Fresh off the heels of an exciting Cyber Sunday that saw Randy Orton intentionally get himself disqualified to defend his WWE Championship against Shawn Michaels comes another great edition of Monday Night Raw, which comes to you from Richmond, Virginia. Last night saw Orton cheat Shawn Michaels out of the championship, so you know the Heartbreak Kid will have something to say about this. What could Michaels have in store for Orton when he rolls into Richmond tonight, and what, if anything can Randy Orton do to stop the very angry future Hall of Famer? Tonight will be a homecoming for WWE Diva, Mickie James, and she has a huge match against the always tough Melina. This match has added meaning though, because whoever walks out the winner will get a title shot at Survivor Series against The Glamazon, Beth Phoenix. The first match for Survivor Series will also be announced, and all we know is that it is a traditional five-on-five Survivor Series match, and two of the members from each team will be facing off in tag action tonight as The World's Greatest Tag Team of Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas will be taking on the always exciting Brian Kendrick and Paul London. Tune in to see this great match and to find out the remaining three men from each team. A big announcement has been made regarding WWE's webshow, Heat. The show will now be aired on WWE.com starting on Saturday's, and it will feature one match from each Raw, Smackdown, and ECW's preshows to give exposure to superstars who might not receive time on the air as often as other stars. This new system will start with the taping of a match tonight before Raw.

Monday Night Raw Monday, November 1, 2007 Live from Richmond Coliseum Richmond, Virginia Attendance: 5,668 Raw gets underway with the man that defended his WWE Championship under controversial circumstances at Cyber Sunday heading down to the ring with his WWE Championship draped over his shoulder. Orton is dawning an Armani suit, not looking to be in action tonight. He then heads straight into the ring, where he grabs the microphone and has his signature arrogant smile on his face as the fans boo with all their might. Randy Orton Look at what I’ve got over my shoulder here people, this championship means I’m better than you, so cut it out with the booing, we all know you are just jealous that you aren’t as successful as me, The Legend Killer. Or is it that you are mad that your hero, Shawn Michaels couldn’t get the job done against me at Cyber Sunday? I bet that’s it. I just gets under your skin that I’m still standing here champion, and the man you all look up to is sitting there without any gold to his name, once again. And I’d just like to let you all know that if I have my way, Shawn Michaels will never get a shot at the championship as long as I’m holding it…. With those words the music of Shawn Michaels echoes through the Richmond Coliseum and cheers break out from the fifty-six hundred fans in attendance. Michaels makes a beeline straight to the ring, where he snatches the microphone out of Orton’s hand and has something to say to the Legend Killer. Shawn Michaels Randy Orton, I’m getting about sick and tired of you making a living off the misfortunes of others. I’ve watched you throughout your young career, and you always exploit the other superstars here to get what you want. Randy, I’m not going to let that happen to me again. It’s bad enough you almost put me out of the business I love, but you cheated me out of the championship, and I don’t take too kindly to that. So Orton, I demand a rematch, and I demand it tonight. William Regal’s music breaks up this exchange, and the general manager of Raw appears on the ramp, where he puts a final judgment on this situation. William Regal I watched this match very closely last night, and let me tell you, Orton you are one dirty bugger aren’t you? But I like that, you do what you have to do to get the job done. But I can’t deny that Michaels deserves a rematch, so here’s what I’m purposing. Shawn, you will be in the main event here tonight, and if you win that match you will receive your rematch at Survivor Series. And that match, well, it’s against a man making his return to active duty here tonight. That man……it’s the fighting general manager of Raw! You’ll be fighting me tonight sunshine, so you better bring you’re A game, because I’m coming ready to fight. Raw then fades to commercial with Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels both looking puzzled at that development, and Michaels gets a smile on his face, obviously not too worried about the task he must achieve later tonight. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jim Ross Up next we will be seeing a great tag team match between London and Kendrick and The World’s Greatest Tag Team, but that match is just a part of something bigger. They will be part of the traditional Survivor Series match that will be taking place in three weeks at Survivor Series. Jerry Lawler That’s right, and I have the exclusive scoop here on WWE.com JR. So here is the revealing of the teams that will be fighting at Survivor Series. It will be the team of Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Paul London, Brian Kendrick, and Kane taking on the team of Finlay, Umaga, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, and Charlie Haas! Jim Ross That sounds like one hell of a slobberknocker King. Now let’s head to the ring where we’ll get a preview of that match right now. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Paul London and Brian Kendrick vs. The World’s Greatest Tag Team This match a great mix of raw speed with technical ability, and it resulted in a very good in-ring match. London and Kendrick wowed the crowd with the great use of speed, and they found some very creative ways out of the holds of Benjamin and Haas. London almost put Benjamin away with a Mario Stomp off the top rope, but Haas broke it up. He was quickly given an enzuguri for his troubles from Kendrick, the two fought to the floor, with the referee trying to break it up. That allowed Haas and Benjamin’s partner at Survivor Series, Umaga, to sneak into the ring and broadside London. He then hit him with the Samoan Spike, and Benjamin pinned him as the referee got back in the ring and counted to three. Winners: The World’s Greatest Tag Team Match Time: 13:28 Match Rating: C+ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mickie James is shown backstage stretching for her huge number one contender match, which is up next. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Number One Contender Match Mickie James vs. Melina Mickie James came out in her hometown to a thunderous ovation, but she might have had a little too much energy because she went on an all out offensive, but left the door open to a reversal from Melina on a head scissors takeover, and Melina took control of the match. She kicked Mickie around the ring, then set in the reverse DDT position for her finisher, but Mickie was able to slip out of it, then hit a vicious roundhouse kick to the head of Melina, and just like that Mickie James was the number one contender for Survivor Series. Winner: Mickie James Match Time: 6:54 Match Rating: C- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the match Mickie is celebrating like there is no tomorrow as the fans go crazy, knowing they will see their hometown girl face off with Beth Phoenix for the Women’s Championship at Survivor Series. Just then Mickie’s music is stopped, and the music of the Glamazon plays through the speakers, and Beth Phoenix appears on the stage with her championship in hand, and she motions that she will break Mickie in half in three weeks time. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The music of Santino Marella plays in the arena, and he makes his way out to the ring with his lovely girlfriend Maria at his side. Santino Marella Hello everybody, I’m Santino Marella! Now for many months now people have been making jokes about Santino Marella. I don’t know if your jealous because I’mma wildly talented, or I get to make love to my Maria every night. Well I’mma not gonna stand for it any more! People have been saying, that Santino Marella, he’s a funny guy. Well I’mma not gonna be a funny guy no more! No more Mr. Nice Santino! I’m not gonna be funny, not even for one second! I was Intercontinental Championne, I demand respect! Now I have a match, so get out here Cody Stupid Rhodes, I’mma gonna beat you up and then open a can of the ass whip on you! And that’s the bottom lines, because Santino Marella say it be so! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cody Rhodes vs. Santino Marella w/ Maria Santino started the match off with his new mentality, and he started unloading kicks on the shins of Rhodes, causing him to hobble around the ring. Marella continued to unload kicks that echoed throughout the arena as Maria cheered on at ringside. Rhodes started a comeback with some punches that brought back memories of his dad, Dusty Rhodes. He then delivered a beautiful standing dropkick, which he followed up with a nice bulldog. He then went to put the match away with his DDT, but Santino rolled out of it and rolled Rhodes up, then grabbed the tights and got the cheap victory. Winner: Santino Marella Match Time: 8:18 Match Rating: B- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Backstage Todd Grisham catches up with Jeff Hardy, who witnessed two of his teammates for Survivor Series get beat down by Umaga and The World’s Greatest Tag Team. Todd Grisham Jeff, I just wanted to get a word in with you about what happened tonight with your teammates for Survivor Series. Jeff Hardy Well Todd, Umaga runs around here like he owns the place. Who can blame him, he’s a big boy. But it’s time somebody teaches him a lesson, so that’s why I’m challenging him to a match for later tonight. One on one, to partners, no tricks, just me teaching Umaga a lesson. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Kennedy’s music plays in the arena, and he makes his way out to the ring, not dressed for action, but ready to give a speech to the fans watching this broadcast all around the world. Mr. Kennedy I have been sitting back and listening to people say they should be granted a title shot. I think that they are overlooking somebody. Are they forgetting the man on the roster that has put out superstars like Bobby Lashley and John Cena? The man that won the Money in the Bank at WrestleMania 23. I should be the one next in line for the WWE Championship. What has Shawn Michaels gotten, like 13 title shots in the last year? It’s time for a new number one contender….A new face on Monday Night Raw. And that face is…..MISTE….. The music of Triple H hits the arena as the crowd goes crazy at the sight of the fan favorite. He makes his way down to the ring, where he grabs a microphone and stands in the ring with Mr. Kennedy. Triple H So, Kennedy, you think you deserve a title shot? If the requirements are that you can say your name the loudest, you should be all over that title shot. But it’s not. Ever since I’ve come back at Summerslam, I’ve run through the competition like nobody else on Raw has. So you want that title shot, I think you’ve got to go through me before you get it. So here’s what I’m purposing, Mr. Kennedy versus the one true destroyer of the WWE. The Game, The King of Kings, Triple H! What do you say to that chump? Kennedy starts to answer, then he just leaves the ring without giving Triple H a response, and he walks to the back acting like he does not even know Triple H is still standing in the middle of the ring waiting for a response. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jeff Hardy vs. Umaga The Intercontinental Champion, Jeff Hardy, made a move here that many people thought was not very bright. Most people who have challenged the Samoan Bulldozer to a match have ended up as a chew toy for the big man. Hardy gave Umaga a great fight though. When Umaga would try to hit a power move, Hardy would slither out of the way and hit a quick strike that would stagger the big man. He went for a kick once, but Umaga caught his foot, and delivered a big clothesline. He went to finish Hardy off with the Samoan Spike, but Hardy was able to avoid it, and he hit a couple minutes more of quick moves. He went up top and tried a crossbody on Umaga, but he caught him and hit him with the spinning side slam. Umaga then forced him right back up and finished this great match with his Samoan Spike. Winner: Umaga Match Time: 11:37 Match Rating: A* ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When Raw comes back from a commercial, Carlito is standing in the middle of the ring with a microphone. Carlito It’s been too long since something Carlito has done on Raw has mattered. I’ve been getting beat up right and left, and I’m not going to stand for it anymore. It’s time for Carlito to live up to my families last name. I’m destined for greatness, and it’s about time that I go out and take that greatness by the horns. So, D.H. Smith, get out here, how you beat me in your debut, that wasn’t cool. But I’m going to make it right, and when Carlito hits you with the Back Stabber, that, that’ll be cool. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- D.H. Smith vs. Carlito D.H. Smith came out to a nice reception, nothing huge yet, but he was gaining fans since his debut two weeks ago. He came out quick, but his inexperience showed as the veteran Carlito quickly turned his momentum around and used holds that cut the air flow from the brain of the big man. Carlito continued to use technically sound holds to wear Smith down, and he dominated almost the entire match, showing he was serious about wanting to step it up. He was ready to put him away with the Back Stabber, when he saw something. Hornswoggle was standing between the ring apron and the ring staring at Carlito. This caused him to slowly walk towards him, and Smith rolled Carlito up and got the three count. Winner: D.H. Smith Match Time: 5:37 Match Rating: B ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The music of Randy Orton plays through the arena, and he makes his way to the ring, where is ready to do some guest commentary for the main event for the number one contendership. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If Michaels Wins, He Gets The Title Shot Shawn Michaels vs. William Regal The ‘fighting GM’ William Regal made this match, and said that if Michaels can beat him, he gets a title shot. Michaels may have taken Regal a little lightly, because Regal started the match off with a series of devastating submission holds, much to the delight of Randy Orton, who was sitting with JR and King. Regal continued to work over the surgically repaired back of HBK as he screamed out in pain and looked shocked that he was being controlled by Regal. Regal decided to let Michaels up to take him back down, but that was a mistake as Michaels hit the running forearm, then proceeded to stomp down Regal. He then hit him with a bodyslam, then headed up for the elbow, and delivered it straight to Regal’s heart. It was then time to tune up the band. Orton got up from the table though and walked towards Michaels. This allowed Regal to get together and avoid sweet chin music. He then went for a deadly left on Michaels, but he ducked and quickly nailed Sweet Chin Music, and his road to Survivor Series was paved. ECW on Sci Fi airs live from the home of the Salukies, Southern Illinois University this week. Sunday night at Cyber Sunday saw The Miz win the vote to face CM Punk for the ECW Championship, and Punk walked out of the arena still champ. He will be facing his rival for many months here in ECW, Elijah Burke in the main event, but who will be the man to challenge him at Survivor Series? Also, Big Daddy V has been steamrolling competition since his ECW debut, and he looks to continue that streak tonight as he faces off with Tommy Dreamer. His manager Matt Striker will also be in action as he goes one on one with Stevie Richards. Tune in to see all this great action unfold on Sci Fi tonight, you'll be glad you did.
Good first show buddy. Obviously it takes a while to get things going how you would want them, but it was a good show to start with for sure. What you gonna do about signings and stuff? Have you put any offers in or is it a secret?
Thanks, and on the signings, I'll announce big ones, but like the WWE, I won't really mention the smaller ones. I will say that I have a owner restriction of a B- athleticism so who I signed is limited. I'm trying to keep the signings realistic, so I won't go after anybody WWE is on bad terms with, and I'm trying not to raid the indies. But I have made offers to some talented young wrestlers for my developmental territories.
Great stuff. I really like the presentation: It's neat and tidy, and doesn't contain more than you'd get from watching the program, and heading to WWE.com. It's got a kafabe feel to it, because I don't know what's going on behind the scenes. You've got a reader here, bud.
Thanks Greg, the plan was for a kayfabe dynasty, I want to make it as much like the real WWE as possible.
Hey, Greg, take a look at my diar, it's presented in a similar style and I think you will enjoy it *shameless plug* Anyway, SHaynes, nice opening show, looking forward to see where you go with this. :)
Glad you like it, it will only get better from here. And nice shameless plug, I'm all for those.

