Drak is a mutant and a mass murderer, who had been tormented from his childhood to his teenage years when he finally snapped, killing his abusive parents, school bullies and his cheating girlfriend, sparing only his little sister. Oh, and Drak's victim's aren't the main story here, but Drak and his tortured mind. In fact, he doesn't kill that many people in the movies (I plan two) he's just depicted as a mass murderer. Hollywood needs more goofy teen-angst revenge-fantasy comic book-inspired mass murder films about guys with stupid names, that is the kind of thing we can all relate to.
