USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Wednesday Week 3 May 2010

Location: Huntsville Fairgrounds (South East)

Attendance: 5,000

Overall Rating: B

TV Rating: 1.71

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW-2.jpg

Last week on USPW American Wrestling:

  • The Champion was introduced to wrestling fans as a new follower of The Force.
  • Bruce The Giant retained the National title in a match against Acid.
  • James Prudence and Alex Braun showed some solidarity in their battle with The Hardcore Brotherhood.
  • Darryl Devine defeated Freddie Datsun with the Devine Dream Drop.
  • Chris Caulfield defeated Tyson Baine by Disqualification when Darryl Devine interfered.
  • Darryl Devine and Seduction left Chris Caulfield laying in a pool of his own blood to end the show.

[uSPW has once again returned to the historic Huntsville Fairgrounds for this week's edition of American Wrestling. The crowd of 5,000 are on their feet as the cameras turn on. A resounding chant of 'USPW, USPW, USPW' rings out through this crowd. A few kids are shown on the shoulders of their Dad's in the audience. The kids raise their arms and cheer as the curtains part and the USPW World Champion 'The Hardcore American' Chris Caulfield steps out from the back. Chris raises the title at the top of the entrance to even more cheers from the crowd. He lowers the title and straps it around his waist and then continues down toward the ring. He slaps high fives with the fans in the first row on his way down to ringside. He circles around the ring and is handed a microphone by Eric Tyler. He nods to Eric and Eric nods to him. Chris enters the ring and stands in the center of the ring looking around to the fans. He cracks a smile and when he speaks his voice is a little hoarse.]

Chris Caulfield

"Darryl, last week you didn't get the job done. How do I know you didn't get the job done? Because I'm still standing. I'm still alive. I am still the USPW World Champion. After Declaration Of Independence, I will still be the USPW World Champion. Not only that but I will have your girl. You made the choice to sacrifice her and now that choice will come back to bite you. Seduction, if Darryl loses you, then I will set you free. You will be free to manage whoever you wish...except for Darryl Devine! In a little over a week..."

Voice

"Alright, already! We get your point!"

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AndreJones.jpg

[The crowd boos as Andre Jones and Henry come from the back. Andre is holding Henry about as close to him as Chris holds his USPW World title belt. Chris looks genuinely surprised to see Andre Jones stepping from the back. Andre doesn't walk down to the ring. Instead, he stares down Chris from the top of the entrance.]

Andre Jones

"Henry wants to know if we can get a match tonight. You said last week that you're a fighting Champion and that you will take on all-comers. Well, Henry and I want a match."

[Chris looks a litle confused but regains himself quickly.]

Chris Caulfield

"I'll tell you what, Andre. You and I one on one tonight in a non title match. You win then you get a title shot next week right here on American Wrestling. You lose and you go to the back of the line. Tonight, you and I are gonna get Hardcore American style!"

[The two men stare each other down and then Andre and Henry head to the back to get prepared for this big match later on tonight.]

Match #1

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/EveGrunge_alt1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/JoanneRodriguez.jpg

Eve Grunge debuts vs. Joanne Rodriguez

[A major debut match here on the opening bout of USPW American Wrestling. Eve Grunge has two published albums of music, one of the songs she comes out to here tonight. J-Ro is obviously the better wrestler with the more major following in this bout. There is mostly a domination here by Rodriguez as she takes to the air early and often. Rodriguez goes for a flying clothesline but Grunge moves out of the way and J-Ro hits her knee on the canvas trying to break her fall. Grunge goes right after the knee and then rolls up J-Ro, hooking the tights: 1 -- 2 -- 3! What an upset!]

Winner: Eve Grunge (Via Pinfall @ 5:33)

Match Rating: C-

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BrucetheGiant.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BulldozerBrandon_alt2.jpg

[We are quickly taken backstage where the USPW National Champion Bruce The Giant and American Patriot are sizing each other up. Of course Patriot won the drawing for a shot at the title at Declaration Of Independence. Patriot charges and throws some big shots, rocking Bruce backward! Bruce wakes up and fires some punches back to Patriot. The locker room explodes as wrestlers show up trying to seperate these two men. American Patriot looks like he might be powerful enough to take on Bruce, though!]