Aye, if I hadn't have mentioned it I doubt anyone would have noticed [/shifty] Anyway, looking forward to your first ECW, even though I don't like ECW in real and don't watch it, hence why I offed it in my diary, but it's a different entity in a diary when coming from someone who sticks with it, so I'm definitely looking forward to it :D Christ I do rabble on :/

ECW on Sci Fi November 2, 2007 Live from SIU Arena Carbondale, Illinois Attendance: 6,306 ECW on Sci Fi starts with the highlights of The Miz winning the vote for the title match at Cyber Sunday, then shows him being defeated by CM Punk fairly easily. The music of The Miz then plays across the arena and he comes out to the ring with the fans booing him and telling him exactly how much he really sucks. The Miz Last night, me, the chick magnet won the vote to face CM Punk for the ECW Championship. And as you all saw, I was just a hair away from beating Punk for the championship. So I feel that it would only be right if I was to get a second shot at the championship here tonight, even if it has to be in this backwater town. The music of John Morrison then plays, and if people weren’t up booing Miz, they started booing John Morrison, it could be summed up as a quality boofest. Both men looked around the arena at the crowd like they didn’t care, then Morrison began to respond to what Miz had just said. John Morrison So, you think that you should get the championship shot? I don’t know what reality you are living in, but in the reality of the Shaman of Sexy, John Morrison should be getting that title shot tonight. But I see that you aren’t going to give it up, so here’s what I purpose. I had a feeling this would happen, so I talked to Armando Estrada, and we are going to have a little match, and the winner faces CM Punk for the ECW Championship at Survivor Series. So get me a ref out here, because that’s happening right now junior! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Number One Contender Match The Miz vs. John Morrison The crowd didn’t really cheer in this match, but if they seemed to hate one wrestler more, it would probably be The Miz. They chanted ‘You can’t wrestle’ at him, but he tried to show them otherwise by locking in some submission moves on Morrison. That quickly backfired on him though as Morrison slipped out and hit a springboard kick off the ropes. He then headed to the top and went for the split legged corkscrew moonsault, but he came up empty. Miz then set Morrison up for the Reality Check, and he hit the knee, but Morrison slipped out of the neckbreaker part, and Morrison then nailed his corkscrew neckbreaker, and cashed his ticket for Survivor Series. Winner: John Morrison Match Time: 11:38 Match Rating: C+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ John Morrison started celebrating his victory as the crowd was fairly indifferent about the whole thing. Congratulations, you beat a former Real World superstar, and now you get your rematch at the title that I took from you a couple of months back. But what makes you really think that you can get the championship back? Since we last faced, I’m stronger, I’m faster, I’m smarter. I don’t think you have a chance Morrison, and I don’t think these fans here tonight think you do either. With that said, I’ve got to go get ready for my main event match with Elijah Burke. Richards controlled the majority of the match by not letting Striker use his technical abilities to his advantage. Richards looked to put it away and nailed the Stevie Kick, which caused Striker to fall to the outside, where he seemed to be injured. This brought the referee to the outside to check on him, and while his back was turned Big Daddy V his the ring and slammed down Richards with the Samoan Drop. Striker then miraculously recovered and rolled back into the ring and got the three count on Richards. Matt Striker Thank you, thank you everybody. I’ll be available for autograph signings after the show. Actually, probably not, I wouldn’t associate with you ingrates if I was paid an absurd amount of money. But I’m sure as you all just witnessed, I have the variable that nobody can solve in my corner. Big Daddy V! Now sit back and watch what’s about to happen, because Big Daddy V is in action next against Tommy Dreamer. He went straight after the big man, but it was like he was punching a brick wall because Big Daddy V didn’t give any ground, but unlike a brick wall, Big Daddy V came back with a deadly clothesline with his tree trunk like arm. He then toyed around with Dreamer for several minutes before hitting the sidewalk slam, then dropping the elbow for the quick victory Winner: Big Daddy V Match Time: 5:43 Match Rating: C+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Elijah Burke is shown walking backstage through the halls, making his way to the ring for his main event match with CM Punk. He then walks up to Kelly Kelly and Balls Mahoney, who are having a conversation. Elijah stops and starts hitting on Kelly Kelly, which makes Balls Mahoney look very angry, and he gives Elijah Burke a stare that says that he is going to pay if he keeps moving in on his lady. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CM Punk vs. Elijah Burke The match starts with Burke challenging Punk to a test of strength, but he then stepped on Punk’s foot, giving him the advantage. Burke took control of the match from their, taking what is written on his wrist tape literally, 4 UP, which means four knuckles upside your skull. He took those four knuckles and pounded Punk nearly into submission, but the Straight Edge Superstar fought back with everything he had, and he hit the exclamation point with a nice enzuguri. He then went for the springboard clothesline, but Burke side stepped it, then went for the Elijah Experience, but CM Punk slipped out of that as well, then nailed the Go 2 Sleep for the victory. This Friday on Smackdown marks the return of General Manager Theodore Long to the WWE. Long missed time due to a heart ailment suffered during his marriage ceremony, but doctors have approved Long's return as long as he refrains from physical confrontations. This moves Vickie Guerrero back to Assistant General Manager. Expect Long to shake things up when he comes back, and it will be interesting to see what he does with the world title scene. In other action, Rey Mysterio will be taking on Dave Taylor. This will be a tough test for Mysterio, but if he passes it you have to believe that he would be a top contender for Batista's World Championship. Also, tag team partners will collide as the champions, Matt Hardy and MVP will be having a friendly little wrestling match. MVP says that it is a training match, but Matt Hardy seems to be taking it much more seriously, as he knows a win will get him closer to what he really wants, MVP's United States Championship. November 5, 2007 Live from Portland Memorial Coliseum Portland, Oregon Attendance: 5,577 The music of the World Heavyweight Champion Batista hits over the loud speaker and the man himself makes his way out to the ring, looking very pleased. Batista Wow, I’m sure as you guys know, I finally beat The Undertaker Sunday night at Cyber Sunday. Man does it feel good to get that monkey off my back. So Undertaker, why don’t you come out here now so I can congratulate you on a great rivalry, and we can put our differences behind us. The lights then go out, and when they come back on The Undertaker is standing behind Batista with a microphone in hand. The Undertaker Batista! This is far from over. Survivor Series, I want a rematch! Undertaker is then cut off by the music of the returning General Manager of Smackdown, Theodore Long Theodore Long Hold up, hold up. First off, it feels great to be back on Smackdown here in Portland, Oregon. Now onto business playas. Undertaker, I like the way you think, so I’m granting you a rematch with Batista at Survivor Series, one-on-one, no strings attached. The better man will walk out World Heavyweight Champion, and this feud can finally be put to rest. But tonight you will both get some work. You each will pick a partner and face off in a tag match in the main event. Holla playas! The Undertaker then turns to head out of the ring, and he walks right past an offered handshake from The Undertaker. This sets Batista off, and he clotheslines The Undertaker from behind. The crowd lets out a huge boo as Batista starts to stomp Undertaker as he tries to get up, but Batista is relentless with his assault. The fans start yelling at Batista to stop, but he refuses and forces Undertaker up, only to Batista Bomb him. Batista then walked out of the ring as the announcers were stunned and the fans were hissing with disapproval of their now former fan favorite. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Matt Hardy vs. Montel Vontavious Porter This match saw the tag team champions facing off one on one instead of teaming together. They started off with some technical moves, and it seemed like it was going to be a nice friendly wrestling match, that is until MVP clocked Hardy in the head. MVP then dominated most of the action, but when he missed the Malicious Intent in the corner Hardy took control. He had the fans behind him as he hit a series of signature moves, capped by his second rope legdrop. He then lifted MVP up, and went for the Twist of Fate, but MVP reversed it into a DDT of his own. MVP controlled several more minutes, and he looked for the Playmaker, but Hardy avoided it and went for the Side Effect, but MVP kept the reversal streak up and went for a German Suplex on Hardy. Hardy flipped out of the move and landed on his feet, then caught MVP with the Twist of Fate, and earned himself an impressive victory over his partner. Winner: Matt Hardy Match Time: 16:30 Match Rating: B- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After the match Matt Hardy went and retrieved the three championships from ringside and handed MVP his Tag Team Title, then when he went to hand him his United States Championship he stared at it for a few moments before finally handing it off. Hardy then leaned down to help MVP up when they were jumped from behind by Deuce and Domino. The two men from the fifties stomped both men who were worn out from their match as Cherry looked on in approval. They threw MVP out of the ring, then nailed Matt Hardy with the Crack Em in the Mouth. They grabbed the Tag Team Championships they held for multiple months and held them high, before dropping them on the chest of Matt Hardy and walking out proud of their work. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Theodore Long appears on the TitanTron, ready to make a big announcement regarding Smackdown. Theodore Long I was in the hospital watching Smackdown a few weeks ago, and I saw Vickie Guerrero force Hornswoggle to vacate his Cruiserweight Championship. I don’t know what she was thinking by basically eliminating the Cruiserweight Division, I think it is a great part of Smackdown. So starting tonight, there will be a four man tournament for the vacacted Cruiserweight Championship. The first match will be Jamie Noble vs. Shannon Moore, followed by Jimmy Wang Yang vs. Funaki. The winners of these matches will meet next week on Smackdown, and the winner will be the new Cruiserweight Champion! Shannon Moore used his pure speed against Noble, trying to cause him to become disoriented, but Noble’s technical ability was just too great and he kept Moore from taking to the air. He began to work on the back of Moore by