Sensationally Powerful defeated The American Flash and Fearless Blue in 5:40 when Mary Beth Chase defeated Fearless Blue by pinfall. - E

Notes: The American Flash seemed off his game tonight. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down.

Mad Dog Mortimer defeated Dharma Gregg in 2:31 by pinfall by using underhanded tactics. - F+

Notes: The announcing quality lifted the match. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down.

Mad Dog Mortimer happily drags a knocked out Dharma Gregg to the back. A couple of people in the crowd chant "He's gonna get some." - E

Dark Star and Sienna cut a promo hyping their upcoming match with Brandon Smith. They say that tonight marks the night that went the Dark Star will eclipse the Golden Sun and start NEO fall into darkness. Whatever that means. - D-

Matthew Keith defeated Dazzling Dave Diamond in 12:57 by submission with a Proton Lock. - C-

Notes: Dazzling Dave Diamond is improving in Performance skills.

Brandon Smith cuts a promo hyping up his upcoming match with Dark Star saying he's not phased with the cryptic words of The Fallen and will walk out of the ring the same way as he walked into the ring, as the NEO Generation champion. - D-

Notes: This segment brought the crowd's mood down.

Dark Star defeated Brandon Smith in 18:07 by pinfall with a Dark Sault after Sienna DeVille interfered. Dark Star wins the NEO Generation title. - D

Notes: Sienna DeVille did some good work at ringside. Brandon Smith and Dark Star don't seem to click, and it made for an awkward bout.

Overall: D

Show Notes: This was probably the biggest bitter sweet moment I've had so far. I was really hoping for a better match between Smith and Strong, but thanks to chemistry problems it was not to be. Still, the show was still good enough to do it's job, which was to give Erik Strong a run with the belt, debut Matthew Gauge/Keith (which was AWESOME!), and most importantly, get us to Small. That's right, NEO Championship Wrestling is finally out of the financial hell that is local size! And it happens on the 100th post too. :)

Jonathan Taylor's been spreading rumors about Brandon Smith. Read him the riot act. He said he'll try and not let it happen again. This is really bad timing on his part since I'm looking to upgrade with the massive amount of money I am about to start receiving.

And it's finally over. My personal hell of local is finally over. While I always enjoy using the bottom of the barrel as creatively as possible, there is only so much you can do before going crazy. Of course Small comes with it's own challenges, one of them being what to do with the roster. With the massive jump in money there is the question of whether to increase the number of shows per month, bring in wrestlers that are more famous, or just collect money.

And since it's a bit past the mid-year I think it's a good idea to give a Great Lakes Popularity update:

Great Lakes Popularity

E+: Matthew Keith

E: Brandon Smith, Dark Star

E-: Amber Allen, Brendan Idol, Dazzling Dave Diamond

F+: Fearless Blue, Jefferson Stardust, Mary Beth Chase, Sensational Singh

F: Ben Williams, Brimstone, Jack Napier, Jen Neptune, Mad Dog Mortimer, The American Flash

F-: Dharma Gregg, Kathy Neptune, Keith Vegas

USPW's Dan Stone Jr. (man that sounds weird) will be touring with BHOTWG.

Good timing with Matthew Keith, just got an offer from CZCW. On second thought maybe not. He also got offers from NOTPBW and BHOTWG.

Usually don't mention other wrestling cards, but I thought this was interesting: FCW's Immortality show was a B- card with the semi-main event of Rudy Velasquez defeating Shawn Gonzalez getting a B- and Puerto Rican Power successfully defending his title against Pecs, I mean the Handsome Stranger, getting a B!

Speaking of other companies, my favorite AI tag team, the Roundhouse Puppy Kickers have finally done it. They've defeated the team of Rocky Golden and Scout for the TCW World Tag Team titles. YAY! Go, go Puppy Kickers!

Back to NEO news, we signed someone for $150 per appearance and with be paying their traveling expenses. They'll be debuting in our upcoming event, Rise of the Fallen.

Kashmir Singh and Jefferson Stardust leave NYCW and MAW respectively and I really don't know why.

Rise of the Fallen

• After losing his championship title, Brandon Smith faces a whole new challenge as he takes on one of the most talented second generation wrestlers in Matthew Keith.

