blslivewire
How many months do they want per fight? I've already lost 3 fighters because I can't figure it out. Also, why would fighters leave the UFC over that when there's no real competition and they won't make close to the same money elsewhere?
DreamGoddessLindsey
9 months per fight. At National and above, you generally can hire people for 54 months/6 fights or less. Never seen anyone willing to go for more.

Anyone ever get 8 fights out of anyone?</p>
OctoberRaven
I'm in UFC right now, and all my top guys sign 10/10 contracts for 60 months.

dude-1981
Be great if you could set those contracts as defaults to leave you less fields to fiddle with. (Don't tell me you can do that and I've just never seen it.)
Blackman
Give them as much as possible. They never care about too much time a match.
bigtplaystew
If you are bad at math just max out the contract length. I am at a point now where I sign nothing but 10 Fights, as few garunteed as possible, and 60 months. But if you have are signing a 4 fight deal, just try 60. If that don't work come down by 10 until they accept it.
