Dormant since 2005, this round robin tournament will pit 6 of NJPW's top young lions against each other. Tonight's matches saw Hirai Kawato defeat Tetsuhiro Yagi, Katsuya Kitamura beat Ren Narita after a vicious Jackhammer, and Shota Umino pick up an upset win with a Horizontal Cradle on Tomoyuki Oka.</p><p> </p><p> As with most <strong>LION'S GATE</strong> shows, this event saw some participation from outside wrestlers. AJPW's Koji Iwamoto, NEXTREAM (Naoya Nomura and Yuma Aoyagi), and DDT's Daiki Shimomura all had opportunities tonight, and all four impressed against veteran NJPW wrestlers.</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><img src="</p><a href="http://i.imgur.com/Yn6rddw.jpg" rel="external nofollow">http://i.imgur.com/Yn6rddw.jpg"</a> style="border: #972314 4px solid;" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>NJPW "LION'S GATE PROJECT8", 10/12/17</strong></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"><strong> Shinjuku FACE</strong></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"><strong> 600 fans</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> - Super No Vacancy</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Show rating</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> - </span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#FFD700;"><strong>C</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> 1. </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Kotetsu Yamamoto Memorial 11th Young Lion Cup</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;">: Hirai Kawato [2] defeated Tetsuhiro Yagi [0] </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>(6:46)</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> with a Rolling Enzuigiri. </span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#FFD700;"><strong>C</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> 2. </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Kotetsu Yamamoto Memorial 11th Young Lion Cup</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;">: Katsuya Kitamura [2] defeated Ren Narita [0] </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>(9:14)</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> with a Jackhammer. </span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#FFD700;"><strong>C+</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> 3. </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Kotetsu Yamamoto Memorial 11th Young Lion Cup</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;">: Shota Umino [2] defeated Tomoyuki Oka [0] </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>(9:39)</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> with a Horizontal Cradle. </span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#FFD700;"><strong>C-</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> 4. I'm going to be posting a prediction card for the SJTT next, along with the match-ups and confirmed matches for POWER STRUGGLE. 2. <p>KING OF PRO-WRESTLING results!</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i.imgur.com/XaAsImx.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:yellow;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong>KING OF PRO-WRESTLING results!</strong></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"> by </span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong>Dean</strong></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"> - </span><span style="color:#000000;"><em>10/9/17</em></span></div></p><p> </p><p> <strong>KING OF PRO-WRESTLING</strong> was held in front of 13,000 fans at a sold out Sumo Hall and ended with another classic Kazuchika Okada title defense. Okada barely escaped tonight as champion, as EVIL's vicious offense pushed the champion to the limit. Even in defeat, EVIL looked just like the main event star many fans think he can become, and put on a Match of the Year quality bout. Okada successfully defended his title for the 8th time, and is now all but guaranteed to break Hiroshi Tanahashi's record of total combined days as IWGP Heavyweight Champion. On the morning of January 4th, 2018, Okada will have held the title for 1,359 combined days, one more than Hiroshi Tanahashi's current record of 1,358.</p><p> </p><p> However, Tetsuya Naito is determined to stop this record at 1,359 days. He showed his determination by besting Tomohiro Ishii in a brutal match that was perhaps even better than any of their previous contests. Los Ingobernables de Japón were immensely successful tonight, as Naito wasn't the only member to win.</p><p> </p><p> In the other big singles match, Hiromu Takahashi defeated Will Ospreay to solidify himself as the #1 Contender to the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title, which was successfully defended by KUSHIDA against Tiger Mask later in the night. After the title match, Hiromu made his way down to the ring to confront KUSHIDA once again. Their title bout will be the 5th singles match between the two, and each man has 2 wins.