• In the semi-main event, "The Dark Star" Erik Strong takes on Brendan Idol in Erik's first title defense. Can The Dark Star successfully defend his title or will there be two title chances in as many months?

Quick Picks

Brandon Smith vs. Matthew Keith

NEO Generation: Dark Star © vs. Brendan Idol

I.W.C. 2.0 & ??? vs. Startune Productions

Allen & Triple D vs. The Fallen

I.W.C. 2.0 & ??? vs. Startune Productions They need to win sometimes too!

Allen & Triple D vs. The Fallen

Congrats on the rise to Small. Now time to bank some money to expand your schedule early at Regional.

NEO Rise of the Fallen

Thursday, Week 3, August 2009

67 people at the Ohio Jewish Center

The Fallen cut a promo stating the reason for their being:Sienna DeVille says her genius has been wasted in the past managing strippers; Erik Strong mentions that in MAW he was kept under the thumb of Mean Jean Cattley and won't let it happen here in NEO (Mean Jean Cattley booked himself as the winner of the 2008 and 2009 Rip Chord Invitational Challenge and beat Strong in May of 2008; he hasn't lost the title yet); Jack Napier aka Mark Smart was broken after being released from NEO; Brimstone is just plain crazy. - D-

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/AmberAllen.jpghttp://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/DazzlingDaveDiamond_McShamrock1.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/Brimstone.jpghttp://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/MarkSmart_FINisher1.jpg

Allen & Diamond defeated The Fallen in 9:42 when Brimstone was disqualified when Sensational Singh ran in and attacked Amber Allen. - E+

Notes: Sienna DeVille did some good work at ringside. The color commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down. Dazzling Dave Diamond is improving in Performance skills.

A pissed of Diamond challenges Sensational Singh to a match to end it all. Next month, the two will face in a Texas Death match! - E+

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/ArthurDexterBradley.jpghttp://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/BenWilliams.jpghttp://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/KeithVegas.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/JeffersonStardust.jpghttp://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/JenNeptune.jpghttp://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/KathyNeptune.jpg

Arthur Dexter Bradley and I.W.C 2.0 defeated Startune Productions in 7:19 when Arthur Dexter Bradley defeated Jefferson Stardust by pinfall with a Frog Splash. - E-

Notes: Jefferson Stardust seemed off his game tonight. Ben Williams was visibly tiring toward the end. Keith Vegas was visibly tiring toward the end. The announcing quality lifted the match. The color commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down.

Brendan Idol cuts a promo hyping up his upcoming match with Dark Star. He says that he's not scared of Erik, which he calls "emo" and asks him if him and DeVille share eye liner.- D

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/BrendanIdol.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/ErikStrong_alt2.jpg

Dark Star defeated Brendan Idol in 20:07 by pinfall with a Dark Sault. Dark Star makes defense number 1 of his NEO Generation title. - D+

Notes: Sienna DeVille did some good work at ringside. Dark Star is improving in Performance skills.

Brandon Smith and Matthew Keith have a spliced promo were both men are say that they each want to be considered the best in the world and will prove it tonight. - D+

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/BulldozerBrandon_alt1.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/MatthewGauge_Nachtfalter5.jpg

Brandon Smith defeated Matthew Keith in 29:37 by pinfall with a Backdrop Driver. - C-

Notes: The announcing job done by Martin Theocott was pretty weak. The announcing quality wasn't up to the same standard as the match.

Overall: D+

Show Thoughts: In the words of the comic book store owner from the Simpsons "Best show ever." Not only was it the best overall card, but Smith/Keith is also considered to be the best match his our young history as well. Matthew Keith wasn't happy about losing to Smith, but screw it, he's left us for to tour BHOTWG. With the win Brandon Smith jumps to an E+ in the Great Lakes. Also jumping to E+ is "Dark Star" Erik Strong. If only they didn't have bad chemistry…

This will be the last show for Martin Theocott. He's been great for us when we were local but now that we are making a lot of money it's time to upgrade.

Finally, Jonathan Taylor played a mean spirited prank on the leaving Matthew Keith. I gave him a stern warning and got a "Gotta boss, you made your point loud and clear." Strike two for Taylor.

Brimstone leaves PSW. What the hell is going on with NEO wrestlers leaving their original promotions?

