The Keith Factor vs Sin Inc for the SWF World Tag Team Championships - I'll probably look like an idiot, but there has to be a reason that Badd Kompany won the PPV match. Steven Parker vs Troy Tornado - Tornado's still a big star. Randy Bumfhole vs Jay Chord - Bumfhole's on the verge of the main event Nevada Nuclear vs Blood Elderberry - Elderberry gets NUKED! Giedroyc vs Remo - Giedroyc's a possible star but Remo _is_ a star. Casey Valentine vs Sean McFly - Um, yeah. ??? vs ??? - Sure.
..I just realized something. WE NEVER SOLVED THE MYSTERY OF WHAT HAPPENED TO CHRISTIAN FAITH'S HEAD. You aren't gonna leave us hanging on that, are you? :p
Wow, you either have an amazing memory or you went diving into the depths of this diary for that one... Christian Faith's head was supposed to be a running gag in the diary. It was going to be a good old fashioned "who had it" mystery, with the head randomly popping up here and there. Faith would always be looking for it. Thought it good be a fun long-term gag. I figured it would add a bit of comedy, which is something my version of the SWF lacks. There is humor, I think, but little overt comedy. I even thought of using it as a running gag in the Random Thoughts segments. I kept pushing back doing anything with it, because I figured it would be something I'd throw in there when I lacked for anything else. That didn't happen. Plus, it seemed like it would come across as abrupt to throw something goofy in there when most everything with Faith has been pretty serious. So it kept getting pushed back and pushed back. Then it got far enough away from the original incident that I doubted readers would even remember the initial attack on the statue. I had pretty much buried the idea... but now that you bring it back up, maybe I can throw it out there somewhere...

It just kinda came to me..maybe because I still find the "Big Money destroying the SWF Headquarters" skit to be one of the best segments of this diary, after all these pages. There's just something so awesome about it. Maybe it's because I REALLY didn't see it coming, but I just loved it. But yeah, that skit sprang to my mind for a bit, and then I remembered the missing statue head being mentioned for the next few Supreme's, and then it just kinda stopped.

It just kinda worked in my mind - a good combination of violence and humor. And one of the rare insistences that I took an angle out of the arena. I've never been a huge fan of "real world" angles. I've had plenty of ideas for them, but most feel too cheesy and I never come through with them. Might be something I work on as we head into 2009 in the diary. The head may make a return... I'll have a find a suitably random way to do it.... And I think I may have just had an idea...
The head may make a return... I'll have a find a suitably random way to do it.... I'm here with Jerry Eisen and the indomitable Grandmaster Bling. Grandmaster Bling: The Bling is in. The Phunking Empire is on fire! Jerry Eisen: Hehehe... He said “phunking”...
Rich Money In-Ring Promo The SWF World Heavyweight champion emerges through the Supreme Gate to a monstrous reception. Monstrously negative. The fans hate the man. And he loves it. Wearing street clothes and carrying his world title, he makes his way down to the ring at a slow strut. He can't avoid a slight grimace as he climbs into the ring. Hard Cash grabs a microphone but it takes a long moment before the crowd quiets enough for him to talk. Rich Money: And I'm thrilled to see all you fans, too. I know how much all of you enjoyed seeing me retain this belt here at Break Like the Wind. But I'm not out here to gloat about my victory. I'm out here to give some thanks. With a smirk, Money allows that to sink in for a moment before he continues. Rich Money: First of all, I would like to thank Troy Tornado for selecting a ladder match. It isn't easy to help me find something new that I'm money at, but Tornado managed that. So thanks. I would also like to thank Gilmore for being predictably impatient and forcing his way into that match, taking his title shot in a situation where the odds were against him. Another pause as the crowd boos. Rich Money: I have some other thanks to give out as well. To my good friends Remo and Ace Newton, for getting things done. As they always do. And to Jack Bruce, for being smart enough to hear the truth in my words and heed them. The fans boo at the mere mention of Jack Bruce. The Long Island Angel is beloved no more. Rich Money: Oh, you fans may jeer. But Jack Bruce is a good man. Sean McFly does what is best for Sean McFly and you love him for it. Jack Bruce or Remo do the same and you hate them for it. How is that logical? And you fans wonder why I end up treating you with contempt sometimes... This results in a predictable rain of hatred from the crowd. The SWF World Heavyweight champion gives it time to die down before