DIASPORA- Takayuki of the Revolution

Recommended Posts

Poor Hunter Wolfe. That's the price of not winning the Become A Star competition... 'Fuku Machine'. Jhd needs to add that as an official alter-ego. :p

Good to see the TV deal is now in the bag too.

Somehow I don't think whoever created Hunter Wolfe had this in mind for him. :D

To be honest I'm not disrespecting the character- but I'll admit it was a bit of a mistake to sign him. Wolfe's character works if he's kicking ass but his zero overness means all I could do with him is basically having him jobbing in every match.

O.O.C Note

I'm going to be going on another holiday from Monday for a week, to Jersey (with the family this time)- So yeah, you've guessed it this thing will be put on hold for that period of time. I don't have anymore holiday's planned after this one, well for this year at least.

I'll have my laptop with me whilst in Jersey, so I'll still checking onto these boards and you might some activity from me in my other thread over in the Dog Pound: Tigerkinney's: Anime Reviews, but I won't have time to update this whilst I'm out there.

Congratulations on winning mod diary of the month. This is a consistently quality diary and I'm glad to see you take home the award.

Sairento & GUSHIKEN vs Prime Dragon & Eikichi Minamoto

Hard pick, as I've come to expect from your main events. It's a coinflip, but I'll take the Guardians to win here.

Hiro Date vs Incognito

Incognito may be a prick, but he's talented and I think he could be elevated into the Junior Heavyweight title picture soon.

Oda Yamawaki vs Chojiro Ono

Yamawaki is more talented then Ono, so I'll take SHIP here to make it a 1-1 exchange.

Whispered (Zodiac & Talisman) vs ShimiKuma (Aki Shimizudani & Horiuchi Inokuma)

On the plus side it might just be the best ShimiKuma match of all time. On the down side that's not a huge accomplishment.

Koto Arato, Kotei Yamato & Go Takashi vs Hyotaru Ichigawa, Taheji Ebisawa & Kan Mitsubishi

It's hard to go against Ichigawa, but I don't have much confidence in his teammates.

MOE! MONEY! (Meido Machine & HUSTLE Umiro) vs Dark Wolf II & Soh Terajima

You've been pushing Dark Wolf II somewhat, but a loss to the comedy team here would kill any momentum hes built up.

Blood Spider Jr vs Hiroto Nori

Easy pick here.

Kohei Hidaka vs Tian Long

Old man fight! I'll go with the one who've you've got the owner goal to protect.

Shintaro Hideki vs Shiki Hirasi vs Yachi Kotara vs Xtinction

Jobber fight! However Hideki seems the least jobbery of these four.

Sairento & GUSHIKEN vs Prime Dragon & Eikichi Minamoto

Tough one but Minamoto going to challenge the heavyweight belt I´d say that he needs the win more than GUSHIKEN.

Hiro Date vs Incognito

Another tough one bur I go with "keep Incognito´s ego in check" route.

Oda Yamawaki vs Chojiro Ono

Hmmm, it doesn´t seem to be a good week for Kuro (or then I´m wrong with my predictions, which wouldn´t be the first time:p). Anyway I don´t see Ono going over unless you want to set up a title defence between these two teams.

Whispered (Zodiac & Talisman) vs ShimiKuma (Aki Shimizudani & Horiuchi Inokuma)

Not much chance for ShimiKuma to win here.

Koto Arato, Kotei Yamato & Go Takashi vs Hyotaru Ichigawa, Taheji Ebisawa & Kan Mitsubishi

Ichigawa is the top name here. He´s partners are the weakest member of their group but same can be said about Arato´s partners too (though I rate Yamato higher than the the rest) so I go with the champ.

MOE! MONEY! (Meido Machine & HUSTLE Umiro) vs Dark Wolf II & Soh Terajima

Not sure about this one as MOE! MONEY! is the real team here and HUSTLE was at least midcarder before his team up but Wolf has been wuite strong lately too... guess I go with Kuro guys based on Wolf getting a push and Terajima needing to look semi-strong but I wouldn´t be too surprised if this goes to the other way either.

Blood Spider Jr vs Hiroto Nori

Nori gets a win here for sure.

Kohei Hidaka vs Tian Long

Long isn´t going to lose here.

Shintaro Hideki vs Shiki Hirasi vs Yachi Kotara vs Xtinction

By far the biggest name here.