Was going to try and sign Rhino Umaga, but for a E- in the US he wanted at least $1,000 per appearance. I'll pass

With Matthew leaving, I tried to sign his brother Greg, but missed out on him thanks to WLW.

To replace Keith I signed Shooter Sean Deeley for $1,000 per and travelling expensive and I'm also going to try my luck with Danny Paterson who I am paying $450 an appearance and travelling expenses.

George DeColt retires from wrestling. Alex DeColt takes over the company. Larry Wood gets the book.

Dan Stone Sr. retired from wrestling. Victoria takes over the company. Farrah Hesketh takes the book.

I signed Rock Downpour to replace Martin Theocott at $800 an appearance.

With seemingly everyone getting released, it's nice to see Kashmir Singh signing with 4C.

I traded Erik Strong to FCW for…someone. He lost to the team of Mainstream Hernandez & Sensational Singh in his shot. Fumihiro Ota was his tag partner and the match got a C- rating.

Sam Keith retires and enters the Hall of Immortals.

What's Old Is New

• After successfully defending his title against Brendan Idol, NEO management has found someone from The Dark Star's past to challenge for the title. Who this "Blast from the Past" is we are not sure of.

• Our semi-main event has a match that's been months in the making as Dazzling Dave Diamond and Sensational Singh try and settle their differences for once and for all in a Texas Death match.

• We also have the debuts of Sean Deeley and Danny Patterson. Sean Deeley with be making his debut in a fatal four-way match up with The American Flash, Arthur Dexter Bradley and Fearless Blue, while Patterson takes on Keith Vegas in singles action

• Plus the Mad Dog and Dharma Gregg go on their date!

Quick Picks

NEO Generation: Dark Star © vs. Blast from the Past

Texas Death Match: Dazzling Dave Diamond vs. Sensational Singh

The American Flash vs. Arthur Dexter Bradley vs. Fearless Blue vs. Sean Deeley

Danny Patterson vs. Keith Vegas

Amber Allen vs. Jack Napier

Bonus points for guessing who the "Blast from the Past" is.

NEO What's Old Is New

Saturday, Week 4, September 2009

57 people at the Ohio Jewish Center

A menacing hype video plays for the newest member of the NEO roster, "The Tower of London" Danny Patterson. - C

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/DannyPatterson.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/KeithVegas.jpg

Danny Patterson defeated Keith Vegas in 2:51 by pinfall with a Choke Slam. - E-

Notes: The announcing quality lifted the match. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down.

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/AmberAllen.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/MarkSmart_FINisher1.jpg

Amber Allen defeated Jack Napier in 8:04 by pinfall with a Northern Lights Suplex. - D-

Notes: Jack Napier was really off his game tonight. Sienna DeVille did some good work at ringside. The announcing quality lifted the match. This match brought the crowd's mood down.

Dark Star, flanked by Jack Napier and Brimstone, cuts a promos about his upcoming title defense. He says it doesn't matter who NEO has brought to face him because prophecy has stated his dark reign will last far longer than three months. - E

Notes: This segment brought the crowd's mood down. Dark Star is improving at acting. Brimstone is developing better performance skills.

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/TheAmericanFlash.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/FearlessBlue.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/ShooterSeanDeeley.jpg

Sean Deeley defeated The American Flash and Fearless Blue in 10:16 when Shooter Sean Deeley defeated The American Flash by submission with a Front Choke Lock. - D

Notes: The announcing quality lifted the match. The performance of Shooter Sean Deeley stood out as being good.

Sean Deeley takes the microphone after the match. He says that when coming into a promotion his goal is to be two things, the best technical wrestler and the best overall wrestler in the company. Deeley says he is going to start with taking the title of best technical wrestler in NEO and challenges Amber Allen to a match next month. - D+

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/DharmaGregg.jpg-http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/MadDogMortimer_alt2.jpg

After Deeley's challenge he showed highlights from Dharma Gregg and Mad Dog Mortimer's date. While the date was pretty predictable with Mortimer's ridiculously sleazy attitude ruining the date, my favorite part had to be Mad Dog's dancing "skills" which would give Elaine Bennett a run for her money as the worst dancer alive. Here are the rest of the key moments throughout the segment:

• Mad Dog "accidentally" falling into Dhama Gregg to cop a feel

• Mad Dog trying to feed Gregg parsley instead of well actual food.

