Armando Estrada Hello, my name is Armando Estrada, and I am the extreme dictator of ECW. My goal is to put on the most successful show that ECW can possibly give each and every week, and with time we will pass those no good fools at Smackdown and Raw and be the number one brand in sports entertainment. That’s why tonight I’ve compiled a great main event for your viewing pleasure. It will be the ECW Champion CM Punk teaming with Super Crazy to take on the man he will face at Survivor Series, John Morrison, and his partner for the evening, Kenny Dykstra. Now sit back and enjoy, it’s going to be a good night. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The cameras then cut to the ring where Elijah Burke is standing with a microphone before his rematch with Balls Mahoney. Elijah Burke Could somebody out here tell me why I have to fight Balls Mahoney again? Because there is sure as hell not anybody in the back giving me any good reasons. I beat his caveman tail last week, now this week I’ve got to do it again. At least maybe if I keep beating him down my beacon of light, Kelly Kelly, will see what’s truly right and good in this world, me, Elijah Burke. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Balls Mahoney w/ Kelly Kelly vs. Elijah Burke Mahoney and Kelly Kelly came down to the ring with a purpose, and that was to avenge the cheap loss at the hands of Burke last week. Mahoney came out swinging, and Burke immediately went to his bag of tricks, but Mahoney was ready and countered them into very effective power moves. Burke saw that these tactics weren’t going to work and started throwing bones at Mahoney, but the big man started shrugging them off and even blocking them as he picked up momentum. Burke fired a low blow out of nowhere though at one point, then pushed Mahoney into the corner for the Elijah Express. Before he took off though Kelly jumped on the apron and blew Burke a kiss, stopping him right in his tracks. When he came to he charged at Mahoney, but Balls was ready and caught him with the Nutcracker Suite and the victory, thanks to his girlfriend Kelly Kelly. Winner: Balls Mahoney Match Time: 7:56 Match Rating: C ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Matt Striker is standing backstage with Big Daddy V, and he has something to say about his client before he teams in the big tag team match, which is next. Matt Striker Tonight will be one of the worse mismatches of all time, and no, not because The Miz is on our side. It doesn’t matter who teams with Big Daddy V, our side will have the advantage as long as Big Daddy V is in the match. Tommy Dreamer, the beatdown you took two weeks ago wasn’t enough? You had to go out and pull the Boogeyman out of whatever slop hole he was laying in to team with you? Give me a break….actually we’ll give you a break, that is when Big Daddy V squashes you and breaks every bone in your body. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Tommy Dreamer and The Boogeyman vs. Big Daddy V and The Miz w/ Matt Striker The Miz gladly let Big Daddy V start, and he steamrolled Tommy Dreamer once again. Dreamer nailed shots that would have dropped most men where they stood, but they just bounced off the mass of V. Big Daddy V beat him down adequately enough to tag in Miz, who came in and just added to what Big Daddy V started. He decided to put it away with the Reality Check then, but Dreamer avoided it and tagged in a hot Boogeyman. Boogeyman threw Miz around like a rag doll, and when Big Daddy V tried to get involved he spit red mist at him, blinding him. Boogeyman then tagged Dreamer back in, and he nailed the Dreamer DDT on Miz for the victory. Winners: Tommy Dreamer and The Boogeyman Match Time: 7:25 Match Rating: C- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ John Morrison appears backstage and he has something to say before the tag team main event. John Morrison CM Punk, if I’ve told you once, I’ve told you a million times, you are just not in the same league as the shaman of sexy. You hold that championship because you beat me by a fluke. I’m the Tuesday Night Delight for goodness sakes. If we fought ninety-nine more times then I would beat you every single time. Punk, after it’s all said and done after Survivor Series, you will be but a footnote to a footnote in the story of John Morrison. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Everybody makes their entrances for the main event, but before the match gets underway CM Punk has a response to what was just said by John Morrison. CM Punk So I’m going to be a footnote to a footnote, huh? Morrison, I’ve beaten you once for this championship, I’ll gladly beat you again to hold on to it. You underestimate how much I love being the champion of this great brand. I’d save your little clichés for another day pal, they might apply to somebody else, but CM Punk is a footnote for no man. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CM Punk and Super Crazy vs. John Morrison and Kenny Dykstra Super Crazy started the match with John Morrison, with Crazy looking to get revenge against Morrison for last week’s cheap loss. Super Crazy used his extensive lucha libre arsenal against Morrison, and even with a week to prepare Morrison was not fully ready for it. He finally gave way to Dykstra, and he had a little more luck with Crazy, but Super Crazy tagged Punk in, and he and Dykstra had another dynamite meeting, just like last week. Punk took control though, and he nailed Dykstra with a nice enzuguri, then tagged in Super Crazy to finish it. Crazy went up top for the moonsault, but Morrison entered the ring and threw Punk out from behind, then knocked Super Crazy off the top rope. Dykstra then got up and Morrison hoisted Super Crazy on his shoulders, and Dykstra hit the DDT, much like the Snapshot back in Morrison’s MNM days, and they earned themselves a victory that way. [B] Friday Night Smackdown this week marks the final stop on the way to Survivor Series this weekend. Batista and Undertaker have both been given the night of in-ring action off by Teddy Long, but he is requiring that both men be at Smackdown, and he has scheduled microphone time for both men to get their feelings before their huge World Heavyweight Championship match. While they may not be dropping physical bombs on Smackdown this week, you can bet that both men will be dropping verbal bombs on each other. Last week marked the return of Ric Flair to in-ring action, and this week he is already back in the main event. It will be two all-time greats facing off in the middle of the ring as Ric Flair takes on the fighting Irishman, Finlay. These two men have styles that are very similar, they will do anything to get the victory. This should lead to a match that is very entertaining to watch, and the winner figures to go a long way in determining who will challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship after Survivor Series. The Tag Team Titles will also be on the line on Smackdown as Matt Hardy and MVP will have to put their impending Classic Survivor Series match on the back burner if they wish to keep their titles another week. Deuce and Domino know the taste of the gold, and they want to have it again, so that will make this very intriguing. The main story in this match though will be watching to see if Matt Hardy and MVP can put their differences aside to hold onto their championships. Deuce and Domino then controlled Matt Hardy, and MVP tries to motivate Hardy to fight back, but he doesn’t go out of his way to stretch for a tag. The fans get behind Matt Hardy, and he starts to fight back, then tags in MVP, who effectively cleans house. As Matt Hardy is on the apron recovering MVP decides he’s had enough and slaps Hardy on the back, forcing him right back in. Hardy came in and avoided moves from both Deuce and Domino, and he even caught Domino in position for the Twist of Fate, but Finlay ran in and nailed Hardy with the shillelagh, earning an instant disqualification. Winners by DQ, and still WWE Tag Team Champions: Matt Hardy and MVP Match Time: 11:35 Match Rating: B- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After the match Finlay continued his beatdown on Matt Hardy, and MVP stood by and watched, not really sure what to do. Finally he joined in with his partner at Survivor Series, Finlay, in beating up the man who he holds the Tag Team Titles with, Matt Hardy. The crowd showers the men in boos as they stomp Hardy into the mat, but then pyro goes off, and one of Hardy’s partners for Survivor Series, Kane heads down to the ring, and Finlay and MVP get a few last stomps in before taking the high road through the crowd. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jesse w/ Festus vs. Jamie Noble This match featured two very talented cruiserweights, and as soon as the bell rang Festus went nuts on the outside and started yelling at Jesse to attack. Jesse ran around the ring and attacked the new cruiserweight champion from just about every angle, and he almost got the early victory with a beautiful sunset flip, but Noble was able to kick out. Noble then took advantage of his excellent technical skills and slowed Jesse down considerably, but that only lasted for so long as Jesse started flying around the ring as Festus screamed words that couldn’t be understood at Jesse. He then went up top to finish it off, but Noble was playing possum and he got up and took Jesse off the ropes onto his shoulders, then nailed the gutbuster for the victory. Winner: Jamie Noble Match Time: 9:44 Match Rating: C ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ric Flair appears backstage, and he has something to say. Ric Flair Man it felt good to get back in action on Smackdown last week! I showed you all the the Nature Boy hasn’t lost a step since I’ve been gone, hell, I’ve picked up a step or two. Now I don’t have a match at Survivor Series, so my big match will be tonight. I’ll be facing off with that tough Irish bastard, Finlay. This won’t be an easy fight, but Finlay, tonight I’m going to make you tap out in the middle of the ring, then I’ll be onto the World Heavyweight Championship. Natch has got one more title run in him….WOOOO! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A video plays promoting the long and storied feud between The Undertaker and Batista. It shows their feud leading up to WrestleMania, then The Undertaker winning the championship and going to 15-0. It then shows their big rematch at Backlash and their cage match on Smackdown. Then it shows Undertaker getting hurt, then returning to try to take his Heavyweight Championship back from Batista, and that huge match happens in just two short days. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rey Mysterio vs. Jimmy Wang Yang The fans cheered heavily for Jimmy Wang Yang when he came out, but that ovation was dwarfed by the one for Rey Mysterio. Yang had people behind him, but Mysterio was the overwhelming favorite as the fans would go crazy after he would hit one of his signature moves. The two great wrestlers trade quick paced, high flying moves for several minutes, and it even looked like Yang would put Mysterio away with the moonsault, but Rey avoided it, then nailed the 619 and West Coast Pop on Yang to finish the match as the crowd went wild and gave both men a standing ovation. Winner: Rey Mysterio Match Time: 10:53 Match Rating: B- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After the match Rey Mysterio helps Jimmy Wang Yang up to his feet, and the two shake hands after a great match. Yang makes his way out of the ring, and as Mysterio celebrates he is suddenly jumped from behind by his opponent at Survivor Series, Chavo Guerrero. Chavo forced an exhausted Mysterio up to his feet, then nailed him with a brainbuster. Chavo then headed to the top rope and hit the Frog Splash, and as the fans showered him with boos he just took it all in and gave an evil smile. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ MVP is sitting in his locker room on his cell phone when Matt Hardy barges into the room, looking very irate at MVP for helping Finlay beat him up after their tag team title defense. Matt Hardy Get off the damn phone! What the hell was that out there!?!? I thought you had my back partner? Do these championships that we are carrying mean anything to you at all? Well guess what man, they don’t mean a thing to me anymore. I’m fed up with you. I’ve given you chance after chance to try to prove yourself, and you go and ruin it week after week. Well, I’m done man, for all I care you can go out there and defend this titles by yourself. Matt Hardy then walks back out, slamming the door behind him. MVP quickly puts his phone back up to his head and just continues on his business like nothing happened. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Chuck Palumbo w/ Michelle McCool vs. The Great Khali Chuck Palumbo is by no means a small man, but The Great Khali towered over him. Palumbo, who has never shown a lack of guts went straight after Khali, and even got the giant teetering slightly. Just slightly though, because when Palumbo went for a clothesline he was met with a big boot straight to the face. Khali then waited for Palumbo to get up, then nailed the brain chop. Khali once again sat back and waited for Palumbo, and when he arose again, he was met with the double barrel chokeslam. Khali went for the pin with his foot, but once the ref reached two, Khali lifted off, then locked in the vise grip to put it away. After a short struggle Palumbo was out cold and Khali had won again. Winner: The Great Khali Match Time: 7:37 Match Rating: C+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The same dark room that has appeared in so many Undertaker promo’s is shown again, and a silhouette of the Deadman can be seen on the wall. The Undertaker Batista! Two days and your championship once again becomes mine. You made the mistake of a lifetime when you attacked me from behind, and your day of reckoning is upon you. There is no avoiding it Batista. At Survivor Series you will look into the eyes of the conscious of the WWE, and you will be judged. And my ruling will be swift and harsh, and after I relieve you of that championship, you will….REST IN PEACE! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ric Flair vs. Finlay These two all-time great grapplers brought the same strategy into this match, they were going to just pound away until the other man had nothing left. Flair went after Finlay’s air supply by chopping his chest until it was beet red, and Finlay was gasping for air just a few minutes in. Finlay came back by smashing the back of Ric Flair with a variety of high impact moves. Finlay took control of the match for several minutes as the fans got behind Flair one hundred percent, and they tried Woo’ing Ric back into the match. This evidently got Flair fired up, and he fired back with more chops, then a shin breaker on Finlay. Flair went and locked in the figure four after that, but Finlay was able to reach the ropes. After some more back and forth action Finlay was able to lock in his own version of the figure four, the Celtic Knot. Flair also reached the ropes, so this exciting main event continued on. Flair came back with a huge chop block, then locked in his second figure four of the match, and when Finlay realized he was in the middle of the ring, he quickly tapped out to the revitalized Flair. Winner: Ric Flair Match Time: 19:41 Match Rating: B+ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The music