</p><p> </p><p> Hiromu was not the only wrestler to issue a title challenge. After pinning Tama Tonga, Beretta got on the mic and challenged Kenny Omega for the United States Title! Beretta said that he wants to take on the best heavyweights Bullet Club has to offer, and that no one is better than Omega. After their six man tag match, Togi Makabe confronted Michael Elgin backstage, challenging him to a match for the NEVER Openweight Title. These two are more friendly rivals than enemies in opposite factions, so Elgin was more than willing to test his mettle against Makabe.</p><p> </p><p> Suzuki-gun maintained their supremacy in the tag team division, as both Killer Elite Squad and Taichi and Yoshinobu Kanemaru retained their titles. KES will most likely go into the World Tag League as champions, while Taichi </p><p> and Kanemaru will enter the Super Jr. Tag Tournament, which is the last item of note. After Taichi and Kanemaru retained the title, Rocky Romero came out to the ring and announced that he has not forgotten about Roppongi Vice's feud with Suzuki-gun. He proclaimed he is going to coach a new team, Roppongi 3K, and that they would be the first team in the Super Jr. Tag Tournament and the ones to win it all and defeat Suzuki-gun at Wrestle Kingdom 12!</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><img src="</p><a href="http://i.imgur.com/QQedtFG.jpg" rel="external nofollow">http://i.imgur.com/QQedtFG.jpg"</a> style="border: #CBCFD2 4px solid;" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>NJPW "KING OF PRO-WRESTLING", 10/9/17</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> (PPV/NJPW World)</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan</strong></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"><strong> 13,000 fans</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> - Super No Vacancy</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Show rating</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> - </span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>A</strong></span></span></div></p><p> </p><p> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:yellow;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"></p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i.imgur.com/tESlGWA.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/8uYbAtJ.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/1spfTCn.jpg</span><span>http://i.imgur.com/rHPMfyY.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> <span style="color:#000000;">1. 3. NEW JAPAN ROAD - Ganbaro! UONUMA 2017 results! http://i.imgur.com/XaAsImx.jpg <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:yellow;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";">NEW JAPAN ROAD - Ganbaro! UONUMA 2017 results! by Dean - 10/7/17</div> Tensions between CHAOS and Los Ingobernables de Japón boiled over at the Niigata Gymnasium earlier tonight, as the show ended in a massive six man brawl that spilled out of the ring and around the arena. An incredible match ended in controversy as Tetsuya Naito hit Will Ospreay with a low blow while the referee was distracted. EVIL capitalized, hitting Ospreay with the EVIL and scoring the pinfall. After the match, Okada and Ishii retaliated, brawling with LIJ while the bell rang countless times. Once the action spilled back in the ring, LIJ had the upper hand, and EVIL once again hit Okada with the Darkness Falls onto a pile of steel chairs. EVIL ended the show with a foot on Okada's chest while Naito cut his trademark post-match promo, ending as always with: CHAOS will have their hands full come KING OF PRO-WRESTLING, as LIJ wasn't the only faction to get into it with them. Beretta and Kenny Omega had some heated exchanges in their tag match and continued trash-talking after the bell. Beretta has scored numerous victories over Yujiro Takahashi and Chase Owens and has been a thorn in the side of Bullet Club since the Road to DESTRUCTION began. Meanwhile, Suzuki-gun will defend both Tag Team Titles as Yoshinobu Kanemaru & Taichi try to hold off Funky Future one more time, and the Killer Elite Squad take on War Machine. This will be the first time these teams square off two-on-two since September of 2015, when KES successfully defended their GHC Tag Team Title against War Machine in NOAH! Will history repeat itself or will War Machine recapture the titles they lost without ever being pinned? The feud between CHAOS and Los Ingobernables de Japón will headline this show, as EVIL will challenge Kazuchika Okada and Tetsuya Naito defends his #1 Contendership against Tomohiro Ishii. While many think Okada vs. Naito is a foregone conclusion, EVIL and Ishii have both defeated their opponents in the G1, and have shown themselves more than capable on the Road to DESTRUCTION. I actually booked the correct winner on like all but one or two of the matches for the Fukushima show. I also have quite the Tag Title match lined up for Wrestle Kingdom, which may or may not involve one of or both of these teams.</p><p> </p><p> On the other hand, the fact that Elgin didn't win the NEVER belt really threw me off, but I think he is going to get a rematch at KOPW or Power Struggle. I just think the top 3 matches for the Tokyo Dome are obvious at this point, but I just can't see exactly how Gedo is going to get there.</p><p> </p><p> Anyway, I am going to be posting the cards for my New Japan Road show and KOPW soon.</p>