• Mad Dog chewing with his mouth open.

• And finally, Dharma Gregg trying to escape the date, only to be caught by Mortimer and then being tied to the chair while Mad Dog continues eating. - E

Notes: This segment brought the crowd's mood down.

Texas Death Match

Sensational Singh defeated Dazzling Dave Diamond in 11:38 when Dazzling Dave Diamond was pinned with a Cal-Cutter and could not beat a ten count. - D-

Notes: The announcing quality lifted the match. Dazzling Dave Diamond is improving in Performance skills.

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/NEOGenerationNeo.jpg

http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/ErikStrong_alt2.jpgvs.http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a288/foolinc/NEO/resized/MainstreamHernandez.jpg

Dark Star defeated Mainstream Hernandez in 24:35 by pinfall with a Dark Sault. Dark Star makes defense number 2 of his NEO Generation title. - C-

Overall: D+

Show Thoughts: Ah, another wonderful card for NEO and another solid match from our new champion. Dark Star over Hernandez is our new best match of the promotion, though I'm pretty sure that it's not going to last long. ;) And you know, I am kind of happy Matthew Keith left for Japan. Deeley is a fine substitute for Matt and while isn't as go of a talker, he'll no doubt be able to bring quality matches to our company. I am definitively very interested in seeing Allen/Deeley, enough so that I am going to make it the main event match for next month.

Keith Vegas complained about losing to Patterson. I am so close to firing this guy it's not funny. But I like Ben Williams too much to fire another one of his tag partners.

Jonathan Taylor pulls another prank, this time on American Flash. Strike three! I fired him and got a "I can't help but think you are being a bit harse, but I'll abide by that decision." Heh. What the hell was he going to do about it? I should note that The American Flash thanked me for having his back and he's now loyal to me. Taylor hates me (duh).

Finally, both Patterson and Deeley's gimmicks of Bad Ass and Legitimate Athlete got over great. And Patterson is already bumped from F- to F. Maybe he's going to work out after all! ^_^

Oh and it looks like I made a mistake in the prediction quick picks and had ABD in the triple threat with Deeley, Flash, and Blue. My bad.

To replace the fired Jonathan Taylor we signed the well traveled Pee-Wee Germaine for $800 per appearance.

With TCW and SWF putting out insanely good cards, NOTBPW falls to Cult after being 3rd in the National Battles for far too long. Sucks to be them. We also signed the greatest pirate in the game, Hugh de Aske, and Jake Sawyer, both for $600.

We re-signed the mouthpiece of the The Fallen Sienna DeVille for $100.

Arthur Dexter Bradley signs with MHW and Brandon Smith signs with NYCW.

MAW rises to Regional. Pretty cool since it happened at Where It All Begins Again, but sucks for us since it's just going to make it harder for us to pass them.

Finally all of our events with now be Medium sized and run for one hours and thirty minutes.Could have done it the moment I got to Small, but wanted this card to be special (if this wasn't a diary I wouldn't have cared).

Hallowed Dreams

• Sean Deeley gets his wish as he goes one on one with Amber Allen in the main event. Also in the semi-main event Brandon Smith takes on the ultra talented rookie, Hugh de Aske.

• Still steam about their lost two months ago, Startune Production demands a rematch against ADB & IWC 2.0 on the grounds that the only reason they won was because they didn't have time to prepare for Bradley. The IWC had accepted but will because of Bradley's commits to MHW, it will be Fearless Blue vs. Startune Productions

Quick Picks

Amber Allen vs. Sean Deeley

Brandon Smith vs. Hugh de Aske

Brimstone vs. Dazzling Dave Diamond

The American Flash vs. Mad Dog Mortimer

Fearless Blue & IWC 2.0 vs. Startune Productions

So Flash is going to become your next Hulk Hogan defeating everyone until he breaks every bone which he owns.. right?

Or he'll just be on my roster probably as a job guy till the diary ends.

At least in 2:31 he didn't get tired...

Patterson isn't that bad on stamina and you know it.

