Great mask design, etc. Because the character has been around for a while and it's not the 'classic' lucha look, I could see how it might not fit. But the hair makes sense. Yeah as soon as I typed that I remember he was younger... Hmmm...from that vantage point it makes perfect sense. Maybe you could consider experimenting with your lighting and darken it a bit, because there's defintely a more realistic vibe when you create characters with a darker skin pigmentation. I always thought that my fairer skin renders seemed more realistic but it is interesting to hear otherwise. Too bad Art Reed is on tour and working for CZCW in my game or I'd pick him up. That El Leon will be used in my TCW game though since I use El Leon as one of my jobbers since he is so skilled and perfect to help guys come up the card.
