TEW10 Render Thread

Good renders MJStark, and good use of MDC's "V4 Mask" too.

But if they've been made correctly, clothing shouldn't have to be "parented", it should simply be "conforming" and should conform well just using the "conform to..." command in the menu next to the File menu, and then selecting your base figure to conform it to.

Once that's done, posing your figure should automatically pose the clothing.

 

Unless you're using raw OBJ's as props, THEN you need to parent them.

Maybe make the mouth expression/pose a little more "natural" looking...?

Also make the Highlight for the lips a lighter shade of grey (or maybe blueish, for some interestingness) so that it doesn't look like a straight-up black peanut, but rather, visibly lip-like.

 

The first one is awesome in a hippie sort of way.

I love the "wide-eyed idealist" expression on her face, evoking memories of that hilarious "40-Year-Old Virgin" poster.

I made the first for my created announcer/eye-candy as none of the random female renders I have fit, but I'm quite proud of the way it turned out so I thought I'd share

Good starts. My advice would be to click on the eyes, select 'Point At' and choose 'Default Camera'. It'll automatically make the eyes look at the camera, instead of slightly to the left or right. I find personallity comes across better when they're looking at you (unless the point is they're avoiding eye contact)

I set the document to 450x600, and rendered at 600x800 with Anti-Alias, Bump-Mapping, Textures, and Shadows all turned on.</p><p>

Well I think it's been almost 2 months since I last posted something. Been busy with IRL but now I have a little a vacation time. This didn't turn out quite the way I wanted, but still not bad (the complex lighting caused daz to crash 5 times beofre I gave up and went to one of my simple schemes).

Yeah.. I took some spikes and added it to them helmet and also changed the chest plate to give it more neck support

These new renders look awesome! I must admit I've never been a fan of CW or KyKy either, Cverse is obviously the classic but like the GDS-Verse, mods using different backgrounds is no bad thing.