of the World Heavyweight Champion Batista plays when Smackdown comes back from commercial, and he makes his way to the ring as most of the fans aren’t giving Batista a warm reception. He makes his way into the ring and drapes the title over his shoulders, then grabs the mic. Batista So my day of reckoning is upon me Deadman? I beg to differ. I say that this Sunday is your day of reckoning. I’m a different man from the first four times we have faced off. Before I was worried about giving the fans a good show and somebody to look up to. Now I don’t give a damn. They turned their backs on me when they cheered for you, so I’ve turned my back on them. All I’m worried about is giving you the beating of a life and holding onto my World Heavyweight Championship by any means necessary. Undertaker, this Sunday at Survivor Series, I will walk out champion, and you’ll walk out a broken and defeated man, then we’ll never have to see the Deadman agai…. DONG! The lights go out in the arena, and as the crowd goes crazy the lights stay out. When they come back on Undertaker is standing behind Batista, and the fans are deafening at this point. Undertaker spins Batista around, then the fight is on. The men trade huge blows in the middle of the ring, and it quickly spills out to the floor where they both throw huge rights at a lightning quick pace, each man trying to injure the other before Survivor Series. Security comes out to break it up, but they are met by strikes by both Undertaker and Batista, then the two men begin fighting again. Undertaker gains the upper hand, and he delivers punches all the way up the aisle as Batista tries to get away from the assault. The cameras follow them through the back as the talent roster watches on Undertaker lashes into Batista. Batista then runs to a waiting limo, and he yells at the driver to take off, which he does, leaving Undertaker in the parking lot fuming. He then raises his hands in the air and the lights go out in the parking lot. When they flash back on, Undertaker is gone…. The voices of Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield then welcome the home audience to another great night of WWE action. Michael Cole Welcome to the twenty-first annual WWE Survivor Series. Chavo and Rey were both out for blood in this match, and it showed as they didn’t get off to their usual lucha libre style, they went straight after each other’s head. Mysterio realized he wouldn’t win a punching contest with Chavo, so he reverted to his Mexican background and started taking Chavo down with some beautiful technical moves, like four different varieties of arm drags. Chavo got up and charged at Rey, who nailed Chavo with a hurricanrana, sending him straight out of the ring. Chavo stood on the outside getting his bearings, then Mysterio charged at him like he was going to do a suicide dive, but he swung around like the 619 and made Chavo hit the deck in fear of getting hit. Michael Cole In the early goings of this match it seems that Mysterio has gotten the upper hand on Guerrero. He’s in his head and Chavo doesn’t know what’s going to be coming at him next. Chavo climbed back up into the ring, and Mysterio went straight for a slap kick, but Chavo was prepared and caught his leg, then went to work on the surgically repaired knee of Mysterio. He battered it with some deadly elbows, then when he got on the ground he grapevined it and almost tried ripping it out of the socket. He then locked in a single leg Boston Crab, but Mysterio got to the ropes. The men got to their feet, and Chavo missed on an attempt at Rey’s leg, and the former World Champion took over. He nailed Chavo with a flurry of kicks, then with a springboard crossbody. After the two men exchanged some more offense over the next several minutes Rey hit a head scissors on Chavo, sending him into the ropes, and allowing Rey to hit the 619 and the West Coast Pop for the big victory. I fought with everything I have, and I ripped this championship from your grasp. They started off very fast paced, and they traded quick strikes back and forth for a few minutes before CM Punk decided to ground the high flying challenger. Punk went straight to work on the arm of Morrison, maybe getting him ready for his Anaconda Vise. Morrison started to panic and got a second wind, which allowed him to fight back, and he nailed Punk with a thunderous enzuguri, leveling the match very quickly. After Morrison wore out Punk for several more minutes he dragged him over to the corner, where he went for the split-legged corkscrew moonsault, but Punk had it scouted and rolled out of the way. Punk then wore Morrison out some, and then set up for what looked to be the Anaconda Vise. Morrison was able to get out of it though, and he went for a superkick on Punk, but he avoided it, then hoisted Morrison up and nailed the Go 2 Sleep, earning a very successful title defense. Ric Flair Here we are at the twenty-first annual Survivor Series. This is one of WWE’s biggest events, but the Nature Boy has no spot on the card. That’s all going to change after tonight though. The Nature Boy isn’t back as some kind of novelty act. After Survivor Series I fully plan on going after