masterded Posted January 17, 2012 Author Share Posted January 17, 2012 I am double posting as a way to keep my personal posts and comments separate from ones dealing directly with the game. So he are just some thoughts about the draft and such. BHK- Dustin was a guy who had the story line of hiding his past of being a former gay adult entertainer from his roommates (including his girl friend). His girlfriends mom finds out and tells her. Back and forth goes on about what he did or didn't do and so on. Not surprised he was the last picked as I expect his team or Nate's team to be the first one picked to go to the elimination round and the other one to be picked week 2. The other picks I like quite a bit. I think 2 of them will be in the final 4 teams and if it wasn't for me thinking Robin causes her and Mark to come in last at least once I would think you could have 3 of them in the final 4 teams. moon_lit_tears- I like Leroy but think taking him as the second pick is a stretch. Very likable person who is physically intimidating that will make him someone people don't want to make an enemy of. That being said unproven teammate and almost certainly to be a target for the last few elimination rounds. Hand cuffing him to his partner seems to only guarantee that 2 of your people don't make it to the end, though you should end up doubling up on some hook up points. I am shocked Vinny went in the second round, he seems to be the weaker competitor on his team, though he should get some drama points. That being said unpopular and a poor performer I don't see him making the final 4. The last pick is hard to judge as you had 2 weak options and a handcuff option. Taker- I think you first pick was fantastic someone you could basically pencil in as a member of the final four teams. The second pick of Ty on the other end I am not a fan of. He always falls short and is most definitely the weaker competitor on his team (though the better pick as he should get drama points). Ty is not liked or respected by the other people on the show and once the 2 newest teams go out he will be an early target. Robin should get some decent drama points (though how many she loses for crying who knows) and though I don't expect her to make the final four a good third round pick. The last pick is hard to judge due to what else was available. Though I would have taken Sarah. Rev- I like your draft for the most part. Taking the handcuff of the best competitor (physically speaking) was a great first pick who should make it to the final 4 (though I expect you to lose points for crying in at least 3 episodes). Emily is always a strong competitor though I think she was taken too early. Looking at who she is teamed up with has little chance of being in the final 4 and as I said earlier based on drama points alone Ty should be the better pick of the 2. Paula always does good right before it matters most a trend I expect to continue with her and Dunbar together (sure she bucked the trend last time). I like the last pick, don't think she has a chance to make the final 4 as a result of being on a girl girl team, but should make it past the halfway point. Mr. T- I like the first pick as I think Wes makes the final 4 which means Mandi does as well. You should also have a good chance of doubling up on hook-up points. I would say the odds are good that the handcuff pays off for you. The other handcuff though I am not as sure about. Best case scenario about week 4 or 5 they end up fighting each other both get kicked off and you end up with a ton of drama points. Most realistic outcome Jasmine gets you a few weeks of good drama points then Tyrie costs them an elimination round about week 4. My Draft- My thought for the first 2 picks was Abram tends to be a strong competitor and is always good for some drama points. Think he has a good chance of making the final 4. Camila should give me drama points does good at competitions and Johnny should drag her to a final 4 spot. Dunbar should make it late in to the game though not final 4 teams and he will give me make someone cry points (oh and he is crazy). The final pick I just took who I thought the strongest competitor who was left. I think if it wan't for being part of a girl girl team Rachel gets picked in the 2nd round. Mr T Jobs To Me Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 I like the analysis, masterded. My thing with Jasmine is that if you see the previews, yeah she does clearly throw a punch at her poor partner Tyrie there but I'm going to say that I don't think she will get kicked off for it... She's so small, I really don't think Tyrie or anyone else would feel threatened. They were also saying on the preview show that Tyrie got into really good shape all of a sudden so they could be a surprise team.
