rajde Posted April 12, 2010 Share Posted April 12, 2010 The Ratings are about right. I think you need to knock some star quality down and rework the menace a bit since it is a huge factor in 10. The things I noticed Kaz Hayashi's menace is too high Arn Anderson's mic skills and entertainment skills seem too high. Johnny Ace's psychology seems too high, that is imo though, so I wouldn't be upset if you lowered it. Kim Page, Pam Paulshock, Sean Morley, Buff, Magnum Tokyo, Nathan Jones, Sean O'Haire, Torrie Wilson star quality seem too high. Goldberg menace seems too low. davidEFC Posted April 13, 2010 Share Posted April 13, 2010 I've noticed that in 3 of the non WWF saves I have started the WWF always release the majority of referees on the first day and just keep Earl Hebner and Mike Chioda. I started a watcher game last night to see how far they stick to two referees and so far I have simmed nearly 4 months and they still only have 2 referees on their roster. I don't know if or even how it can be altered so they don't release as many or even have it so they hire other referees as replacements. *shrugs* Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If I hadn't had an easy to use Match file already, I would never have played the mod at all. If I have to spend more than 30 seconds looking for the match type I want, I scrap the game entirely. You have a great amount of matches but they're impossible to sort through and they're not user-friendly in the slightest bit. I did run across a problem. WWF will release every single person they call up from development because they're not "good enough" for the main roster. The only two they ever keep are Regal and Raven. DNS-4LIFE Posted April 15, 2010 Share Posted April 15, 2010 first of all i love the mod. but i have been playin as wcw for 2 months game time and it is almost impossible to get a match in the 90's except for one time , other than that i get 84 max. tested it out just then. flair is 100/98 popularity so is stiener ,i altered there stats to have high tech and brawling skills. still only a 83 match rating. thats with a highly skill ref , road agent. high prestige match. and a fued with 97 momentum. i got no clue why all my matches are not reaching their potiental Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If they're both below 90's then you're actually doing well even though it may look like you aren't. I'm in the process of downloading the picture file and will play around with this. I usually just simulate years and years of RW mods (CVerse, woo!) to see what happens, but with this mod I may attempt to play as ECW or WCW. Trying to save WCW from their eventual doom would be fun. It's definitely cool to have them in for people who want to play a 'strict' historical mod. If your show ratings are higher than momentum and popularity you are doing well and shouldn't be concerned. I watched closely to the narratives as they played out and offset them so that ECW and WCW wouldn't go under. Both have done well, but ECW is -100k in the red. They have a weekly TV show against RAW on Monday with decent ratings and Nitro has moved to Wednesday. Thunder and Smackdown still go head-to-head on Thursday. It's quite the wrestling world. I haven't seen anything strange yet (besides personal opinion) and the BETA data is really nice. Cool mod. The only game I've ever been able to get into with TNA using RW data is your 2006 mod. Though to his credit he did send me what he had gotten done, which i appeciate. Also i have been and will be breaking from TEW for a good while most likely as i've not even opened the game since i released the beta of this. So while i'm not going to say this is canceled, it is indefinitely postponed. Apologies to all those waiting on the next release but things just didn't pan out as i hoped they would. Note- Anyone who continues to play the beta please post any fixes needed so when i get started back on this i have an idea of what needs done. Apologies to all again. I am playing WCW and have recently made them Global (while stealing Jericho/Eddie Guerrero back from WWF in the process) The mod has run very well, although some of the ratings are a bit low and needed to be adjusted...overall I have experienced no real problems except one. When I got to September the strangest thing happened, WWF lost all their television programs except for "Metal" and "Heat." I have no idea why this happened considering they're momentum was high (A) and their Prestige rating was high as well (A). Either way, they continue to tread on...they still have all their PPV's and they have those two weekly shows. Certainly a bizarre thing to happen, especially for RAW/Smackdown considering that they were doing well in the ratings (I started beating them in the 2nd week of August, but even that wouldn't warrant the pull of a television show) Anyways this mod has been awesome, and I plan on continuing...despite the fact that I have recently noticed some 1999 mods and a 2001 mod (but that's a different story) However I wanted to report that this mod is awesome, I am proud to say I am doing pretty damn well right now, and it has been very enjoyable. I plan on continuing this mod as long as possible considering I have never made it this far (except for in 2010 mods) and really want to see if I can truly take over WWF and do a reverse Invasion angle...but that's far in the future.
