1. http://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/AAA.jpg Angel Athletic Association RANK: 20th Current Champions: AAA Femme Fatale – Eve Grunge AAA Top Contender’s – Zoe Ammis AAA Tag Team – Fuyuko Higa & Shiori Jippensha Following the success of J-Ro and her reality TV show and film about her life, the profile of AAA was never higher as NOTBPW made sure to give them lots of praise and attention. This helped the company catch the eye of TV broadcaster The Women's Network, who ended up purchasing them in December 2016. They announced the purchase of the company at a press conference, where they unveiled new signings Eve Grunge and Emma Bitch. They Followed this up by signing international talents from Japan and Mexico, with Shiori Jippensha, Fuyuko Higa, Pinky Perez and Estrella Blanca joining the company in February 2017. The Women’s Network has kept Catherine Quine on to help run the company, with Cherry Bomb remaining as head booker and the two are doing a great job together. With a national TV deal, as well as the funding from a nation TV station, AAA have thrived not only due to good booking, but also their use of promotional TV shows to help boost individual workers. The two people who have benefited the most from this are Eve Grunge and Helene Svensson. Grunge was unknown as a wrestler but as a singer and song writer she had a decent following, and when AAA aired a show that featured her balancing the two careers whilst putting out a third album she became a star, with the album becoming a high seller, and she now sits at the top of the AAA roster. Helene Svennson was a supermodel back in her homeland of Sweden, who became inspired after watching Fighting In A Man's world, and pitched the idea of a reality TV show that featured her training to become a wrestler. The Women's Network loved it and the show began airing in 2017. Helene has had some resentment from her now fellow pro's, but her hard work has started earning her some respect. AAA have lost a few talents over the years, with Joanna Rodriguez, Sara Marie York and Jaime Quine leaving for NOTBPW, as well as Cherry Bomb, Jessica Bunny and Steffi Chee retiring from in-ring action. However, they have continued to build up new stars and now they are on national TV with some genuinely marketable and talented stars, so is the time coming for an all-women's promotion to become a national company?
 2. Weirdly just yesterday I thought of suggested the email for body changes telling you what their body type was before the change, so good timing. So many great changes!
 3.
So two random questions

I am using my own C-Verse 2018 mod, so I have ran hundreds of tests for it and never had this happen before...USPW have randomly started running every show in Japan, anyone have any idea why?? It's only on this one save, they have no coverage in Japan and are running terrible shows in front of 300 Japanese fans. They are at international level....but like I say, not because of Japan. Any ideas?

Second question - for the first few months of my face I was being penalised on shows for terrible production, music etc. so all my shows were E's. I am still in the same regional battles with the same four company's, they haven't lowered any of their production values or anything but suddenly I'm not being penalised for anything and getting much better show graded (although still finishing last!)

Again, any idea why that stuff suddenly stopped making a difference?

 4.
I just want to add that I am VERY happy that this scouting has been announced. I had wondered if something was coming when Adam stayed quiet after all the discussion that came out about FOW being removed.

I like the sound of Pro level as well and hope that stays in, no matter who it is no one in real life is ever 100% known as the opinion on them will vary from person to person, so I like the idea of someone never being completed nailed down to a stat when looking at them (even if they actually do have one...I know what I mean! haha)

Very happy with today's announcements!

 5. Genuinly gutted FOW has been taken out, I know not everyone used it but it's going to be so boring to me just going off numbers, sometimes it's fun giving monster pushes to guys then finding out they weren't worth it. Now everything will just be "why hire x when y is better" "I won't use dominate as numbers aren't high enough" etc. To me it'll now just become a numbers game, with pretty much no room for error as everything is there. No more giving loads of mic time to a guy who it turns out is useless on the Mic, it'll just be hiring people based on that info rather than taking a risk on people who seem fun
 6. Whilst I'm here, quick question with this feature "The health system has been changed so that 0% now indicates a career-ending state rather than being below 30%; this makes the system more intuitive." Does that mean people will only retire from injury if it hits 0%, or will some people still feel they should retire from injury even if they are at 20% or whatever. I'd have thought some people would be more willing to keep wrestling as their body deteriorates than others who might want to just get out while they are still relatively healthy
 7. Might not be needed but to play slight peacemaker I read what Adam put as a criticism of the game allowing that, not of the people doing it. Like he's disappointed his own game had something so cheap, but now it doesn't. Obviously I don't know that but I couldn't imagine anyone would criticise how people play a game they made, I'd assume they'd just be happy that you are playing (and that you paid for it lol)
 8.
Today's "minor" changes are probably my favourite so far. I always tell myself I'm not going to spam pre-show to build skills...but I always do.

The changes to improvements, star quality changes and the variance are three of my favourite changes announced, TEW2020 is going to be in a different league to 16 now, very excited!

 9. The data variance change is a huge one for me, I always played with it on but only really saw maybe a change of 1 or 2 for some wrestlers. Really looking forward to having a much more random database, with potentially pretty major changes to workers stats

I want to push guys like Dillon, Parker and my new call ups, but they start so low in pop.