Omega addressed the crowd afterwards and promised to be the star that will bring New Japan Pro-Wrestling onto the global stage, claiming he has already done more for NJPW's international expansion than Okada, Naito or Tanahashi. Omega bid the fans good bye and good night, and left Kobe World Hall standing tall.</p><p> </p><p> While Bullet Club closed the show, the feud between CHAOS and Los Ingobernables de Japón heated up throughout the night. While LIJ have consistently picked up wins over the <strong>Road to DESTRUCTION</strong> tour, CHAOS pushed back tonight as both Tomohiro Ishii and Will Ospreay emerged victorious. Ospreay's rivalry with Hiromu Takahashi continued, as they've traded wins back and forth over the course of the tour. A singles match between the two to blow off their feud is more than likely.</p><p> </p><p> The IWGP Tag Team Title once again changed hands, as Davey Boy Smith Jr. pinned Tanga Loa after an impressive Killer Bomb. War Machine did not back down after the match, and were never actually pinned in any of these 3 Way Tag Team matches. They certainly have the right to invoke their rematch clause sometime before the World Tag League at the end of the year.</p><p> </p><p> Lastly, the mysterious vignettes showing a switchblade-wielding figure once again perplexed the fans in attendance. There are rumors swirling regarding who this could be, so it would not be surprising if this information leaked out to the public sooner rather than later.</p><p> </p><p> With only one singles title changing hands on this tour, the status quo in New Japan Pro-Wrestling has not been altered too much. IWGP US Heavyweight Title: Kenny Omega © vs. </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Juice Robinson</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> - Something is going on with their tag matches. If I'm not mistaken, Juice hasn't won a single tag encounter involving Omega, and that's just not how New Japan booking usually works. Either someone on the Bullet Club side is complaining about losing and Dean is trying to avoid morale issues, OR he's doing the "Challenger loses repeatedly, then wins a big upset victory." I'm wagering on the second, because I think Juice is a better fit for the US title, Kenny doesn't need it(not every upper-carder needs a belt), also Juice is actually American.</span></p></div></blockquote><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> Thanks for the comments. You were 100% spot on with the Tag Title switches, as I like all three teams to be honest, and really enjoy the occasional hot potato of a title just as much as super long reigns (just wait as I have some interesting plans for certain singles titles, to say the least).</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> As for Juice, I had him pick up 4 wins over the course of the tour, which I agree is probably on the low end. I just had a hard time finding a realistic fall guy on the Bullet Club side (I don't see GOD taking a ton of falls as they have to kept strong for the Tag Title scene). As for complaining about losing, I actually completely ignore those and cheat by floating the loser a bonus after the show. I have a good PPV deal in my game, so I can easily draw almost $1 million on a PPV at this point. </span><img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><span style="color:#000000;"> It isn't super realistic, but gives me some leeway when it comes to contracts and those bonuses. As far as I know, this is pretty standard practice and something that many people on these forums suggest you do. If you have someone bouncing between Opener and Lower Midcard who drops to Opener AND you use them a little too much (>10 minutes, I think) on the next show, you might get an overuse note, which might marginally hamper their popularity gains. On the other other hand, if you don't use autopush for a while, someone might take a morale hit if their pop grows and their push isn't adjusted accordingly. So yeah, keep autopushing everyone.<p> </p><p> 2) This is probably because your ring announcer figure isn't nearly as over as the wrestlers he/she is talking about in the segment and, in the game's understanding, comes out looking "bad". I wouldn't worry about it, especially since the angles get such high grades, anyway, and since a ring announcer isn't in any way a significant role in this game. If it truly concerns you, you could make them minor angles so they don't affect your show grade at all.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Ok thanks. I would only be concerned if the angles were making his popularity drop, but it seems like it is slowly increasing.</p>

