7.
I have modified the default database heavily.

People will post a lot of re-renders, or a young renders of an older worker. I used these to create a lot of 2nd, or 3rd generation talent. The next generation of DeColts, Stones, Cornells, etc are all available to debut in my database.

 9.
I am playing a Rising Storms as WWF, (real world begins Jan 91) it is now Nov 95. I have had some fun with gimmicks.

Brooklyn Brawler became Abe "Knuckleball" Schwartz. He then became Tom "The Trashcan" Turner after I found out he had good chemistry with Duke "The Dumpster" Drose. Drose only wanted to work A shows and above, so he was not resigned, and Brawler became Kwang. He will be Max Moon in a few months.

Kevin Nash had a career ending spinal injury before I ever signed him, so Glenn Jacobs is Diesel.

Ultimate Warrior also had a career ending spinal injury, so Renegade is the new Ultimate Warrior.

Matt Borne had drug issues, so I had to fire him. The fed is reasonably new so it's too soon to turn either guy. Will the odd face/heel dynamic ruin any chance of the team being successful or is there any way to make this kind of team work better?

While you will get a penalty, it won't be very big, and it won't ruin things. If you really plan on them being a long-term team, building tag experience will far outweight the penalty in the long run.

I have found the penalty for odd face/heel dynamic to be much smaller than the negative chemistry one.

I know this would normally make the database really, really big, but I'm just hoping to import the workers only.

I know I can do the import feature and be good to go. If I was playing a Real World save from say 2006, are the Cornellverse/Thunderverse imports date of births static? If they don't make their debut until 2010, when I import them in 2006 it should hold them until that date, correct?

I feel like I know the answer on them being static, but I just wanted to make sure. Also useful for a historical Real Life mod and being able to import say TheWho's January 2018 database workers, and Kevin Steen not debuting in 1986 but the debut date 'coded' into the database I'm importing from.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, their debuts will happen when they are set to happen, not when you import them. In your example, Kevin Steen would debut when he is set to in the mod you are importing him from, not 1986. You won't have to worry about 4 year old Kevin Steen as an active wrestler.

 17. Heel Bossman and Earthquake managed by Jimmy Hart, I want to avoid a gimmicky portmanteau like Justicequake or some synonym for Big Guys.

 20. In my save Prudence had awful luck. He managed to run afoul of Eric Eisen, who turned about half the locker room against James. He asked for his release, which I gave him, this was June 2016. He then blew out his knee on the indies and was out for a year.
