The ability to make your guy a cheapskate who just happens to be creative enough to get anyone over or a locker room leader who can fill his roster with hardcases but is not very good at assigning gimmicks makes for an all around more interesting game. Because in the past your User Character almost always was just a profile. It didn't really mean much to anything (outside of the fact if you got fired and you were not good enough to open your own company... and not good enough to even get a job as a headbooker somewhere else). Should make it easier for new users to get into (which I'm always pushing for). Lockroom leader........It might be easy now but remember if you don't have a 5 in it then there will be a "penelty" of some kind. I know for a fact i am going to try a game with ten in finance and motivation and 0 in the other two just to see how it goes down. imagin a whole locker room of big scott smacks.