hitting multiple backbreakers and submission holds. He then hoisted Moore up on his shoulders and delivered his Gutbuster, and he was successfully through to the finals of the tournament next week. Winner: Jamie Noble Match Time: 7:57 Match Rating: C- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The cameras then go backstage where Matt Hardy and MVP are in their locker room icing down their bumps and bruises from their grueling match, and then the beating at the hands of Deuce and Domino. Matt Hardy Alright Montel, you know that we’re not best friends, but I’ll be damned if I let those greasers use us for their punching bags. I don’t want to have to stoop down to your level and team with you, but I’ll do it for the good of the team. I’m the captain after all, I have to do something to right this ship. Taylor was swatting like he was swatting at a fly, but Mysterio kept hitting his signature quick strike offense. He went for a springboard body press, but Taylor had it scouted and hit a huge clothesline, almost turning Mysterio inside out. The well educated Taylor then went to work on the previously injured knee of Mysterio, and this match became much more even as Mysterio yelled out in pain. Taylor whipped Mysterio off the ropes, but on the way back Rey climbed up and hit a head scissors on Taylor, which sent him into the second rope, then Mysterio nailed the 619, and followed it by Dropping the Dime, and just like that Mysterio had won this tough match. Winner: Rey Mysterio Match Time: 10:49 Match Rating: B+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After the match Rey Mysterio went to the second turnbuckle to celebrate his big victory, but then the music of Chavo Guerrero hit the arena, shocking the announcers and fans alike. Chavo Guerrero Rey, did you think you took me out of action for good? Well think again Rey. I’m back, and I’m stronger than ever! And Rey, you are going to pay for what you did to my knee. The way I see it, I’ve taken you out once, you’ve taken me out once. So let’s have us a little match at Survivor Series to decide it all. What do you say amigo? Rey Mysterio You’re on Chavo! Jimmy Wang Yang controlled virtually all the match, as he shook Funaki’s hand before the match, but after that he showed him no mercy. Yang nailed some lightning quick kicks, and used his signature offense to keep Funaki from getting any offense of his own it. Yang took Funaki down with a big tilt-a-whirl slam, then went up top. When Funaki rose he was met with the moonsault from Yang, and it was over that quickly, and Yang was heading to Smackdown next week to take on Jamie Noble for the Cruiserweight Championship. Winner: Jimmy Wang Yang Match Time: 5:42 Match Rating: B- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Batista appears on the screen, garnering more boos from the fans. He then begins an interview with John Bradshaw Layfield, who is asking questions from ringside to Batista, who is in the interview area. JBL Batista, the Smackdown fans want to know, what’s with the sudden change of attitude that we saw at the beginning of the show tonight? If that means doing something that these people in the arena don’t like, then screw them. It’s not their championship, it’s mine. I’ll do anything not to lose it again. I’ve become obsessed with this gold, and the only way anybody will take it from me is to pry it from my cold, dead hands. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a partner to pick for the main event. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Brian Major vs. The Great Khali Brian Major came to the ring his energetic self, but when he heard the music of The Great Khali, he got very serious. He quickly hit a few dropkicks on Khali, who didn’t even budge. Khali then hit him with the big chop, and nailed Major with the double barrel chokeslam. He then followed it up with the Khali Visegrip, and the referee was quickly calling for the end of the match. The Undertaker Batista! You made the mistake of mistakes earlier tonight. When you slammed me to the mat, you opened the gates of your own personal hell. Undertaker and Batista clashed a few times, but their meetings in the ring were fairly limited as it seemed that Batista wanted to wait until Survivor Series to have another confrontation with the Deadman. The majority of the match saw Finlay isolate Kane from his brother, and Batista came in and did some serious damage to Kane. He took it too far though when he started taunting, and Kane slammed him down. Kane then got the tag to The Undertaker, and Batista got Finlay in. Kane took care of Batista by clotheslining him out of the ring, then Undertaker hit a big boot on Finlay. The Undertaker and Kane then both grabbed Finlay by the throat and nailed the double chokeslam, and the referee counted to three as Batista watched on. Deuce and Domino are coming off the heels of attacking the tag champs on Smackdown, so they had some big momentum heading into this match. Deuce and Domino isolated Jesse for the majority of the match, because they knew if Festus got in he could end things very quickly. Deuce went for the Crack Em in the Mouth on Jesse, but he avoided the contact, then tagged in Festus, who went crazy. He cleaned house, then threw Deuce out of the ring, then nailed Domino with an over the shoulder gut buster, and they were successful in the first match in the new Heat format. This match was not as one sided as it may seem, as Nunzio hit a number of great dropkicks on Mahoney, making him stagger back several times. He tried a submission hold though and Mahoney powered out of it, then took control. He got a hold of Nunzio and spiked him with the Ballcracker Suite to finish things off, and this made the crowd and Kelly Kelly very happy. Rhodes