he attempts to continue. Rich Money: My success at Break Like the Wind leaves me with something of a conundrum. Basically, I'm too money. Who is left to challenge me for this belt? There's no one. I just beat both Angry Gilmore and Troy Tornado. Not just in the same night, but in the same match. That's money. Sean McFly missed his chance to get another shot at this belt. And who else is left? No one. Those Generation Supreme kids like the Bumfholes and DuBois, they might think they have earned a shot at this belt, but they haven't. They still have a lot to prove in this business. So who does that leave... Remo...? The fans almost pop the roof off The Dust Bowl at this dream match up possibility. But Rich Money just starts laughing. He has a good strong laugh at the fans while the cheering slowly dies down. Rich Money: Oh, you delusional marks. Dream all you want, but that match is never going to happen. Remo and I are friends. Just like Ace and I are friends. Nothing is going to change that. So that basically leaves no one worth of challenging me. No one worth of trying to take this belt from me. No one worthy of ending The Beautiful Reign. A small section of the crowd has started up a “Mc-Fly” chant that is picked up by the entire arena. The champion smirks as the chants roars through the entire crowd of over thirteen thousand, then gradually dies off. Rich Money: Oh yes, Mc-Fly... Mc-Fly... Mc-Fly... But you all seem to forget that Mr. McFly made an agreement about his match at Break Like the Wind. That he would get another shot at this here belt if he and Bruce won that match. They didn't. I seem to recall a wonderful moment as The Alpha Dog pinned The American Tiger in the middle of the ring... One... Two... Three... So the agreement says that McFly doesn't get a shot at this belt, at least not at Christmas Clash. Oh, I suppose I could allow that agreement to be broken.... The crowd roars at the possibility. Hard Cash manipulates them perfectly, with absolute ease. Rich Money: But what kind of example would that be setting for all these Generation Supreme kids? They already have a delusional sense of entitlement. Do you think them seeing someone like Sean McFly getting something he didn't earn is going to make that any less? Will any agreement amount to anything if we set that kind of precedent? No, that's a terrible idea, and I'm sure our inspiring leader Emma Chase would agree with me on that. So we're left with no one. No one worthy of challenging me. In a way, I suppose that's a good thing. I did hurt my ribs a touch in that match at the pay per view, so getting the rest of the calendar year off will sure give me time to heal up. But it will make for a cold and barren Christmas in the Money household... Music forces the champion to trail off. Music that the fans instantly recognize, but which hasn't been heard in the Supreme Wrestling Federation for a number of years. Music that represents one of their favorites. One of their heroes. The fans roar, almost drowning out the music. No one appears, and the crowd seems to wonder if its just another mind game from Rich Money. But it isn't... Christian Faith The crowd loses it at Christian Faith walks out through the Supreme Gate. The SWF Supreme Champion is wearing dark jeans and a black T-shirt that simply reads “Faith”. He stops, smiling and nodding. As the song plays, he plays to crowd. It is his old theme music, the Limp Bizkit cover of George Michael's classic “Faith”, which he used from 1998 through 2004 before switching to “Iron Man”. The Supreme champion, notably without his belt, is tossed a microphone. Christian Faith: See, Money, when I hear you say you have no one worthy of challenging you, I hear a challenge. I take that as an open invitation. And I'm here to accept it. Rich Money: How nice of you to stop by tonight, Christian. I notice you don't have your little impostor belt with you tonight. Left it with all your old friends on the geriatrics brand, did you? Christian Faith: Yes or no, Money. At Christmas Clash 2008, Rich Money against Christian Faith... Let's see who really is supreme. How about it? Hard Cash appears to muse on this thought for moment. The crowd encourages him to accept. Rich Money: Its no simple proposition, old man. Two different brands. Two different belts. There is plenty to be negotiated. Christian Faith: I don't care what's on the line. These fans are tired of listening to come out here every week and talk about how “money” you are. I'm tired of it. The whole SWF is tired of it. And I want to be the one to shut you up. Rich Money: Not so easy, old man. You have to be damned money to out-money Money. You think you have what it takes just because you “have faith”? Fine, let's do this... The crowd roars. Faith grins. After a moment, the SWF World Heavyweight champion holds up his hand. Rich Money: ...If you pass the test tonight. I mean, you should probably remind all these Supreme TV fans of why you hold that pretend belt. So win tonight and we'll do this at Christmas Clash. The 42-year old heavyweight grins. There is no hesitation on his part. Christian Faith: Absolutely. I don't are who you bring out here for me to face, I'll take them down. You know I will. You know I will. And these fans know I will. Because I... HAVE... FAITH!!!! The crowd roars again as the scream the age-old catch phrase along with their favorite. Rich Money: We'll see about that... Grade: A