Hallowed Dreams 2009

Saturday, Week 4, October 2009

260 people at the Ohio Jewish Center

As the match between Flash and Mortimer is about to take place Danny Patterson interrupts and starts attacking both men. Flash and Mortimer, not wanting to get destroyed by the Tower of London join forces in an attempt to subdue the Super Heavyweight. As this is going on, the referee gets news from the back and this has become an impromptu handicap match. - C-

Jefferson Stardust and The Neptune Twins defeated Fearless Blue and I.W.C 2.0 in 6:54 when Jefferson Stardust defeated Fearless Blue by pinfall with a Stage Dive.- F+

Notes: Fearless Blue seemed off his game tonight. Ben Williams was visibly tiring toward the end. Keith Vegas was visibly tiring toward the end. The bout dragged in the middle, with a lack of flow being noticeable. The announcing quality lifted the match. The color commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down.

After the match, Jefferson Stardust is pretty happy to finally get off of his losing streak. The Neptunes, always being a killjoy for Stardust say that while The Twins got revenge on IWC, Jefferson didn't really "win" because he didn't beat ADB. - E

Notes: Dazzling Dave Diamond seemed off his game tonight. Sienna DeVille did some good work at ringside. The announcing quality lifted the match. The color commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down. Brimstone is improving in Technical skills.

Jake Sawyer comes down to the ring. The Playboy reveals that NEO has gotten to the point where management can't do it all by themselves anymore. That's why they've named him the new commissioner of NEO Championship Wrestling. He says he hopes the fans enjoy tonight's final two matches because the winners will be meeting next month to decide who will face "The Dark Star" Erik Strong at Unwanted Gifts 2009. - C-

Brandon Smith defeated Hugh de Aske in 15:45 by pinfall with a Backdrop Driver. - D

Dazzling Dave Diamond meets up with Amber Allen before her match. He's concerned about Amber Allen tonight. Amber tells Triple D not to worry about it and that she can handle "The Shooter." - E+

Sean Deeley defeated Amber Allen in 25:14 by submission with a Front Choke Lock. - C+

Notes: Amber Allen and Shooter Sean Deeley have pretty good chemistry, and it lifted the match. The match deserved better color commentary.

Overall: C-

Show Thoughts: Allen and Deeley put on a freaking showcase. This event Swept the best show, match, and attendance. ^_^ And Smith/Aske didn't disappoint either. Not only that, but Allen and Deeley have good chemistry to boot. Happy days in NEO.

Ben Williams is pissed about losing, which is probably the oddest thing I've seen in a while. The opening angle was just the menace hype video since I don't think that the other guys in the ring matter for that type of angle (unless it's a name guy like when Umaga destroyed Flair or Lesnar recking the Hardy Boyz).

The fallout from Hallowed Dreams was all good news. After the fantastic Allen/Deeley match up, both competitors jump a grade (Allen to an E and Deeley to a D-). Also getting the rub was the impressive rookie for the Low Countries, Hugh de Aske. After his first match, he's already an E-. The only thing that could be concerned a disappointment was that Danny Patterson didn't jump from F to F+, but that's just me being greedy.

I just noticed that the current INSPIRE tour is called the Unscripted Tour. Got to love the AI sometimes.

We re-signed Brendan Idol for $600 per appearance.

Steve Flash is signs with MAW. This is his first time back in the ring since May 2008.

Amber Allen is touring again with 5SSW. Works for me as she seems to be improving.

Greg Gauge gets hit with a Semi-Severed Spinal Column. He's going to be out for 14 month and one week. Ouch. He's touring with WLW while also working with INSPIRE. What a surprise.

Battle For The Best

• After taking care of Amber Allen and Hugh de Aske respectively, Brandon Smith and Sean Deeley will meet in a number one contender's match in our main event.

• Trying to prove that he's a winner, Jefferson Stardust goes one on one with Arthur Dexter Bradley, while his stable mates, The Neptune Twins, will be facing IWC 2.0 in a tag match.

Quick Picks

#1 Contender: Brandon Smith vs. Sean Deeley

Brendan Idol vs. Sensational Singh

The American Flash vs. Hugh de Aske vs. Fearless Blue vs. Mad Dog Mortimer

IWC 2.0 vs. The Neptune Twins

Arthur Dexter Bradley vs. Jefferson Stardust

Ouch, that sucks. Altought I hate the Gauge brothers, and everyone else who's just too good right from the start :p

AND foolinc's NEO: From The Bottom Up is just so good (It really is, check it out!) compared to my attempt..