the World Heavyweight Championship. Whoever is holding the championship after tonight’s main event, I want to be the first man to throw my name in the hat to be number one contender for the World Championship, and reign number seventeen can get underway. Beth covered up and tried deflecting the blows, but Mickie caught the mark with a lot of them, and finally Beth had enough and grabbed Mickie by the hair and flung her across the ring like a rag doll. Beth then stomped Mickie around the ring and hit her with several high impact moves, and the fans were cheering for Mickie to get back in the match. Beth went to powerbomb Mickie, but Mickie reversed it on the way down and nailed a DDT, but Beth was able to kick out at two. Mickie then kicked Beth around, and locked in her kiss of death as the fans went crazy. She then released the lip lock, then went for the roundhouse kick to finish it, but Beth ducked it and nailed the Fisherman’s Suplex for the victory. Winner and Still Women’s Champion: Beth Phoenix Match Time: 10:23 Match Rating: B- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Backstage the five members of Team Hardy are shown getting hyped up before their big match. Matt Hardy is shown in front of them giving them a motivational speech, and the other four members of the team were shown listening intently. Whatever he said must have worked, because when he got done talking the four other members got up looking ready to go, and they headed down the hallway looking as focused as ever. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Classic Survivor Series Match Team Hardy (Matt, Jeff, London, Kendrick, Kane) vs. Team Umaga (Umaga, MVP, Finlay, Benjamin, Haas) The match started off with Team Hardy on the dominant side, but it wasn’t long until Umaga got into the match and exercised his dominance. He took it straight to Paul London and when it looked like he was going to eliminate him London got the tag into Kane. Umaga backed into his corner, and Charlie Haas thought it was a good time to get in, so he tagged Umaga in the back, and when he entered the ring he was met with a Chokeslam from Hell, and like that, Team Hardy was up 5-4. Charlie Haas has been eliminated Shelton Benjamin then ran in to aid his downed partner and he was met with some vicious strikes by Kane, and after he’d had enough Benjamin tagged in MVP as Kane got the tag into Jeff Hardy. Jeff took it to MVP, and quickly tagged in the fresh man, Paul London. London hit some quick moves on MVP, but the US Champion evened it up with a low blow, then a tag to Umaga, and he quickly went to the top and hit the splash to even it up at 4 men left for each team. Paul London has been eliminated Brian Kendrick then ran right back into the ring and hit Umaga with a series of forearm smashes, but Umaga fought right back with a big throat thrust. He then tagged in Shelton Benjamin, and he was very nonchalant as he walked up to Kendrick, and just like that Kendrick rolled Benjamin up and put him out of the match and gave Team Hardy the advantage back. Shelton Benjamin has been eliminated Finlay then entered the ring for the first time, and he went straight after Kendrick. He simply overpowered the young man, but Kendrick was able to tag in Kane. Finlay quickly got back out of the ring and tagged in MVP. MVP and Kane went after it for awhile, but MVP baited Kane over to the corner, where Finlay nailed him with a shot to the cranium with his shillelagh and MVP pinned Kane, making the score even once again. Kane has been eliminated Matt Hardy quickly entered the ring, where he went right after his tag team partner, MVP, taking out months of frustrations on his partner. MVP was caught very off guard by this, and once he got his senses back he went for a running big boot to Hardy’s face, but he ducked it and nailed MVP with the Twist of Fate, giving his team another advantage. MVP has been eliminated Finlay entered the ring again, and whatever he planned did not work because Hardy started throwing fists to Finlay, and he quickly met Finlay with the Twist of Fate. He then tagged in his brother Jeff, and he nailed the Swanton Bomb, and Team Hardy had a solid 3 man to 1 advantage. Finlay has been eliminated Brian Kendrick then entered the ring again, and the Hardys and Kendrick faced off with Umaga. Kendrick volunteered to step forward, and the first thing he tried was a kick to Umaga’s gut, but Umaga caught his foot and nailed the Samoan Spike, ending Kendrick’s dreams pretty quickly, and leaving The Hardys vs. Umaga. Brian Kendrick has been eliminated The Hardys looked at each other and decided to run at Umaga at the same time, but they were met with a double clothesline, and Umaga threw Matt Hardy out of the ring as he wanted a piece of Jeff Hardy. He pounded Jeff around the ring, and once he whipped him in the corner, but Jeff was ready for it and nailed the Whisper in the Wind. He then tagged in his brother Matt, who went to the second rope. Matt then flew off looking for a double axe handle, but Umaga nailed the Samoan Spike out of midair, making it Umaga vs. Jeff Hardy to decide the match. Matt Hardy has been eliminated Jeff Hardy and Umaga faced off