I really like how the teams are shaping up for Team Abyss and Team Wolfe! It has a whole UK vs. US theme right now!

I'm sure Samoa Joe got booted for him wrecking Puff's wedding. Bagwell has a lot of PULL in TNA you know.

Was fun to see the Backseats get a short title run. I can't think of any teams who traded the belts away that quick. They may to align with Buff's stable so they can work up to another shot. They proved they could work a good match when they carried the Ring Wizards right after the title loss.

and agree that Stiener-Davey Boy has been a very good DOGFIGHT and look forward to more. with tags and a possible 6-man to fracture off to something new, the feud can last a while longer.

PRE SHOW

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Rocky Romero defeated Harry Smith in 7:03 by pinfall with a High Speed. D+

Explosion

Sunday, week 1, April 2003

Don Haskins Centre, El Paso, TX.

Live on UrbanXtra pay per view

Jeff Jarrett opens the show and remarks that he is glad AJ Styles admitted that he is a punk... as Jarrett has made a career out of beating punks. He is also pleased about the fact the match will be in a steel cage, as this will limit Styles' fast paced offence and allow him to bloody Styles once again. C+

Low Ki v Paul London

A little disappointing, especially given London's decent matches of late. The offence was about even between the two but it was Ki who won the match... and then he spat on London after the match in a disgusting show of disrespect. D

Pride of Britain v Triple X (Kazarian & Skipper, with Francine)

A considerably better match than the opener and one where Wolfe and Williams look to build on their two big wins last week as Lethal Lockdown inches closer. All momentum they had built came stuttering to a halt though as in 6:53 when Elix Skipper defeated Desmond Wolfe by pinfall with a handful of tights. C-

Buff Bagwell tells the camera he has the body of an adonis, and performs a series of classic bodybuilder poses in a mirror. He then rubs oil all over his torso, and calls out to Roger to "get ready" as Buff the Stuff is coming. Roger is heard off camera unable to hide his delight as Buff walks fully oiled, wearing only a pink thong, into the showers in his locker room. C

NWA TNA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

Abyss & Vader (champions) v Backstreet Boyz v Latin American Exchange

The two challengers didn't look a lot like the former Tag Team champions in this encounter where they both effectively used their rematch clauses. This was mainly because the new champions wouldn't let them be, as they fully utilised their size advantage to bully their way to a comfortable first defence. The end came when Abyss pinned Trent Acid in 11:44 following a Black Hole Slam. Vader and Abyss make defence number 1 of their NWA TNA World Tag Team titles.

Mike Tenay hypes AJ Styles to the moon, saying he thinks he will be the next NWA TNA World Champion. Don West disagrees and thinks Jarrett will defend the title at Lockdown. C

Air Paris v American Dragon

A good contest which showcased the X Division well. Two of the three challengers to CM Punk's title at Lockdown meet as they look to get the upper hand on each other. It was an exciting, even affair with Dragon looking dangerous, but it was Paris who came out on top in 13:18 by pinfall with a Moonsault Press. C

Vader and Rick Steiner meet backstage, where Vader tells Steiner he is very happy to have him on Abyss' team for Lethal Lockdown and he knows Steiner will do a great job. He also tells Steiner he has an idea who the fourth member might be, and whispers in Steiner's ear, which Steiner looks pleased with. C-

'Alpha Male' Monty Brown & Davey Boy Smith v BG James & Rick Steiner

An intriguing tag team contest that didn't live up to it's potential, but it was a match where BG James finally chalked up his first TNA victory. The ring action was solid enough and the crowd had some interest in the match, but it simply lacked the X factor that makes good matches great. James earned his team the win in 10:13 when BG James defeated Davey Boy Smith by pinfall with a handful of tights. D+

