TUESDAY...

Week 3 May 2010...

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TheMaskedAvatar.jpg

[...Over a week has gone by and I still have not been able to turn around T-Rex's decision to head to the indy scene. He will be a great loss for the company but we have to move forward...]

[...Speaking of moving forward, I finally got a chance to sit down and watch SWF's latest pay-per-view event: Master of Puppets. They had a few choice matches on the card. In the undercard, Squeaky McClean defeated Captain Atomic, Rich Money defeated Lobster Warrior, Brandon James defended the SWF North American Title successfully in a four way match against Valiant, Enforcer Roberts and Gregory Black, Steve Frehley defeated Remo, Vengeance defeated Jack Bruce and in the main event Eric Eisen successfully defended the SWF World Heavyweight Title against Marat Khoklov in a true showing of nepotism. Overall, I'd give this show a 'B.'...]

[...On Sunday, the retirement of PGHW Owner Sadaharu Jimbo was announced and it was announced that his nephew Seiji Jimbo would be running the company. I had no complaints about that as I spoke with both of them before it happened and Seiji made it known that he would honor the working agreement that his Uncle made with us...]

[...Of course by now I was already within a motel room in the Mid South region as the show will be held within the West Texas Coliseum this week. I was going over the show when I got a knock on my door. I rose up to answer the door and when I did I was nearly bowled over onto the floor...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AliciaStrong.jpg

[...Luckily, I was able to catch Alicia before she knocked us both down and I moved her over to my bed, setting her down. In one hand, she held a beer and I shook my head...]

The Masked Avatar

"Where did you get that, Alicia?"

Alicia Strong

"OH! Darryl gave it to me. You want some?"

[...I shook my head but slipped the beer from her hand and set it over on the table...]

The Masked Avatar

"I think you've had enough for both of us."

Alicia Strong

"Party pooper! I'm young! I wanna have fun!"

[...She grabbed my arm and tried to get me to start dancing or spinning. I couldn't figure out which one she was trying to do. But the spinning got to her and within moments she was headed for my bathroom. This was gonna be a long night...]

WEDNESDAY...

Week 3 May 2010...

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TheMaskedAvatar.jpg

[...Last night had been a very tough evening. Alicia spent a lot of time within my bathroom and it got to the point where I needed to go to sleep. She knew how to see herself out, right? I woke up this morning and heard a slight moan beside me. What in the world did I miss last night? I turned my head to the side and my eyes went wide...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AliciaStrong.jpg

[...Alicia Strong was lying there beside me in bed underneath the covers. What exactly happened last night after I went to bed? Did she just crash there? A knock at the door startled me awake...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/SamStrong.jpg

Sam Strong

"Hello? Avatar? You up yet? We need to discuss some rewrites on the show tonight."

[...Oh hell. This would not look good for Alicia or for me. I cleared my throat...]

The Masked Avatar

"Give me a few minutes to shower and I'll meet you in the hotel lobby."

[...There was a pause at the door before Sam's voice came out again...]

Sam Strong

"You've got five minutes."

[...I heard him walk away and then looked toward Alicia, nudging her for a moment. She let out a moan, sliding a bare arm up and rubbing her head...]

Alicia Strong

"Where am I?"

[...Alicia looked over and she looked almost as scared as I was...]

The Masked Avatar

"I've only got a few minutes before I need to meet your father in the lobby.:

[...Her eyes went even wider when I mentioned her father. She pulled the covers down, showing that she had slept in her clothes. I was thankful for small favors since our relationship had not gotten to that point yet. Kissing, yes. Making out, yes. But nothing quite like this. I leaned over and gave her a kiss before rushing to get a quick shower so I could meet with her father. The plan was for her to leave a few minutes after I went downstairs just in case her father was around...]

USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Wednesday Week 3 May 2010

Location: West Texas Coliseum (Mid South)

Attendance: 2,000

Overall Rating: C-

TV Rating: 1.61

Some of the angles used definitely helped lift the show as a whole.

I think this show might have actually hurt our popularity overall.