Sairento & GUSHIKEN vs Prime Dragon & Eikichi Minamoto

PD and EM have more going for them, champ and upcoming title match. And Nori doing a run in to attack Sairento.

Hiro Date vs Incognito

Incognito is the bigger name to me.

Oda Yamawaki vs Chojiro Ono

Hard to pick.

Whispered (Zodiac & Talisman) vs ShimiKuma (Aki Shimizudani & Horiuchi Inokuma)

Probably a good match, though.

Koto Arato, Kotei Yamato & Go Takashi vs Hyotaru Ichigawa, Taheji Ebisawa & Kan Mitsubishi

So torn. I hate to bet against the Champ, but I could see Arato getting the win too.

MOE! MONEY! (Meido Machine & HUSTLE Umiro) vs Dark Wolf II & Soh Terajima

Dark Wolf II is getting a push, and Soh is in a storyline. That trumps being an amusing comedy team.

Blood Spider Jr vs Hiroto Nori

Nori kicks butt, however, there could be some Kuro tricks to spice it up.

Kohei Hidaka vs Tian Long

Sushi break.

Shintaro Hideki vs Shiki Hirasi vs Yachi Kotara vs Xtinction

The guy in the storyline wins.

After the usual feeling out process, the most notable thing in the match was Xtinction almost killing himself by a springboard moonsault press to the floor. 'Everybody's Shadow' somehow managed to recover from that and almost nabbed the win with an <strong>X.L.E</strong> (Tilt a Whirl DDT) on Yachi Kotara only for Shintaro Hideki to deny the mysterious masked man the win with a <strong>Superkick.</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Hidaka had the better of the early exchanges, to the point that a frustrated Long went out for a powder, only for 'Red Dog' to take the 'Imperial' one down with a slingshot flying cross-body. Hidaka got a two count with a belly to back suplex and then looked to wrap things up with the <strong>Bite and Bark </strong>(Diving Bulldog) but got goozled by Long who countered with a choke-slam.</p><p> </p><p>

That proved to the turning point in the match and though Hidaka showed some fighting spirit by kicking out of a <strong>Dragon Suplex</strong> and then battling his way to the ropes after being placed in the <strong>Dynasty Lock</strong> (Inverted STF) but he was unable to swing the momentum back his way and in the end Long claimed victory with the <strong>Emperor Driver</strong> ( Sit Out Side Powerslam).</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match #2: Blood Spider Jr vs Hiroto Nori</strong></p><p> </p><p>

Nori dominated the early going, peppering Blood Spider Jr with kick and strike flurries, but just when it looked like the S.H.I.P leader was about to finish off the 'New Nightmare' Spider managed to bail to the floor. Nori was determined to finish this one off quickly but as he went for a high velocity suicide dive, he was stopped in his tracks with a faceful of poison mist, spurted at him from his dastardly opponent.</p><p> </p><p>

Blood Spider Jr then drilled the disorientated Nori with a DDT out on the floor and then pitched 'Battle' back into the ring. A series of covers however could only earn a two count for Spider, before 'the New Nightmare' stomped away on Nori and then placed the S.H.I.P leader in position before heading up top.</p><p> </p><p>

Blood Spider Jr came crashing down upon Nori with the <strong>Blood Drop</strong> (Senton Bomb) but frustatingly for 'the New Nightmare' Nori showed great fighting spirit by kicking out a two and a half.</p><p> </p><p>

'The New Nightmare' was still in control however and still looked on course for an upset win, as he lifted Nori up with a double underhook, but 'Battle' had come to his senses and countered the <strong>Lethal Bite</strong> (Double Underhook Piledriver) attempt into a <strong>Beetle Driver</strong> (Double Underhook Powerbomb).....</p><p> </p><p>

Nori then retook control of the match and soon had Blood Spider Jr trapped in the <strong>Yakisoba </strong>(Tilt-A-Whirl Cross Arm Breaker), Nori had it locked on right in the centre of the ring, and Spider soon saw no other choice but to tap out.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">Result: Hiroto Nori [w] bt Blood Spider Jr [L] in 8:33 via submission (Yakisoba)</span></strong></p><p>

