There is plenty of time for him to go elsewhere, improve his in ring game and freshen himself up before returning to WWE some day. I'm not saying he's awful by any means, but there's always room for improvement. I doubt he'll be hurting for contract offers, whether there from TNA, ROH, EVOLVE/DGUSA, or Pro Wrestling Syndicate.

Also, Tyson Kidd has more talent in his pinky than Drew has in his entire body.

I highly doubt Drew goes to TNA considering that a woman who has or had a restraining order against him works there. He will probably either go to ROH or NJPW which if he were to go to New Japan would probably end up in Bullet Club.

 2.
I was at RAW last night and I really enjoyed it, Sheamus and Barrett was really good as I was expecting and I was pleased to be able to see a match between Alicia Fox and Paige as well. The main event was also really damn good so it was money well spent. This is the second RAW I've gone to (My first in the three hour format) and when you are there live it doesn't seem like three hours at all.

I thought the first RAW I attended back in 2012 was a bit better as Triple H and Undertaker were on the show to announce the End Of An Era Hell In A Cell match that they had at WM 28 but I thought tonight's show was really good. It may just because I was there live but I am wondering how it came across on TV but for the most part Twitter was a good indication that everything was well received to the TV audience but I could be wrong.

Anyone have any thoughts on last night's RAW? Yay or Nay?

The rest of this post I will write in white in case people haven't seen the show yet.

Spoiler in White: I was sad to see Daniel Bryan have to forfeit the titles but I guess it's for the best right now I hope that when he comes back he will get another shot at getting them back but my main fear for this upcoming Money In The Bank match is that they are going to put the belt back on either Cena or Orton which I am not a fan of them doing at all. Plus there is no guarantee that Bryan will get another run with the titles in the future as they weren't even going to give him the first run but they had to when Batista started getting booed.

 3.
I really liked Takeover I thought Breeze vs. Zayn was very good as was Natalya vs. Charlotte. Having Bret and Ric in their respective corners really added to the match and made it feel more special than it probably should have been. I liked Paige vs. Emma from Arrival a bit more but Natalya vs. Charlotte was fantastic as well.

As a whole I would say Takeover was a really good showing not as good as Arrival but still very good. I'm already counting down the days until the next NXT live special on the network even though I don't have a clue as to when it would be although I would say probably late August because to me it seems like they will be doing a live special every three months.

 4. When I was watching that entrance live I had no idea it was Charlotte, Sasha, and Alexa because I was so focused on how bad ass Triple H looked. However after going back and watching it you could definitely tell that it was them.

When I was watching it tonight I can see Roman Reigns turning on Ambrose and Rollins and joining Evolution. It makes sense since he could be the future champ and it would be a good way for him to leave the Shield I hope it doesn't happen but I could see it.

I was thinking the same exact thing and it could happen as early as Extreme Rules. Who knows if they will do it though because to me it seems a bit obvious so they may want to do something completely unexpected which is fine because I am all for unpredictability.

 6. The documentary was released during the tail end of Bret's run in WWE just a few month's prior to the Montreal Screwjob. He was still employed with WWE when it was released because if he wasn't it wouldn't have seen the light of day.

It's not like he was mistreated or anything; he walked out because he didn't feel a match against the guy running the company was a big enough match for him for WrestleMania, and insisted on being in the main event. That's not "standing up for yourself", that's being a little spoiled princess. And he completely screwed all his fans while doing so. Walking out right before a show you are scheduled to appear on, where your fans have paid to see you wrestle, is so absurdly unprofessional that, from the top of my head, I can only think of one guy who did it before at this level: The Ultimate Warrior. And I'm not sure that's the type of guy Punk would want to be associated with...

Stone Cold Steve Austin did the same thing as well. I love Steve Austin he's my favorite wrestler of all time and his reasoning behind his walking out actually makes a lot of sense but I still don't agree with it.

CM Punk on the other hand walked out because he's a stubborn jerk plain and simple.

 8. If Cameron was put in a match against Alicia Fox it would probably suck due to Cameron being starstruck the entire time. After all Alicia Fox was in that five star classic with Melina which is Cameron's favorite match ever.
 9. I only have access to the network on my PC because I am not a gamer and don't have a system nor do I have roku. I watch most of what I do on my computer anyway. NXT was fine for me tonight I had to refresh the stream once or twice but I got to see everything so I can't complain. The live channel is great however it takes me a while to find something in the VOD that actually works. I was able to watch some of WWE Wrestlemania 14, 16, and 17 which was an improvement from yesterday so it looks like slowly but surely the problems with the VOD are getting fixed. However if six months down the line the VOD problems are still there then I will probably wont renew once the first six month period is up.