Match #2

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/javab.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/tribalwarrior-1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/NickyChampion_jhdangel.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/JimForce_dse81.jpg

Savage Fury vs. Champion Force

[A pretty decent tag team encounter here between four hard-hitters. The Champion tried to go to the head early on both Savage Fury members and that was a definite mistake he learned the errors of his way from when he was caught with a double headbutt. Java and Tribal Warrior used several double-teams, showing the fact that they have been working together for much longer than Champion Force. But The Champion used the power of the force to make a comeback on both Java and Tribal Warrior. He nailed Java with the Hawkeye Hammer and made a cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winners: Champion Force (Via Pinfall @ 6:29)

Match Rating: C-

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/JamesPrudence.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AlexBraun.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TravisCentury.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ShawnGonzalez_jhd.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/JDMorgan.jpg

[We head backstage for another fight! This time James Prudence and Alex Braun are holding their own against the Hardcore Brotherhood! The three on two advantage suddenly became too much for Prudence and Braun to handle and both were taken to the floor. Century shook his head as he looked down at the two fallen men and made the sign of the cross. He stopped Morgan and Gonzalez from their attack and motioned that it was time to go and Morgan and Gonzalez followed their leader as Prudence and Braun were left laid out.]

Match #3

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/mattkeithf.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/CaptainUSA.jpg

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW_TV.jpg

USPW World Television Title Match

Matthew Keith defends vs. Captain USA

['Perfection' Matthew Keith set to defend the Television title against Captain USA, who drew a lot of 'USA' chants. Captain USA is a former two time USPW World Champion and a former three time USPW World Tag Team Champion so he definitely comes into this match with the credentials. Though his last title reign was two years ago. Keith used his excellent technical skills and youthful speed to keep USA off-guard. He took down USA with a belly-to-belly suplex and then a rolling snapmare. He lifted USA up and dropped him with a swinging neckbreaker before he called for the Proton Lock. He grabbed the legs and hooked on the Proton Lock. USA gave up almost immediately!]

Winner: Matthew Keith (Via Submission @ 9:38; Matthew Keith retains the USPW World Television title.)

Match Rating: C

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ShaneSneer.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/T-Rex_alt1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TysonBaine_alt1.jpg

[We headed backstage to the interview area. This time, it's Shane Sneer along with the USPW World Tag Team Champions: The Titans. Sneer definitely looks small compared to the two men he is with but he still exudes the confidence that he always has.]

Shane Sneer

"So two teams have accepted the open challenge given by my Titans. At Declaration Of Independence they will both have a chance to take on the two toughest, strongest wrestlers in the business today. Those two teams are Anger and Andre Jones and American Elemental and Captain USA. None of those four inspire any confidence whatsoever as far as I am concerned. You four men are going to be in the ring with professionals. You are going to be in the ring with two men who just like to hurt people. That's exactly what is going to happen at Declaration Of Independence. You four men are going to receive an out of body experience courtesy of the Titans."

[Tyson Baine and T-Rex simply look menacing within the background as Sneer spoke. Now, it's time to head to the ring for our semi main event.]

Match #4

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma_alt1jt.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BelleBryden.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Acid.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AliciaStrong.jpg

Enygma and Belle Bryden vs. Acid and Alicia Strong

[it was announced before the match began that Enygma will be facing Acid at Declaration Of Independence in an 'I Quit' match, meaning that one of them will be forced to actually speak and say 'I Quit' to end the match. Also, Belle Bryden will be defending her newly won USPW Women's title against Alicia Strong. Both of those matches just added to the heat within this match between all four competitors. This intergender tag team match was set up so that the men only faced the men and the women only faced the women. As Enygma came down to the ring, he paused and raised a hand to a fan carrying a sign reading: 'Wrapped in an Enygma Sandwich! Buy them now at the concession stand!' Enygma and Acid started the bout and Acid used his speed advantage to keep Enygma off-guard. A couple of springboard moves and Enygma was down on the mat. Acid hit him with a standing moonsault and made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- Kickout! Acid pulled Enygma up and whipped him into the turnbuckles. He ran toward him and caught him with a high knee to the side of his masked face and then a bulldog out of the corner! Acid had the crowd going absolutely wild as he seemed dominant in the early-going. Enygma dodged a spinning heel kick and quickly tagged out to the USPW Women's Champion which also meant that Alicia Strong came into the match.]

