People are saying who could it have been, when the answer is the hype shouldn't have happened if they had no-one. They get their fans up for something then don't deliver. </p><p> </p><p> My current position is: "fool me once shame on you, fool me a 157 times and I'll still fall for the 158th time". That said I'm not sure everyone is like that and the more these things happen people will just give up.</p>
  2. But it's never the main story throughout the show that some show is on USA, it's a small segment not a huge part of the show. They created the hype for something they couldn't deliver. It shouldn't have happened, they didn't need to do it. They hyped something and didn't deliver, IMO that is where my disappointment lies, my disappointment in't that it's some indy guy or whatever. It's that they constantly hype things only to let people.
  3. <p>I'm not sure its as easy for TNA to just go out and get guys like it is for WWE. People always say they should get x,y,z but I'm not sure there's the appeal if they're working a number of indy companies or in Japan to just go to TNA. Obviously some will but a lot of the time when I've seen guys speak about TNA it isn't seen as a big goal. So when they're not signing all these indy guys I'm not sure if it is always down to them overlooking them. They don't have the guaranteed appeal of WWE.</p><p> </p><p> Its rare WWE would take someone from TNA and I think people who still have a shot @ WWE, wouldn't want to sign a deal there because as far as I know it isn't the big money of the WWE and shuts off other avenues.</p>
  4. Awesome <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
  5. <p>Yeah, thought it was DOC myself, seems like a move that will disappoint people - so seems likely.</p><p> </p><p> Can't see it being Low-Ki, Devitt or Pearce really seemed darker or just not 'suited' to them - not that I completely rules them out but I can't see it.</p><p> </p><p> But yeah, I think DOC, so he doesn't have to be on TNA's side but coming back to deal with A&8s. Will be surprised to see anyone else, which will be a good thing (unless it's really bad, obviously).</p>

  7. Good show - Jay/Clarky/Donny segment was a highlight <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
  8. Those are great, some great stuff on this thread recently.
  9. I think Lesnar could "return" every week and it'd still get me hyped!
  10. Please could somebody add a black fedora Antonio Del Veccio and a thicker beard.
  11. Just read the skills post, really good. Cleared up a lot of things I really wasn't sure about. I hope this thread is eventually stickied as it's something every mod maker should read.
  12. A few things I'd not thought about - make sense, thanks I was thinking more with AI but for some reason I was thinking the national boundary was higher too so cheers for clearing it all up.
  13. Looks good from what I've read, it's helpful with something I've been slowly working on for a while, so thanks it's a good guideline (and I'm pleased I'm not drastically wrong on most things ). I noticed you said something about there not being a lot of stars (compared to the CV). I may have read it wrong or missed this but I was wondering if you think when this is transferred over into a mod it could lead to issues of WWE falling to cult? I'd rather maybe have things a bit elavated if it means WWE not dropping to cult as I've seen it happen to SWF in the CV even when they have the higher popularity guys. I have no idea myself so I was wondering if it was something you had though about? Edit: I know you mentioned with the popularity but I'm just curious as to what you think since popularity seems to move quite quickly, whether it would be an issue in the game (even though most people would say WWE have put on shows below their pop) causing them to drop.
  14. Whenever I see it them on NXT I always find it weird to imagine them in the current roster (which is a good thing because it's different), but I'm interested to see where and how they fit them in. I'm glad they've kept the trio together, Harper and Rowan fit the roles so well and it'll be good to have them looking scruffy next to everyone else!
  15. <p>I haven't commented in this yet, I thought I had at the start but I can only echo what other people have said RE: single character and the comic book style. Captain Atomic is one of my favourites (or Atom Smasher as I know him) and he's perfect for this - the dynamic between Garner, Griffiths and Atomic is really enjoyable to follow - I liked how Buddy Garner set up the in the upcoming weeks we can qualify, it went back to the comic book style or video game where your end goal is set up there and then.</p><p> </p><p> It seems really hard to try and get the right tone for this type of thing with the quest style (I know I couldn't do it) but it comes across as if you're putting it across really well (not entirely sure that makes sense but it comes across as if, what I assume is how you want it to <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> (still not making that much sense <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />)).</p>
  16. <p>Going to see if I can get a start on this, I've got a lot of plans so I reckon it will come to fruition at some point...</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i.snag.gy/eXaeP.jpg</span></div><p></p><p></p>

It's good to see though and I'm very interested to see where they go with it. A match w/ HHH isn't a bad place to start regardless of result.</span></p>
  19. Wow! That was a suprise <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
