I guess my thought is, how does the game put the two together? If I can think it through, that may help. So the game looks for a stable associated, then if not that, it goes to the company background. Then it looks for the worker image (no matter what shape or size) and pastes it right on top, right in the center? I'm very new to making GIF stuff.

I'm not sure about the border thing. You're using a gif database, right? Try opening the images in a new tab and saving from there? These are 103x103, which is SAMPP standard.

How in the world did people get the non-square frames to work? As in the old "sticker packs" people have. GIF format confuses me.

Let me know if you decide to rename them War Raiders again, I can change these pretty easily. I'm really sorry about these two, I hate them but I have no better ideas today. I will see if inspiration strikes.