  14. <p>2 questions:</p><p> </p><p> 1.) After every show, I go into my roster screen and use the "autopush" feature on my whole roster to take into account any popularity changes that may have happened in the last show. Are there any potential downsides to doing this?</p><p> </p><p> 2.) I have a basic angle where one of my ring announcers reads off the card for the show. I have the ring announcer on screen and the top 4 guys on the card off screen. Announcer is rated on microphone skill (which I have as pretty high) and the wrestlers on overness. Still, every time I run it I get a message saying "ring announcer looked dreadful" or "ring announcer did not come out of this looking good". Why is this happening? The angle gets anywhere from a B to A rating.</p><p> </p><p> Thanks in advance.</p>
  15. DESTRUCTION in HIROSHIMA results! http://i.imgur.com/XaAsImx.jpg <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:yellow;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";">DESTRUCTION in HIROSHIMA results! by Dean - 9/16/17</div> DESTRUCTION in HIROSHIMA proved to be a successful night for singles champions, and a challenge for tag teams. Both the IWGP Tag Team Champions and IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Champions lost their titles tonight - Suzuki-gun used the distractions of Miho Abe, Taichi's valet, to take advantage of Taguchi Japan, while the Guerrillas of Destiny won the Tag Team Title without ever pinning the champions, War Machine. It would not be surprising to see both former champions have another shot at their titles in the near future. War Machine in particular will have one more chance later on at DESTRUCTION in KOBE. While the tag title changes were exciting, it was the singles title matches that stole the show. KUSHIDA made his 2nd successful defense against El Desperado, while Hiroshi Tanahashi did the same against Zack Sabre Jr. KUSHIDA was confronted by Tiger Mask in the backstage press room after his match, who challenged him to a title match. Tiger hasn't challenged for the Jr. Heavyweight Title since 2010, but he scored a win over KUSHIDA in this year's Best of the Super Jr. tournament. This could be his final chance to capture a title he's held six times previously. However, the challenge that transpired in the ring after the main event will be the one to steal headlines. After defeating Sabre and addressing the crowd, Tanahashi was confronted by none other than "Golden Star" Kota Ibushi! Ibushi defeated Tanahashi in the G1 Climax, which all but guarantees him a title shot if he requests it. Ibushi has a 1-1 record against Tanahashi, and this Intercontinental Title match, which will most likely be the main event of Power Struggle in November, will serve as the rubber match. The New Japan action does not stop as the Road to DESTRUCTION continues tomorrow night! <img src=" http://i.imgur.com/YPAiidi.jpg" style="border: #D40D10 4px solid;" /> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";">NJPW "DESTRUCTION in HIROSHIMA", 9/16/17 (NJPW World) Hiroshima Sun Plaza 6,040 fans - Super No Vacancy Show rating - A</div> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:yellow;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"> http://i.imgur.com/eJa5L5R.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/H4WjCrs.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/C0eUztR.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/deuOeqr.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/a4iHpyn.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/XxJGypt.jpg 1. Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Jushin Thunder Liger & Tiger Mask defeated Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI & Jado (7:32) when Tiger used a Scissored Armbar on Jado. B- Solid opener pitting six veterans against each other. Tiger Mask doesn't often pick up wins, but he scored one here and, most importantly, one over KUSHIDA back in Best of the Super Jr. tournament. That came into play later in the night.</div> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"> http://i.imgur.com/t24fvJq.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/eR1pRiZ.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/HIGUTyf.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/4vWpb54.jpg 2. Roppongi Vice Final Match: Rocky Romero & Beretta defeated Yujiro Takahashi & Chase Owens (7:38) when Beretta pinned Owens after the Strong Zero. B Good match for Roppongi to end with. They celebrated for the crowd afterwards, as both were pretty emotional. Beretta's heavyweight run has been up and down so far, but he seems to have the number of both Takahashi and Owens after this tour.</div> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:yellow;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"> http://i.imgur.com/ZjYjgks.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/49Vdbmm.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/wmPWumc.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/jNS96aU.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/gSu1rVQ.