<span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"><strong>Takayuki Balls:</strong></span><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"> No one would have given Blood Spider Jr a chance in this match, but this ended up being a neat little contest, that really highlighted the 'character' of each wrestler. Blood Spider Jr is clearly not in Nori's league but the fact that he is unashamed to use dishonorable methods meant he made the match into a contest. Of course Nori-san is way too strong a wrestler for those methods to work however and the S.H.I.P leader still came out looking strong. </span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match #3: Dark Wolf II & Soh Terajima vs </strong></p><p>

<strong>MOE! MONEY! (HUSTLE Umiro & Meido Machine)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

The Kuro duo of Dark Wolf II and Soh Terajima jump MOE! MONEY! from behind before the comedic pair can even enter the ring... which manages to draw some light jeers from the crowd. They manage to isolate Meido Machine in their corner for a bit, but all of a sudden after Meido makes a heart symbol- both Dark Wolf II and Soh Terajima suddenly freeze and the 'World's Most Dangerous Otaku' nails the Kuro pair with consecutive drop-kicks before getting the tag into HUSTLE.</p><p> </p><p>

HUSTLE send Terajima out of the ring with a lariat, and then plants Dark Wolf II with a Samoan Drop for a two count. MOE! MONEY! then combine with their signature double team snap suplex on the 'Howling Menace'</p><p> </p><p>

But Terajima manages to sneak in a pair of Black Box shots as DIASPORA's resident odd couple do their signature 'taunt'. Wolf then plants Meido with a German suplex, but HUSTLE breaks it up at two.</p><p> </p><p>

HUSTLE then found himself isolated in the Kuro corner, but managed to 'Thunder Up' and hit a double lariat on the Kuro pair, when he saw that Meido had produced a Chocolate Parfait from under the ring !</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQOZd-42PaUonV3-nESFrGN9YGJN6uo2fPR35mJ48IEeRS0-q0F</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

HUSTLE got the taq into Meido, who immediately went up to the top rope and after screaming <strong><span style="color:#9932CC;">'M M MEIDO BEAAAAMMMM!!!</span></strong>' nailed both of the Kuro pair with his signature missile drop-kick. </p><p> </p><p>

Meido went for the cover on Terajima, but Wolf managed to dive across just in time. Meido did however get a double leg takedown on Wolf, and soon had the 'Howling Fury' in the<strong> Moe Moe Clutch</strong> (Double Leg Nelson Pin) but just as Wolf came to the rescue for him moments earlier Terajima was able to return the favour.</p><p> </p><p>

Meanwhile HUSTLE was too engrossed in eating his Chocolate parfait, to come to the rescue of his partner, and after the Kuro pair planted Meido with a double team snap suplex (following that up by flipping off the fans)....the 'World's Most Dangerous Otaku' was nailed with the <strong>Wolf's Call</strong> (Sliding Lariat Pin), as the 'Howling Menace' secured a victory for Kuro-Nadeshiko. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">Result: Dark Wolf II [w] & Soh Terajima by Meido Machine [L] & HUSTLE Umiro in 10:07 via pinfall (Wolf's Call)</span></strong></p><p>

After a fairly even opening first few minutes, it was ther S.H.I.P trio who took initial control when Koto Arato connected with an <strong>Arato Lariat</strong> on Ebisawa. 'Forceful Dagger' showed great fighting spirit by kicking out of that and then after surviving Kotei Yamato's <strong>Knightmare Frame</strong> (Bridging Cobra Clutch submission) turned things round with a<strong> Dozer</strong> (Spear) on Pin Point. </p><p> </p><p>

Heavyweight Champion Hyotaru Ichigawa was then tagged in and seized control of the match nailing Arato with the <strong>Decapitator </strong>(Running Bicycle Kick) and then planting Yamato with a <strong>Dragon Suplex</strong>. Go Takashi broke that up but soon sound himself isolated in the Guardians corner and was soon placed in the <strong>Cross Arm Breaker</strong> from Ichigawa.</p><p> </p><p>

Fortunately for 'Nippon Hart' Arato was on hand to make the save.....that lead to a six man melee, as referee Ochida desperarately tried to restore control. When things settled down it saw the two veterans Ichigawa and Arato going toe to toe and eventually taking each other down with a double collision right in the centre of the ring. </p><p> </p><p>

Yamato and Ebisawa got tagged in respectively....'Pin Point' seemed to take initial control with a drop-kick, but 'Forceful Dagger' shook it off and after connecting with a lariat, planted Yamato with the <strong>Ebisawa Complex </strong>(Swinging Side Slam Backbreaker)......</p><p> </p><p>