Pre Show: In an extremely short match, Jared Johnson defeated Ted Brady in 4:47 by submission with a Carolina Crossface...D-

Pre Show: In an extremely short match, Danny Rushmore defeated Ekuma The Hawaiian Strong Man in 3:55 by pinfall with an Atomic Boot...D+

Pre Show: In an extremely short match, Raven Robinson defeated Golden Delicious in 5:01 by pinfall with a Night Faller...E+

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[The show begins on the big video screen. The locker room area is lit up and the crowd releases some cheers as a figure walks inside...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg

[...Chris Caulfield, the Hardcore American, steps inside the locker room and walks over to another figure, tapping him on the shoulder...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma.jpg

[...Enygma turns and looks in the eyes of Chris Caulfield and they shake hands...]

Chris Caulfield

"At Declaration Of Independence, you deserve to be on my team and you will be on my team taking out the Four Horsemen right by my side."

[...Enygma just nodded and patted Chris on the shoulder before turning back to his locker and hoisting the USPW World Heavyweight Title belt over his shoulder. He pointed toward the belt and gave it a pat and Chris nodded. There is a reason Enygma is the World Champion, right?]

Match #1

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/PeterValentine.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TheMaskedAvatar.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/NickyChampion_jhd.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/JimForce.jpg

Peter Valentine and The Masked Avatar vs. Champion Force

[it was definitely surprising at how well received this tag team match was and it gave the fans hope for the singles matches that were to come at the pay-per-view as Peter Valentine would be defending his National Title against Nicky Champion and The Masked Avatar would be going one on one with The Force. The match went back and forth between the four men with The Force ending up playing the role of face-in-peril. Valentine and Avatar used double-team moves on him in the corner and then sent him outside the ring where he was rammed into the steel ringpost. His facepaint was slowly coming off due to the beating that he took. He took a Superplex from The Masked Avatar and Avatar made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- broken up by Nicky Champion!...]

[...It wasn't long after that when The Force started hearing the power of his people. They were raising his merchandise up in the air and pounding their feet! The Force ducked a clothesline from The Masked Avatar and came off the ropes -- double clothesline! Both men fell to the mat and began crawling toward their corners. Within moments, both men made tags and Nicky was a house en fuego! Nicky took down Valentine and Avatar with punches! He body slammed Valentine and then one for Avatar! The Force entered the ring and took care of Avatar as Valentine reached his feet. Valentine turned -- Hawkeye Hammer! Nicky nailed him with his version of the lariat! He made a cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3! If Nicky can do that at Declaration then we will have a new USPW National Champion!]

Winners: Champion Force (Via Pinfall @ 6:33)

Match Rating: C-

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[After the ring cleared, some familiar music began to play and the crowd went absolutely wild as a figure stepped from the back...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/SamStrong.jpg

[...It's USPW Owner Sam Strong! It was mentioned last week that he would be here tonight to address his injuries. He has a cast on his right leg as he uses crutches to hobble down toward the ring. He is careful getting inside the ring but when he does he is handed a microphone...]

Sam Strong

"Everyone wants to know who it was that attacked me two weeks ago in the locker room. Well, I am out here tonight to let everyone know just who it was: The Four Horsemen."

[...Boos fill the crowd! Why would the Four Horsemen attack Sam?...]

Sam Strong

"That arrogant group thinks that they run things around here? I don't think so. I am the man that runs things here in USPW. I am the Owner of the company. So I am officially putting my support behind Chris Caulfield and his team. I am also out here to up the stakes for that match at Declaration Of Independence. Not only will it be a 4 on 4 match. Not only will the stipulations hold that if the Horsemen win they each get a title shot and if they lose they must disband. But it will also be contested in a Cage Wars match!"

[...The crowd absolutely pops! One of those hasn't been seen here in USPW in years!...]

Sam Strong

"For those of you unfamiliar with the rules, it's simple. To begin with, there will be two seperate rings that are side by side. These two rings together will be enclosed by a steel cage on all sides but one: the sides that are pressed together. You can move from ring to ring but you cannot exit either ring. Two men start in the ring, one from each team and a coin toss is held backstage to determine which team gets to send out another wrestler. It alternates every two minutes until all eight men are in the ring. Then the Match Beyond begins where the win can only come by submission or surrender. Good luck, gentlemen."