[belle caught Alicia with a rake of the eyes and a kick to the gut. She picked up Alicia Strong and dropped her on her knee with a gutwrench backbreaker. Belle has definitely earned the Women's title, right? Belle picked up Alicia and whipped her into the corner. She followed her in but Alicia got a back elbow to the top of Belle Bryden's head. The next few minutes were spent with Alicia in firm control over Belle. Alicia dropped Bryden with a body slam and then waited for her to get up -- Strong Arm Tactic! The move her father made famous connected! She made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- Acid stopped Enygma from interfering -- 3!]

Winners: Acid and Alicia Strong (Via Pinfall @ 9:41)

Match Rating: B

Match #5

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/AndreJones.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg

Non Title

Andre Jones vs. Chris Caulfield

[Andre Jones and Henry came down for this non title matchup. Though Andre knew that if he won the match that he would get a title matchup next week right here on American Wrestling. Chris Caulfield came down, tossing his bandana out into the crowd and looking focused for this matchup against a man who many think has lost his mind. Though there isn't a lot of heat between these two, this matchup was definitely shaping up to be more of a fight than a wrestling match in the early-going as both men tried to assert a physical advantage over the other. Jones threw a punch that Caulfield ducked. Caulfield slid behind Jones and tripped him up, grabbing the leg -- ankle lock! Caulfield locked on the ankle lock but Jones quickly made it to the ropes to break the hold. Jones rolls out of the ring to regroup after the break, moving around and talking to Henry for a moment before entering the ring again.]

[The two men approach and Caulfield greets Jones with a knee to the stomach and then a double axehandle to the back. Caulfield whips Jones in -- reversed -- Spinebuster by Jones! Jones moves up and throws lefts and rights to the face of Caulfield as the Hardcore American tries to cover up for a moment. The referee steps in and orders the break or he'll DQ Jones. Jones gets up and drops a leg across the throat of Caulfield. The crowd boos the former Volleyball star. Jones pulls Caulfield up slightly and applies a rear chinlock, pressing his knee right into the back of the USPW World Champion. He works the hold for a few moments and then releases, driving a big knee into the back. Jones slides out of the ring and grabs Caulfield by the leg, pulling him outside with him! Jones grabs Caulfield by the head and runs him face-first into the steel ringpost! The crowd boos at the sound of Caulfield's head bouncing off the post. Jones threatens a fan holding up a sign reading: 'Andy vs. Christopher! Who will win?' Then tosses Caulfield back inside the ring. He joins the USPW World Champion back inside and sends Caulfield to the ropes -- Power Slam! Jones makes the cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...Shoulder Up!]

[The crowd explodes as Caulfield gets that shoulder off the mat! Jones says it's over and grabs Caulfield. He tucks him between his legs. He's looking for the Blast From The Past Piledriver! He pulls him up -- Blast From The -- NO! He can't get him up! He tries again but nothing! Caulfield stands up, sending Jones over with a backdrop to the mat! The crowd cheers as Caulfield drops to his knees, trying to regain his strength, regain his composure. Caulfield turns to Jones and kicks him in the gut. He tucks him in and double underhooks him -- double underhook facebuster by Chris Caulfield! Caulfield says it is over! He makes the cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...Foot On The Ropes!]

[Not quite over here, folks! Andre Jones shows a strong resilience in getting his foot on the bottom rope before a three count could be administered. Caulfield gets to his feet and pulls Jones up as well. He lifts Jones and sets him on the top turnbuckle. He walks over and climbs up, hooking Jones around the waist -- LEFT! RIGHT! LEFT! RIGHT! Caulfield is forced to release after several punches by Jones and Caulfield falls off the turnbuckle onto his back! Jones climbs up and measures Caulfield -- Flying Elbow Drop! The Flying Elbow Drop connects in the center of the ring! Jones makes the cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...Shoulder Up!]

