Jacko00
I have just had Steve Corino(champion) and the Undertaker refuse re negotiation due to a bad backstage atmosphere, why is this?
TheEdgeOfReason
I think it's bad attitude or not enough locker room leaders that cause this.
Jacko00
I have a lot of Locker room leaders, but I also have a lot of workers turning up late.
d_w_w
Worker relations also seem to matter. Are there any workers (yourself included) that Corino or the Undertaker do not like or hate?
shamelessposer
Do what any good company owner would do: fire the troublemakers and hope that morale improves. If it doesn't, then do what any good company owner would do: chemical castration of the staff.
sprinklefurball
edit his contract and say reset to good morale (Cheating, I know, but it works)
Jacko00
Its strange cause only Undertaker dislikes me and Corino is fine, none of them have many bad relationships with other workers, maybe its because I have been fining a lot of my workers who have turned up late? Sensai of Mattitude
It isn't nessacerily THEIR relationships, it can generally be bad relationships between your workers causing the bad atmosphere, I believe.

So, I'd like to change my previous response to that :p
Dragonmack
It could also be due to how you are handling the people who are consistently late. I.e some wrestlers will develop a hate relationship if they are punished with a fine or suspension when missing a show while another is only given a warning or allowed to get away with it a few times. But you should check the relationships that Undertaker and Corino have with the rest of you locker. If they have a dislike or hate relationship for those in power, that can also lead to them not wanting to re-negotiate.