showed signs of brilliance, but his youth definitely showed as he left himself open for reversals very often. Rhodes made a hot tag to Holly once, and he came and cleaned house, but he had his Alabama Slam broken up by Lance Cade. Cade and Murdoch continued to control the match until Cody Rhodes got back in, and he went for his DDT on Cade, but Cade got out, then tagged in Murdoch. Monday Night Raw comes to you live from the campus of George Mason University this week. Last week on Raw Shawn Michaels won the right to a title rematch at Survivor Series, but you have to think that William Regal is not happy about the fact that Michaels beat him to earn that right. What will Regal have in store for Michaels, and the man he will face at Survivor Series for the WWE Championship, Randy Orton? Raw will be kicked off this week with a rematch from last week's epic between Jeff Hardy and Umaga. But with Umaga's win last week he set himself up as the number one contender to Hardy's Intercontinental Championship. So before they lead their teams into Survivor Series, they will face off tonight for the Intercontinental Championship. Will this prestigious title switch hands before Survivor Series, or will Team Hardy still have the championship going into the five on five classic match? Also last week, Mr. Kennedy went on a rant, but he was cut off by Triple H. Triple H then challenged Kennedy to a match at Survivor Series, but Kennedy did not provide an answer. This week Triple H faces off with Snitsky while he waits for an answer. What will the loudmouth Kennedy have to say to this challenge of Triple H? Tune in to see this and so much more on Raw this week. He saluted the fans as usual, but didn’t have his usual dancing attitude. The match started with Hardy ducking Umaga’s attacks and hitting quick shots of his own, nothing that could do anything but stun the big man though. Hardy got up some courage and went up top, but he was caught for a swinging sidewalk slam from Umaga. Umaga then controlled several minutes of the match, wearing Hardy down and keeping him grounded with moves like the nerve pinch. Umaga then threw Hardy in the corner and rammed his hip straight into Hardy’s face. Umaga then dragged him out and went for the Samoan Spike, but Hardy avoided it and nailed a dropkick, sending Umaga to the outside. This angered Umaga and he grabbed the chair, but Hardy didn’t notice. Hardy decided to fly over the top with a plancha, but Umaga swung the chair and knocked Hardy out midair, earning an automatic disqualification. Umaga still looked intent on getting to Hardy until two of his teammates, Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas made their way out to the ring to hold Umaga back from walking into a flurry of chairshots. The confrontation ended with Umaga yelling something in Samoan at his opponents, and London and Kendrick helping Jeff Hardy back up to his feet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When Raw comes back Shawn Michaels is standing in the interview area looking very pleased. They were behind Mickie James 100% as she pounded Melina into the mat for the second week in a row with all of her signature moves. Mickie then tagged in Maria, and she got in on the action, taking it to Melina, that is until she tagged in Beth Phoenix. Maria tried to get to the corner to tag in Mickie, but Beth dragged her back into the corner, where she started throwing punches that Evander Holyfield would be proud of. Beth hit a ton of high impact moves on Maria as all Mickie could do is watch and wait for the tag. Because I know I am. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Triple H vs. Snitsky Triple H did not seem intimidated by the menacing Snitksy, nor did Snitsky seem intimidated of Triple H. They slugged it out for several minutes before Sntisky got the advantage with a big boot that almost turned Triple H inside out. Snitsky then pounded on Triple H for several minutes while he tried to get his bearings back. Triple H came back with a running high knee on Snitsky though, then nailed him with the face smash onto his knee. Triple H then signaled for the Pedigree, but while he had Snitsky ready for it he was nailed from behind with a microphone by Mr. Kennedy. Winner by DQ: Triple H Match Time: 9:52 Match Rating: B+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After the bell for the disqualification rings Kennedy continues to beatdown Triple H with the microphone as Snitsky walks back to the locker room. Kennedy hops on Triple H and hits him repeatedly as he tries to cover up to protect himself, but it does no good, Kennedy is fighting with everything he has. When he feels he has beaten Triple H down enough Kenendy took the microphone he was just beating Triple H with and speaks into it. Mr. Kennedy You want an answer huh? Well the answer is yes, I’ll see you at Survivor Series! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ When Raw comes back from commercial Carlito is in the ring with a microphone in hand. Carlito I’m sure you all got a big kick out of what happened to Carlito last week didn’t you? That….that…freak Hornswoggle distracted me, making me lose to that no good D.H. Smith again. Well Carlito isn’t going to take it anymore. I’m going to beat that rookie right now, then Hornswoggle, I’ll deal with you when I get done with him. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ D.H. Smith vs. Carlito This match was much like last weeks in that Carlito dictated the pace of the match with his ever improving technical ability. Smith broke loose this time though and showed one of the best dropkicks to come to WWE in a very long time. Carlito didn’t know what to do about the unique offense of Smith, who is a very big man, but moves around like a nimble cruiserweight. Carlito got control back and wore down the legs of Smith, which is a very important part of his offense. Once again though DH broke free, then he went for the Running Powerslam, but Carlito fell off the back of his shoulder, then nailed the Back Cracker for the victory. Winner: Carlito Match Time: 8:42 Match Rating: B+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After the match Carlito went straight to the side of the ring, where he looked under it for Hornswoggle, who cost him his match last week. Hornswoggle was nowhere to be found though. Then all of a sudden he appeared on the other side of the ring, bucket in hand. He snuck up on Carlito, then tapped him on the shoulder. Carlito turned around, and when Hornswoggle went to throw the bucket Carlito screamed like a little girl and rolled into the fetal position. What flew out of the bucket wasn’t water though, it was confetti, which made Carlito look like the biggest sissy in WWE history. Horswoggle left the arena laughing as Carlito sat in the ring thoroughly embarrassed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ London and Kendrick vs. Cade and Murdoch vs. The World’s Greatest Tag Team Two of the teams in this match are part of the classic Survivor Series match, and the other has been the World Tag Team Champions for several months running. Cade and Murdoch dominated the action as the two other teams argued between in other and just wanted to fight each other, which allowed the tag champions to get several cheap shots in. It looked like the finish was coming though as Cade and Murdoch went for the Sweet and Sour on Paul London. London hopped over Murdoch though and caught Cade with a hurricanrana, then nailed him with the standing SSP as Kendrick took out Benjamin and Haas, which allowed London to get the pinfall victory. Winners: London and Kendrick Match Time: 9:47 Match Rating: B+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ William Regal walks into the locker room of Shawn Michaels to give him some news. William Regal Shawn, I just wanted to come and tell you good job last week, it really takes something special to take William Regal down, and somehow you did it. So for your reward you are not only getting a title match at Survivor Series, you get to fight in the main event of Raw tonight. That’s why I’m putting you in a one-on-one match with…..Mr. Kennedy! And you better suit up quick, because that match is next sunshine. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Santino Marella appears in the interview section, and he has something to say, as usual. Santino Marella Hello, it is me, Santino Marella! Last week I told you that I’mma not gonna be no funny no more. Well I meant it, no more Mr. Funny HaHa. It’sa gonna be all business all the time, just like I showed that Cody Stupid Rhodes last week. So, if’fa anybody wanna get back into the ring with me, the former Intercontinental Championne next week, then be my guest, if you smell what Santino Marella be cooking! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Shawn Michaels vs. Mr. Kennedy This unscheduled main event got the fans very hyped up. They wanted to see Triple H’s good friend Shawn Michaels make Mr. Kennedy pay for what he did to the Game earlier tonight. Kennedy started the offense up by using Michaels as a punching bag, but like he has countless times before, Michaels started to fight back, and he started to attack with more force than Kennedy could defend against. He nailed him with a big bodyslam, then nailed his signature flying elbow. Michaels began to tune up the band when WWE Champion Randy Orton made his way to ringside, distracting the number one contender to his championship. Kennedy then flew at Michaels with a clothesline, but Michaels ducked it and then nailed Sweet Chin Music out of nowhere and got himself the victory. Winner: Shawn Michaels Match Time: 12:31 Match Rating: A* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After the match Orton quickly hopped in the ring and the brawl began. Orton and Michaels rolled around the ring trying to pound each other into the mat. Sometime during this though Kennedy got to his feet and kicked Michaels square in the back, allowing Orton to get several unprotected shots into the head of Michaels. HBK started to slowly get up, then Orton began stalking him looking to punt kick him in the head. This was stopped by the music of Triple H though, and he headed to the ring, where he quickly threw Kennedy out and nailed Orton with a spinebuster. Triple H then helped Shawn Michaels up, and the two members of Degeneration-X stood strong as Orton and Kennedy looked on very angry at this apparent reunion of the two best friends. ECW on Sci Fi comes to you live from Ft. Wayne, Indiana this week, and you have to believe that CM Punk is gunning for revenge tonight against John Morrison for that sneak attack to finish the broadcast last week. Punk might have to wait though because it has been announced on WWE.com that tonight will be pick your poison night. That means that CM Punk will be picking John Morrison's opponent, and vise versa. Will the two contenders be able to triumph over these mystery opponents, or will they get caught off guard by who their challenger chooses? Also last week Elijah Burke was seen trying to get friendly with Kelly Kelly, even though she and Balls Mahoney did not take to kindly to the gesture. That lead to a one-on-one match this week, where it will be Elijah Burke taking on Balls Mahoney, who will be looking to teach Elijah Burke to keep his hands to himself. Tune in to see this and so much more tonight on Sci Fi. Quick Picks CM Punk vs. ??? John Morrison vs. ??? Balls Mahoney vs. Elijah Burke Tommy Dreamer vs. The Miz