[...Sam smiled and dropped the microphone off, grabbing the crutches and working his way out of the ring, hobbling toward the back.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

Match #2

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/GiantRedwood.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AlTheHillbilly.jpg

Giant Redwood vs. Al The Hillbilly

[The crowd was extremely focused on what had just transpired with USPW Owner Sam Strong so much that they didn't pay this match a whole lot of attention. There were a couple of fans paying this match some close attention. One of them even had a sign: 'I came all the way from Rancho Cucamonga to see Al the Hillbilly!!!' Redwood was dominant against Al The Hillbilly. Al didn't even take Redwood off his feet! Redwood hit Al with a big boot and then the Standing Splash for a pinfall: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Giant Redwood (Via Pinfall @ 2:08)

Match Rating: E

[...Redwood beat Al quicker than he beat Pete last week. He rose to his feet, getting the boos from the crowd. The crowd booed even louder when a figure stepped out and walked toward the ring not looking happy at all...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Liberty_jhd2.jpg

[...James Justice entered the ring and raised his hands to Redwood, showing him he means him no harm. Justice has a microphone...]

James Justice

"You and I, we have a past. We have both shed much blood in our feud within the past Redwood but I say it's time to let bygones be bygones. I would like to be the man to extend the olive branch in your direction, Redwood. You heard Sam Strong just a few minutes before your match, right? (Redwood nods) It is going to be a war zone in there and I need a soldier that I can trust to be on my side against the likes of Bruce The Giant, Chris Caulfield and Enygma. I want to offer you a spot on my team."

[...Redwood looked surprised. The crowd was stunned. James Justice, Tyson Baine and Giant Redwood...?...]

James Justice

"You don't have to give me an answer right now, big man. Just...think about it."

[...The crowd booed as Redwood nodded his head and exited over the top rope. What a turn of events this has turned out to be...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

Match #3

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW_TV.jpg

USPW World Television Title Match

Andre Jones defends vs. James Hernandez

[These two have great chemistry in the ring and that elevates their matches any time they step foot inside the squared circle together. None of the fans left for the bathroom or merchandise stand but none of them were really that into the match either. Jones and Hernandez went back and forth, including Jones ducking a Super Kick from Hernandez and Hernandez powering out of a Blast From The Past. The turning point came as Darryl Devine and Seduction came down to ringside. Andre Jones had just been taken out by a flying cross body outside the ring by Hernandez. When Hernandez got up he was face-to-face with Devine. The referee warned Darryl not to interfere and Darryl raised his hands up like 'Who? Me?' Hernandez rolled Andre Jones into the ring. Hernandez bounced off the ropes and was tripped by Devine! The crowd booed but the referee was checking on Jones! Jones popped back up to his feet and moved over, grabbing Hernandez and bringing him in -- Blast From The Past Piledriver! He made the cover, hooking the leg: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Andre Jones (Via Pinfall @ 8:14)

Match Rating: D

[...This was successful defense number 13 on the year for Andre Jones and he doesn't look like he's going to be slowing up any time soon. Jones left with the belt and in the meantime, in the ring, Hernandez is getting to his feet, holding his neck when he gets blindsided by a clothesline...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/DarrylDevine.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Seduction.jpg

[...Darryl Devine grabs Hernandez and kicks him in the gut -- Devine Dream Drop! The crowd boos as Hernandez falls to the mat, clutching his jaw and neck area. Seduction yells something to Darryl and grabs him by the arm, pleading with him to just leave! Devine looks to her for a moment and then down to the fallen Hernandez and then back to Seduction. Devine leaves with Seduction, giving room for the EMTs to come in and check on Hernandez, who is out cold.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[The crowd is not happy about what transpired in the last match. But the big video screen lights up and gets them to cheering...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg

[...The Hardcore American Chris Caulfield is seen walking! He turns a hallway...]

[...--CRACK!--...]

