Or even a neutral one? If so, what's the best way to go about it?

Well, I've found a few things that work. First, when dealing with locker room incidents, if you choose the right one, their behavior will improve. If they're really negative, it won't change things much, but I've seen it knock someone to neutral or positive. The "Wrestler's Court" with a locker room leader will often have the same effect.

Bonuses and praise during post-event speeches can do it too.

Finally, if the negative influence has any positive relationships, hire them. For example, when I play OLLIE, I always hire Chica De Partido. She's Luis Montero's wife, and he's a negative influence, and that simple hire is enough to knock him up to neutral almost every single time I've played.

And yes, you CAN turn a negative influence into a positive influence if you're very lucky. I've seen it happen with Cosmic Rider, again in OLLIE, a feat I was quite surprised by.

I took over the contracts of quite a few active wrestlers (Yoshimi, Seiji, Kozue, PRIDE, Masaru, KitoGuchi). Everyone is hovering around 10 popularity and they don't speak English yet.

How would you guys integrate them into the roster? I don't necessarily want to do an invasion angle per se but I'm not opposed to keeping them together as a large stable.

So storywise and in game mechanics, what would you guys do? Is there an in game manager that speaks English and Japanese that you would use as a mouthpiece that would be cool in story?

Kammy Ling immediately comes to mind, but her pop isn't going to be much higher. What's the status of Joanne Rodriguez in your game? If she's retired from active competition, she's an excellent choice.

Literally everything being superficial and based on looks!

In that case, here's the list of female workers with Great or better Sex Appeal available to hire for SWF at the start of the game who will also consider working for SWF with their default product settings-

Alexis Lee Littlefeather, Alina America, Carol Singer, Charity Sweet, Christy Higgins, Electric Dreamer, Golden Delicious, Jaime Quine, Joanne Rodriguez, Nadia Snow, Steffi Chee, Steph Blake, Suzanne Brazzle, Tracy Brendon and Zoe Ammis.

Now, if you want to be a little more selective and add in a minimum of Good Star Quality and Charisma, that leaves Alexis, Charity, J-Ro, Nadia, Suzanne, Tracy, and Zoe. Not a bad start-up, since most are already seasoned hands in the ring, and Charity has a ton of upside.

 4. If you want Sara Marie York, you'll need to drop Risque down to Medium first. Otherwise good choices include J-Ro, Suzanne Brazzle, the A-LIST, and Tracy Brendon. If you don't mind workers with a little less pop, Tamara McFly and Jana Marie Bowen are two solid talents who don't mind Eye Candy matches.
 5. Started a new AAA game. Things were going well, no one is in Time Decline. 2 injuries, but nothing serious. At the March event, Joanne Rodriguez recaptures the Femme Fatale title. On the following Saturday, she announces her retirement and won't be talked out of it. AND she's got over 18 months left on her contract. Oh well.

Or just open it as tiny in one region to get it going?

For a company like SWF? Since you've got one broadcast deal with large coverage in multiple countries and can easily get another A-show on the air with a similar network, what I like to do is go Medium or Big in the U.S., then I use it for RIPW and whatever B-shows I want to run.

A skinflint!

 8.

What young superstars do you usually put in the tag division? USPW stole jungle lord and rogue and I decided to send the platinum blondes down to RIPW to train people so I am in need of some new tag teams

Well, the AI often hires Knuckles and Shady K to RIPW, though they're good enough that you can probably stick them straight on the main roster.

 9.
It's not a bad idea in theory. You can get a deal with USA Sports 1 and they have coverage in Australia, Europe, and the British Isles. It's not huge coverage and, if I recall correctly, their coverage in Mexico and Canada isn't quite as big as CANN. I'd think at the start of the game, a short term deal with Reverie is probably the best idea, as you can get a nice infusion of cash to get yourself on your way to your own network.

One thing I've learned is that if you want to start a Women's Division, you have to be careful with sending younger talents to RIPW; with a Women's Division there, even if they have a 2 hour monthly event and 2 weekly shows, they won't use more than 3 or 4 of the talents. I sent 8-10 girls down there, and some girls were never used until I went and borrowed them from developmental. I'd say you'd be better off just starting a Women's only developmental fed or buying CWWF, as they never seem to last long after starting up.

It’s a good opportunity to build new stars when they inevitably go for Brandon James, Rogue and Gilmore. You definitely want to make sure nobody gets Remo from you imo.

