The IRS took Vince to court and Seized most of his assets including the rights to WCW and ECW. Vince, considering his choices left, the Business to his son and daughter, and retired from the world of sports entertainment. Jeff Jarrett, Paul Heyman, and Eric Bischoff, purchased the divided rights at auction to the following brands. Jeff Jarrett purchased the rights to WCW with the proceeds from selling the rest of TNA off to Dixie Carter and Panda Energy. Paul Heyman bought ECW at a fraction of what Vince had originally paid him for it. And finally Eric Bischoff convinced the NWA management it was time to re-brand themselves at national grand father's of professional wrestling. TNA ended up moving onto international markets and ROH folded due to roster attrition. [/FONT] and vs. vs. vs.