Grandmaster Bling: The ageless wonder is here to remind of us our forgotten faith. Peter Michaels: So it would seem, Grandmaster. The Keith boys aren't here to play around, and they take the fight to the champions. Greg – the one without the facial hair – goes hard after Joe Sexy from the opening bell and nearly scores a surprise pinfall in the first minute. The Keith Factor also show better teamwork than the Sin Inc duo, and it nearly pays off. Micky Starr is constantly yelling out encouragement to the young duo. The champions soon take control back as McClean hits Matthew – the one with facial hair – in the little Keiths. Matthew gets dominated for awhile after the low blow but he shows fortitude as he kicks out of several pin attempts. Greg manages to tag back in, but he too takes a cheap shot to the little Keiths and Sexy delivers a One Night Stand neckbreaker and then gets the pinfall – using plenty of ropes. The Keith twins come close to scoring the big upset to get their first Supreme TV win, but not quite. Joe Sexy Wins at 9:33 via Pinfall Grade: B+
Grandmaster Bling: The offspring of the legend will become legends themselves. The Phunking Empire knows. The lovely Chase leads the group out and seems to expect to do the talking. But Double E also has a microphone and speaks first instead. Eric Eisen: I'm sorry, Emma, but I have something I need to say. To get off my chest. Now many of you fans make the Supreme Wrestling Federation part of your lives. An important part, even. But its something more to me. It is my life. Its in my blood. You all grew up watching the SWF... I grew up in Supreme. I love this promotion as much as I love my family, and I really love my family. Even my slow-witted brother Jerry. As I grew up in the Supreme Wrestling Federation, I knew something about my future. I knew that I wouldn't just grow up to wrestle in the SWF, but that I would be a world champion in the SWF. I've been the North American champion but its a world title that is my destiny. The crowd boos somewhat, but without real hatred at this point. Eric is being a bit too honest here and they know it. Eric Eisen: After my father was attacked and I was asked to become the General Manager of the Supreme brand, I turned it down because I didn't want to give up on that destiny. Especially with a title match against Christian Faith arranged for Break Like the Wind. I knew that I would win that match and win the SWF Supreme Championship. But it didn't happen... And I spent the past week thinking about my choice. And I've come to the realization that I made the selfish choice. See, not quite a year ago, I formed the Supreme Protectorate with Runaway Train here and Enforcer Roberts. We were tired of seeing all these wrestlers who came here and didn't care one bit about the fate of the promotion. They only cared about themselves, as we were tired of seeing that selfishness. So we set out to protect the promotion that we love. And yet I become one of those same people that I tried to protect the SWF from... There is a pause as Double E seems a bit genuinely emotional. Eric Eisen: So my soul searching of the past week led me to this moment... As of right now, I am retiring from active competition in the Supreme Wrestling Federation so that I can take up the role of General Manager of the Supreme brand until such a time as my father can resume his full duties. There is a momentary silence from the crowd as they absorb this, then a slowly building round of boos. Eric Eisen just smiles happily. The Guru grins and does a small clap, apparently happy at being near Runaway Train again. Train looks indifferent and intimidating. Emma Chase is clearly surprised as she obviously had no clue this would be the announcement from Eric. She sees Guru do a delighted little clap and decides to emulate, awkwardly. Eric Eisen: I will take over with immediate effect. Emma, the Eisen family thanks you for your help in this tough time. You can return to the Legends brand and resume management duties. Emma Chase: Uh, okay... Um, thank you? Its clear that Emma is stunned. The unflappable young woman is very obviously flapped. She wants out of the ring but has to wait until Double E is finished... and the new Interim General Manager of the Supreme brand has plenty left to say. Eric Eisen: As the new Interim General Manager, I feel