I started my 85 save with Curt winning the JCP Tag Titles with his father. Nice to see it come around. *Bray Wyatt was originally scheduled to face Jon Moxley at King of the Ring for the belt but got injured at Mania. I decided to pivot to the winner of the King of the Ring faces Moxley later in the night. I select the 32 guys for the tournament, but I let the computer decide the winner. This year it was Rusev vs. Dos Coras Jr. They drew in their final match at KOTR so I had Vince McMahon announce a triple threat for the main event and the winner would be champion and KOTR winner. So that is why, Moxley retained and won the crown.

For historical purposes, Rude is a 2x World Champion who returned at the previous Rumble and has been feuding with Bret Hart since then. Their feud ended at Summer Slam, so I'm building. Pillman returns in March.

Original Plan My 1980-July 96 game hit some major snags in June 96. To start off, I love the Vader vs. Michaels feud from Summer of 96 but Vader died in 92 in my game. My plan was to bring in a new "Vader" played by Paul Wight. The week before I was going to debut him, he breaks his leg in my developmental promotion "The Machine". There goes the main event of Summer Slam 96. The pivot King of the Ring comes and goes with Michaels retaining the belt against Bulldog. The next day, I get an alert that Yokozuna is back from injury (year long back injury). Before he left he was doing an APA type gimmick with Mabel. I figured I would reform that. I have Mabel attack Michaels the first July Raw. Mabel promises that the "boss is coming". I plan on having Yokozuna vs. Michaels at Summer Slam 96. Between Week 1 and Week 2, I learn Pillman is available (Main Event WCW Superstar). I win the war against WCW to sign Pillman which honestly shocked me because I've lost every single battle against WCW up until this moment. Week 2 of July, Yokozuna returns and attacks Michaels when he is facing Mabel in the Main Event of Raw. Yokozuna tells him "the boss is coming". My plan is to form a Yakuza like stable of Pillman. Yokozuna, Mabel, and two others. I'm not sure who the two others will be. Pillman will be available the first week of August. Summer Slam 96 -Pillman vs. Michaels I think I'm going to run with this until Mania.

The 1970 save is decent. I've manually edited the WWWF to be a gigantic force of nature and so far they are dominating GLCW in each and almost everyway. Thank god for long contracts. The 1920 save is my favorite of the four games I have going. I use autobooker to run my shows though unless I have the following going on 1) Grand Prix Tournament (I book two tournament matches, autobook the rest) 2) Tag Team Classic (I book two tournament matches, autobook the rest) 3) My four BIG events. I book those. I plan on booking (like I do every other save) once I get to 1960. I will probably turn the game into a database first though and clean it up.

The AI has built Shelton Benjamin into a megastar in my 85-2012 game. I had him in WWF but let him ago after several big IC title reigns. His popularity refused to go over 80 though. He signed with KWF (Kingdom Wrestling Federation, medium sized in Australia) and instantly blew up to 90 worldwide once they signed their television deal. He's won their main championship and tournament multiple times. Waiting to steal him (as WCW)