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/QSTvydp.jpg 3. Togi Makabe, Michael Elgin & Kota Ibushi defeated Minoru Suzuki, Takashi Iizuka & TAKA Michinoku http://i.imgur.com/F4ZW7ud.jpg (9:42) when Ibushi used the Kamigoye on TAKA. B- Nice win for Ibushi on his first (and only) match of the tour. It obviously helped add some legitimacy to the challenge he issued later in the night. Ibushi looked strong, and will prove to be a tough challenge for Tanahashi. While Ibushi was in the spotlight, the simmering tensions between Elgin and Suzuki continued.</div> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"> <img src=" http://i.imgur.com/Z4XAtrK.jpg" style="border: #000000 4px double;" /> http://i.imgur.com/awhV0d8.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/ETr7NIk.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/X3DQJID.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/yb1cDBR.jpg 4. B An upset win for the Suzuki-gun juniors. This is their second reign, but it seems like this feud is far from over. It wouldn't be a shock to see Funky Future take advantage of the rematch clause and get themselves another title shot sometime before the Super Jr. Tag Tournament in the late fall.</div> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:yellow;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"> <img src=" http://i.imgur.com/WbE6fbb.jpg" style="border: #000000 4px double;" /> http://i.imgur.com/rMoMZky.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/Op9y6h4.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/xl90Ke2.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/fEFNXjR.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/DDPdu06.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/MaB7Ws4.jpg 5. B Big win for the Guerrillas of Destiny, who will have to defend their titles at DESTRUCTION in KOBE in a week. It is important to note that the champions were not pinned here, and War Machine will most likely have a rematch down the line because of this if they cannot recapture the title in Kobe.</div> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"> http://i.imgur.com/vLXdgdf.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/PCDwnjC.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/6G1tbUD.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/v9whJlu.jpg 6. Hiromu and Ospreay stole the show, but the feud between EVIL and Okada started to boil over as well. IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title: KUSHIDA © defeated El Desperado (15:30) with the Hoverboard Lock (2nd defense). B+ Match of the night so far, and one of the better matches of the entire tour. KUSHIDA is one of the top workers in the company, and he showed it here. He didn't face a new challenger until his press conference backstage, where Tiger Mask confronted him.</div> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:yellow;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"> <img src=" http://i.imgur.com/qh0YWFi.jpg" style="border: #000000 4px double;" /> http://i.imgur.com/UpSDttV.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pbv7Erx.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/tjRPPcR.jpg 9. IWGP Intercontinental Title: Hiroshi Tanahashi © defeated Zack Sabre Jr. (20:02) with the High Fly Flow (2nd defense). A A match of the year contender, for sure. Sabre bent Tanahashi's arm in every way possible, but the "Ace of the Universe" overcame the pain and proved victorious with a High Fly Flow as he has so many times before. To the surprise of many, Kota Ibushi, one of the three men who defeated Tanahashi in the G1 Climax, came out after the match to issue a challenge for the Intercontinental Title. We can expect this to main event Power Struggle in November.</div> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";">Another big show, and my first A match! I am finally working out how to approriately use Match Aims, but asking Sabre and Tanahashi to steal the show seemed to work out pretty well. I am very happy with the result here. Minoru Suzuki bounced back from his NEVER Openweight Title loss rather quickly, pinning David Finlay after a Gotch-Style Piledriver. After some undeniably heated exchanges with new champ Michael Elgin, Suzuki continued his aggression after the match, shoving, slapping and punching anyone that got in his way. It seems as if the feud between these two is still not yet over. Another result of note saw Tama Tonga score a big win over IWGP Tag Team Champion Raymond Rowe. Tonga and his brother Tanga Loa will have another shot at the title in a few days, and they can only hope this momentum will carry over for them. In the main event, Taguchi Japan took on Suzuki-gun in an action-packed elimination tag. Minoru Suzuki displayed his viciousness by brutalizing the already injured arm of Hiroshi Tanahashi and forcing him to submit to a Cross Armbreaker before going on to outlast everyone else in the match. Suzuki secured the final elimination with a Gotch-Style Piledriver on the opposing faction's leader, Ryusuke Taguchi. After the match, Suzuki got on the mic and insulted the crowd, Taguchi Japan in general, and Michael Elgin, calling the latter a "white pig" while proclaiming Suzuki-gun the top faction in NJPW. Be sure to check out <strong>DESTRUCTION in FUKUSHIMA</strong> tomorrow night, as we will see a brutal match between Suzuki and Elgin for the NEVER Openweight Title, Los Ingobernables de Japón defending their NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team Title, and War Machine in a 3 Way Match against Killer Elite Squad and the Guerrillas of Destiny for the IWGP Tag Team Title!