind him which reads: 'Wolf is gonna run through the Business!' Wolf looks to the crowd here in Chicago and welcomes everyone to USPW American Wrestling. He reminds everyone that, gods willing, there will be a brand new USPW World Champion in three days when he faces Rich Money at Stars, Stripes And Slams. But, in order to secure that match, he has to defeat one more member of The Business tonight. He says it doesn't matter which member it is. It could be Rich Money, himself, tonight. But the gods are on his side and he will prevail. He gets interrupted by the music for The Business. The crowd rises in boos as Rich Money walks out from the back. The announcers wonder if he will be pulling double duty tonight to try and keep Running Wolf from his title. Money stands there for a moment and then motions to the back and out from the back comes the Insurance Policy of The Business, Charlie Thatcher! Thatcher walks to the ring and goes to step in by stepping over the top rope. Running Wolf meets him immediately and attacks to kick this match off!]

    Running The Business Gauntlet

    Charlie Thatcher vs. Running Wolf

[in a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but sub-par wrestling, Running Wolf(73) defeated Charlie Thatcher(44) in 5:49 by pinfall with a Wolf Tamer.]

Winner: Running Wolf (Via Pinfall @ 5:49)

    Match Rating: 68

[As many predicted, Running Wolf has run the gauntlet and will now face Rich Money at Stars, Stripes And Slams in three days! Rich Money slides in the ring following the finish and sets up Wolf. He runs at Wolf with title in hand but Wolf manages to duck the belt shot! Wolf turns around and Money rushes a second time but Wolf lifts Money on his shoulders. He is going for the Wolf Tamer! But he waits too long and Charlie Thatcher catches Running Wolf with a low blow! Money falls to the mat but gets up quickly and stomps Wolf in the head! Money picks up Wolf and catches him with the Bank Roll, a side belly-to-belly suplex. Thatcher bounces off the ropes and catches Wolf with the Crusher Legdrop. Money heads to the top turnbuckle -- Dollars From Heaven! The frog splash hits perfectly and the arena is filled with chants of 'Champion,' calling him to come out to the ring to save his friend. However, Nicky Champion does not come. Instead, Charlie Thatcher hands Rich Money the USPW World title belt and Money raises the belt up high. Money and Thatcher stand over the fallen body of Running Wolf as we cut to a video.]

    z6rrc2K.jpg

[Last week, a video played that featured Godzilla and a brand new wrestler here in USPW, James Diaz. This week, we are shown clips of King Kong from 1933. As clips are shown of King Kong climbing the Empire State Building, they are spliced with scenes from The Return Of The Monster wrestling in the ring. The 6'6" 290 pound monster is shown destroying independent wrestlers, including hitting a spinning back elbow shot and then the Thunderous Powerbomb! When King Kong reaches the top of the building, Diaz is shown hitting different wrestlers with suplexes. Diaz roars in the background as his face is shown interspersed with King Kong's face. We are finally shown Diaz striking with the Asian Thumb Spike to three different wrestlers. Those wrestlers fall to the mat and Diaz covers them, scoring three counts. A voiceover talks about The Return Of The Monster coming soon to USPW. We are shown what appears to be Diaz striking King Kong with the Asian Thumb Spike and King Kong falls off the building. Diaz roars into the camera and we cut away to the ring for our next contest.]

    Match #2

    fpQjqYm.jpgEPjkltT.jpgzYvKVwB.jpg

    Tiffany Jade vs. Wendy Anderson

[in a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but terrible wrestling, Wendy Anderson(51) defeated Tiffany Jade(60) in 2:32 by pinfall with a Flying Cross Body.]

Winner: Wendy Anderson (Via Pinfall @ 2:32)

    Match Rating: 58

    srf5cvy.jpg

[The high flying Wendy Anderson has picked up a victory on this night against Tiffany Jade. Anderson doesn't have time to celebrate, though, as she is attacked by the USPW Women's Champion Jaime Quine! Quine, the former kickboxer, takes down Anderson with a series of kicks to the abdomen. She backs up a few steps and then drops Anderson with that superkick known to the world of social media as the K.O. Kick. Anderson is dropped to the mat and Quine pulls out a paper bag! She places the bag over the head of Anderson before pulling out her cell phone. Quine takes a selfie with the fallen Anderson for her Tweeter account. Quine pulls up the USPW Women's title belt and raises it to boos from this crowd. What could happen next?]