its necessary to make a few changes. First of all, Enforcer Roberts is gone. After he proved his worthlessness in the Supreme Protectorate, I do not want him on my brand. Now, I'm not cold enough to overlook what Roberts has contributed to this promotion over the past decade. So he won't be fired. But I do not want him on the Supreme brand. That means he go to the Legends brand if Tyler will have him, or go wrestle the kids on the Generation Supreme show. I really don't care. There is a pause as Eisen gets a negative reception to his first decision as the General Manager. Despite the fact that the fans don't like Enforcer Roberts, they dislike Double E even more. Eric Eisen: The next thing I want to deal with is Payne. I have not and will never forgive him for what he did to my father. However, I agree with Emma that firing him is not the right move, not when keeping him on the roster and finding ways to punish him could be so much more fun. So Payne stays. However, I'm no fan of Adrian Garcia either and I don't like they he has a bodyguard. If having Payne around isn't enough to make Garcia feel safe, then too bad. As of now, RK Hayes is no longer an SWF employee and will be barred from entering any SWF events. And one last thing about Payne – when I find out who brought him to the Supreme Wrestling Federation, they will pay. They will suffer. That's all I have... for now... Double E, now GM Double E, leads the group out of the ring. Emma still looks to be in shock. Grade: A
Peter Michaels: I did not see that coming.
Steven Parker vs Troy Tornado This is a surprisingly good match, as the young man who calls himself “The Future” gives Tornado a competitive match. The match is fairly open as both men get some offense in. The crowd seems to buy that Tornado is in danger of losing, as he kicks out of several pin attempts as Parker goes for a quick win. The more experienced “Human Storm” gradually takes over the match, and he gets the win after his Star Marker big forearm finisher. Troy Tornado Wins at 7:34 via Pinfall Grade: B+

Marc DuBois, Steven Parker + Jay Chord In-Ring Promo Parker sticks around after his match, and he's joined in the ring by Marc DuBois and Jay Chord. As always, the leader of the Remember Tomorrow stable does the talking. “The Evolution” says that when he first formed the Remember Tomorrow stable, he had only one goal in mind. He simply wanted help to retain his SWF North American championship. But they couldn't help him against the devilry of the revolutionary Antonio Marquez. So is there any reason for them still to be together? Of course there is. The trio are three most talented youngsters in the Supreme Wrestling Federation. They are the heart and soul of Generation Supreme. The future of this promotion. DuBois promises that soon enough, Parker and Chord will hold the SWF World Tag Team championships and he will soon enough be the SWF World Heavyweight champion. The future is now, DuBois declares. All the veterans on the Supreme roster might want to start to consider moving over to the Legends brands with the rest of the old men. Because the “kids” are taking over. There's no room on this brand for the past. That's why the Legends brand exists – to give the old men some place to see out their days. The Supreme brand is where the future is happening. Grade: B+

Randy Bumfhole vs Jay Chord The Remember Tomorrow stable stay at ringside to watch Chord take on Randy Bumfhole. Zimmy is at ringside for his brother, and it makes for an active ring area through the match. The match is more about the action outside the ring than inside. Inside the ring, Randy controls the action. Chord tries hard, but the youngster finds all the offense he mounts countered by the more experienced Bumfhole. When it looks like Randy has things in control and he goes up to the top rope, Parker jumps onto the apron and knocks him off the turnbuckle and down to the mat with a forearm. The ref spots it and calls for the bell. Randy starts yelling at Parker, who jumps into the ring, followed by DuBois. That obviously brings Z-Bum into the ring, ready for a fight. It doesn't quite escalate into a fight, though, as the five young men make do with shouting and shoving, with referee Ric Young trying to keep it from become something more. But they aren't there to break things up – they get involved. There is more yelling and shoving. Again, things seem destined to escalate into an all out brawl, but referee Young is joined by additional SWF official who manage to create enough separation to get the seven youngster apart from each other. As the scene winds down, Randy Bumfhole can be seen looking unhappy. The 21-year old Canadian has his SWF Generation championship around his waist, with the metal briefcase that contains his Sure Shot open contract. Newton says that the likes of Marc DuBois and the Bumfholes are delusional if they really