Takashi broke up the pin, but was clotheslined to the floor by Ebisawa, only for 'Forceful Dagger' to turn right round into a 'Pele' kick from Yamato. 'Pin Point' then headed up top and crashed down upon Ebisawa with a Frog-Splash.......</p><p> </p><p>

Ebisawa kicked out at two but suddenly found himself trapped in the <strong>End Game</strong> (Clutched Knee Strike Flurry)....but Mitsubishi broke into the ring to make the save and then connected with the <strong>Power Punch</strong> upon Yamato...but his pin attempt was waved off. </p><p> </p><p>

Mitsubishi got himself officially tagged into the match, but Yamato was able to foil his attempt to stop 'Pin Point' from making the tag out with an Enziguri. Takashi took the tag and after ducking a Power Punch from Mitsubishi, took 'Fist of Granite' down with the Headless Ride (Running Neckreaker). Mitsubishi managed to kick out at two, but soon found himself hoisted upon Takashi's shoulders and then planted with the <strong>DRRR!!</strong> (Wrist Clutch Death Valley Driver).....and with his S.H.I.P team mates able to hold Ichigawa and Ebisawa off from making the save that secured victory for the S.H.I.P trio. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">Result: Koto Arato, Kotei Yamato & Go Takashi [w] bt Hyotaru Ichigawa, Taheji Ebisawa & Kan Mitsubishi [L] in 13:10 via pinfall (DRRR!!) </span></strong></p><p>

<span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"><strong>Takayuki Balls:</strong></span><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"> Arato and Ichigawa pretty much phoned it in for this match, and they were just there to add some 'star quality'. This was more about the midcarders working their butt off to impress with Yamato, Takashi and Ebisawa all putting a good shift in to impress and make this a reasonably entertaining six man tag. </span></p><p>

ShimiKuma just can't seem to contend with Whispered's superior speed and agility at the start of the match, and Zodiac almost nabs a quick win when he catches Shimizudani off guard with the<strong> Escaflowne</strong> (Tilt-A-Whirl Crucifix Bomb Pin), but Inokuma was on hand to make the save.</p><p> </p><p>

ShimiKuma then decided to go for a powder, they then 'heel' it up a bit by teasing getting back into the ring and then deciding to bail to the floor again, eventually the more inexperienced Talisman has enough and manages to take out Inokuma with a handspring plancha, only to get blinsided with a <strong>Shimu-Lariat.</strong></p><p> </p><p>

'The Second Coming' then found himself isolated in ShimiKuma's corner but managed to kick out of a Belly to Belly suplex from Shimizudani and then showed even greater fighting spirit by kicking out of Inokuma's <strong>Kamikochi Suplex (</strong>Northern Lights Suplex).....</p><p> </p><p>

ShimiKuma remained in control though and Inokuma had Talisman locked in a Full Nelson as Shimizudani lined up to nail the 'Second Coming' with his <strong>Chin Marker</strong> (Jumping Knee) but Talisman managed to wriggle free and 'S-Pulse' ended up nailing Inokuma instead. </p><p> </p><p>

That gave Talisman the opening to get Zodiac back into the match, who nailed Inokuma with a springboard leg lariat before snapping off a spinning head-scissors that he immediately transitioned into the <strong>Flame Haze</strong> (Tilt-A-Whirl Crucifix Arm Bar)......</p><p> </p><p>

Inokuma looked on the verge of tapping out but Shimizudani dived across to make the save....'S-Pulse' then argued with referee Sugimura, tying up the official for Inokuma to sneak in a cheap shot from behind on Zodiac. The 'Learning Lion' then planted Zodiac with the <strong>Sea-Change</strong> (Spinning Side Slam) but noticeably grabbed at his arm before he made the cover.</p><p> </p><p>

Zodiac kicked out at two, perhaps Inokuma's hesitation allowing to him kick out. Inokuma paced around in frustration and then all of a sudden found himself drilled into the canvas with a Tornado DDT from Talisman. Zodiac then followed up with a kick into the mid-section and a <strong>Zodiac Sniper '98</strong> (Leg Hook Sunset Flip Powerbomb)....</p><p> </p><p>

Fortunately for Inokuma Shimizudani was able to make the save, then 'S-Pulse' nailed 'Innovations God' with the<strong> Chin-Marker</strong> (Jumping Knee) but unfortunately for ShimiKuma referee Sugimura rightly waved off Shimizudani's pin attempt as he was not the legal man.</p><p> </p><p>

