1.
Current save:

C'mon, hire someone we've heard of!: Well, I may have some money but I'm trying to get this promotion off the ground and I don't want to go bankrupt too quickly.

Why did you hire women? Our promotion doesn't want to see women's matches: Missed that when I chose the type of promotion this was going to be. Plus, I do kind of need women to keep from being penalized...

Push Nick Brubaker, not Ali!: Started those storylines in the first month. I can't help that you changed your mind on top villain after only two months. I'm trying for continuity here; I don't want to be WWE.

Find a monster heel!: Working on it. Problem is that most of the people that are free agents are all these skinny types. Placing one of them as a monster would be like hiring DJ Qualls to scare Dwayne Johnson.

Becky Lynch must decide whether she'll take the Raw Women's Title or the Smackdown one. If she ends up on Raw, Smackdown gains a women's wrestler and a tournament decides the new champ. If she keeps the Smackdown one, then Raw has the tournament.

2. Corey Graves can only commentate for Raw or Smackdown. Which means whoever doesn't get his services must find another color commentator.

3. Since the cruiserweights are being split between the two brands, each one must decide whether it needs a title or not.

4. Although you're under no obligation to do so, if you decide Raw is only two hours, then the split must be right down the middle. If it remains three, then Raw is allowed about 55 percent of the roster.

Team Raw:

5. Protect the champs:

Each champion must hang onto their titles for at least 6 months, barring injury or extenuating circumstances.

6. Roman Rules

Roman Reigns must remain face for two years; after that point, feel free to do what you like with his character.

7. Brock Lock

Brock Lesnar, if he remains with Raw, must have a six months feud with Bobby Lashley culminating in a Lions Den Match.

8. Next Superstars

Curt Hawkins, having recently won the tag title with Zach Ryder, and Ember Moon are the wrestlers you'll need to push to the moon.

9. Next Big Thing

Paul Heyman names one wrestler from Raw as the next big thing he'll manage and lead to a world championship. This needs to happen within 12 months.

10. Tough Choice

Between Drew McIntyre, Jinder Mahal, and Dolph Ziggler: One becomes top challenger to the world title, one becomes a top challenger to the Intercontinental title, and the third becomes a contender for the tag titles.

Team Smackdown:

11. Kofi-Mania

Kofi Kingston must remain world champion for at least six months, including the obligatory rematch with Daniel Bryan.

12. Evolving the New Day

During a celebration shortly after winning the title, Kofi must be attacked by the New Day much like how Evolution threw out Randy Orton. The New Day will pick a wrestler in number 15 to make their third member.

13. Tag Team Turmoil

The Hardy Boys want this final run with the tag titles to count. Have them lose the titles to an up and coming tag team (actual team, not two individuals in a temporary team).

14. Next Superstars

Mandy Rose and Andrade are the wrestlers that you should push as high on the card as they will go.

15. Speaking of New Day

Aiden English, Ali, and Eric Young: One becomes the third member of New Day. One becomes top contender for the Smackdown cruiserweight title (if that doesn't exist, then this one gets a push to the midcard). And the third will get a push for the US title.

16. Tough Calls

AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, Randy Orton: One becomes a top contender for the world title, one becomes Samoa Joe's top contender for the US title, the third jobs out until the end of his contract.

I hope these rules are suitable.

 3. Are we looking at the same champs as in real life WrestleMania 2019?
 4.

Isnt NYCW in that alliance with MAW among others? I see PSW dying out and NYCW lasting. I think one of the two will still be around at least.

I didn't say PSW. I think they'll still be doing their thing.

As for NYCW, I think the age decline of the main event along with the holding back of a youth movement could lead to its demise. Best case scenario: they may still be around but with new ownership/leadership.

Isn't ref Germaine associated with MAW? If he gets rich like some people were saying in the other thread, he could make a move either with them or somewhere else.

 5.
I think SWF will have taken a step or two back. One due to the investigation which will succeed to a point and the other due to a split between the two Eisen sons (Richard is retired now).