 11. Was live at WWE Elimination Chamber last night and I really enjoyed myself. This was the second Elimination Chamber Event I went to live (first was 2012) and while I thought 2012's event was really good I thought that this years event blew 2012's out of the water (from a live fans perspective) It was awesome to be live in the crowd for the Wyatt Family vs. The Shield match and it more than exceeded my expectations. Really enjoyed the Elimination Chamber match as well one of the best Elimination Chamber matches I have seen in quite some time. Money well spent for those two matches alone! P.S. Even I wasn't expecting the chants that the Batista vs. Del Rio match got so it made it really entertaining. The match wasn't good but I wrote it off as being bad when the match was announced on TV so maybe that's why I hated it which I normally don't like to make up my mind before hand. However If I would have went into that event thinking Del Rio vs. Batista was going to be great and it wasn't then I would have been highly disappointed.
 12.

I don't think it's been pointed out here yet, but this is something that I love is going on. Antonio Cesaro just pinned the WWE Champion clean. He's a clear cut upper midcarder heading into Elimination Chamber. Meanwhile, he's also down in NXT, feuding with Sami Zayn. Although he won their 2/3 falls match, the two are presented as equals pretty much. Zayn, while great, is in DEVELOPMENTAL. WWE are sending main roster guys down to NXT and getting them over. They may not be jobbing to them, but they're making them look strong and entertaining in compelling matches, and I think that's key. If you're going to televise your developmental league, you've got to present these guys as strong, or when they graduate to the main show fans just won't buy it at first. In Zayn's case, I fully believe that his debut will see a ton of Ole! chants. People will know him because of this Cesaro feud.

Some people probably knew who he was prior to him getting signed by WWE after all Zayn was El Generico in Ring Of Honor and Pro Wrestling Guerrila but I agree your casual WWE fan wont understand that.

 13.

So the wrestling observer released the most searched for pro wrestlers of 2013.

John Cena

CM Punk

Hogan

Triple H

Randy Orton

The Undertaker

AJ Lee

Brock

Steve Austin

Big Show

Daniel Bryan

Ric Flair

Batista

Shawn Michaels

Rey Mysterio

Ryback

Jeff Hardy

The Miz

Chris Jericho

Dolph Ziggler

Vince McMahon

Sheamus

Eva Marie

Mark Henry

Nikki Bella

Natalya

Kurt Angle

Mickie James

Cody Rhodes

Sin Cara

Goldust

So Daniel Bryan is WAY down on this list. In fact he's right above Batista and Randy Orton is much higher on the list. Now this is more atune to who casual marks who don't patrol newz sites are looking for. I mean Batista wasn't even mentioned in the WWE for 99 percent of 2013. The top of the list isn't surprising what is surprising is how high Randy Orton is and how low Daniel Bryan is. Although I'm sure this list is meaningless. Unless of course Daniel Bryan was at the top and then it would mean everything....I think thats how these things work.

Eva Marie made the list... Someone please kill me!

 14. I read a report that said that Antonio Cesaro will now only be reffered to as Cesaro from here on out. To further prove that this is indeed what is happening if you go to WWE.com they list him only as Cesaro. I'm not sure if I like this or not but we will see where it goes I guess.

After that though its all a blur. I know the Taker matches for the last five pay per views, I know Shawn and Ric had a match but outside of that its all a blur. Feels like a lot of Orton/Cena/Triple H in the main events and that just bores me.

I'm just waiting on this network. Hell I watch the shows JUST for the network segment where they reveal just a little bit more each show.

I personally really enjoyed Wrestlemania 22 but mainly because I was there live, had I not been there I would probably have a different opinion on it. It was a good mania for what it was but could have been so much better Had certain things not happened i.e. Eddie not dying. I have heard rumors (again rumors not necessarily true) that if Eddie was still alive that they would have had Shawn Michaels vs. Eddie Guerrero at WM 22. Also they were originally going to do Angle vs. Taker at 22 as well but they did it at No Way Out of that year instead if my memory serves me right.

Your opinion of a "true wrestling fan" is different than mine, so don't just throw that around. I respect your opinion respect mine.

During that time frame i was watching sporadically, so I may be a bit fuzzy. Jericho is my favorite and I still didn't so much like 26. My main basis for this wasn't personal opinion anyways, it was more from the WWE 2k14, Wrestlemania mode. Nearly all the Manias before 20 had two very memorable matches you played, after that, a few had 2, but still weren't too memorable.

SO I guess I went off the WWE's opinion of memorable.