Backstage, CM Punk tries to suck up to Harley Race, telling him what a good referee he was last week and how he should be favoured at Lockdown. Race rebuffs him by saying he wants the X Division to be the place in America to feature the best action in a wrestling ring by having fast paced, exciting matches that are fair. Race also warns Punk not to try any tricks like he did threatening to walk out of TNA with the championship belt and a signed contract elsewhere. Punk looks unhappy. C-

http://i887.photobucket.com/albums/ac78/Nobby_McDonald/TNAXDivision-1.jpg

TNA X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP

CM Punk (champion) v Ultimo Dragon

Race immediately gets his wish granted as Punk and Dragon put on a good contest that had non stop action and was full of excitement. Punk followed Paris' lead earlier in the night by beating one of the Dragons when it looked like he could well lose the match, and indeed his title. The end came in 12:22 by pinfall with a Pepsi Plunge. CM Punk makes defence number 16 of his TNA X Division title. C+

Ken Shamrock cuts a promo telling how he is going to tear Corino apart limb from limb. Surprisingly, this promo did not go down well at all. D-

AJ Styles v Jimmy Rave

A lack of drama and flow made this match suffer a little, which was a shame as there was some great action in the match. Rave was enjoying a prolonged spell on top of the match and looked like he might hand Styles his second consecutive defeat, only to be surprised by a run in by Mike Quackenbush, who interferred in the match. This enabled AJ to win in 11:23 by pinfall with a Styles Clash and Quackenbush attacked again after the match, which saw the crowd get behind Rave for the first time as they believe he was dealt an injustice here. D+

Eric Bischoff appears in an office. He says that following Steiner's reaction to defeating AJ Styles a week ago on Impact, he is going to give AJ a rematch at Steiner to main event Impact next week... but if Steiner wins he is taken out of Lethal Lockdown and added to the World Championship match at Lockdown. C

http://i887.photobucket.com/albums/ac78/Nobby_McDonald/TNAWorldHeavyweight.jpg

NWA TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

Jeff Jarrett v Ernest Miller

A reasonable main event and one where Jarrett was on top for the majority of the match. His title rarely looked under threat here against a man who some would say has never quite lived up to the potential he showed when he was younger. Jarrett wins and heads towards Lockdown on the back of another successful defence in 15:08 by pinfall with The Stroke. Jeff Jarrett makes defence number 3 of his NWA TNA World Heavyweight title. C-

Show rating: C-

The show can be considered a success and should increase TNA's popularity.

Attendance: 7350 (new Explosion record)

Buy rate: 0.17

Profit: $46,792

CM Punk v Ultimo Dragon is the 5th best match put on by TNA.

The show drew the 4th largest attendance and the 4th largest pay per view buy rate in TNA history

Impact preview

With Lockdown on the horizon, the action is hotting up ahead of the all steel cage pay per view. Both teams in the first Lethal Lockdown match are still to reveal their fourth members. Will they be known this week?

Jeff Jarrett has shown his challenger at Lockdown, AJ Styles, total disrespect of late by referring to him as a punk. Is AJ looking to punk out Jarrett? In the ring, AJ looks set to avenge his recent tainted defeat at the hands of Rick Steiner.

The X Division has been at the forefront of the most exciting action recently in TNA. The champion, CM Punk has his hands full at Lockdown with three strong challengers. Rumours are something big will be announced with the four tonight.

Tune in to Sci Fi on Saturday evening to see what happens.

PRE SHOW

In a match that had an average crowd reaction and some decent in-ring action, Shane Douglas defeated Harry Smith in 7:28 by pinfall with a Pittsburgh Plunge. Smith was off his game. D

Impact

Saturday, week 2, April 2003

Young Arena, Waterloo, IA.

Live on Sci Fi

Jeff Jarrett is in the ring, talking again how he sees AJ is a punk and his title will be defended come Lockdown. Styles takes exception and tells Jarrett he will show him 'how a punk operates' and the two start brawling. They brawl out of the ring, out of the arena and into the parking lot where the violence escalates to the point where Jarrett throws Styles through a car window. Styles is left beaten and bloody as Jarrett walks off. C+

http://www.usedwigs.com/graphics/caution.jpg

Ernest Miller walks into the men's locker room having had a workout. He is whistling while he goes and seems in a jovial mood as he goes to have a shower, where he lets out an almighty scream of disbelief. He walks out looking as if he is about to throw up. All is revealed as Buff Bagwell and Roger sheepishly walk out of the shower moments later, fully naked. The pixelated area over Buff's groinal region is small on the screen while Roger's is considerably larger. D-