Do you guys give them wins up the card with the "keep opponent strong" gimmick?

Angles and wins on PPV, that does way more for pop than tv

Depends on the talent too, it's taken me a year to get some guys to "C" but others like gargantuan it took 3 months for him to become the most popular wrestler in the company (he must have a good destiny roll as he somehow shot above every other main eventer with just one dominant squash of Jack Bruce on ppv)

 11.
Was there stiffness too? Or was that intensity?

I miss that, while you can get an idea from the stats we have of what a worker is like, stiffness takes it to another level. I know if there was a stat on how stiff people work I'd only hire the stiffest guys (giggidy)

 13.
Version 1.05 RELEASED 12 JUNE 2019

BHOTWG Best Of The Super Juniors tournament wins now put in the right month (was June, should have been July, although not sure why the game has that event in July when every other tournament before 2016 was held in June!)

Gethin Jones name fixed

DJ Diamond now has the role of “wrestler”

Various bio edits, fixed bio mistakes, spelling etc.

 14.
Have you ever made an attempt at Lobster Warrior (both as Lobby and the Crippler) or Rogue Shipshirt?

Think they are two of the bigger workers who I haven't found any renders for, which is odd as you'd think people would have fun with a character like Lobster Warrior.

They were founded in March 2015 and for their first year they were just a small-time outfit promoting some hardcore matches but mixing in some decent lightweight action too. This began to change in March 2016 when Carnie was able to secure a second $5,000,000 grant. He used the money to pursuit a national TV station to air his unique idea for a new wrestling/reality tv show called “Barroom Brawls”. The show was simple, go to real Scottish pubs and clubs, film real fights between real people, and whoever won the fights got the chance to have some basic wrestling training where they would then compete in a worked tournament, with the winner receiving an SNP contract.

<img alt="Roly.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Roly.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="Meathead.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Meathead.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="Scott.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Scott.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

The show was an overnight success, people popular with British public and it’s controversy over glorifying real violence and anti-social behaviour gave the small promotion a huge amount of free publicity. Due to the unexpected success of the show not just one person got given an SNP contract, but 26 of the participants ended up on the SNP roster was the tournament was over. Some of these have gone on to be little more than jobbers, but some of the biggest stars in the company actually got there first break on the Barroom Brawls series, including the liked of winner Dickie, his son Blandy and perhaps the most talented in-ring performer out of the tournament, Havok. In typical SNP fashion the tournament itself wasn’t without controversy as Blandy would have his nose broken by Psycho Eyes in the quarter final, so in the semi-final his Dad would beat up Psycho Eyes for real, breaking his nose too and also fracturing his cheek bone. Instead of firing Dickie, Carnie has Dickie booked to win the whole thing, while Psycho Eyes would wake up in hospital only to find out he has been fired.

<img alt="Wee%20Billy%20D.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Wee%20Billy%20D.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="Scag.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Scag.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

With the company now employing these psychopaths SNP had to cut the budget, so in October 2016 pretty much all of the remaining high-flyers and technicians on the roster were let go, but in all fairness SNP has thrived because of it. The British public have gone crazy for these badly trained hardcore brawlers and with the company now having both an A tv show and a B one, they are in a great position to challenge 21CW, the only company to be in that position for years. They have also become the first British company to have a women’s division, although it is used to promote their sex appeal rather than wrestling skills, with stripping and mud bath matches being a regular thing. Of the eight active female ‘wrestlers’ on the roster, three of them broke into the business to wrestle, three are former strippers, one is a model and the other is just a super fan who decided to give wrestling a go.

<img alt="kATARINA.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/kATARINA.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="Cannonball.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Cannonball.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

The Barroom Brawls competitors aren’t the only big signings SNP have made to get noticed, 26 year old Scott Pride has been a revelation since signing in March 2016. He has been put in a stable with big stars Roly Muckletruck and Meathead McAullie, called Tartan Army. With Roly & Meathead wearing Scottish facepaint and Pride a Scottish mask the three have become stars in the company, with Pride carrying the company at times with his ring work. However, it is Muckletruck and McAullie who have become the companies biggest mainstream stars, with Roly & Meathead becoming genuine household names in their homeland. Another huge ‘get’ for the company was controversial ex-boxer and comedian Tommy Manning. Known for his controversial humour the Mancunian is a well-known personality in Britain and has become a natural in wrestling, although that is much more due to his ability to rile up a crowd rather than his in-ring performances. Being able to generate heat comes naturally to the big man and he is one of the most hated figures in SNP. In 2016 Japanese youngster Sir Winston Watoga went on excursion to Britian, due to his love of old-school British wrestling. However, upon arriving in the country he discovered SNP’s Barroom Brawls series, and instantly became a huge fan. A fell in love with ‘chav culture’ and signed with SNP, changing his name to “Innit Bruv”, a football hooligan character that has gone down really well with SNP fans. He has really thrown himself into the role too, putting on weight to look the part and wrestling a more brawl based style. He has risen up the ranks fast and is now a genuine main event talent. Finally there is Phillip Cooper, someone who was well on his way to becoming a main event star for 21CW, before being caught with prostitutes. This would lead to him being fired from 21CW, but also led to SNP hiring him and him becoming a huge fan-favourite with the SNP fans. They played up his love of the working girls by having him come out with different scantily dressed women, much the crowd pleasure. However, eventually he would turn heel, joining up with Tommy Manning as Manc Connection.