[How in the world does Chris Caulfield keep going? This is an amazing show of fortitude by the USPW World Champion! Andre Jones looks frustrated! And who can blame him??? Jones turns Caulfield over and pulls him toward his feet -- Jones is going for the full nelson -- Caulfield blocks it! He goes behind Jones and hooks him -- Danger Drop! The Danger Drop connects! Caulfield lays on the mat looking utterly exhausted. Andre Jones is down on the mat. Caulfield crawls over and makes the cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...3!]

Winner: Chris Caulfield (Via Pinfall @ 11:59)

Match Rating: B-

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/SamStrong.jpg

[Following the clearing of the ring of our USPW World Champion and a very disappointed Andre Jones and Henry the crowd absolutely went wild at the next music that played. The curtain parted and out walked the USPW Owner. This man is a former four time SWF World Heavyweight Champion. He is a former four time TCW World Heavyweight Champion. This man is none other than Sam Strong! Sam is dressed in a suit and he high fives the fans all the way down the entrance. He makes a show of going all the way around ringside to high five the fans before he enters the ring with a microphone in hand. He stands in the center of the ring, absorbing in a 'Strong, Strong, Strong, Strong' chant. A smile cracks his lips for a moment as he just stands there and takes in the unbelievable crowd of 5,000 right here in Huntsville, Alabama.]

Sam Strong

"Well, you know something, brothers. It is an amazing feeling to be back inside this ring. It is an amazing feeling to be surrounded by all you Strongamaniacs, dudes! I would like to thank each and every one of you for showing up this evening and supporting United States Pro Wrestling. This is the company not that Sam Strong built. This isn't the company that Danny Jillefski built. This isn't the company that anyone in the back built. This is the company that all of you fans built. This is the company that gives back to each and every one of you, dudes. I came out here this evening to give a state of the USPW address, brothers. And you know what decision I've come to? I've come to the decision that USPW is stronger than ever!"

[A huge roar from the crowd and then a 'USPW, USPW, USPW' chant rings loud and clear for everyone at home to hear. Maybe even some people at home are joining in on the chant. Sam smiles as the 63 year old man looks like he has found the fountain of youth.]

Sam Strong

"I've won titles in what many consider to be the top two organizations in the world. But you know what, brothers? This company is the little engine that could. We are going to stand tall and blossom against the Richard Eisen's and the Tommy Cornell's. We are going to step through because we are doing things the right way, brothers. We are doing things the only way they should be done: entertaining each and every one of you every week right here on Sports America. Now -"

Mystery Voice

"Don't you mean boring each and every one of them every week?"

[sam looks confused as a mysterious voice can be heard over the P.A. system. Everyone looks around, trying to figure out where the voice came from. Who in the world would have the nerve to interrupt Sam Strong tonight? All eyes turn toward the entrance. Sam Strong's eyes are no exception. That voice does seem awfully familiar, though.

....OH....

....MY....

Sam Strong

"No..."

[The camera pans in on the shocked expression on Sam Strong's face. Then it swivels around him and pans back, looking over his shoulder and following his line of sight right down the aisle and to the curtains for the surprise of the year right here on USPW American Wrestling.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TommyCornell_alt5.jpg

[The fans go absolutely berzerk! It's the owner of Total Championship Wrestling. It's TOMMY FREAKING CORNELL! Boos start to reign down on Tommy and he accepts them as he stands at the top of the entrance with a smirk on his lips. The last time these two were in the ring together was all the way back in 2003 when Sam Strong won his fourth TCW World Heavyweight title by defeating Tommy Cornell in the center of the ring. Sam Strong is too shocked to even move! Tommy adjusts his suit for a moment and then makes his way down to the ring without even looking anywhere but toward Sam Strong. Tommy steps inside a USPW ring for the first time ever. The crowd is absolutely stunned.]

Tommy Cornell

"Now, Sam, I've heard some outrageous lines in my lifetime but what I just heard you say about entertaining the fans? That takes the cake. Here in USPW, you aren't entertaining anyone. You are boring them to absolute tears. You and I, though, you and I have gone up and down the road together before. We have had our wars together. I beat you to claim my second TCW World Heavyweight title. Do you remember that, Sam?"