believe that they the part of Generation Supreme that matters. Because its clearly the Four Kings and Ace Newton. He's the one that was hand-picked by Rich Money and Remo. He's the Generation Supreme star who is headlining shows... and deserves it, as he will prove tonight. The Generations champion says that its not as if his talent came out of nowhere. It was carefully nurtured. Because the fans might not realize it, but the man who trained Newton in this business was Rip Chord. Yeah, that Rip Chord. The three-time SWF World Heavyweight champion Rip Chord. One of the most respected men in the wrestling business saw the talent in Newton at a young age and trained him up. So while Jay Chord might have the name, its Newton who is the true heir to the legacy of the great Rip Chord. Just like he has become the protégé of Rich Money, who learned many things from the great Professor Nero. Just like the three other Kings, Newton says that he too is wrestling royalty. The Canadian also promises that 2009 will prove to be where the Age of the Kings really began. Newton is going to make sure of that by taking the SWF North American championship from Antonio Marquez. He wants a shot at that belt, and he'll make the chance wit his Sure Shot contract if he has to. But if the revolutionary isn't a coward, he'll face Newton at Christmas Clash. Its an interesting match up, as the 275-pound Brit isn't that much smaller than the 305-pound powerhouse Remo, but he is clearly out-muscled through the match. Despite the skill of the former tag champion, the match feels like it belongs to Remo and its just a matter of time. Encouragement from Dawn the Cheerleader only helps Giedroyc out so much before he finds himself overpowered and overwhelmed. A big Hit and Run allows The Alpha Dog to finish Giedroyc off with The Destroyer. Wearing a tiny little formal skirt and a low-cut blouse, the lovely ex-General Manager still looks more than a bit rattled. Joe Sexy says that the were excited for tonight's segment, as they had great plans for their guest tonight, the Supreme brand Interim General Manager Emma Chase. But since she became the Former Interim General Manger earlier in the night, Sin Inc aren't so interested in what Emma has to say. And since she doesn't have a client right now, she can't even really call herself a manager. Why, even The Guru is more important right now than she is. Chase doesn't say anything, but its clear to see that she's irate at the tag team champions. Still smirking, Sexy asks if Emma remembers the last time she was on a talk show segment of his – last summer on Sexy Time. When Emma decided to introduce the world to Big Money Brandon James. Does she remember that? Of course she remembers that. Sexy admits he is awfully tempted to pay Emma back in kind... but he's a gentleman. So he will do nothing of the sort. Instead, they will just cut the segment short. Unless Emma would like to entertain them all with a little “Sexy Time” dance... Chase laughs, saying she'll do nothing of the sort. But she does have one question for the duo. Why would they ask to face a pair of inexperienced 19-year old kids and put their belts on the line? What is the point of that? McClean laughs, saying that they enjoy beating up on kids. Sexy says that these Generation Supreme punks have to learn about respect and paying their dues. And Sin Inc love to give that lesson. Emma tells the champions that they best be careful, as some of those kids are damned talented and the sinners might just find themselves surprised at some point. Both McClean and Sexy laugh off the possibility as the segment ends. Just 20-years old, Casey Valentine is already a far better in-ring worker than his uncle ever was and this match gives him an opportunity to shine. Its all McFly in the early going, as the veteran is on the attack and aggressive. Its all Valentine can do to stave off the attack of The American Tiger. But the Four Kings member visibly grows in confidence and begins to counter with his own offense. Its not enough to overcome the skills of McFly, but it is impressive. Valentine almost steals the win as Jack Bruce causes a distraction as he comes down to ringside and the youngster tries to take advantage by rolling up McFly, but the veteran former champion kicks out. Its all downhill from there for the kid, with McFly getting the pinfall after a DeLorean Driver. Sean McFly Wins at 9:11 via Pinfall Grade: A Jack Bruce + Sean McFly In-Ring Promo After the win, McFly doesn't really celebrate. He just stares at The Long Island Angel. Bruce circles the slowly, his eyes never leaving McFly. The former champion Bruce hasn't really changed his look at all - still long hair, unshaven, and wild colors - but he seems to carry himself with more of an edge now. Its subtle, but its there. Finally, Bruce grabs a microphone. Jack Bruce: I can see in your eyes, McFly, that