Shimizudani was able to get himself tagged in first and then he prevented Zodiac from tagging out to Talisman. S-Pulse then looked to set Zodiac up for a Powebomb, but all of a sudden 'Innovations God' managed to counter into a stunning sitout facebuster....Zodiac then tagged Talisman back in, who immediately went up top and came crashing down upon 'S-Pulse' with a <strong>Platinum Idol</strong> (360 Shooting Star Press) to secure the win for the Junior Tag Team Champions.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Match #6 Chojiro Ono vs Oda Yamawaki</strong></p><p> </p><p>

No suprise that this one starts out as an all out brawl as soon as the bell rings. Yamawaki is on the front foot in the early going, his more dynamic movement keeping Ono on the back foot, but 'Epic Tsunami' manages to soak up the pressure and levels Yamawaki with a single fore-arm smash. Ono then planted Yamawaki with a scoop slam for a two count, before whipping 'Fearless' int the corner.</p><p> </p><p>

Ono then went for a corner splash, but Yamawaki managed to move out of the way just in time and staggered Ono with a high kick. Yamawaki then went up top but was then brought in the hard-way with a biel throw from the Udon Noodle Killer. Ono then whipped Yamawaki into the opposite corner and this time nailed 'Fearless' with a corner splash before levelling the All Asia Tag champion with a lariat.</p><p> </p><p>

That earned a two count for Ono, who then set Yamawaki up for a powerbomb but 'Fearless' managed to fight off the attempt and countered into a sunset flip only for the superheavy Ono to simply counter that by sitting down upon Yamawaki.</p><p> </p><p>

Yamawaki however has enough energy to just about getting his shoulder up. Ono then planted Yamawaki with a Samoan Drop, but was left frustrated when Yawawaki once again kicked out at two. 'Epic Tsunami' then dragged the All Asia Tag Champion into position and went for the <strong>Tsunami</strong> (Big Splash) but Yamawaki managed to move out of the way just in time, before nailing Ono with a <strong>Shining Wizard</strong></p><p> </p><p>

That earned 'Fearless' a close two count before he headed up top and then waited for Ono to stagger to his feet before hitting the <strong>Fearless</strong> Flying Clothesline.....Ono managed to stay on his feet but was then pole-axed with a chop-block from Yamawaki, who went up top again....this time crashing down upon Ono with a Flying Leg-Drop. </p><p> </p><p>

'Epic Tsunami' managed to kick out of that but Yamawaki kept the pressure on Ono, by peservering with a streak of pin attempts....eventually Ono got worn out from having to kick out and Yamawaki kept his shoulders pinned for the count of three. </p><p> </p><p>

Incognito gains and early advantage taking down Date with a drop-toe-hold and folowing up with a basement drop-kick. 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' then decides to go up to the top-rope but Date quicky recovers and cuts him off...Incognito manages to fight off a superplex attempt from the All Asia Tag champion, but Date then counters a flying cross-body into a fallaway slam.</p><p> </p><p>

Date then dominated for a bit slinging Incognito from pillar to post, the fact that he is not a big lumbering heavyweight giving Incognito little chance to use his agility and speed as an advantage. 'Stampeding Bull' then got a two count with a gutbuster, before flinging Incognito with a release German suplex......</p><p> </p><p>

'El Pesadilla Hermosa' however was able to bail from the ring before Date could keep the pressure on. Date waited patiently for the rudo-luchador to make his way back into the ring but when he went to bring Incognito back in with a suplex....'El Pesadilla Hermosa' flinged the top-rope against his throat, causing Date to stagger backwards. Incognito then hit a springboard <strong>Bala De Dios</strong> (Flying Spinning Heel Kick) and though it only got a two count, it put the Kuro man in control for the first time in the match.</p><p> </p><p>

Incognito then sent Date out to the floor with another leg lariat, before following up with a baseball slide that sent 'Stampeding Bull' crashing against the barricade. Incognito then picked up a chair on the outside, but referee Ochida was having none of that and grabbed the chair out of Incognito's hands. However Incognito's tag partner, Tian Long who had second him to the ring sneaked in a few cheap shots on Date.</p><p> </p><p>