like they have so many times before, and Hardy started it off with a running forearm to the head that shook Umaga. He then nailed another one, but Umaga refused to go down. Hardy tried one more time, but this time he was met with Umaga’s deadly Swinging Sidewalk Slam. Umaga was only able to get the two count, which infuriated him. He got up in the referees face, allowing Hardy to roll him up, but he only got the two count. The two men got to their feet at the same time, and Hardy charged at Umaga, but Umaga ducked, then he nailed the Samoan Spike lightning quick, and Umaga got the pin to overcome the three to one odds and become the sole survivor. Triple H Kennedy, your time has come. It’s time for you to meet the King of Kings in that ring. You want to show me disrespect? Why don’t you show it to my face tonight. You will be like many others before you, you will bow down to the king. So Kennedy, you ready to play the game? Because I know I am. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mr. Kennedy makes his way out to the ring. Mr. Kennedy Ladies and Gentlemen, you are all looking at the man that will shut Triple H up once and for all tonight. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of hearing the same exact thing for more than ten years. It’s time for a new breed of superstar to take over Monday Night Raw. And once I dispose of Triple H tonight, it’s on to the WWE Championship, and then you all can have a champion you can be proud of. And that champions name is…..MISTER KENNEDY! KEN-AH-DY! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Triple H vs. Mr. Kennedy After Kennedy’s custom introduction, Triple H made his way to the ring, and the fans were going absolutely crazy as Triple H neared the ring. The two men met with a bang in the middle of the ring, and once they made first contact, it was officially on. Kennedy must have read a scouting report though, because when Triple H brought out the heavy artillery he hit the mat and headed to the outside to gather himself. He then baited Triple H to the ropes, and he nailed a stun gun over the top rope on Triple H, earning the advantage he was looking for in the first couple of minutes. Kennedy then took advantage and started stomping away on the bad legs of Triple H, knowing he could take his power away if he could get to his surgically repaired quads. Jim Ross This Kennedy is a no good cheater, but I have to agree with his tactics. If you want to take Triple H down and prove a point, I’d say that’d be the place to go. I’d be upset at Kennedy if I wouldn’t expect Triple H to do the same to anybody else given the chance. Kennedy pulled a fresh move out when he locked in the figure four leglock on Triple H, leaving him on the verge of tapping out, but Triple H was able to reverse the pressure on the hold and escape a loss to the up and comer Kennedy. Kennedy continued his assault on the legs of Triple H, and he ran for a chop block, but Triple H felt it coming and side stepped it, then hit one of his own on Kennedy. Triple H then did almost exactly what Kennedy was doing, but allowed him to get up, only to take him down with a Spinebuster. Both men were exhausted and had to beat a ten count. Kennedy got up first, and he met Triple H by lifting him up into position for a Green Bay plunge from the ground, but Triple H fell off Kennedy’s shoulders, then spun him around and nailed the Pedigree for the victory. Winner: Triple H Match Time: 19:57 Match Rating: A* ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A video plays showing the recent matches between Batista and The Undertaker, and it emphasizes how both men will do anything that they can to get their hands on the championship. Undertaker will lay a path of destruction a mile wide, and Batista even turned his back on his fans to try to keep the championship. This is a huge rivalry, and it comes to a head next. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ World Heavyweight Championship Batista © vs. The Undertaker The bell rang and these two huge WWE superstars wasted no time at going after each other. Undertaker went into his MMA-like fighting stance as he threw haymakers at Batista, who would cover up and trade some blows back with the deadman. Batista got the first advantage after reversing an early attempt at Old School, and he quickly went to work on the back of Taker, softening him up for his spinebuster and Batista Bomb. After only about five minutes Batista nailed Undertaker with a nice spinebuster, but Undertaker was able to kick out after two. Undertaker got his second wind, and he sat up and looked right into the eyes of Batista. Batista came to take him back down, but Undertaker grabbed him by the throat, got up and nailed a chokeslam, but he also only got a two count. John Bradshaw Layfield I told you Michael, this match is going to be a barnburner. We’re less than six minutes in and both men have hit signature moves on each other. I don’t look for this slugfest to go much longer until one man goes for the knockout blow. Undertaker got up and ran his finger across his throat, letting the crowd know that the Tombstone was on it’s way, but Batista was able to slip