    U5bfBGq.jpg

[What happens next is a shock to most people as we are taken to a promo backstage featuring a man who has not been seen here in months, The Force! The Force looks in the camera and draws in a grunting breath. He says that he has been in Parts Unknown growing stronger and stronger within the force. He says that he been studying and training so that he can return to USPW and bring himself higher in this company. That will include becoming a five time USPW World Champion. The Force screams out that he is going to make Rich Money fear his very presence. He says that fear is the first stage of defeat so the fear will be in the form of Rich Money and The Business. The Force says that all the fans need to help him power up each and every week. How do they do that? By buying his merchandise, of course! The Force says that when he is at full power once again he shall be the one to dethrone whoever is on top of United States Pro Wrestling. They will know what it's like to be destroyed by THE FORCE! The Force snarls and growls before we cut to the ring.]

Alicia Strong vs. Melody vs. Sara Marie

[in a decent match, Alicia Strong(77) defeated Melody(68) and Sara Marie(64) in 14:36 when Alicia Strong pinned Sara Marie, illegally using the ropes for leverage.

Sign seen in the audience: 'Strong Style!']

Winner: Alicia Strong (Via Pinfall @ 14:36)

[To end the first hour, we are taken to a video replay showing the feud between Rich Money and Running Wolf. The feud began in November of last year with Money seeing the potential in Running Wolf. Money believed that Wolf was squandering that potential by playing to the fans. He offered Wolf the chance to join The Business. Wolf spoke with his friend, Nicky Champion. Of course, Champion advised him against joining The Business. That night, Wolf made his decision by attacking Rich Money and declaring himself a contender for the USPW World title. That brought down the wrath of The Business on him as he was attacked at every turn. Money refused to give Running Wolf a shot at the USPW World title until we hit the new year when he told Wolf that he would have to run the gauntlet through The Business. In four straight weeks, Wolf defeated Dusty Ducont, Rajah, Sterling Whitlock and now Charlie Thatcher. In three days, Running Wolf will battle Rich Money for the USPW World title at the first supercard of the year on the Reverie network. Make sure you are tuned in.]

[The second hour begins inside the ring where it is time for the contract signing for one of the matches in three days at USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams. Standing in the ring is the host of this contract signing, USPW veteran James Justice! The former USPW World Champion welcomes everyone to this contract signing with a rousing chorus of 'Dude, Dude, Dude' coming from him and then coming from the crowd. Justice says that tonight they will sign a contract for the main event of Stars, Stripes And Slams. He introduces, first, 'The Dark Destroyer' Steve Frehley! Frehley walks out from the back and makes his way directly into the ring. Frehley goes face-to-face with Justice for a moment and then turns and plays to a booing crowd. He moves around and sits down at the table. Justice goes to introduce Nicky Champion but the big screen lights up. On the big screen shows the timer countdown once again. Just what happens at the end of the countdown? You will have to tune in next week and find out. Frehley takes a microphone and says that whoever this is, is going to have to go one on one with The Dark Destroyer just like Nicky Champion at Stars, Stripes And Slams. The screen turns off and James Justice introduces the former six time USPW World Champion. This is the man considered by many to be the true number one man in this sport. This is Nicky 'Hawkeye' Champion! The crowd bursts into cheers as Hawkeye comes out from the back. Champion high fives the fans in the front row as he walks by. He circles around the ring before climbing the stairs and stepping inside. His eyes go immediately to Steve Frehley. The two of them lock gazes for about thirty seconds before Champion takes his seat at the table.]

