also, I just did these renders last night, one to test out some new duds, the other to test an edited model with new accessories.

 

The 2nd one first, my new test render of SvR Belt (with custom-made plates that have custom textures), using the Template as the belt's texture. Rendered in Poser 4, since it'll be used to quickly troubleshoot any problems. Since it was imported using P4, it should also be compatible with P4Pro and above when I finish and distribute it.

The 1st one second, another preliminary test render of my e-fedding Ace, Axl Evermore, using M4 in Poser 8, with new duds.

The shorts texture is mine and the boots "texture" is an altered version of the template while I prep some "custom" textures (generic ones as well, which will also be distributed once finished).

Work in progress (tights design is rather rough) originally he's quite pudgey, I can't recall what weight level he's set at in TEW... something like this?

On a sadder note, I no longer seem to have the shades I originally used for Swoop. :(

All sorts of awesome Self, he's like a guy who found out that all his recycling actually just ends up being thrown in the same garbage truck as normal trash anyway and turned on mankind!

 

If I ever do anything further with these guys, I'm totally stealing that for his backstory.

 

Here's another freebie. A botched attempt at rendering a celebrity that I think I salvaged into something nice. Which is really how most of my characters start out. I don't have a name for her.

Note to Self; render some ugly chicks. Shouldn't be too hard. My recent attempt at Lindsay Sugar was hauntingly grotesque, and... well... you should see Grinn without her facepaint. That's an interesting alt for the future.

Nice! I love it Self. I think you should do an expansion pack for the Cornellverse using your renders. You have a lot of depth to your characters so I think it would be cool.

 

I've thought about it. I spent many hours one weekend thinking about a pack of 100 new wrestlers who gradually debut through the first 3 years of the C-Verse... but ultimately it's more work than I'm willing to put in. I'm just not that 'into' TEW any more. I'm doing this rendering thing right now, having a blast showing off all this work, but after that I think I'm done.

Probably a bit. This is pretty much the only place I've found to have a rational conversation about wrestling on the internet. I just won't be doing all of the modding, alting, rendering, mafiaing, diarying I've been doing for... It feels like years.