you want to know why I'm out here. I'm sure all these fans want to know. Its quite simple, really. Everyone thinks that you were entirely the motivation behind what I did at Break Like the Wind. And that ain't true. So I want to set the record straight. With you and with these fans. Bruce paces for a moment before he continues. Jack Bruce: Everyone seems to think that you are entirely behind what I did at Break Like the Wind. As if I was jealous of you or something. But it isn't jealousy that drove me to that. It was self-protection. See, Rich Money was right about you. And you told me yourself - your goal is to reclaim the spot that you left behind here in the SWF. You want to become SWF World Heavyweight champion and be the face of this promotion again. You didn't want to be my friend - you just wanted my help you obtain your goals. You wanted to use me. And when you get right down it, you just wanted to take my spot .The same as all those bratty little Generation Supreme kids in the back who think they're going to be stars. The Long Island Angel doesn't lay down for no one! I just defending myself and my position in this company, which I earned. So if you want my spot, McFly, you're going to have to take it. There is a long moment as the two men stare at each other. McFly is tense, as if he is ready for anything. But Jack Bruce is taking a cue from Rich Money here, and he's fighting with words. Jack Bruce: But don't flatter yourself, McFly - you weren't the sole reason behind what I did. See, Money got me thinking. And I came to realize that somewhere in the past year, Show Time went track. The Long Island Angel lost his way and fell from heaven. Because Show Time was never just about entertaining these fans. Show Time is about doing what I want in that ring because I am so damned much better than anyone else. It is about a lack of restraint and being self-indulgent. Its why they called me the Decadent Champion. But holding that SWF World Heavyweight championship for as long as I did somehow changed my priorities. Show Time wasn't about doing whatever I wanted in the ring - it became about just keeping that belt. And when I lost that belt, it became about getting it back. Its all I could think about. But the Long Island Angel has woken up and found his wings. Because the decadence is back. I'm here to do what I want, when I want, and how I want. And when I decided that Show Time would be more fun to watch you get destroyed by Remo and Newton, well, that's what Show Time did. McFly yells something at Bruce. He can't be heard as he doesn't have a microphone, but The American Tiger certainly doesn't seem too happy. Bruce just grins and continues to move around outside the ring, telling his story. Jack Bruce: Oh, there was more to it than that, too. It wasn't just about Jack Bruce wanting to protect his place. Not just about Jack Bruce finding the true meaning of Show Time again. No, it also had to do with you fans. That's right, you fans who loved me for so long. Who I came out here night after night after night to entertain by putting my body on the line. You same fans who were only too happy to run to the new kid on the block and give your love to McFly as soon as he walked in through the door. Where the hell is your loyalty? You turned on me, so I turned on you. After everything I've done since I came to the Supreme Wrestling Federation, you all should love me without question. Hell, you should worship me. But you all just couldn't wait to jump ship to McFly. So damn you all! The reaction from the crowd is deafening. If there was any doubt that Jack Bruce is now a heel, he manages to utterly and completely erase it. It takes a long time for the crowd reaction to die down. In the ring, McFly seems to be as incensed as the fans, staring down at Jack Bruce as he continues to wander around the ringside area. Jack Bruce: Now, McFly, I can see that your damned sense of honor has been infringed upon and you want... what, payback? You want a shot at the Long Island Angel? You want to learn what Show Time really is? Fine, I'm game. Show Time has no fear. You want me? Christmas Clash. The Long Island Angel against The American Tiger. Let's do it. McFly shouts his agreement. With a nod, Jack Bruce simply drops the microphone, turns his back on Sean McFly, and walks up the ramp. Grade: A
