1. I managed to get a 51 rated match by teaming my UC up with Merle O'Curle and got this very exciting roll:

    9. "Keeping It In The Family" Create a younger sibling wrestler aged 17 (same 750 skill point split). If you are over 32 treat this as a son/daughter

This is going to be great for my dynasty.

    End of Year roll:

    24. “Aerial Assassin” You have devoted yourself to climbing that turnbuckle, +5 to your Aerial or Flashiness skill

  2. Merle!!

    Your New Favourite Team!

    Now that's awesome =D

I've had have a soft spot for Jonni ever since he was Jonni Dyslexic and I booked a UK company in 05.

You were very right. Marking out, bro!

I would say that 90% of the TEW games I have started since 05 have been with small UK companies and most of the time with ROF. I am going to give them the respect they deserve.

I always hired Highspot too, he was usually my top guy until regional.

Midlands in the UK has a fan base of 65% and the economy is at 64 so it's far from ideal.

  4. You guys are making me rethink my 'WrestleWorld at all costs' strategy. I've noticed that SNP (with a lot more pop than me) only made $900 from broadcast revenue in November.

I hit Tiny at the end of November so finally got my first roll:

    47. "Fight Anyone" You never back down, add "Plays Badass Well" and “Dynamo” to your attributes

  5.

Still enjoying following along. I laughed at Strife being pointed out as being that bad.

An extra perk is a nice stip to tide things over and make the shows have meaning: I'm really happy to see you employ Heath and Sharp, they're favourites of mine.

If you're a fan of a certain defunct British promotion in general then you'll enjoy the November shows...

  6. I’m still new to TEW 20 and the RTG as a whole, but I had something happen within a week in game that caught me off guard.

Playing a RW game I imported from 16, and Kevin Nash ended up as the owner. Immediately I get a message saying he’s invested in the company, and now I’ve got a quarter of a million for finances. Which, given I haven’t even run a show yet is mind blowing to me.

I'm not sure how common something like that is but I think that game needs a restart. It takes away a huge part of the challenge.

  7. Eric Eisen passed at the ripe age of 42. SWF is large. To achieve Medium and be able to apply for the SWF book by virtue of this challenge, I have to gain 9 pop in my home region, and another 8 in one of my spillover regions.

Well, time to run daily shows on WrestleWorld to see if I can somehow manage to hit this before the position is filled.

How did this go? I have never been able to get a job with a big established company without save scumming even with max reputation.

  8. I like to book 4-5 shows ahead with the last show in the set being a big event. This way I can make sure that the first shows lead up to and enhance the big event. Usually while booking this way i'll get ideas for where the story should go next so i'm also planning out the next 4-5 shows at the same time.

If I book further than 5 shows in advance I feel disconnected from what I was thinking when putting the show together.