</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><img src="</p><a href="http://i.imgur.com/RpfURUU.jpg" rel="external nofollow">http://i.imgur.com/RpfURUU.jpg"</a> style="border: #948983 4px solid;" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>NJPW "Road to DESTRUCTION", 9/9/17</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> (Samurai! CHAOS immediately faced adverse odds, as Romero, Ospreay and Yano were the first three eliminations, leaving Okada and Ishii to face the entirety of Los Ingobernables de Japón. They put up a valiant effort, but EVIL once again secured a huge victory, using the EVIL to pin Okada cleanly. EVIL will have a shot at Okada's IWGP Heavyweight Title in October and this win could very well be a sign of events to come. Furthermore, Tama Tonga picked up a big win over one half of the IWGP Tag Team Champions, using the Gun Stun to pin Hanson in a six man tag match. The Guerrillas of Destiny will have three chances to secure the IWGP Tag Team Title over the course of the <strong>DESTRUCTION</strong> tour, and this win certainly boosted their confidence in advance of the title matches.</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><img src="</p><a href="http://i.imgur.com/RpfURUU.jpg" rel="external nofollow">http://i.imgur.com/RpfURUU.jpg"</a> style="border: #948983 4px solid;" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>NJPW "Road to DESTRUCTION", 9/7/17</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> (NJPW World)</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Tokyo Korakuen Hall</strong></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"><strong> 2,205 fans</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> - Super No Vacancy</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Show rating</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> - </span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#008000;"><strong>B</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> 1. The feuds between these stables seem to be rapidly escalating and will undoubtedly shape the coming months in New Japan.</p><p> </p><p> At <strong>DESTRUCTION in FUKUSHIMA</strong>, we will see the first of three IWGP Tag Team Title 3 Way bouts between War Machine, Killer Elite Squad and the Guerrillas of Destiny, which are sure to be hard-hitting brawls. The show will close with two NEVER Title matches, as the team of EVIL, SANADA and BUSHI will defend their Six Man Tag Team Title against Kazuchika Okada, Toru Yano and Rocky Romero, while Minoru Suzuki defends his Openweight Title against Michael Elgin.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>DESTRUCTION in HIROSHIMA</strong> features four championship matches. In addition to the IWGP Tag Team Title 3 Way, newly crowned IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team champions Ricochet and Ryusuke Taguchi will defend against Taichi and Yoshinobu Kanemaru. The Taguchi Japan vs. Suzuki-gun rivalry will continue as KUSHIDA defends the Jr. Heavyweight Title against El Desperado, and Zack Sabre Jr. challenges Hiroshi Tanahashi for the IWGP Intercontinental Title.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>DESTRUCTION in KOBE</strong> will see the third IWGP Tag Team Title 3 Way Match in addition to the IWGP US Heavyweight Title main event between the inaugural champion, Kenny Omega, and Juice Robinson. Juice scored a pinfall win over Kenny Omega in the G1, and certainly has a chance here to walk away as the 2nd ever US Heavyweight champion.</p><p> </p><p> Finally, the double main event for <strong>KING OF PRO-WRESTLING</strong> has been announced. Kazuchika Okada will make the 8th defense of his IWGP Heavyweight Title against EVIL, while Tetsuya Naito puts his Tokyo Dome IWGP Heavyweight Title #1 Contendership on the line against Tomohiro Ishii.</p><p> </p><p> The <strong>Road to DESTRUCTION</strong> begins on 9/5/17!</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><img src="</p><a href="http://i.imgur.com/RpfURUU.jpg" rel="external nofollow">http://i.imgur.com/RpfURUU.jpg"</a> style="border: #948983 4px solid;" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <div style="background-color:#ffffff;color:red;border-style:solid;border-width:3px";"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>NJPW "Road to DESTRUCTION", 9/5/17</strong></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"><strong> Nagoya International Exhibition Hall</strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#000000;"> 1.