Don't know if you spotted this in the last post I made to my TI-diary  Keep up the good work foolinc, I may not post frequently but rest assured: I'm following this!

Notes: The announcing quality lifted the match. The color commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down.

A defeated Jefferson Stardust is walking back to the locker room where he is met by The Neptune Twins. They tell him that they just talked to Jake Sawyer and Jefferson has one last chance, or else. - E+

Danny Patterson is being forceful with Dharma Gregg in the back. NEO's white knight, Dazzling Dave Diamond and his his girlfriend, Amber Allen, come in for the save. - D

Notes: The performance of Danny Patterson looked good. Dazzling Dave Diamond was very underwhelming.

Notes: The American Flash was really off his game tonight. The announcing quality lifted the match. The color commentary gave the match a boost. This match brought the crowd's mood down.

After the match a confident Hugh de Aske takes the microphone from our nameless announcer. He says women have no place in the world of wrestling and challenged that "wench" Amber Allen to a match next month to prove it. - D-

Similar to the Keith/Smith spliced promo, Both Brendon Smith and Sean Deeley talk about how they are the best wrestler in the company. - D-

Notes: This segment brought the crowd's mood down.

Brandon Smith drew with Sean Deeley in 30:00 when the time limit expired. - C-

Notes: Brandon Smith and Sean Deeley don't seem to click, and it made for an awkward bout.

Overall: D

Show Notes: Talk about getting screwed. Not only did our semi-main event of Idol and Singh has chemistry problem, but so did Brandon Smith and Sean Deeley! I think I'm going to cry. Though Smith and Deeley still getting a C- just shows how good they are as wrestlers. Plus as an added bonus Sean Deeley was perfectly fine with the draw. I think I'm in love! ;)

We also had another incident involving Keith Vegas when he was late to show. I read is untalented ass the riot act and got, "Fine, I'll be more punctual in the future." This better fix him for his sake because tonight's tag match was the last part of the Startune Production storyline I needed him for.

Ouch, that sucks. Altought I hate the Gauge brothers, and everyone else who's just too good right from the start :p

I totally understand. I mean I still use them, but I understand where you are coming from on those two. And no I didn't notice it. Thanks for the words of encouragement.

I think this just screams of an Triple Threat with Brendan Idol. Three different styles - one belt. I'd like that.

Kathy Neptune picked up Slack Jaw after Battle For The Best. HAHAHHAHA!

Our very own Sean Deeley defeated Honest Frank to become the NYCW Empire champion! Honest Frank held the title from May 2008 and successfully defended the title 18 times.

In a "I can't believe the AI just did that" moment, Bob Casey wins the NOTBPW Wrestling Spirit (low level) title. That's right Bob Casey wins something in NOTBP freaking W.

Finally we re-sign Smart/Napier for $300 per appearance. Now on to the last card of the year.

Unwanted Gifts 2009

• After their 30 minute time limit draw, Commissioner Jake Sawyer has decided that both Brandon Smith and Sean Deeley will be taking on The Dark Star for the NEO Generation title in our main event.

• Amber Allen has accepted Hugh de Aske's challenge and the two will meet in the semi-main event at Unwanted Gifts 2009.

• It appears that Jefferson Stardust's "last chance" (whatever that means) is a match against The Neptunes newest crush, Brendan Idol.

Quick Picks

NEO Generation: Brandon Smith vs. Dark Star © vs. Sean Deeley

Amber Allen vs. Hugh de Aske

Danny Patterson vs. Dazzling Dave Diamond

Fearless Blue & Dharma Gregg vs. Sensationally Powerful

NEO Generation: Brandon Smith vs. Dark Star © vs. Sean Deeley I like Dark Star to retain.

Amber Allen vs. Hugh de Aske

Danny Patterson vs. Dazzling Dave Diamond I see Patterson's heel push to continue.

Fearless Blue & Dharma Gregg vs. Sensationally Powerful

Brendan Idol vs. Jefferson Stardust I see Idol to replace Stardust at some point in the stable. Could be an interesting feud actually.