I'm playing as Eisen, so that's not an issue. Mainly, I don't want to sign somebody to a 5-year $75k/ month contract only to have them retire 6 months later.

 11.
I haven't lost too many people. Lost Rogue, Squeeky McClean, and Kurt Laramee to USPW and the Crippler to NOTBPW, but then I wasn't trying too hard to hang on to them. I just can't justify handing out long term big money contracts to guys who are that old.

The thing that's really hurting me right now is Jack Bruce filming a movie.

 12.
So is SOTBPW, as they just snagged Zimmy from me! Those jerks!

On the plus side, my Women's Division is doing well, building it up slowly but surely. J-Ro, the recently cut from USPW Raven & Gorgon, JMB, Tamara McFly, Emma Bitch, and NOTBPW cast-off Kristabel Plum. I also snagged Amber Allen from NOTBPW and beat USPW in a bidding war for Jaime Quine and Sara Marie York (thank heavens I dropped Risque to Medium).

The Cruiserweight Division is also doing well. Newest addition Edd Stone is trying to unseat Shooting Star Champion Masked Cougar.

 13. True dat. I'm playing SWF right now and both just pulled in a 100 rating for individual performances in a match.
 14. So here's an issue that came up. The past couple of QAW playthroughs, AAA started hostilities with us. The last time was particularly a puzzler, because we had previously established a Working Agreement AND we were both in the Confederation of Territories (and I turned on the profit sharing too, as I was making mad bank every month!). So, I says to myself, we'll get around this. I start a new one, join COTT, invite AAA, and then, when I hit Regional, I hire Cat Quine (the owner of AAA) and positive meddle her and QAW's owner Farrah Hesketh so they're friends. Yay! Then, something happened that's never occurred to me in a game before- AAA sent us an offer for a non-aggression pact. I've never had that happen with an AI company before; usually, I get hostilities, often because I've become too successful. However, now I don't know what to do when Cat's contract comes up. Can I rehire her? Or, since the NA pact means workers are exclusive to one company or the other, do I have to let her walk?

I'm playing POW and I'm looking to hire 2 heel workers to balance out the roster. Any recommendations?

Most importantly, I want someone who fits thematically and is Good or better at playing a heel. After that, I'd like Good Comedy, Charisma or Psychology, but I'm flexible on that.

 18. I asked this in the booking committee thread, but I'll ask here too. I'm playing POW and I'm looking to hire 2 heel workers to balance out the roster. Any recommendations?
 19. For those who play the Thunderverse, a question- I'm playing POW (Paragons of Wrestling), and I'd like to hire two heels who'd fit in with the company. I still have the original starting roster (we're not very far into 2016), and I've also already hired Agent Bristow and The Visitor. Who else is a good fit?
 20.

For a storyline purpose who could eventually buy CGC and lead it into a new direction?

Tamara McFly. Who knows where she would get the money, but she's also a Sports Entertainment owner/ booker.

 21.
Getting back into it, so I thought I'd compile a list of people I think you should hire in QAW-

Suzanne Brazzle- a bit pricey at the start, she's absolutely worth. Incredibly versatile in matches and angles, locker room leader, and there's a good chance she'll take on Lily Snyder and/or Emma May as proteges.

Deborah Young- Ridiculously high safety rating, and it's very likely to hit 100 during the course of a game. For a product like QAW's, she's worth it for that alone.

Jana Marie Bowen- Good in-ring skills, good entertainment options, she has a mask... I find I have much better success with JMB in QAW than in AAA.

Tamara McFly- A bit lacking in entertainment options, but a fantastic backstage presence and great in-ring skills.

Maria Guest- She CAN become a problem backstage if you're not careful (the Brooke Tyler Scenario), but overall she's worth it.

 22.

If I'm starting a new company, what region would be the best area to start in? Still in the USA? Who are the best signees?

Depending on what you mean by "best", I find the Mid South is probably the easiest. High importance, so your pop/ importance is going to be on almost a 1/1 basis. Plus, it probably has the easiest options for TV- get to Cult, and you automatically qualify for Canal Dos, no additional pop requirements needed.

As for signees, what kind of company are you running?

 23.
So, this happened.

If there's a more fitting, poetic Kenny Death to have happened, I've yet to see it.

 24. Well, off the top of my head, Joanna Silver with her pirate gimmick would seem to be a natural choice.