Jody Fleisch v Mike Quackenbush

A good opening contest, which much come to a relief to everybody having just seen Buff and Roger naked together. The action was solid here and Jody Fleisch got the upper hand when Jimmy Rave came down to ringside and distracted Quackenbush. Fleisch couldn't capitalise though and after Rave's disappearance, Quackenbush chalked up one in the W column in 6:35 by pinfall by using the ropes for leverage. C-

Homicide is in the ring and starts talking about how he and Hernandez have been robbed out of their rightful Tag Team Championship rematch. Out of nowhere, Vader hits the ring and attacks. The assault is quick and brutal, and leaves Homicide completely destroyed. Vader is in no mood to hand out championship matches it seems. D+

Tenay and Don West Hype the upcoming match between AJ Styles and Jeff Jarrett from the comfort of their announcers table. Tenay thinks AJ will take the title while West thinks Jarrett will successfully defend. C+

Ken Anderson v Super Crazy (with Midajah)

A disappointing affair with Anderson having been impressive as of late and Crazy having the reputation this had, this match failed to excite or interest the fans much. Anderson at least kept up his impressive record of late with a good victory against somebody who has never really got on the radar in TNA. Anderson's win came in 8:18 by pinfall with a Kenton Bomb. D

Harley Race talks from backstage and says that he wants to spice things up even more next week just before Lockdown. He books a six man tag to head up next week's show pitting Jeff Jarrett, CM Punk and Air Paris against AJ Styles and Dragons. The crowd make their approval clear. C-

A video plays hyping the AJ Styles vs. Rick Steiner main event and recapping Steiner's tainted win from a fortnight ago and Jeff Jarrett's earlier brawl with Styles. C

Backstreet Boyz v Spanish Announce Team (with So Cal Val)

A reasonable match but certainly nothing to make it stand out from any other. It seems Backstreet Boyz have had their four minutes of fame. Since winning and losing the Tag Team Championship a month ago, they've not been able to buy a win. SAT kept up this trend with victory in 10:05 when Joel Maximo defeated Trent Acid by pinfall with a Maximo Explosion. D+

Desmond Wolfe is in the ring and is on the verge of announcing the fourth member of his Lethal Lockdown team, when Abyss shows up with barbed wire wrapped around his arm and chases Desmond Wolfe backstage! D+

Ken Shamrock and Steve Corino are in the ring, playing dueling promos, when Eric Bischoff interrupts and books them in a tag team match where he will pick their partners... only he's not going to tell them who they are... D+

Abyss v Davey Boy Smith

A rather poor affair despite a good crowd where Smith looked a shadow of the wrestler he once was when he was a big player in the WWF. It's apparent he is past his prime despite some recent fairly decent matches against Rick Steiner. Have Pride of Britain made a mistake picking the once best talent from United Kingdom for their team? Abyss picked up this oneKen Shamrock and Steve Corino are in the ring, playing dueling promos, when Eric Bischoff interrupts and books them in a match! D-

Following the match, Rick Steiner, Vader and BG James attack Davey Boy Smith and leave him down and out. D

AJ Styles v Rick Steiner

A really good return match and one that some observers would say saved the show. Styles fought with a bandage round his head following Jeff Jarrett's attack at the start of the show and Steiner targeted this, causing Styles to bleed again soon into the match. Styles refused to lie down and called on all his courage, resilience and arsenal to take a match that had some great action and kept a great interest from the crowd in 18:58 by pinfall with a Styles Clash. C+

Show rating: C-

A number of angles did not match the standard set by the ring action. The show can be considered a success and should increase TNA's popularity.