Peter Michaels: We have another big match for Christmas Clash 2008! And the young Canadian puts up a helluva fight. He takes the fight right to the veteran Supreme champion, putting Faith back on his heels. It is a classic match up of the past against the future, and the future spends a decent amount of the match in control. Newton shows off his diverse skills, attacking his bigger opponent in every manner possible – using quickness and constant movement to keep Faith off balance. As he has done endless times through his long SWF career, Faith battles back. He struggles out Newton's attempt to get him up for the youngsters Aces High Go-2-Sleep finisher, turning things in his favor with a big flurry of fists which is followed up by his big elbows. The 21-year old sells them big time, flopping to the mat. Then everything stops as Rich Money and Remo appear on the stage. They make their way down to ringside, but they make no move to interfere. Hard Cash is scouting his opponent. Their presence affects the match, as Newton uses the distraction to take control again, but that doesn't last. Faith again comes back, getting Newton up in his Stalling Atomic Drop and then hitting a big Leap of Faith. Despite looking damned good in the match, the young Canadian falls to Faith as so many others have. Christian Faith Wins at 14:03 via Pinfall Grade: A Christian Faith, Rich Money, Remo + Ace Newton Stare Down After the win, Christian Faith doesn't celebrate. He simply stares at Rich Money. The SWF World Heavyweight champion stares back for a long moment, then climbs into the ring. He gets right up in Faith's face, but the 42-year old is not about to be intimidated. Even with Remo and Ace Newton backing Money up, Faith is not about to back down. The situation doesn't escalate, but it also doesn't settle down as the pair of Supreme Legends stand nose-to-nose, glaring at each other with hostility and hatred. Great write ups for Money and Bruce segmants. I might have gone Remo and Faith but this is your world not mine. Ace certainly held his own and was probably a better choice. Another fine show my freind all in all.

SWF.com: The Cousin? Dani Nevada... Or is She?
Wednesday, Week 3, November 2008 So just who is Dani Nevada? And more importantly, who exactly is her cousin? The wrestling world has been buzzing about this question for the past week, since Dani - if that is indeed her real name - dropped the bombshell on SWF Legends that she is from a "wrestling family" and will be bringing her cousin in to face Rocky Golden's Golden Faction. The rumors as to whom her cousin might be are rampant. Sam Strong seems to be a popular if unlikely choice. The recently retired Dread is another name that keeps popping up. However, no one has any information as to whether Dani's cousin is a current member of the SWF roster or not. If it is a current Supreme star, it could be as exciting as the Bumfhole brothers or as uninspiring as Greg Rayne... though one has to think "Dani" would hardly be bringing Greg Rayne to help out Art Reed... would she? Whoever the cousin is, we are going to find out tonight. All indications are that the cousin will be at SWF Legends tonight and they will be introduced by Dani. Just one more reason to watch... as if you needed more...

Great write ups for Money and Bruce segmants. I might have gone Remo and Faith but this is your world not mine. Ace certainly held his own and was probably a better choice. Another fine show my freind all in all.
Thanks (and I enjoyed the latest TWL show, BTW). As for Faith-Ace, I definitely gave serious consideration to putting Remo in that match. In terms of in-game popularity, either one would be a PPV-caliber match, but realistically, Remo-Faith would be moreso. With the brand split, there really isn't any harm to that, however. And though Faith had to win, I wasn't worried about Remo taking a loss there as he's been kept plenty strong throughout. The way I looked at it, Money would know that Newton would lose to Faith. But that he would look good in doing so, which helps Newton in a loss more than Remo losing helps him. Which might indicate that Money is genuinely interested in helping Newton become a star...
Good show. By the way, how's the Sky Divisions stuff going? By the way, please tell me whether the "cousin" isn't Eddie Peak or not. By god, that would so pwn the Golden Faction if it was Eddie Peak.
Being ignored more than it should be... Much like the lower card guys on the Supreme brand, its really tough to feature them regularly as most of them are midcard or lower. Which means that unless they are against an upper midcard guy - and Acid is the only upper midcard Sky Club Division member right now - the match ratings aren't great. Guy like the Lords of Pure, Jacob Jett, Mainstream Hernandez, Bart Biggz and Akima Brave are getting over gradually just from being on TV. I seriously doubt the division will ever become a primary focus of the brand or anything, but if I can manage to get them over so that I can feature them a bit more without it hurting the grades, it will be something cool and unique for the brand. I won't say too much regarding the cousin, but I will confirm that it is not Eddie Peak. He is still out injured for 4 months and under contract to Tee-Cee-Dub for lord knows how long. I would desperately love to land him, and he would definitely be heading to the Legends brand off the start, but alas, it is not he.