[boos reign in even louder to the point where they almost overshadow the voices on the microphones! Tommy Cornell is definitely an enemy of the state here in USPW.]

Sam Strong

"Yes and I beat you to claim my fourth TCW World Heavyweight title, brother. So my question to you is: what are you doing in MY ring?"

Tommy Cornell

"I'll tell you what I'm doing here, Sam. The last time you and I wrestled you hit me with that Strong Arm Tactic and pinned me in the center of the ring. That kind of thing does NOT sit well with me. I do not like to LOSE...EVER. I am a former five time TCW World Champion. I have some of the greatest athletes ever in my company. As a matter of fact, I have the father of your USPW World Television Champion under contract. I have wrestled in nine of the top ten matches in my company this year. I was the 2005 Wrestler of the Year. I was the number one ranked wrestler in the top 100 last year. But it still eats me alive every single night when I lay my head on my pillow that you got the best of me the last time that you and I wrestled. So I want the chance to even the odds. I want the chance to go one on one with you one more time."

Sam Strong

"In case you didn't realize it, Tommy, I am 63 years old and retired. But if you want a fight I'll tell you what. We have a pay-per-view coming up in a little over a week called Declaration Of Independence. You show up there and I'll get you a fight, brother. I'll even sweeten the deal. If you can beat me hand-picked representative then you and I will lock horns at Last Man Standing in June. But I've got to warn you, Tommy. I've got to ask you one single question, what are you and your TCW wrestlers gonna do when Sam Strong and USPW run wild over you?"

[sam Strong and Tommy Cornell go nose-to-nose! Who would have ever thought that this would be the image we would be leaving you with here tonight? Tommy Cornell in a USPW ring? Anything can happen in United States Pro Wrestling!]

Unfortunately, as much as I love this dynasty, I just couldn't see that Tommy thing happening. It makes the promotion seem very much like a little one, because there is no possible way that a two big promotions, in the big three nonetheless, would make a partnership like that. That's like WWE bringing in Hulk Hogan from TNA and using them for their better. Anyways, I'll stay tuned to see what you do, and to see how you use him.

angeldelayette, how did you get Tommy Cornell to sign on with USPW?

I see this much like the partnership that WWF/ECW had back in the day when they were the big three with WCW. Mutual benefits and all that. And USPW is not ready to go National yet so we are not quite up there with both TCW and SWF so, unfortunately, it is more of a smaller promotion.

I got Tommy via a working agreement with TCW. I traded them Bruce The Giant.

I've never posted in this dynasty before but after noticing the Cornell deal I have to echo the thoughts of some. I know you have quit previous dynasties because you felt they got "too unrealistic". With all due respect I don't think it gets more unrealistic than bringing the OWNER of TCW into your promotion. At war or not, Vince McMahon, Stone Cold, The Rock, Triple H these guys weren't showing up in ECW. The ECW/WWE partnership was basically "we'll try not to take too many of your guys" not Vince saying "you can have Steve Austin for a couple of television shows". Especially with Tommy struggling with his own promotion dropping farther behind Eisen and one would say the gap between USPW and TCW is closer than ever now days. Or was at the start of the game.

Obviously your dynasty I'd just hate for you to wake up in two weeks and realize the Tommy thing might be a bit far fetched for the more "realistic" USPW you have said you wanted to represent. Then you become dissatisfied with where that story went and it leads to a decline in your fun with the dynasty.

You've had this dynasty for a while and I think you finally found a way to do USPW that satisfies your creative juices as well as maintains popularity with the readers. So congratulations on that just thought I'd offer a friendly, outside view point.

OH MY GOD!

Awesome idea to use the Working agreement to get him in.

I knew that this decision would be a bit of a polarizing one. That people would either love it or hate it. That being said, TCW has risen to an International level while USPW is still at Cult so there is, IMO, a major difference between the two promotions as far as popularity is concerned.

