  1. You sir have some serious talent. I'm really into the look of a title belt and your title belts are sexy as hell.

  4. Poputt did you know that Shibata's career is over because of that headbutt? Dave Meltzer reported it a few days ago. I was in shock. What a shame. I'm mentioning it because of your avatar.
  5. What is the difference between a touring contract and a pay per appearance contract? It says in the game that the touring contract is the same except that the deal only lasts unit the next end of tour. I don't understand what that means. If I sign a guy to a touring contract for 8 months, then the contract will last for 8 months and then have to be renewed that is why you sign the contract for a certain amount of time. To me the touring contract and pay per appearance contract are the same, they are both pay per appearance contracts.

  8. I had no idea that there the respect rating determined when the young lion faze ended. Also, with young lions they always take the fall in matches and they never are the ones to pick up the fall. They never win matches against non young lions. There are no exceptions to these rules in 99.9% of cases. I'm new to puro so maybe someone more experienced could help me with this? How long does the young lion faze last in real life. Isn't it 2-3 years?

  15. I need advice on another thing about the ThunderVerse, thanks for the help guys! I like creating my own promotions and I was planning to have Drake Richards be my avatar, come out of hiatus (getting rid of the "filming a movie note") and start his own company. The fact that Drake Richards is coming back to wrestling, has allowed the company to gain a lot of promotion and popularity that other new companies don't get. The company has also gained a lot of promotion and popularity that other new companies don't get because Drake Richards has used his Hollywood friends to promote the new wrestling company along with agreeing to do a sucky and low budget movie in order to get the A Star Hollywood Direction and B+ Hollywood actor who are a part of the movie to also promote his new wrestling company. So the company has gained a lot of popularity without doing a show because of these factors. I wanted some advice on where you guys think the company should be ranked in popularity in the ThunderVerse when the company opens. I was thinking somewhere around 15th. Does that seem realistic?
  16. Does the importance rating for events do anything? I understand that gets higher if you put on good shows but does it increase the shows rating or actually do anything?

