  1. Pretty pointless with WWE as its roster isn't anywhere near as bloated given how much tv time they have.
  2. I swear virtually EVERYONE, literally, has switched alignments since I last watched, which I think was around christmas, or maybe summer...whenever the show was that ended with that brawl everyone get so hyped about. Young was head of the world elite, Nash talking about money, now they're a face team...Morgan was a big focus...Angle a bad guy...AJ a good guy...lol.
  3. Dayum...RVD/Cena was epic. Edge/Foley/Dreamer/Funk likewise. Tazz choking out Lawyer. Angle slapping Orton around. Just great stuff! And Unforgiven that year was amazing. Trish's farwell with the sharpshooter, DX/McMahons HIAC (+ Big Show lol) and the TLC main event. And then also in 06 there was of course NYR, which though mostly forgettable had the best ending to any PPV ever. The whole EC match was brilliant and the aftermath...I still have that. On video.
  4. This raises an interesting point in TEW terms lol...cause i'd say he is still the best known worker in the world, perhaps with the exception of The Rock. That's more crossover based though, in wrestling itself, he's waned quite a bit.
  5. He's better than King. And I think there's amazing potential if Rey loses to Punk. He almost certainly won't, of course, but a heel's gotta win somewhere (well, Edge might lose) and Rey being forced into the SES would be awesome for a while, keep him relevant.
  6. Only issue is they seem hesitant to push people that hard now, heh. Miz vs. Taker ftw.
  7. It's been announced him & Truth vs. Showmiz for the tag belts.
  8. Hopefully. Though maybe he'll cash it in and lose I'd say MVP isn't a bad bet either. He still has the ability and it's not like people need momentum going into this thing to win it.
  9. Yeah, which would be the most matches on a mania card since 2006. Maybe they'll team Trips and Orton up against the young guys, although after last year's main event...that might be a continuity stretch even for WWE, haha. I just don't see what they can do with Legacy and Orton that they haven't already done on Raw. Also think that bret/vince might have a short, screwy finish and leave the payoff for interference in the cena/tista match.
  10. Except the reactions during the impersonation phase at least clearly were positive from pretty much everyone lol. And it's not about what people want to see affecting them, more than anything they are capable of controlling who the majority of people want to see, unless they're absolutely devoid of anything worth cheering in any situation, which Haas evidently ain't.
  11. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="James Casey" data-cite="James Casey" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="25169" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Bryan's a star like Puder was a star for taking down Angle. One night alone will not a star make.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Well I sense this was a little more deliberate on WWE's part <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  12. Danielson getting his revenge on Miz a few months from now is going to be huge. Just hope it isn't rushed.
  13. Or maybe that's when he'll cash it in. If they do go ahead with that PPV. But I really, really don't want to see E vs. C if both are face or if Christian is the heel.
  14. Couldn't disagree more. The start of this music is as good as any in the WWE right now, impact-wise. And just saw it suggested elsewhere that a Mania match might actually see Bret winning the WWE title. Now that'd be interesting.
  15. I like that the two mania title matches are gonna be fairly unpredictable. Shame Jericho/Edge almost certainly won't finish the show, but then again, Cena/Batista really, really should. Just gay that they ruined it two years ago at Summerslam.
