Fridays is FNM for me so I know I wont be catching the fights they show.

Is it just me, or does 60 days in jail seem kinda low for what brett rogers did?

I do believe I called it way back when that JDS would be the one to rise to the top. I don't see Lesner taking the strap from him and Overeem would be a very interesting fight. Just think, Jr. couldn't walk 11 days before the fight because of a knee injury that needs surgery to repair. Hope is able to actually hold the strap for a while. As far as the actuall event went I just felt flat to me. Didn't really feel big or important. If I was a first time viewer I would be far from impressed and not just because it was a short fight. Maybe it is just me though. Maybe it felt like a let down because I had to wait almost an hr after the amazing co-main event.

Well said Bigplaystew. I don't really buy into p4p lists myself but to each his own. Was sad to see my man Kenflo lose what could be his last shot at a title. All tho I hope not, I have a feeling he might hang the gloves up.

Eh I see GSP picking up an easy win here. Don't see how you think Condit has a better shot at winning. I see GSP winning either way but having a harder time with Diaz.

Well UFC 137 just took a major hit imo. Was really looking forward to the fight too. Oh well thats what happens when you try to count on Diaz.

Barnett has won me over I dont see him as past his prime either. I am not sure overeem is going to get past Bigfoot. Will be a good fight I think. As for Gina, I think the longer they keep it shrouded in mystery the worse it is for her image. Should come out with some kind of reason even if its a white lie.

Woot finally have power again since the storm wedensday. Had to watch the ppv at Buffalo Wild wings last night. I missed all the facebook fights due to no power/internet but did get to see the spike prelims. I could of done without seeing that embarassing lost by Nate. I guess he will never be the fighter his brother is . Over all enjoyed the card but was sad to see Couter go out like that. Was really hoping he would ride out into the sunset with a win. Seeing peoples reactions to Hominicks head at the place was funny. So many people were cringing or just looking away. I know the main event wasn't all that exciting, esp following Aldo, but I still think GSP has a good shot at beating Silva when it happens. Really hope he fights Nick first as he is really the last challenger for him at 170.

I take it Fancy Pants used to be a drug addict? What I don't like Aoki is how he is acting like he doesn't care about the quakes in his homelands. He comes off as a big douche in his interviews. Hoping Jardine gets the win here even though I'm doubting it. Dunno why but I have always like him. Maybe it's cause he looks like a crazy viking and we all know Vikings rules Pot head vs Dumb ass.....double knock out would be nice. Diaz is a good fighter and all but where would he rank in ufc? Anyone think he could take Penn or Finch? No way he is beating GSP and he would never fight Shields so meh. Prob punish him with a fight to determine the number one contender. Watched the M-1 Global today and enjoyed what I could see of the choppy stream . Also after the intermission the sound quit working for the rest of the broadcast. Got my online ticket to watch it last night Really looking forward to this show.