It's winter time again, while that may mean great times playing in the snow, always be careful around frozen ponds, lakes, or rivers. They may not be as sturdy as they look. If one of your friends does fall in, don't go on the ice, that'll just make it worse. Find a branch or something to help pull them to safety. Remember kids, be careful around frozen bodies of water, you might just be skating on thin ice.<p> </p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> These are so hilarious!!!</p>
  18. I wanted to make this a separate post so it didn't get lost in my last post. Every time I have a big match for PGHW the rating gets killed because the commentary wasn't good enough. I hired the best commentators in the game. Has anyone found a fix around this problem? I'm surprised this hasn't come up yet.
  19. I don't like how the Cornellverse has its title histories. I understand why they do it, and that is to save time, but it is no realistic enough for me. The companies are around for 20-30 years and you end up with every single champion having at least a 4 month title reign, and probably 1 3 month title reign in the span of 20-30 years. That is not realistic at all. I understand that some companies will have long title reigns in the company but for 20-30 years and have it be guaranteed that each champion will win their first 4 title defenses is not realistic. When I run a wrestling company the championships are beyond important. When someone wins a championship and holds it for a long time it is just as important as when a sports team wins a championship of their own. That is important I wish championships were in wrestling. My companies always have that. So because I didn't like the Cornellverse PGHW title history I decided to create my own. I'm going to post it in this thread in case anyone wants to add it to their PGHW game. These title reigns where based off of real life for realism. The length of reigns, the amount of title changes, the amount of guys to win the title etc were all based off of real life for the most realistic title history. Few things to note: 1. Non-touring Months 1996-2001: February, August 2002-: February, June, October 2. TV deal for weekly show started on Wednesday and then later went to Thursday. 3. When the company is touring they run a "minor event" the 3rd to last Saturday of the month followed by another "minor event" the 2nd to last Saturday of the month followed by the main, big show the last Saturday of the month. 4. The only titles that ever existed were the PGHW Glory Crown, PGHW Glory Tag, PGHW Histoical Japan. 5. The only tournaments that ever existed were the PGHW Elite and PGHW Elite Tag. 6. The PGHW Elite Tag is also for the PGHW Glory Tag Crown, and the PGHW Elite is also for the PGHW Glory Crown. 7. Just like TEW there are no records for "vacant". If a title has to be vacant then you will see a gap in dates between when a champion loses a belt and when someone wins a belt. I would rather list the word vacant but TEW doesn't record it in their title history if you are to a vacant a title so I decided to not do it in mine. 8. There are a lot of times when a title becomes vacant. PGHW is known for its injury history more so then any other company especially between 2007-2009. 9. The alumni section for PGHW is severely lacking. It was impossible to create these title histories with the current alumni section as there was not enough people to hold the title. There are a few times when I added guys to the title history that didn't wrestler for PGHW at the time or guys that aren't in the Cornellverse. I didn't have a choice in order to do these title histories. 10. Sorry about the tab problems with the title histories. I copied and pasted them from MS Word and they got kind of mixed up. =============================================== PGHW Glory Crown: Koryusai Kitoaji 07/27/1996-03/29/1997 121 Days Hito Ichihara 03/29/1997-11/28/1998 610 Days Koryusai Kitoaji 11/28/1998-06/26/1999 211 Days Hito Ichihara 06/26/1999-09/25/1999 092 Days Java 09/25/1999-10/30/1999 036 Days Dread 10/30/1999-01/29/2000 092 Days Koryusai Kitoaji 01/29/2000-03/25/2000 057 Days Dread 03/25/2000-01/27/2001 309 Days Java 01/27/2001-01/27/2001 001 Day Shuji Inukai 01/27/2001-01/26/2002 365 Days Mito Miwa 01/26/2002-01/25/2003 365 Days Yoshimi Mushashibo 01/25/2003-07/26/2003 183 Days Eisaku Hoshino 07/26/2003-11/29/2003 127 Days Yoshimi Mushashibo 11/29/2003-07/31/2004 246 Days Nobuatsu Tatsuko 07/31/2004-03/26/2005 239 Days Dread 03/26/2005-05/14/2005 050 Days Eisaku Kunomasu 07/30/2005-11/26/2005 120 Days Yoshimi Mushashibo 11/26/2005-05/27/2006 183 Days Nobuatsu Tatsuko 05/27/2006-07/29/2006 064 Days Yoshimi Mushashibo 07/29/2006-01/20/2007 176 Days Shuji Inukai 03/31/2007-07/28/2007 120 Days Buddy Garner 07/28/2007-10/27/2007 092 Days Shuji Inukai 11/24/2007-01/12/2008 050 Days Eisaku Kunomasu 03/29/2008-05/30/2009 428 Days Bryan Vessey 05/30/2009-09/26/2009 120 Days PRIDE Koiso 09/26/2009-05/29/2010 246 Days Nobuatsu Tatsuko 05/29/2010-01/19/2011 236 Days Kozue Kawashima 03/26/2011-03/31/2012 372 Days Yoshimi Mushashibo 03/31/2012-07/27/2012 119 Days Kozue Kawashima 07/27/2012-03/30/2013 247 Days PRIDE Koiso 03/30/2013-08/31/2013 155 Days Kozue Kawashima 08/31/2013-09/28/2013 029 Days PRIDE Koiso 09/28/2013-12/28/2013 092 Days Bussho Mokiguichi 12/28/2013-01/25/2014 029 Days Tetsunari Yasuda 01/25/2014-07/26/2014 183 Days Yoshimi Mushashibo 07/26/2014-11/29/2014 127 Days PRIDE Koiso 11/29/2014-12/27/2015 394 Days Yoshimi Mushashibo 12/27/2015- 005+ Days Days with Title: 1. I feel like there is too much parody in them and I don't feel they are realistic enough so I redid them too. This is especially true for the tag team of the year awards. I only did a few of the awards though and left the rest blank. 20. I prefer those type of promotions but it doesn't have to be one of them. I want to get into the Thunderverse because of the amount of detail in it but I haven't been able to find a company that I can get into. Are there any favorite promotions you have?

I prefer running puro type promotions like a New Japan or ROH and I'm not a big fan of soap opera promotions like WWE. Does anyone have any suggestions?</p>
  22. I'm new to the Thunderverse so I was wondering if someone could help me out. I wanted to start a puro company with heavy eye candy and heavy hardcore in it. I was wondering what area in the game has the most talent so I could start the company in that area. It seems to me that Japan and the USA have the most talent but I wanted to ask some more experienced members of the Thunderverse their opinions on this.

When I start the game it says that new workers will be generated in February/2005, what level would you recommend for new workers generating? I was thinking of putting it at Medium.</p>