[...A steel chair just came crashing in on the head of Caulfield! He tries to stay upright but falls flat on his back as someone comes in from that side carrying a chair...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BryanHolmes.jpg

[...The crowd boos as Bryan Holmes stands over Chris Caulfield with a stoic look in his eyes. He lets Caulfield know that he will see him next week. Apparently, we've got a match set for next week! Chris Caulfield vs. Bryan Holmes!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

Match #4

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/JumboJackson.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ShaneSneer.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/CaptainUSA.jpg

Jumbo Jackson vs. Captain USA

[Mostly just a filler match and a bathroom break match, especially with the lack of chemistry between these two. Jumbo Jackson was dominant over Captain USA. The crowd tried to get behind USA with chants for him but Jumbo barely let him get in any offensive moves. Quickly he had USA in the corner and crushed him with the Jumbo Avalanche. USA fell to the mat and Jumbo made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Jumbo Jackson (Via Pinfall @ 2:30)

Match Rating: E+

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[The focus shifts to the big video screen and a figure standing with his back turned to the camera. The man turns back to look at the camera...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/JimForce.jpg

[...The Force stares down at his hand for a moment and then up to the camera...]

The Force

"Come to me, Forcemaniacs! For we have a terrible foe that we need to overcome. Masked Avatar, you hide your very existence behind a mask and behind what the people would not understand. But I have been to the darkest pyramids in Egypt. I have ridden the elephants in Africa. I have survived the jungles of the congo. I shall survive you. I shall survive because of the power that runs through my veins. The power that comes from Parts Unknown. This is the power known to all as The FFFFOOOORRRRCCCCEEEE! But it is more than The Force. It is the driving force behind the universe. It is the very existence of all time and matter itself. When you step into the ring with me at Declaration Of Independence you shall know true fear and true pain. You shall know that the power of the Force is eternal as long as people buy my merchandise!!"

[...A few more grunts and groans as The Force flexes his muscles and then it's back to the ring...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

Match #5

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TheBigProblem.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg

The Big Problem vs. Chris Caulfield

[Most people probably would have thought that The Big Problem would be more of a problem for the Hardcore American, especially after the chair attack earlier in the evening. But Chris Caulfield came out for blood tonight and he tore right into and through The Big Problem. It was only after about 2 and a half minutes that Caulfield hit the Danger Drop and made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Chris Caulfield (Via Pinfall @ 2:37)

Match Rating: D

[...Chris Caulfield rose up and raised his hands to cheers from the crowd. The crowd was a little tentative though because someone came down to the ring, stepping over the top rope to get inside...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/GiantRedwood.jpg

[...Giant Redwood came face-to-face with Chris Caulfield in the center of the ring. Redwood had been given an opportunity earlier to join James Justice's team at Declaration Of Independence. After an intense staredown, Redwood offers his hand to Chris Caulfield! After a moment of hesitation, Caulfield takes the hand! The crowd cheers as it seems that Redwood has decided NOT to take James Justice up on his offer! Redwood raises the arm of Chris Caulfield --...]

[...--BOOM!--...]

[...Redwood dropped Caulfield with a clothesline! The crowd boos! Giant Redwood picks up Caulfield and lifts him up over his head, walking toward the ropes. He tosses Caulfield out of the ring and onto his back! Caulfield grabs his back in pain as Redwood looks down at him with an intense growl. So we know which side Giant Redwood has selected!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[The announcers spoke about that vicious attack by Giant Redwood and then turned their attention to a match that has been announced for next week...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Liberty_jhd2.jpg

[...Enygma versus James Justice in a non title affair! This could be a huge win for either side, building momentum toward Declaration!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

Match #6

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/FumihiroOta.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/RobertOxford.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/KatieCameron.jpg

Fumihiro Ota vs. Robert Oxford

[Katie Cameron brought Robert Oxford out for this bout with our resident standout Fumihiro Ota. The match itself was not as good as some others since Oxford is not quite as popular as, say, Bruce The Giant. But both men did show some excellent skills in the ring. Oxford had to avoid a Ninja Strike by ducking down and letting the reverse enzuigiri swing right over his head. Ota landed on his feet though and took down Oxford with a spinwheel kick. Ota went to the top -- Moonsault -- Knees up! Oxford got the knees right into the ribs of Ota! Oxford picked up Ota and dropped him in a fallaway slam before heading to the top -- Top Rope Kneedrop! The crowd cheered and one held up a sign: 'Robert Oxford: One of the most underrated wrestlers on the planet!' as Oxford made the cover, hooking the leg: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Robert Oxford (Via Pinfall @ 6:27)

