1. It is a characteristic but the problem is there are so many people that based on who the character is should know better than to do what they’re doing. I absolutely believe that in the heat of the moment when these horrible things are happening people can act stupid from the shock of it. But there are a bunch of people in this movie who have history with Michael who should already know not to do X that do X even when the situation is calm.
 2. Just got home from seeing Halloween Kills and dear god the humanity. I enjoyed the movie but at a certain point the sheer stupidity of the people in the movie really took me out of it. I won’t spoil anything about the movie I will say the attention paid to the original that they continued to reference and incorporate into this new continuity was/is very well done. I’m looking forward to the conclusion next year and depending on how that sequel handles things I may change my mind but it feels like they probably could’ve trimmed some things down and made this a 2 hour movie to give us the full story.
 3. I enjoyed Escape Room haven’t seen the sequel that came out this year though. It Follows was solid and I really like the premise. The Fear Street trilogy on Netflix overall was good. All of the Sleepaway Camp movies the first has a great ending, 2 and 3 are so terrible they’re hilarious and Return is an ok follow up to the original.
 4. I am a hockey fan and yes Wednesday night has been a marquee NHL night for close to a decade now. NXT has a steady set audience that will be move with the show and USA is in more homes than NBC sports was so that coupled with the NHL viewership in general going up the previous years it makes more sense to move NXT.
 5. Nia is still a cousin of Roman though that’s not an incorrect statement. Pretty much all the Samoans in WWE except Samoa Joe are all from the same Anoa’i family.
 6. The last few years I’ve watched the Rumble and Mania with a couple of friends who are lapsed fans one stopped watching after wrestlemania 17 and the other around the time Eddie died. I also only watch the “ppv” shows and don’t keep up with weekly storylines. Neither of my friends even remembered Bianca was in last years match and lost interest when she won. At least we know what the bathroom break match is was one comment. To them Bianca is nothing special and I agree her EST gimmick sucks and she doesn’t have it. Rhea though she has it both my friends took notice of her when she came out and said she should’ve won. She looks different she looks like a badass and most people didn’t see last year’s Wrestlemania including my friends so this was their first exposure to her.
 7. Overnight Rumble thoughts Oldberg looked terrible and why did he wear shorts? Even with the finisher spamming and shortness this match was not good. Sasha and Carmella had an alright match and Carmella has gotten better since I last saw her but this still wasn’t anything that felt important. I don’t care what anyone says I enjoyed and laughed at the Billie Kay stuff from the moment she came out to when she was eliminated she was at least consistent with her character. Why did Charlotte who hates Lacey maul her right when she came out and then pretty much ignore her the rest of the match? The ending showed they didn’t learn from last year they have Rhea Ripley who can be a huge star and instead of having her win they give it to Bianca. Roman and Owens had a solid fight that actually had me invested I know Roman is doing career work as the head of the table but Owens looked better than I’ve seen in awhile. That finish though was soooooo bad I was laughing they really started a second count and just stopped it. If they didn’t fumble the ending this would’ve been an awesome match. The men’s rumble was the 3rd match in a row with a bad ending so there’s consistency. Apparently starting the rumble is no longer a bad thing since both winners were out there from basically the beginning so going coast to coast is meaningless now. Edge did not need to win plain and simple he can still have a marquee match without this. If they’re hell bent on edge challenging for a world title then have the other challenger win. Also the last 10 entires had 4 people that looked like real chance of winning so why was Christian in there for the final four. He adds nothing to the end beyond the tired team up spot and if last night wasn’t a one off he’s at best a 3-6 matches a year talent. Edges win further buries the current roster because this star from 10 years ago just went coast to coast past the people we’ve been trying to tell you for the last 5 years are our stars.
 8. I don’t see why they didn’t have Ibushi challenge for the IC title on night one since he lost the G1 briefcase he shouldn’t have still gotten the match for both titles. That could’ve split the titles and would’ve created a better story for night 2 with Naito and White going from semi main last year on night 1 for the IC title to main event of night 2 for the World title.
 9. I was definitely more off put by the term used because as you stated Derek the IC has been made to feel just as important. When there’s only been 8 different people to hold the world title in the last 10 years it’s something I think the promotion really needs so unifying the titles I think would be a step backwards but I’m just a casual fan so hopefully they have a decent story set up to split them
 10. Where are you folks coming up with the IC title being a midcard title? It’s been held by top of the card talent almost exclusively for the last 6 or more years outside a few people like Fale and Elgin. It’s been semi main event at wrestlekingdom pretty much every year except for Omega/Jericho. If anything the US title is the title they should do away with in my opinion as it has never been important on its own.
 11. So I just finished Soul and goddamn Pixar. Between Onward and Soul they’ve really hit me hard in the feels and I can’t place a movie above them this year. I also watched WW84 and I enjoyed it I’m probably on the flip side of BHK just above okay. I’m also on the opposite side of invisible man I just couldn’t get into it, I’m in no way saying it’s bad I wanted to like it because it was doing everything so well there was just something about it I am so uninterested I haven’t been able to get past the halfway point. Top 5 of 2020 1. Onward 2. Soul 3. Bill and Ted face the Music 4. My Hero Academia : Hero’s Rising 5. Bloodshot ( No it’s not technically a “good movie” but it’s dumb fun which was sorely needed at the time I watched it)

I won't play it until it's all patched up though, but this outcome was to be expected for such an ambitious game.