<img alt="HOPE.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/HOPE.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="aNITA%20bANG.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/aNITA%20bANG.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Things are looking very good for SNP, there certainly have the momentum, popularity and star power, but whether their product can ever turn them into a genuine national promotion remains to be seen. The other thing holding them back is Mark Carnie himself. While he has calmed down since the company turned cult he has been involved in so many controversies over the years you have to wonder if any will come back to haunt him. He has had women quit, accusing him of sexual harassment, there have been racism claims by Bali Daljit, and he is just an all-round scummy guy. He has managed to create a decent inner-circle in the promotion though, featuring top stars, a few of the female talent and also young wrestler Golden Goose, a young rich kid who idolises the man. If SNP can get to the top with him as owner, promoting hugely risqué product with terrible wrestlers who are willing to kill themselves, and each other, for the fans entertainment then that could be great for the promotion, but many purists believe it could eventually lead to the death of British wrestling as we know it.

<img alt="Kourtney.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Kourtney.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="Dickie.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Dickie.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="Blandy.png" data-src="https://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/aa348/lavelleuk2000/Blandy.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

 16.
I'm glad a bonus for attendances has been added, makes a good feature a great one in my opinion.

I also like the unlimited auto advance, will help me as a mod maker to see if the database is balanced. Much easier being able to leave the game all day and being way into the future, rather than having it only advance one year

 17. Today's feature is a big one for me, and I believe a lot of people. It's something I'll be using all the time!
 18.
As someone who just spent I don't know how many months releasing a 2018 version of the C-verse these changes both please and annoy me...creating the mod would have been so much easier if I'd known TEW2020 was about to be announced lol

With the aging/de-aging how generic will it be, will it be a case of two identical workers of 44 losing say 2 points on everything, or will it be a bit random so not all characters develope or decline at the same rate?

Will being employed have a differences? Or Will an unemployed 22yo develope the same as a 22yo who is working on tv every week?

 19.

It's an actual thing. I think there are supposed to be three agents, but I only know of two: Hal Harvard and Tex Tegan. As of 2016, Harvard is in MAW, while Tegan is in FCW. Harvard's gimmick is that of a rich snob, and Tegan's gimmick is a cowboy.

It will certainly be interesting to see if they somehow make it to RIPW or SWF.

There's the female agent too but don't know her name off the top of my head

 20.
Just another thought, maybe I missed it, if good performances can affect momentum positively, will bad performances affect it negatively? So poor in-ring performances or giving poor entertainers mic time could have a negative effect?

Good example is Matt Harry's car crash promo almost killing him dead, bless him

Would be even crazier if Adam has ZEN expand into India.

Also, if I just set it to use the default picture pack, will that work on the mod automatically (pictures being assigned to the right people, companies, etc.), or will it just be empty?

What you can do which is easier is in the editor go to "workers" "mass edit" and change everyone to having their picture as "their name.jpg"

It'll give everyone their default render, only issue will be with the people I have created, they would be blank as I have out the render makers name in the picture name. But 95% of the workers will be fine and you could always add the others peoples pictures as you use them, if you use any?

That's what I'd do anyway as at least then you have the option of using renders if any take your fancy

Forgot to say - I just tried doing that with a copy of the mod and it does work <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

The other releases are young wrestlers so don't think they'd hate the owner of the biggest company in the UK, I imagine they'd try to work their way back.

Wade Orson I think would blame himself for his release, that's partly why he is flabby now as I see him being in a bad place mentally following his release (although truthfully I used a random number generator to do most of the weight changes, whether they were successful or not etc. then built some narratives around them if I felt creative, some I just added myself to fit what I wanted)

 23. Really like today's feature, especially the idea of short-term and long-term momentum One quick question, do pre and post show results still affect momentum? I always found it weird in the game where I guy could lose every single match on a show, but as long as he kept winning in dark matches he could have major positive momentum. I'm guessing that hasn't changed as it's not been mentioned? Thanks
 24. Yeah TCW are in a great position in terms of who's on the roster, it's just about turning them into stars With the renders all the originals and in some cases multiple different render maker options are in there so easy enough to change if there is one you don't like Yeah I'm planning on releasing it on 2020, there's a few features I've noticed that would help the mod, or things I've tried to do that 2020 would let me do better, although can't think of them off the top of my head haha
