Give her more of a darker blonde, and show a little more root- it's not her natural color after all. Not a fan of the heavy black eyeliner either... if you were making a goth/punk alt and changed the hair color to a dark green or purple it'd work but otherwise, it should be a little lighter, maybe pinkish.