[With both men seated at the table, James Justice talks about why they're here. These two Dudes are here to sign a contract for one more match between the two at Stars, Stripes And Slams. The match will take place inside a steel cage where the only ways to win would be to make your opponent submit or to pin your opponent's shoulders to the mat for a three count. Escaping the cage means nothing in this match. Justice slides the contract over to Steve Frehley. Frehley looks down at the contract for a moment and smiles. He looks back up at Champion and tells him that, when he goes one on one with The Dark Destroyer inside Frehley's ring, he is going to know pain. He signs the contract and then says that Champion is going to get rocked again and again by Frehley's Comet. He tosses the contract to Champion and then cheapshots him with a punch! Frehley catches Champion with three more punches and then a fourth that knocks Champion down. Frehley sets up Champion for the Frehley's Comet but James Justice steps in! Justice catches Frehley with the Dude Left Hand! Justice helps Champion to his feet and they join together in sending Frehley over the top rope with a double clothesline. Champion grabs the contract and signs it before dropping it back on the table. He grabs the microphone and tells Frehley that he's going to always remember that Champion is more than just a name. Champion celebrates in the ring with Justice while Frehley stares up at him angrily. From there, we go to a backstage office.]

    4RA6iK7.jpg

[Rich Money is seated behind a desk in this backstage office. His eyes look up into the camera and he begins by reminding everyone that in three days he will defend the USPW World title belt against Running Wolf. It is the same belt that he has held for 192 days after he defeated Nicky Champion for the title at Independence Day Slam. That same Nicky Champion that he will step in the ring with tonight in the main event, which is where The Business should always go. Nicky, tonight, you have the honor of stepping in the ring with the most talented USPW wrestler in the business. I have all the money in this company and I have been trained by the best. Those who have money bring success and those who have success bring money. He says that he has both of them and he is going to prove it tonight against the so-called Champion is more than just a name. Then, at Stars, Stripes And Slams, Rich Money says that Running Wolf is going to find out that everybody has a price for The Business. Everybody has a price for Rich Money. Money brushes his fingers over the belt before we head to the ring.]

Trent Shaffer and The Cold Warriors vs. Bulldozer Brandon Smith and The Texas Express

[in a bout that had a decent reaction from the crowd but terrible wrestling, Bulldozer Brandon Smith(71) and The Texas Express(Christie-43, Trenneman-41) defeated Trent Shaffer(73) and The Cold Warriors(Novak-63, Karloff-51) in 10:21 when Bulldozer Brandon Smith pinned Petr Novak with a Backdrop Driver.]

    FOnl7Hu.jpg

[With the crowd cheering in the background due to the victory by Bulldozer Brandon Smith and The Texas Express, we are taken to a locker room where Nicky Champion is sitting with Running Wolf. Wolf looks up and asks Champion what happened earlier tonight. Champion says he was training for his match tonight and by the time he looked up and saw what was happening it was too late. Champion apologizes for not having Wolf's back but says that it won't happen again. He says that he will especially be there for him at Stars, Stripes And Slams when they celebrate Wolf's first USPW World title victory. Wolf says in three days, he will put Rich Money out of business and that Champion will prove that Champion is more than just a name by defeating Steve Frehley inside the steel cage. Champion says that he plans to put that part of his life behind him after the match and he will move forward supporting his friend and putting on great shows for the great fans of USPW. Then Champion adds that they need to talk about strategy for both their matches against Rich Money. As they start to talk, we are taken from there to Update!]

    Yg3toN5.jpgCtre4ma.jpg

    vpyOsUQ.jpg

[it's time for the Update segment hosted by none other than former USPW Announcer Danny Jillefski! Jillefski begins the segment by reminding everyone to tune in to Reverie for the big supercard this Saturday night called Stars, Stripes And Slams. Then he turns our attention to the feud between Rick Law and Joss Thompson. He reminds us of the feud being sparked when Thompson littered backstage right in front of Law and Dawn Gemmell. That led to a match between the two men that was won by Thompson. But, he says, we need to get a few more words from one of those two competitors. It happened to be Rick Law and Dawn Gemmell that are cutting the promo on this evening. Law says that Joss Thompson might have won the battle when they fought in the ring but he would never win the war. He says that he is issuing the challenge to Thompson for a rematch next week right here on American Wrestling on the Reverie network. He says that if Thompson accepts the challenge, then this rulebreaker is going to serve hard time courtesy of the long arm of the law. Law poses alongside Dawn Gemmell and we go back to the studio.]