<p>PRE SHOW</p><p>

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Super Crazy defeated Low Ki in 8:38 by pinfall with a Trifecta Moonsault. D+</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Impact</strong></p><p>

Saturday, week 3, April 2003</p><p>

Hart Recreation Center, Worcester, MA.</p><p>

Live on Sci Fi</p><p> </p><p>

Eric Bischoff hosts a segment where he interviews Jeff Jarrett about his World Championship defence tomorrow night at Lockdown against AJ Styles. Jarrett is a man who seems very much at ease with himself and appears to be very confident about tomorrow night, before referring to Styles as a punk again. AJ appears and he and Jarrett go nose to nose with Bischoff barely able to keep them from engaging in any physicality. <strong>C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jimmy Rave & Jody Fleisch v Ring Wizards</strong></p><p>

Oh dear, a disappointing opener with a match that at best was mediocre. The Ring Wizards gain the momentum heading into tomorrow's pair of singles matches in 6:40 when Ken Anderson defeated Jody Fleisch by pinfall with an As If By Magic. <strong>D-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Joel Gertner is backstage, attempting to interview Abyss about Lethal Lockdown, his team's tactics and who he thinks is Team Wolfe's fourth member. Abyss just grunts in Gertner's face, and the quintessential interviewer gets covered in the monster's saliva, much to his disgust. <strong>C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Backstage, Roger expresses his concern with his client Buff Bagwell about an upcoming match against Ernest Miller, remarking that Miller looked disgusted at what he saw last week on Impact. Bagwell isn't concerned, telling Roger that Miller is just another homophobe who needs teaching a lesson. <strong>D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Elix Skipper (with Frankie Kazarian & Francine) & Homicide (with Hernandez) v Johnny Kashmere (with Trent Acid) & 'Wildcat' Chris Harris (with 'Cowboy' James Storm)</strong></p><p>

A match with so many combustable elements, it was no surprise at all that Rudy Charles could not keep up with everything that was going on both in the ring and at ringside. This bout was considerably better than the opener and featured some good wrestling at times between all the chaotic action. The end came in 7:59 when the match descended into chaos after 'Cowboy' James Storm, Frankie Kazarian, Trent Acid and Hernandez all became involved and Rudy Charles threw the match out. <strong>D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Returning from a post match commercial, America's Most Wanted are going at it with Triple X backstage and it takes a bevy of TNA officials to break things up. <strong>D-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Eric Bischoff is on screen and he announces he is about to reveal Ken Shamrock's and Steve Corino's partners for their tag team bout tonight. Shamrock will team with Ernest Miller, so it comes as no surprise that Corino is going to team with Buff Bagwell. <strong>D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Winners get the man advantage for their team at Lethal Lockdown</strong></p><p><strong>

Davey Boy Smith & Doug Williams v Rick Steiner & Vader</strong></p><p>

Despite some decent crowd interest, this was another lacklustre match and so far on tonight's show the action has been lacking. The mastodon earns his team the all important man advantage for tomorrow night in 9:37 when Vader defeated Davey Boy Smith by pinfall with a Vader Bomb. <strong>D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span>http://www.skywalkinc.com/images/article_StudentSuccess_instrument_TravisMorton_sm.jpg</span></p><p>

A new, young backstage reporter in TNA, who introduces himself as Travis Morton interviews Latin American Exchange about their match against Backstreet Boyz at Lockdown tomorrow. Homicide does most of the talking, saying how they will take their Last Chance Championship match while Hernandez spends most of the time intimidating young Morton. <strong>D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Backstage, BG James gives Abyss, Vader, and Rick Steiner a pumped up pep talk prior to their Lethal Lockdown match tomorrow night. James looks very pleased with himself as he leaves, while the other three look at each other, Steiner questioning what BG James is on to have come out with all of that rubbish. <strong>C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Buff 'The Puff' Bagwell (with Roger) & Steve Corino v Ernest Miller & Ken Shamrock</strong></p><p>

Another disappointing affair, maybe it is because very few who have teamed together tonight are used to teaming with each other. The crowd and action were good here but again overall it disappointed somewhat. Shamrock prevailed here and certainly looked the best of the four as he picked up the win for he and Miller in 13:21, defeating Steve Corino by submission with an Ankle Lock. <strong>D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Backstage and Harley Race has the X Division Champion and his three challengers for tomorrow night - Air Paris, American Dragon and Ultimo Dragon in his office. He tells them that he feels they provide the best action in TNA and he wants them all to prove that... both tonight in the six man tag main event and tomorrow night in the championship. Race tells them to steal the show. <strong>C</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Don West and Mike Tenay preview the entire Lockdown card, ending by focusing on the Jeff Jarrett v AJ Styles main event for the World Championship. <strong>B-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jeff Jarrett, CM Punk & Air Paris v AJ Styles & Dragons</strong></p><p>