I’m sorry but I couldn’t disagree with that sentiment more. The game was in development for 8 years and the state it was released in is just unacceptable. Everyone piled on Hello Games for No Mans Sky but CDPR get a pass because OMG the Witcher games are amazing. The game was released in a broken state and the developers knew full well because they wouldn’t let reviews for the console versions or footage of them out.

 13. In insanely hyped for 2077 but am also very worried that the early reviews are only PC. They seem to be trying to keep console versions extra hush hush with no footage or reviews which I’m surprised isn’t a bigger red flag for people. I’m debating if I should pick it up to play it over the holidays or wait until next year when I can get a 4K tv and hopefully a PS5 at a reasonable price.
 14. Is your mandatory owner active and unemployed? If Jeff Jarrett is gonna open TNA in May 2002 but is hired by WWE in April then TNA doesn’t open.
 15. Not sure if anyone else here has been tested for it but I have all the symptoms and was directly exposed to someone who tested positive and they will not test me for it. Told me to only leave home if I get shortness of breath and go straight to an ER. They told me I unofficially have it and that tests are reserved for people over 65, immune compromised, or people who come into the er with advanced symptoms.

It just popped in my head

Cornette has been calling them that since they first showed up.

 17. Not to go to far into the weeds on AEW but 15$ probably would’ve been about what it was worth to me and that’s after seeing that tag match which while a fine match was not this blow away amazing match everyone keeps saying imo. As far as the E I don’t have cable so I don’t get NXT which is the only WWE that I consistently enjoy so my subscription is worth it for that to me. I won’t cancel my sub if wrestlemania isn’t on there but I’m not gonna spend extra to watch it. If they start pulling takeovers I’ll cancel but I don’t see them going that far.
 18. In the first 5 - 7 minutes the bucks have done this twice. Illegal man in the ring for an excess of 30 seconds and the ref only counted once even then it was a one count as the man was leaving the ring. This Ref was even stated to be a multi man match specialist which makes me afraid to see the amateurs. Refs also need to start counting when guys are outside the ring more than when it’s a spot. I also agree with self the buckshot/V trigger should’ve been the finish what came after didn’t add anything to the match and the crowd weren’t as hot.
 19. The rumor making the rounds is Wrestlemania will be on ESPN+ or some other BS plate form so Vince can make more money from it. If that’s the case it’s an easy skip for me I’m not paying extra for one event or potentially more. Heck that’s part of what keeps me from watching AEW ppvs I’m not willing to shell out 50$ to watch something that’s worth maybe half that price at best.
 20. Just finished Knives Out and loved the movie been way too long since I’ve seen a good mystery. I was kinda disappointed they “gave away the mystery” pretty quick but the layers they went into were great and had me guessing. Great acting from a fun cast and just such a fun movie I wish I could’ve seen it in the theater.
 21. If Charlotte is going to go after Bayley then it’s also gonna mean a brand switch for Andrade at least and Alistar n Zelina at most. I don’t see them switching 4 people to Smackdown just for a women’s title program. Not that Becky Charlotte has me excited either but it feels like that’s the direction they’re going.
 22. I’ll raise my hand as someone who has internet and plays video games but has not one idea what undertale is or homestruck. I watched last weeks show with a friend who also had no idea what that video or Brandi’s was about. I also would like to ask for those more well versed in the Lucha brothers do they ever do more than big move after big move? I understand that with them getting TV they’re trying to expose everyone to a wider audience and most Lucha has no psychology but after seeing them in this tournament I feel like that’s all they are.
 23. On the subject of Rambo I also saw and enjoyed Last Blood though I saw it at the end of a Rambo marathon. Watching all of the movies that way I must say while none of the movies are as great as the first one (that also has Stallone’s best acting performance) they’re all pretty consistent in quality and story. My only complaint with Last Blood was it seems like the Villains pretty much forget about him for seemingly a week or so after talking about wanting him dead but movies will be movies.
 24.
2 immediately come to mind

Injury prone - worker is more likely to get injured. Like Ahmed Johnson in 96-97 dude would have a good month or 3 then get injured for 5-8.

Play through the pain - worker that gets an injury that he can work through their matches don’t suffer so much of a penalty

 25. Jericho lost the belt!!!!!!! According to the police report he left it in his limo while he was eating. Talk about embarrassing some people are already laughing at AEW this just adds to it.
