Technical question: I've installed the database and the picture pack, and the database appears to be using the appropriate picture folder, but a bunch of workers and promotions have no pictures attached. I'm probably doing something wrong, I'm just not sure what. How do I fix it, internet?

I'm doing my best to keep everything as Average and use the gimmick and backstory to provide the upside.

I'll usually choose a worker who already occupies the position I want. If I'm booking a pre-existing company, I'll play as the worker who's got the book. If I want to found my own company then I'll choose an unemployed worker whose bio mentions wanting to start a company of their own, and so on.

A note on the Road Agent situation, I've looked through the database at Unemployed Roadies who are willing to work in multiple areas that aren't just the USA and Canada, and three names jumped out: RK Hayes, Henry Lee and Buddy Garner, all of whom are willing to travel across continents for work. They could be made available in India easily. Also, if an existing Roadie were to relocate to India, might I recommend Leo Price from the UK? I'm an old-school Wigan Bulldogs fan from previous versions of TEW, so I'd like to see him getting some sun in his retirement.
