If you are starting your own promotion then you set the product and when you do you can decide whether you won't women wrestlers or not. If you mean when you choose a promotion you can't just have it work then yes that's true if you pick a preexisting promotion it has to have women's wrestling preset or you have to change it in the editor. After all, companies in both real life and the C-Verse have added a women's division when they wanted to. Seems kinda odd that the option isn't simply in the Product section.