My main point is just that they are getting more and more forgettable without a decent (not even asking for GOOD) story to go by. So many medicore feuds or floating midcarders have ruined the midcard for anything, so back when the midcard matches even had decent stories they seemed to mean more. I say bring back MITB back to WM, start giving some of these guys real pushes.

i just think they put too much emphasis on the main event, and with this year being Cena/Orton/Bryan (I assume) vs Batista, that just isn't gonna cut it. They need to get at least a few decent feuds going if they expect this Mania to be anything but a flop and possibly worst in a long time

And I wasn't saying they were the worst ever btw, just forgettable

I respect your opinion so I am sorry that I came off the way that I did in my previous post I was just trying to have a friendly debate.

However I will say this and take it for what you will but your basing your opinions OFF OF HOW THOSE WRESTLEMANIA'S CAME ACROSS IN A VIDEO GAME is laughable and one of the funniest things I've ever read from any poster on this forum.

Go back and actually watch those Wrestlemania's and your opinion will be completely different after watching them. I would trust the real thing over a VIDEO GAME any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Attitude era that was almost expected because everything was chaotic.

What I mean, is it is a brand new title, they've made this mistake before by making the "undisputed" champ need 8 guys to win. They are blowing this as well. First by not unifying at Mania, still don't get that. And now they are making Orton look like every face main eventer can beat him cleanly anyday, which IMO is dumb. He is your World Champion, if he can't really beat anyone without help what does that say of your "champion" or worse off, your title.

I definitely agree this is horrible build up to Mania, especially since its the 30th one.. They had GREAT buildup to WM XX, matches nearly everyone wanted to see, the childhood dream realized moments, dream matches, return of the Phenom.. This Mania is shaping up to be just another forgotten one like 24-27 were for me. 23 would probably go in that to if I hadn't been there

You honestly think that WM 24 and 26 were forgettable Mania's you sir are not a true wrestling fan. I'll give you 25 because aside from Michaels vs. Taker being perhaps the greatest match of all time there was nothing else on that card that really jumped out at me as being great. I'll also give you Wrestlemania 27 because the only match on it that was worthy of watching was HHH vs. Taker and that was their worst Mania match against each other. The Rock ruined that Mania which was why it was bad as he was the guest host, no match aside from HHH vs. Taker got over 15 minutes. Not to mention the main event of the biggest show of the year felt like a main event on a three hour RAW (before 3 hour RAW's became the norm) the crowd was dead.

But in all seriousness if you think WM 24 and 26 were forgettable than I challenge you to go back and watch Wrestlemania 9 and 11 because those two Mania's are the two WORST EVER and I dare you to say otherwise.

 19. First off let me just state that I am a huge Bret Hart fan, he was my first favorite professional wrestler when I started watching in 1988 when I was three (Yes over Hogan) and I even told Bret Hart that when I met him in 2007 and I will remember what he said to me after I told him that for the rest of my life. Bragging aside I agree with this post, in an interview Jim Cornette did with Kayfabe Commentaries for the Timeline The History of WWE 1997 DVD release. Cornette claims that Bret said that he wouldn't lose the belt in Canada. Which is the dumbest thing you could ever say that's like Steve Austin losing the belt and right before it happens Austin saying he wasn't going to lose the belt in the United States. Not to mention that directly after the Screwjob Bret went on National radio and exposed the business saying "you know all those belts I won? I didn't really win them people put me over." But then lost one FOR REAL and he calls up the papers and tells them "I didn't really lose it. Vince McMahon didn't help the situation either when he did that "Time Honored Tradition" Promo saying your supposed to drop the title when you leave because that further exposed the business when we were still in the age where everything was under wraps for the most part. The whole situation was childish (The screwjob) It was a heel vs. heel program and both guys were being childish, Shawn was mad at Bret because Shawn was only making $750,000 on a guaranteed contract while Bret was making over One Million Dollars a year. Bret was leaving to make 2.5 million in WCW and was being a huge baby because he didn't want to put Shawn over in Canada. Not to mention the original plan was for Bret to win in Montreal and then hand the belt over on November 10th on RAW which would have been stupid IMHO. Anyways there ends my rant which is probably the longest post I have ever posted inside of this thread hope you guys enjoyed it.

The only person I know of to have won it at number 2 was Rey Mysterio in 2006 but there could have been another.

I'm not a fan of Anderson Silva's as I hate his cocky attitude but to have that happen to him sucks and we will never really know who would have won had that not happened. We will also have to face the reality that Silva will most likely never fight again and if he does it will be nothing short of a miracle. Whether or not he is able to fight again it wont change the fact that he is the greatest fighter of all time bar none (and again this is coming from someone who isn't a fan of him but I know a good fighter when I see one I just don't like his shenanigans in fights at times).

 24. Agreed, Cesaro vs. Regal was amazing. Cesaro is so damn good its scary.