That being said, Sam Strong has a 'strong' connection with TCW in the fact that he worked there for a long time and has worked with Tommy Cornell specifically. That relationship, to me, is the basis for the ability to get the working agreement in the door, so to speak. Then there's the fact that it says that TCW has never looked like it was going to take over as the undisputed number one promotion. Therefore, Tommy just might be looking for something to put them over the top. Getting someone like Bruce The Giant, who has popularity in the U.S., Mexico, Japan and Canada just might be worth having Tommy show up on a USPW show a few times.

I also have no intentions of bringing in TCW wrestlers as 'jobbers' as I would do for some of the other promotions I have working agreements with. The working agreement is going to be as realistic as I can make it while still allowing me to have some fun.

I really like this storyline angeldelayette, but as you said, people will either love it or hate it. You aren't actually going to have a Sam Strong vs. Tommy Cornell match are you? Because I don't think that that match would get a very high rating (at least not compared to other matches that you could do), and it would use up an appearance on Tommy's "On Loan" contract. Can't you only have 3 appearance at the max on a "On Loan" contract?

Interesting and controversial angle there bringing in Cornell, look forward to see where you go with this one.

Strong vs Cornell would score great in USPW,

Pop fed and Sams performance skills are still better than half the USPW roster, put him in with a wrestling god like Cornell and combine both their popularities, it would be the highest scoring match Angel could have in USPW I'd think.

Would be brilliant to read as well, kinda like Hogan vs Rock for me just Rock having more political power haha

Non Title: Bruce The Giant vs. Freddie Datsun

Bruce isn't going to be heading over for his guest stint with TCW on back of a loss.

DeMento and Andre Jones vs. James Prudence and Alex Braun

Trying to fathom who DeMento is, but regardless of that fact there is more established star power with the faces.

JD Morgan vs. Acid

Morgan may be part of the Brotherhood but Acid has been pushed strong thus far, despite his recent loss to Engyma.

Anger vs. MAW Wrestler American Patriot

Pains me to say it but American Jobber will lose to over the hill Anger. Mind you I love the fact that you're abusing fresh young talent to keep some of the has-beens relatively over, it's just the sort of thing I would buy into USPW doing. :p

Non Title: Belle Bryden vs. Joanne Rodriguez

J-Ro's coming off a shock loss to Eve Grunge, she isn't about to beat Belle Bryden.

Non Title: Nikolai Taktarov vs. Chris Caulfield

We all know Caulfield is more indestructible than the Terminator by now. He'll take a hellacious beating...he'll suddenly find a 'second wind' and make a comeback...he'll nail Takatarov with the Danger Drop and will walk out with yet another win, because that's what Chris Caulfield does.

My reaction to the Tommy Cornell storyline, was one off 'oh that's a shocker, Tommy Cornell in USPW ?!'- I must say I marked out at first but then I stuck my TEW smark cap on and must say I had a reaction to the idea of Tommy coming over to USPW being a bit on the ridiculous side.

But I must say you did a good job of explaining just why you have managed to bring Tommy in to USPW and as long as this continues to be well written, I'll still be along for the ride. :)

I see this being perfect. Gotta love Cornell coming to USPW. In my first game in the TEW 2010 demo, I used USPW and signed a working agreement with TCW. The principle of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." Bringing Cornell over, while unlikely, makes some sense. This could end up pretty cool.

For the record, I brought over Sam Keith under a "Big League Star" gimmick and feuded him with Nicky Champion to get Champion some free overness against someone who wouldn't be in my company long. Looking forward to seeing what you do here.

As for predictions...

Non Title: Bruce The Giant vs. Freddie Datsun

-Bruce will refuse to job to Freddie Datsun.

DeMento and Andre Jones vs. James Prudence and Alex Braun

-DeMento is the alter ego of Dusty Bin. No win for Dusty Bin.

JD Morgan vs. Acid

-Acid is more over, but if I'm gonna be wrong about any of them, this is it.

Anger vs. MAW Wrestler American Patriot

-With American Patriot being built to face Bruce the Giant, I don't see him losing here.

Non Title: Belle Bryden vs. Joanne Rodriguez

-I see last week's loss to Eve being the beginning of a losing streak for J-Ro.

Non Title: Nikolai Taktarov vs. Chris Caulfield

-Like the non-title match last week, Caulfield answers a challenge, makes the same deal, then kicks Taktarov around the ring.