[in the studio is Danny Jillefski, who says that one of the matches that we are going to see in three days at Stars, Stripes And Slams will be Roger Cage defending the USPW National title against Zeus. Jillefski sends us to a promo with the USPW National Champion himself, Roger Cage. Cage is shown standing in front of a wall with his logo in the background. He has the USPW National title belt around his waist and looks into the camera. He says that in three days he steps in the ring with a man who is so deluded that he believes himself to be a god. Cage says that he has been called arrogant at times in his career but that is a whole new level. However, the higher you fly, the further you have to fall. Cage says that's exactly what is going to happen to Zeus. He is going to fly too close to the sun and his wings are going to melt. He will land on the water beside Icarus. It is there that Zeus will find out that he's just a mortal man. A mortal man that is subject to the smooth wrestling move known as Cage Rage. Cage says that when the smoke clears at Stars, Stripes And Slams, Zeus will fall and Roger Cage will be the man standing and raising the USPW National title belt. That will be absolutely smooth. Cage taps the belt and we head to the ring for our main event.]

    Match #5

    4RA6iK7.jpgEPjkltT.jpgFOnl7Hu.jpg

    Non-Title Match

    Rich Money vs. Nicky Champion

[in an exceptional match, Rich Money(81) drew with Nicky Champion(94) in 15:13 following a double pinfall.]

Winner: Draw (Via Double Pinfall @ 15:13)

    Match Rating: 98

    FOnl7Hu.jpgsPHKRcZ.jpg

    4RA6iK7.jpgCm89CIG.jpg

[This was definitely a match of the year candidate tonight! Rich Money caught Nicky Champion with the Money In The Bank. That is the high angle German suplex. But even with the bridge it appears that both men's shoulders were on the mat. Referee Robbie Sanchez looked at the replay and then it was announced that the match was a draw due to both men's shoulders being pinned to the mat. Rich Money yells at the official and then gets into a shoving match with Nicky Champion. Money keeps Champion distracted and in comes Steve Frehley from behind! Frehley strikes Champion with a forearm shot to the back and Money strikes with the Money Shaker, a vicious European uppercut! Champion is down in the ring but out from the back comes Running Wolf! Wolf slides in the ring and ducks under a Frehley clothesline. He comes back with a dropkick to The Dark Destroyer! Wolf turns to Rich Money, who rushes Wolf with the belt in hand. Before Money can smash Wolf, Champion grabs the legs of Money tripping him to the mat instead. Officials and wrestlers come running in from the back to break things up and keep the four men separated. Money manages to slide out of the ring and grab the USPW World title belt. He backs up the ramp where he's joined by the other members of The Business. Money stares toward the ring where Running Wolf is being held back. Nicky Champion and Steve Frehley are being kept separate by other wrestlers. Our time is up but we'll see you in three days for USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams on the Reverie network. Make sure you tune in to the biggest show of the month!]

Oh man, the problem with wanting to do a USPW diary as well is running into the same ideas, I wanted to do the RW gauntlet vs The Business!

Always glad to see a USPW diary!

    Non-Title Match

Rich Money vs. Nicky Champion vs. Non Finish

Comments: I snuck that one in there. I think there's a DQ or something where The Business interferes and sets up a tag match with Nicky and Wolf next week.

Hey DirigoJoe! Thanks for the predictions and comments and fun fan signs. I have enjoyed the start of your USPW diary and am looking forward to seeing what direction you take the company. You can feel free to do the gauntlet, of course. One of the things about starting in any company is that a lot of them begin in the same direction, with the same starting storylines and branch off from there.

The main event may or may not have a non-finish. It might lead to the tag match at the show after the big event as this is the go-home show to Stars, Stripes And Slams. All you can do is keep "watching" and find out.

  23. Well that's a long story, but I have survived. Had urge to restart the diary from scratch, but after simming for awhile other things grabbed my attention so it may or may not happen.

Whether you scratch that diary itch or not, it's good to see you around. If you ever need to talk about things, my PM box is open. But I hope things go from surviving to thriving.

  24. Yeah, believe it or not, I'm still around. LOL. Sometimes I miss the old days with a lot of the DOTT stuff. I still look at your old Battle Lines stuff and use some of it in the here and now for ideas and all, to be honest. I do the same with Ish.

It's good to see you around though and I hope things have been going well for you.