Match Rating: D

[...Katie Cameron entered the ring to celebrate with Robert Oxford. But Katie was shoved to the mat from behind! The crowd booed as three figures hit the ring, attacking Robert Oxford...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ShaneSneer.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/MickMuscles.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/DannyRushmore.jpg

[...The USPW World Tag Team Champions went to work on Oxford. Rushmore held him up in a bear hug position as Muscles bounced off the ropes -- clothesline! What a double team move by the Champs! Katie waved toward the back as she struggled with Shane Sneer and she got what she wanted...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/SteveFlash.jpg

[...Steve Flash came running in with a chair in hand! He smashed the chair against the forehead of Muscles! He damn near broke the chair over the head of Rushmore, leaving Rushmore with a chair necklace as he fell to the mat. Flash checked on the condition of his partner and then of Katie Cameron.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

[The attention turned to the big video screen while things were being sorted out in the ring. The split-screen showed four men walking...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TysonBaine.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/T-Rex_alt1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BrucetheGiant.jpg

[...It's gonna be The Titans against Enygma and Bruce The Giant in our main event! And it's gonna be next!]

Match #7

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TysonBaine.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/T-Rex_alt1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BrucetheGiant.jpg

The Titans vs. Enygma and Bruce The Giant

[The Titans made their entrance first, flashing four fingers. Speculation was rumoured by the announcers about T-Rex and his place on the team as it was confirmed that he will not be in the four versus four main event. Instead, he will be wrestling Des Davids at Declaration Of Independence. Then the lights dimmed and spotlights swirled around the arena, picking up everyone out there until they focused on one man. The USPW World Champion Enygma! Enygma stood beside his usual sign: 'Enygma and Giant: Mysterious Power- Titan Doom.......' He raised the USPW World Title belt to massive cheers from the crowd! Then he headed down through the crowd and toward the ring. He paused at the guardrail and leaped over, sliding inside the ring where he was immediately attacked by Tyson Baine and T-Rex! Baine grabbed the USPW World Title belt from him as T-Rex yanked him up and Baine rammed the title down his throat! The crowd booed but there was nothing that could be done since the match had not officially started yet. The bell did finally sound as the title was brought outside the ring. Then the rumbling began as T-Rex shot Enygma into a Baine big boot! Bruce The Giant came running down toward the ring as best he could given his knee problems caused by his tag team partner tonight. As attention turned to Bruce, the cameras caught sight of a sign: 'The Titans, prepare to face a mysterious Enygma and a Giant!' Bruce climbed up and stepped over the top rope and into the ring! He caught T-Rex with a big boot and then stood toe to toe with Tyson Baine! The two men stared at each other, both growling and ready for a fight. T-Rex came in from the side and Bruce saw him! T-Rex was hit with a big punch! Enygma came in against Tyson Baine and it was an absolute slobberknocker!...]

[...When things were settled down, it was Enygma and Tyson Baine in the ring. Enygma dropped Baine with a couple of dropkicks and then knocked him into a corner. Unfortunately for Enygma, it was the Titans' corner. Enygma was held as Baine made the tag and T-Rex came in with a few rib shots for Enygma. T-Rex pulled Enygma out of the corner and dropped him with a hard vertical suplex in the center of the ring. The Jurassic Power beat his chest to boos from the crowd. T-Rex then turned his attention back to Enygma and stomped him hard in the ribs several times before tagging back out to Baine. Baine looked really good for the next couple of minutes as he focused on the back of Enygma with a backbreaker and then a Power Bomb! Baine made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- broken up by Bruce! Bruce was not ready for this match to end by a long shot! Bruce exited the ring as Baine pulled Enygma up and brought him over to a corner. He raised him up so he was seated on the top turnbuckle. Baine climbed up, getting Enygma set up for a Superplex. But Enygma caught him with a few shots to the ribs! A headbutt! Enygma pushed Baine off the turnbuckles where Baine landed on his back! Enygma leaped off the second turnbuckle -- flying elbow drop! The crowd got wildly behind Enygma as he lay on the mat and then started crawling toward his corner. Baine lay there for a moment longer than Enygma and then he also started crawling. Each man looked to make the tag. Bth are so close...Baine with the longer arms gets his tag in first. The Jurassic Power comes over just in time to see Enygma tag in Bruce!...]