The four X Division guys certainly acted on Race's words... though admittedly tonight there hasn't been much of a show to steal. The contest was exciting, mostly fast paced with some great action. All six competitors showed themselves in a good light and all six had genuine opportunities to come out victorious. Ultimately it was the team of challengers who gained victory in 19:19 when AJ Styles defeated Jeff Jarrett by pinfall with a Styles Clash. Jarrett had better beware tomorrow night! <strong>C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Harry Smith v Shane Douglas</strong></p><p>

I didn't harbour many hopes of a decent match here but I was pleasantly surprised that both guys stepped up and put on a decent opening bout. The veteran had too much for the youngster, but Smith looked more promising here than any previous TNA match. Douglas won in 5:43 by pinfall with a Franchiser. <strong>C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

A bit of a let down, especially considering the quality of the opening bout. London was much the better throughout the match and disposed of a below par Low Ki in 6:51 by pinfall with a London Calling. <strong>D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jody Fleisch v Ken Anderson</strong></p><p>

Despite some great chemistry on display, this match was borderline poor. This may be because a steel cage match does not really suit Fleisch's style. Anderson picked up a victory in 6:43 by pinfall with a Kenton Bomb but given both men's performance here, it won't do a lot to little him up in TNA. <strong>D-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Jimmy Rave is backstage warming up when he has a few words for the cameraman, telling him that Quackenbush is his and he's going to up his game from tonight. <strong>C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Buff 'The Puff' Bagwell (with Roger) v Ernest Miller</strong></p><p>

A reasonable match, one that had some decent action and a half interested crowd. Miller seemed rather pent up after what he had witnessed recently on Impact and came out of the blocks hard and strong. Bagwell weathered the storm. Later Miller got the upper hand again but Roger caused a distraction before kissing Miller on the lips. Miller was absolutely disgusted and Bagwell took advantage, rolling him up in 10:48 and winning by pinfall having used the ropes for leverage. <strong>D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jimmy Rave v Mike Quackenbush</strong></p><p>

Rave was true to his word and put in a strong performance here, though Quackenbush also performed very well and proved to be a tough opponent. In a match that could have gone either way, it was Rave who pulled out a very good win in 10:18 by pinfall with a Rave Clash. Best of the night (so far?) <strong>C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Elix Skipper attacks 'Wildcat' Chris Harris backstage, but thanks to 'Cowboy' James Storm, Skipper is run off before he can do any more damage. <strong>C</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>WINNERS RECEIVE A LAST CHANCE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH</strong></p><p><strong>

Backstreet Boyz v Latin American Exchange</strong></p><p>

A bloody match that unfortunately didn't have a lot else to it, partly because it offered little else new than their other recent encounters... except the ending. Johnny Kashmere hit a belly to back bridge suplex on Homicide and Robert Brisko started to count the fall... 1... 2... 3... but then Brisko raises Homicide's hand in victory even though his shoulders were down on the canvas and Kashmere's right shoulder was a fraction up. Kashmere and Acid go ballistic while Homicide and Hernandez high tail it to the back before the referee can change his mind. <strong>D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

A video plays showing Ken Shamrock training for his match against Steve Corino. <strong>C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Ken Shamrock v Steve Corino</strong></p><p>

Like the previous match, this match suffered to due numerous recent meetings and it not being outstanding in relation. Both men bled in the match thanks to brutal use of the steel cage and it was Shamrock who laid to rest all the recent demons of those who deprived him of his World Championship, taking the bout in 13:35 by submission with an Ankle Lock. <strong>D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Rick Steiner talks out the monstrous partners he has in Abyss and Vader, telling Team Wolfe that no matter who their fourth member is, they won't be walking out of Lethal Lockdown. <strong>D-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>America's Most Wanted (with Dawn Marie) v Triple X (with Francine)</strong></p><p>

