  1. I'd love if someone could correct me and tell me that I'm wrong but I think the only way to do it is if you own a network.

And what format are you planning like how many teams and is it knockout or a league?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I have impact and monthly pay per views. Knockout would be my preferred path.</p>
  4. <p>I had an idea where I want to dedicate a month to a trios tournament in my TNA 2004 game. I was just wondering how I could do that though with my schedule. I doubt I could do three pay per views in one month to accurately copy the experience without losing money on the deal. I dunno. I just want to make a prestigious main event trios tournament.</p><p> </p><p> I'd need to do 15 matches I believe.</p>
  5. <p>My game is going well I hope. Christian Cage has secured a victory over Jeff Jarrett for the NWA world Heavyweight championship which puts him into 89 popularity. Up from 65 two months ago when he debuted. Meanwhile I've signed Hulk Hogan who has finally decided he's not too good for us. He lost his debut match to Abyss who will go on to challenge Christian at the next pay per view.</p><p> </p><p> Christopher Daniels and Jeff Jarrett have joined forces to take down a team of Hogan and Sting. Daniels and Jarrett have told the veterans that they're not welcome and that it's time for the current crop to kick them off the top of the mountain.</p><p> </p><p> Also in CHIKARA, The Beautiful People beat the Young Bucks in a tag team match. Portia Perez is the young lions cup holder and Daffney has won their World title.</p>

Perhaps I'm posting this in the wrong thread??<p> </p><p> Anyway, I've tried meddling between Triple H and Owen to patch it up but that's never had an effect. With the amount of people with tension with Owen now I'm thinking of giving him three months holiday to see if it will go away and running a "Owen gets hit by car" story. Thoughts??</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I had a similar situation between Nash and Piper in TNA. Nash managed to turn most of the roster against Piper before I finally just gave up and let Roddy's contract run out. You may have to choose one.</p>
  7. Sweet Saraya left and had a kid in my game. So technically Paige has a little sister in my reality

The only real issue I could forsee is if the Chikara product is significantly different than the parent companies. Not absolutely sure if its still the case in 2016, but in previous versions, a powder-puff product could have certain attributes drop in trainees - notably Toughness.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> It only cost me about 50k. Its 2004 in my game so CHIKARA is really small and easily purchased. Meanwhile I'm getting bigger and bigger.</p><p> </p><p> Good point though. I may have to adjust their product.</p>
  9. <p>Well... big developments in my TNA game. I just held Bound for Glory 2004 and capped it off with Jeff Jarrett's year long NWA World Heavyweight Championship run ended by Christian Cage in a cage match.</p><p> </p><p> Also I noticed a ton of people in my company need training. I know I'm only cult but still. I got tired of my entire knockouts division stinking up the joint so I disbanded the division and shipped them off to my new development territory that I just bought....</p><p> </p><p> CHIKARA.</p><p> </p><p> Yeah. TNA bought CHIKARA and is currently using it to train up its future superstars. I just hope I haven't shot myself in the foot.</p>
  10. I had no clue the titles could change on the fly without your approval. That might explain how designated jobber Lufisto walked out of Slammiversary with my knockouts title when I was certain id booked Angelina Love to win. Also I was grooming America's most wanted to win the tag titles and in their third match Chris Harris got injured and went on the shelf for 8 months. So I get your tag team pain.
  11. When deciding what pay per view company should host your events is it better to go on a bigger network at a worse time slot or is it better to be on a smaller network in a better time slot?
  12. Ruthless aggression mod and I'd say it's transfered pretty well. Everyone in TNA at the start is either old or on drugs so it seems very genuine in terms of experience.
  13. Alright well I'm having fun with my TNA 2004 game. I'm slowly replacing the old guard who are either complaining about being old, literally popping their hips out during matches or have serious drug problems. I sent Jeff Hardy to rehab. He's been gone for eight months. Eight months that i've been paying for him. That's $100k I would really love to have back. My popularity is going up very slowly. I wish there was a way to speed that up. http://i.imgur.com/WSDZfAI.png http://i.imgur.com/Q2Gjt4V.png Here's the difference I've made in 6 months. It's not huge but for some reason my main successes, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles and Abyss haven't made it to the top of the list yet. Glad to see Daniels really making a good showing though. Also I've been losing roughly 100k every month. Despite this issue I've still managed to outbid the WWE on a contract that recently came up. I'm really looking forward to his debut.
  14. Playing TNA I'm 2004. Now I'm doing alright at my goals so far. My intention is to slowly build up my stars and then hope my company follows in their footsteps. I'm looking to phase out Raven, Sandman, BG James and Scott Hall who I'm currently depending on to get my new crop over. CM Punk, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Abyss and maybe Jeff Hardy if he'll ever get clean are all rapidly gaining popularity. Hall left just this week to "concentrate" his efforts on some Puerto Rican promotion and so he put over Joe on his way out. DDP has announced his plans to retire in the next three months and will be losing to Jarrett and then likely Abyss on his way out. My stars are rapidly gaining popularity and as a result my show ratings are increasing. So that's a good sign I hope.
  15. Punk being nice to people seems a lot less likely than him handing out booze. At least with the booze it can be figured that he doesn't want it.
  16. Playing as TNA in 2004. First match in, Chris Harris gets injured and goes on the shelf for five months. James Storm is now kind of floating around without much to do. I signed Jeff Hardy, his drug problems are out of control and I sent him to rehab. I then realize that he's gone for eight months and I have to pay him the whole time. Konnan caught the flu during a match. http://49.media.tumblr.com/7f23d5ade090bd06e151acd2250d980f/tumblr_ng9s8tHf3L1suf5t1o1_500.gif
  17. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't that result mean Claudio was a bit rubbish and Angle carried him there?
  18. I can't say I didn't have a twinge of temptation when I said it.
  19. I find the new way of voting quite interesting, my one issue with it however is the fact that the month isn't even over yet and we're already voting for the best of September. I've got one vote already (thank you K-Nection ) but I could really make him look stupid if I suddenly decided to write the rest of the month as if it was a sitcom featuring the Great Khali and his friends. I'm all for rookie diaries/writers competing against established writers. Even if you're new to the forum you're probably not new to writing altogether. I realize as a new diary writer I'm probably not going to beat the established group but I still look forward to the challenge. However I do want to keep a divide between C-Verse and Real World diaries, if that's even being debated. I can't bring myself to read diaries based in the C-Verse and I know of people who can't bring themselves to read Real World. Its like fiction vs Nonfiction. Except its all fiction. But people have strong preferences towards the genres in general.
  20. Thanks.. You're too kind. I'm getting closer to being ready and spent a lot of last night mapping out potential storylines so I'm close to pulling the trigger.
  21. Thanks, I've been brainstorming for a bit about new ideas... I'll probably need a new title too
  22. Well this morning I walked in on someone posting a link to my old "WWE:What did I just watch" diary in another forum that they didn't know I even participated in and giving it high praise. I find that to be really encouraging and I'm tempted to reboot it. I'd carry over some storylines possibly, if it was popular enough but otherwise I'd be doing new storylines. Although I'm worried about not living up to my past work so who knows
  23. Love it! Be sure to do something with Spud eh? Also I'm seriously considering doing a new, more serious diary while I regroup from the blow of losing my last diary. Maybe WCW or WWE 1997. I dunno, still trying to figure it out...
