ReapeR, any chance I could get some belts for Philly Pro?

Belts: The PPPW Tri-State Championship (Main event, revamped around 1998 to go with a harder-edged vision of the promotion. I'm thinking of a shift from the traditional along the lines of the Smoking Skull Belt, if you follow me)

PPPW Maximum Championship (Midcard, flashy and glitzy, again part of a 1998-era redesign)

PPPW Tag Team Championships (Once again, midcard, Simple, straightforward, to the point, a la 1980s NWA straps.)

Question for everyone...

I notice that when I render certain titles, mainly crusierweight or women's titles, I make them small or at least I don't have them fill the entire background. Does this matter to you, or would you rather I fill the background, top to bottom, regardless of type of title?

Just asking.

I'm certainly fine with some of them being, so to speak, 'thinner'. It happens in real life, after all.

I've never had an issue with that, as it makes sense. In reality, those belts are often a bit smaller.

Here are a few of the IGC titles. I'm waiting Sebs approval as official titles for the GDSVerse. If not, then these can be alts and I'll render new ones.

Another 3 requests from me, just in case you make it all the way through to page 20 <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

1. Promotion - "GDSX" (GDS Sux) / Final Hardcore Championship

2. Promotion - "GDSX" (GDS Sux) / UK Badass Championship
(promotion is a grungy hardcore type of deal, with all manner of scum bags in it)

3. Promotion - "GDS" (grey dog syndicate) / GDS Heavyweight Championship
(indy mainstream'ish promotion based on the gds forums. Their promotion uses the GDS greyhound logo)

Again, no backgrounds needed. If possible, saving them in a transparent .png format would make it the easiest for me <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

I think I made it little too blue, so I've redone it and I'm waiting on Sebs approval before posting. I'll hopefully have the Platinum title up later today.

Thanks for the comments.

R

So tell me Reaper before you got started on these belts did you have any practice with graphics what so ever? I've watched the video or part of it and it does't look at THAT hard to do, the thing is I've never done anything graphically before.

Also what program do you use? Photoshop 3?

I can't draw or paint or anything like that.

I started by taking pics of real belts and adding promotion names to them to add something to the earlier TEW games.

Then it happened... Payne created some titles. I PM'd him quite a bit and picked his brain on tips. From there I just started playing around. Once he posted that tutorial video, I watched it over and over and even tried to follow it step by step as it was playing. After that, I just started playing around and tried to see what I could come up with.

As I'm sure everyone can see, I'm still trying new things and coming up with different formats and views. However, most of it is simply cut and paste and color changes. I think the big key is bevel types and lighting.

That's really it, no super secret squirrel stuff going on here. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/eek.png.0e09df00fa222c85760b9bc1700b5405.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png">

I currently use Photoshop CS3, but any Photoshop will work. I've even used Elements at one time.

Lets see, I've been doing these now for, damn, over a year now! WOW, how time flies.

I'm just glad everyone enjoys them as much as I do.

R