USPW is dominating, but I think they will have large problems much like WCW at the height of their powers. Bad backstage, creative control, it's gonna be a mess.

TCW will probably be on the way back up. Perhaps landing a hot new name or two that takes things up for them (KC Glenn?).

USPW and TCW will both gain developmental companies as things might be headed for another war.

I think NYCW is gone as is Grimm So-Cal Wrestling. I do think some new companies may pop up including

In Canada, NotBW is still on top with 4C rising and CGC falling.

In Mexico, Champagne Lover quits wrestling to do acting full time and it's a mad scramble to the top.

One Japanese company places a development company in Hawaii, perhaps BHWG.

RAW still leads in Australia.

I do expect an influx of new companies popping up including one in the US that sounds and feels like All Elite Wrestling, some challengers for 21CW in England including one by the Cornells, a third option in Australia that more or less replaces the Comedian's promotion, and some fresh blood in Europe and India.

 6.
I'm curious to learn more about the various stable types. I suspect Adam will reveal more later on.

I do welcome the changes made to stables for TEW 2020, particularly for AI. It will increase immersion and add another tool to the playbook.

 8. Rough and Ready. It's the nickname of President Zachary Taylor as well as town names in California, Georgia, New York and Pennsylvania.

Thanks!

 10. Maybe it's one of those features that are being worked on for 2020 and it hadn't been announced yet? Certainly a possibility.
 11. I'm trying (and failing) to come up with a name for a women's division. Want to keep it original and let people know they're serious wrestlers and not just eye candy. Any ideas?

Not to mention maybe having the ability to bring out our inner sleazy promoter and skim off the top of the donations at the risk of causing a scandal.

I like this idea.

Also, I'd guess since most of them are showing up for the charity that there'd be a small penalty on how warm the crowd is at the beginning? So far, I basically get the feeling that it’s like flashy cruiserweight fighting with crazy Attitude Era soap / comic book style storylines.

But I’m kind of wondering, in real lucha, is it ok to have rudos and technicos working together in a match? I.E. a rudo/technico tag team, or 2 technicos in a 3 man tag.

Also, is it more like Japanese style, where there’s a very definite pecking order, or are upsets and Midcarders going over UM’s or UM’s going over ME’s acceptable?

And if anyone has some other tips for getting the lucha feel right (I know the basics - masks are basically sacred, 2/3 falls and 3 man teams are major aspects) but I’ll take any other advice.

Sorry, I tried checking the SOTB thread but didn’t get much of a feel for this stuff.

I think in Lucha Libre there is something known as Incredible Pairings or Parejas Increibles where a rudo and technico team up. It's supposed to highlight the conflict between wanting the team to succeed and hating their partner.

I downloaded a huge storyline mod and went through it but couldn't come up with any starting storylines. Anybody have any ideas on some good ones to check out? Thanks

You see, that's the thing.

You can get your storylines from just about anywhere: old wrestling shows on WWE Network and YouTube, movies, TV, books/plays. You are only limited by your own imagination!

 17. For the CZW TV show, perhaps take a page from WWF and call it Action Zone?
 18.
Today was a bit of a mixed bag.

I'm fine with the addition of India (wouldn't have minded Brazil either). The idea of expanding Mexico was fine in spirit, but not necessarily sold on the names. But give me time and I'll warm up to it.

But being able to see where the regions are in the game itself is a great idea. It will be very helpful, particularly to newcomers.

 19. So I guess you could replicate house shows under this new feature (Lesser intent) and something like Tribute to the Troops (Throwaway Intent) as well? Neat!
 20.
Alright, I've changed my mind.

I want to play NYCW using Jack Avatar as a Owner/Booker. Looking to make the product more modern while freshening up the main event.

Got some rules for me?

 21. That's actually a great first feature. Can't wait to see what else you have up your sleeve for TEW2020.
 22. Alright, getting ready to build my own local promotion in the May 2001 mod. Haven't picked up anybody yet, but I feel some rules might give me some structure for this game (and may allow me to stick around for a while).