out behind the attempt, and he hit Undertaker with a side slam. Batista then worked over Undertaker once again, but this time Undertaker was ready for this attack and he came back on Batista. The two then went back to trading huge right hands, but Undertaker was ready to avoid one, and he scooped Batista up for the Tombstone. Batista shifted his weight back while he was up and made it to the ropes, where he broke up Undertaker’s finisher before he could hit it. Batista quickly went to the outside where he grabbed his championship and started walking towards the back. Undertaker quickly followed behind him, but when he reached him Batista whipped around and hit Undertaker right in the face with the belt, busting him wide open and earning himself a disqualification. Winner by Disqualification: The Undertaker Match Time: 15:31 Match Rating: A ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ After the Smackdown main event the screen switches over to a video chronicling the history between Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels. Footage is shown of Orton putting Michaels out of action for several months, then Orton’s rise to WWE Champion while he was gone. It then shows Michaels’ return to WWE, and his long quest to take the championship from Orton’s waist. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The music of Shawn Michaels hits the arena, and he makes his way to the ring, and his usual pyro goes off on the stage. Michaels then walks into the ring, where he stands in the corner and looks very focused on gaining another WWE Championship reign. This is followed by Randy Orton’s music, and the champion stands under his shower of sparks as he hoists the WWE Championship over his shoulder. He makes his way into the ring, and he hands the belt to head referee Mike Chioda and stands on the middle rope, arms extended. Lilian Garcia then begins the boxing style introductions to this huge main event. They finally met in the middle of the ring, where Orton challenged Michaels to a test of strength, and when Orton got Michaels’ hand, he stomped on his toes, gaining the early advantage. Orton slugged Michaels around the ring as Michaels looked like he was going to have to fight from behind like he has so many times before. Orton took him down with one of his trademark dropkicks, and when Michaels rose, Orton leveled him with a clothesline. Orton then stomped on every limb on Michaels, softening him up so that he would have the advantage for the long haul. Orton then baited Michaels back up and nailed the inverted backbreaker, causing Michaels to writhe around on the ground in pain. Jim Ross This match is about ten minutes old, and it has been all Randy Orton, all the time. Don’t count HBK out though, we’ve seen him climb back from much larger odds than this. Michaels was kicked around the ring some more by Orton, and when he was finally let back up, Orton whipped him off the ropes, but Michaels nailed him with a running forearm to the head. Both men stayed on the ground for an eight count, but Michaels got up all of a sudden by nipping up. Michaels had his second wind, and he started rolling. He chopped Orton around the ring and delivered some strong punches, then bodyslammed Orton into the mat. Michaels headed straight back up to the top rope, where he flew off and nailed the flying elbow drop. Michaels saw an opening, and instead of tuning up the band, he locked in the Sharpshooter on Orton, trying to make him tap out. Orton was able to reach the ropes, breaking the hold. Michaels wasn’t waiting for him to get up though and he went to tune up the band. He flew out of the corner at Orton, but Orton caught Michaels foot, spun him around and spiked him with the RKO, then made the cover and got the three count on Michaels for a successful title defense. Orton walked over to Michaels, who was defenseless. Then Orton shocked everybody when he offered Michaels a handshake after what seemed to be the ending of a very fierce feud. Michaels looked around, and he finally put his hand out to Orton, but Orton pulled his hand away and went for the RKO, but Michaels threw him off, and when Orton turned around he was met with Sweet Chin Music. The pay-per-view then went off the air with Michaels talking trash to Orton, and it seems that maybe this feud isn’t over yet…. Final Rating: C+ (Not enough segments....DOH!)
still though that was a great PPV. normally with survivor series I don't expect many segments but that clearly was a good written PPV.
Thanks for reading, and I'm glad you liked it. I don't think the rating will hurt me in the long haul since I'm about B- over all across America, so a couple good shows can bring it right back up. I'll just have to try to load the PPV's up with segments in the future, even though it's unrealistic to most WWE PPV's it's something that has to be done for me to grow.

Great write-up. The trick is to simply make the segments that you have longer. The hype videos that run are usually long (and happen a couple times), which covers everything else. Also, all PPVs the WWE have start with a hype video that is LONG. That's what I always do, covering the difference. Cheers, bud.