A very good match despite it lacking in psychology. It was a good mixture of high paced, high spots, wrestling and brutality, with both Storm and Harris bleeding in the match. A sterling performance from all four men but it was AMW who emerged from this battered and victorious, triumphing in 12:27 when 'Wildcat' Chris Harris defeated Frankie Kazarian by pinfall with a Death Sentence. <strong>C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Jeff Jarrett had an interview hyping his upcoming singles match with AJ Styles, saying that AJ's victory in the six man tag last night was a fluke and he won't get lucky again. <strong>C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Lethal Lockdown</strong></p><p><strong>

Team Abyss (Abyss, Vader, Rick Steiner & BG James) v Team Wolfe (Desmond Wolfe, Doug Williams, Davey Boy Smith & ???)</strong></p><p>

The first ever Lethal Lockdown match was a brutal, bloody affair, especially so when the cage roof lowered and weapons were brought into play as well as the cage. Abyss and Doug Williams started the match. Williams was dogged and handled Abyss well, but when Rick Steiner ran down, he was very much up against it. Desmond Wolfe came out to even the score and Pride of Britain coped well. BG James was next out and no surprise, the numbers worked in their advantage again. Davey Boy Smith was next out and powered his way through all the opposition until Vader made his way out to the ring and floored everybody, including BG James when he got in the way of Vader charging at Smith. Then it was time for the last man...</p><p>

Damn it! Not that Potter! Potter, the Head Booker of TNA and part time wrestler comes out to make it USA v Britain, which split the crowd. Half wanted the faces (the Brits) to win, while the other half were patriotic and wanted the Americans to win. It didn't take long for Potter to bleed, courtesy of Abyss wrapping himself in barbed wire and charging him in the corner, before he choke slammed him onto a pile of drawing pins (British)/thumb tacks (American). Wolfe made the save. The Americans got the upper hand and Steiner's words earlier came true, by the end of the match, they were the only ones walking out. The win came in 21:10 when Abyss defeated Desmond Wolfe by pinfall with The Black Hole. <strong>D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

We go to the dressing room of Air Paris where we expect to see him limbering up for the upcoming X Division Championship match. Instead, he plays the guitar. He has long hair. He bangs his head. He rocks. <strong>D-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>TNA X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP</strong></p><p><strong>

CM Punk (champion) v Air Paris v American Dragon v Ultimo Dragon</strong></p><p>

Some great action in a fast paced match, which to give credit to all four is exactly what was expected so they didn't disappoint. Punk was at a big disadvantage here as all four men looked like they could win the match at pretty much any given point, and given that he could lose the title without being defeated per se, it put his title under jeopardy. There was an interesting finish, as Punk had paired off with Paris and the two Dragons were having at it, and the finish came in 14:32 when American Dragon defeated Ultimo Dragon by submission with an Arms Across America. American Dragon wins the TNA X Division title. <strong>C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>NWA TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP</strong></p><p><strong>

Jeff Jarrett (champion) v AJ Styles</strong></p><p>

A very, very good match and a superb way to round off the pay per view. A high quality match which saw some great wrestling which showcased that Jarrett and Styles are two of the top talents around, even at Styles' relatively young age. With all the great action going on, near falls and edge of the seat excitement, it was a crying shame in how it finished. Mickey Jay had a big say in how the match concluded. Jarrett had hit a belly to back suplex in 21:39 and won by a fast-counted pinfall with a handful of tights. Jeff Jarrett makes defence number 4 of his NWA TNA World Heavyweight title. The crowd go mad, booing intensely as Mickey Jay sprints out of the ringside area. <strong>B-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Having won the match controversially, Jeff Jarrett is in the ring celebrating as some sections of the crowd throw garbage into the ring. Eric Bischoff and Harley Race come out to briefly celebrate with Jarrett, then to escort him away. <strong>B-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

AJ Styles then takes to the ring, and the crowd give him a raptuous reception. He is gracious in defeat, despite how he was defeated. He also reveals to the TNA fans that he was offered a contract to move to the big time with CMLL in Mexico... and he is sorry to leave TNA but it is an opportunity to move on and make it as a superstar. He thanks the fans for all their support and the crowd show their appreciation and chant "Don't go AJ" as Lockdown goes off air.<strong>C+</strong></p><p> </p><p>
