Let’s put it in TEW terms Jericho is at least a B- in popularity maybe even closer to B but still. Cody would be about a solid C and Omega, The Bucks, Page are all D. Maybe D+ for the Bucks but that’s it because they’re pretty much unknowns past the IWC. Last year Jericho wasn’t even a real part of the All In he just did a run in he wasn’t advertised so even a year ago he was head shoulders knees and toes above 90% of the roster.

Just seeing this and I’m interested I remember WWE doing something similar around I think 03 or so. Would it just be pick anyone or would there be a budget to maintain like you have 1,000$ and Rollins cost 600$ for example?

Wins and losses being tracked can be good it adds drama easily. Is this underdog with no wins finally going his or her first and likewise the meeting of undefeated guys. However after say 3 years are they going to still be tracking it from the beginning or go with the last say 6 months. Eventually you’ll see guys with 77-41 records which makes it harder to get interested in for me at least.

You could do it the way new Japan does it and the winner has to defend his title shot until total mayhem. Also are you using your finale as Malice or Mayhem? I usually did a royal rumble type match or an elimination chamber at malice for a title shot at Mayhem but I like your idea because I could then shift that match to the fall to boost those shows.

Sinclair has network television all across the US they put ROH in far more homes then HD net ever did. In my area I can watch ROH on 2 different channels at 3 different times if memory serves me and it’s free tv. While I’ll agree that the time slots may not be the best they still have a much wider audience.

<p>After almost a year we’re back! </p><p> </p><p> Figured I’d comment on the recent watchings of Alita, How to Train Your Dragon 3 and Captain Marvel. </p><p> </p><p> How to Train Your Dragon The Hidden World was a well made end to the series though having watch the other 2 pretty recently it’s intriguing how they retcon previous movies as now the bad guy is a famous dragon hunter who’s killed all the other night fury’s. Took my two kids to see it and they were captivated the whole movie laughing and crying at all the appropriate moments so it definitely gets its target audience. </p><p> </p><p> Alita I think should get way more attention then I’ve seen. Now while I haven’t read the manga or seen the anime I think the world and characters are fascinating. I really hope it gets a sequel because they’ve set so much up and left me with questions I want to know the answers to which is making me think more about checking out said manga and anime. </p><p> </p><p> Captain Marvel was your standard Marvel movie you either like it or you don’t at this point as they didn’t do anything turly different besides it being a female hero. In my opinion they were a little heavy handed with the whole girl power thing but it didn’t ruin the movie or anything. Kinda disappointed with how fury ends up loosing his eye it felt like a letdown to me but the theater I was in popped big for it. Mid credit scene was a great way to set up endgame.</p>

I agree that takeover was as usual a great show my only complaint is why did they have to waste so much time on the women’s match. I get that they want titles defended at takeover but if they’re going to insist on having Belair and Baszler in a singles match it shouldn’t be longer than 10 minutes. I’d much rather have seen the 3 horse women team up against Mia, Io, and Kairi especially given how thin the division is right now.

Finally got some time to check this out thanks for the work Mammoth and thanks Liger for the picture link. Just took ROH for a spin and the faces and heels could use some adjustments Chad Collyer was definitely the heel in is quick program with ace steel who should be face. I would also argue that Adam Pearce should be face from the start as he was coming to ROHs defense against CZW right away and that was his only real feud until death before dishonor 4. Christopher Daniels should definitely be a face though as he came back in the summer of 05 as a face hadn’t done anything to change his alignment. There are a few others that could be face but I understand why you have them as heels like Lacey’s angels and Sal n Tony but the others I think are definitely in need of change for the update. Also I would add a working agreement with Noah as KENTA was at final battle 05 and would return through 06.

Uncharted 4, if you haven’t played the others then the collection as well. If you’re a fan of Spider-Man the new game is appropriately amazing. I’m not a multiplayer guy but I enjoyed the single player for infinite warfare and titan fall 2 though they are older games. Far cry 5 was also fun with some pretty decent dlc.

As I remember it being reported when they were talking about going back to dual brand ppvs it will only be 2 MitB ladder matches one for the men and one for the women with both brands involved in the matches

Just finished the quarter finals of MYC and it seems obvious that Kairi is going to the finals. I'm not really bothered by it though because she draws my attention and is like the opposite of askua being vulnerable. Heck I really like Toni, Piper, and Dakota and most of the girls from their bracket. The other side of the bracket I'm less interested in especially Shana it's so obvious she's only there because of Rousey.

I'm just going to echo Hive in that Guardians vol. 2 is excellent. My friend and I may have liked the first slightly more but vol. 2 is so much fun to watch I'm actually going to see it again this weekend.

God you hear Roman's music at 30 and all the life gets sucked out of the crowd. At least he didn't win again though Orton winning is kinda underwhelming.

I went from being pretty much caught up on my gaming backlog to having 4 new games thanks to Christmas. Doom, XCom 2, Final Fantasy 15, and GTA 5 though I beat gta on ps3 it's still awesome. Been spending most of my time playing XCom which I'm loving so far except for when I got stuck on one of the dlc missions and had to restart.

I'd forgotten Otunga was even still employed I don't remember him doing anything after nexus finally died then he's suddenly a part of SmackDown

Just got back from Rouge One anyone else see it? I enjoyed it though I was expecting more of a heist style movie. I loved Vader's invlovment it was kept simple and effectively made him feel like the BAMF he was originally.

yes lets call up Asuka right now because we have so many viable options to lead NXT's women's division like......Ember Moon? I get where you're coming from but NXT has already been gutted once this year of female talent and taking the only star left before establishing a new one or preferably two or three will just set the division back farther. I imagine Asuka will be brought up after Mania as the women's tournament should be over by then and most of those women will probably help refill NXT's division.

So I know I'm late to the show but I finished The Last of Us for the first time on Monday and as many have already said the game is fantastic and I'm glad I finally had the time to play and more importantly finish the game.....then today I see that they've officially announced part 2 with an awesome teaser to go with it I kinda feel like naughty dog was just waiting for me to finish before they made their announcement.

Dusting this thread off because I went to see Dr. Strange today and really enjoyed it. I won't spoil anything but I liked how they had the Dr essentially out smart the villain. Also the setup for his next villain was a believable result of the events of the movie. While I would say Civil War was the better Marvel movie of the year that lies heavily on how much they drew on the last almost decade of movies for it unlike Dr. Strange who is just establishing his own story. Definitely a good addition to the MCU that feels fresh to me at least dealing with all the mystic elements.