Dammit, I knew I should'nt have put all that faith (see what I did there?) behind ???#1! Curse you Newton, I'm 6-for-7 on that show, thanks to you! Just to keep all the predictors from being perfect. I mean, it should have been obvious that one of the ???'s would be the champion of the other brand.... Plainly obvious... The head... is in the works... We'll see what happens in the build up to the PPV...
Well, if it was Eddie Peak, that would scare the !@#$%^ out of the Golden Faction. Eddie Peak is not some guy you mess with. :p
I could do so many things with Eddie Peak, I think. The man would be fun to book in the SWF, and great fun to write. He would also fit right in with some of my Legends storyline directions. As I've said a couple of times, he's right up there in the top couple of CornellVerse workers that I would love to sign for Supreme. Ah well, I guess I'll just have to be patient. That said, I think I'll do okay with who "the cousin" turns out to be.

News, rumors, and interviews, all brought to you by the incomparable Duane Fry. Preview for podcast available Wednesday, Week 3, November 2008 "The fallout from Break Like the Wind continues tonight on SWF Legends. While there is plenty of interest, perhaps nothing is more interesting to fans than "the cousin". And tonight, we find out." "Dani Nevada got the Supreme Wrestling Federation buzzing last week by telling everyone that she was bringing in "her cousin" to make The Golden Faction pay. But just who is her cousin? That's what no one seems to know. Yet. Tonight, the wrestling world finds out. And gets to see this cousin in action, as he is already scheduled to face Texas Pete. Tough introduction to the SWF, if it is a new addition." "The Big Cat is back. That has many fans excited, even though Brandon James has only ever been known as "Big Money" to SWF fans. Many wrestling fans remember the big man's run in Danger and Violence Extreme in the cat face paint, where he was one of the biggest stars in Phil Vibert's promotion. Speaking of which, will the Big Cat join up with the alliance being headed by Christian Faith and backed by Phil Vibert?" "Speaking of Big Cat, where does this leave Emma Chase? Its been a rough week for the agent, as she was fired by Brandon James, and then relieved of her position of Interim General Manager of the Supreme brand by the retiring Eric Eisen. Chase has gone from one of the most influential individuals in the Supreme Wrestling Federation to a virtual nobody." "Who or what is "The Forsaken"? After an introductory video at the Break Like the Wind pay per view, last night's Supreme TV offered no further clues on "The Forsaken". Which makes one think that we could see something further tonight..." "Steve Frehley... unleashed... That is an appetizing thought for SWF fans. The Dark Destroyer is always a threat, but he has long been without the pure and unbridled aggression which saw him dominate the SWF upon his debut through late 2006. If we see that Frehley of old return, it could be bad news for the rest of the Legends brand. It will be very interesting to see what Frehley will do this week against a very tough opponent, Mr. Hill." "SWF Legends always offers the best action! SWF Legends... only on CBA!" ???? vs Texas Pete Pretty sure this will be the in-ring debut of the 'cousin' The Upper Class vs High Concept for the SWF Sky Club Division Tag Team Championships Upper Class wont be beating High Concept for these titles, you tend to save big upsets (e.g Badd Kompany winning the 4 way Tag at BLTW) for the PPVs. Lords of Pure vs Strong Machine vs Jett Stream Appear to be one's most likely to get a focused push at the moment Bryan Holmes vs El Leon El Leon's likethe best jobber in the world. He'll look good, he'll even make Bryan Holmes look good but at the end of the day he'll lose. Art Reed vs Rocky Golden Bad day at the office for the Golden Faction ? Akima Brave vs Chris Morrisette Simple case of Morrisette being much higher up the card right now Steve Frehley vs Mr. Hill Frehley's going to be unleashed and Mr Hill is going to feel the full brunt of an un-leashed Dark Destroyer.