[...Bruce The Giant steps in over the top rope and floors T-Rex with a Giant Headbutt! The crowd goes wild as Bruce picks T-Rex back up and lifts him over a shoulder -- snake eyes! T-Rex is staggering at the moment but in comes Tyson Baine! Baine catches Bruce with a knee to the kidneys from behind and Bruce nearly goes down but catches himself on the ropes. T-Rex takes this opportunity to exit the ring. He comes back in with a steel chair which he cracks over the back of Bruce The Giant! Referee Jez McArthuer calls for the bell.]

Winners: Enygma and Bruce The Giant (Via Disqualification @ 10:04)

Match Rating: C

[...T-Rex and Tyson Baine were disqualified but they look like the better end of the two as T-Rex hits Bruce several more times with the chair on the back! Enygma comes in, leaping from the top turnbuckle to hit T-Rex with a missle dropkick! Enygma turns -- big boot out of nowhere! Who did the big boot?...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/GiantRedwood.jpg

[...It's Giant Redwood! Redwood hit the ring and the crowd boos his presence here. Redwood picks Enygma up and tosses him at Tyson Baine. Baine catches him around the throat -- Hades Bomb! Enygma is down and out! Redwood looks down at the fallen form of Bruce The Giant as Bruce lies on his stomach -- Standing Splash to the back of Bruce The Giant! The crowd boos as Redwood gets back up and shakes hands with Tyson Baine. Redwood, Baine and T-Rex stand victorious as the show comes to a close.]

Just read the last show and it was well worth the wait! Shocked, horrified, ecstatic about Justice's latest selection - this one's going to be a slobberknocker!

Anger vs. Bruce The Giant

It's Bruce!

Giant Redwood vs. Ekuma The Hawaiian Strongman

Ekuma will probably be a star one day but an unknown beating a PPV-main-eventer-to-be can only be a bad thing.

Cherry Bomb vs. Alicia Strong

Daddy's little girl...

Danny Rushmore vs. Steve Flash

Tough call this one, went with the better performer.

T-Rex vs. Freddie Datsun

I'm guessing Rex's swansong will be a defeat by Davids, which is why I'm not expected a job to Datsun as well. I'll probably be wrong though!

Bryan Holmes vs. Chris Caulfield

I'm going for a DQ. I really like your Holmes character but I think a cheap finish keeps both men strong for the PPV.

Non Title: James Justice vs. Enygma

This one goes under the banner of 'non-title means challenger wins.'

Thanks for the predictions so far everyone! Really and truly appreciate them as well as the comments about the diary. It's the fans that always keep these things going so keep the predictions and comments coming!

jhd1, yeah I kinda figured you'd be shocked at my choice of replacement for T-Rex. Though I did say earlier that I was planning a push for one of the Problem Solvers in particular. :D

Am sure that Lexa90 is happy about that.

SUNDAY...

Week 3 May 2010...

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TheMaskedAvatar.jpg

[...It's hard to believe that it's already Sunday. Where has the rest of the week gone? We will be in the Huntsville Fairgrounds for this go-home show to USPW Declaration of Independence. I am definitely feeling like it is a strong card lineup that we have going for us right now. Hopefully, the rest of the fans will think so as well. Greg Gauge will make his in-ring debut at the show so it will be interesting to see how he performs when it comes to working USPW style. Of course, luckily, with the show being in Huntsville, I am able to stay at home in my apartment here in Alabama and work on the card itself. My eyes moved to a stray piece of paper on the desk and I took a good long look at it...]