Date was then tossed back into the ring and Incognito stomped away on the All Asia Tag champ, before taunting both his opponent and the crowd by arrogantly strutting around the ring. However that proved to be a foolish move on the part of Incognito as Date, popped back to his feet and nailed Incognito with a spear. </p><p> </p><p>

Date then lifted Incognito up with a waistlock and then planted 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' with a <strong>German Suplex Hold.</strong></p><p> </p><p>

'Stampeding Bull' got a close two count as Incognito just about his got shoulders up. Date was determined to finish this off though and looked to set up for the <strong>Rejection</strong> (Fisherman Brainbuster) but before he could do so Incognito sneaked in an eye-rake and a low blow. The simple though less than savoury tactic was enough to disorientate Date for Incognito to escape from Date's clutches and once again bail out to the floor for another powder. </p><p> </p><p>

Date quickly recovered from the eye-rake/low blow combo and determined to win the match properly went in pursuit of Incognito, only to be nailed from behind by Tian Long. Date shook Long's cheap shot off however and then levelled the 'Imperial One' with a clothesline only to turn right round in to a spinning heel kick from Incognito. Incognito then broke up referee Ochida's two count by rolling back into the ring and then planted Date with a Tornado DDT off the apron. </p><p> </p><p>

Incognito then pitched 'Stampeding Bull' back into the ring and got a two count, before heading up top, before going for the <strong>Susurro De La Muerte</strong> (630 Senton)......</p><p> </p><p>

But 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' crashed and burned as Date moved out of the way at the last split second. Date then scrambled across and flipped Incognito over into the <strong>Date with Pain (</strong>Elevated Boston Crab)......</p><p> </p><p>

Incognito to his credit managed to find a way out of the hold, but was too hobbled to follow up with any offence of his own and Date stayed in control by levelling 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' with a clothesline and then followed up with another German Suplex Hold for another close two count.</p><p> </p><p>

Date then tossed Incoginito into the corner, and decided to pitch the dazed rudo-luchador onto the top-rope, as he looked to set up for an <strong>Avalanche Rejection II !</strong> (Backdrop Suplex), but Incognito managed to fight off the attempt and then suddenly countered with an Inverted Tornado DDT that he quickly transitioned into the<strong> Sueno Permanente</strong> Sleeper.......</p><p> </p><p>

Date looked to be fading but then managed to find a burst of fighting spirit to break free from the hold, but Incognito was quick to keep the match in his advantage, by stunning a still weary 'Stampeding Bull' with an <strong>Incognito Driver</strong> (Snapmare Driver).......</p><p> </p><p>

Incognito had emerged the winner in this first ever singles meeting between these two competitors. It was a close contest and Date was in control for much of the match, but in the end 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' was the one to have the final word. </p><p> </p><p>

The Kuro pair try to sneak attack the Guardians before they can enter the ring, but Dragon & Minamoto are ready for such tactics and fire back. Dragon and Minamoto then hit stereo flying fore-arm smashes off the apron to maintain the early momentum. The Junior Champion pitches Sairento back into the ring and nails the Kuro leader with a rolling wheel kick and then hits a Brainbuster for a two count. </p><p> </p><p>

The 'Grand Pillar' turns it over to Minamoto who hoists Sairento upon his shoulders and then plants the 'Silent Reaper' with the <strong>Gurugu Mawaru</strong> (Airplane Spin Samoan Drop).....Sairento immediately sits right back up in his trademark eerie fashion but when he gets to his feet he is staggering around still disorientated from being left dizzy by the Airplan Spin.</p><p> </p><p>

Minamoto nails the dizzy Sairento with a running boot and then tags Prime Dragon back in, with Sairento back down on the canvas Dragon goes for the <strong>Dragonsault</strong> (Springboard Moonsault) but GUSHIKEN comes across and with a simple shake of the rope, causes the Super Junior Champion to lose his balance. Sairento then hits a series of stiff kicks to Dragon, who has got caught up in the ropes....and then follows up with a basement drop kick to the head of the Guardians leader. </p><p> </p><p>

Sairento then drills Dragon with a brainbuster for a two count, before tossing the 'Grand Pillar' into the Kuro corner, as the despised heels begin to take complete control much to the dismay of the crowd in attendance and Minamoto, looking frustratingly on the apron.</p><p> </p><p>

Sairento and GUSHIKEN then methodically worked over Dragon in their corner, with Sairento delivering a face-wash and then Kuro pair combining on an assisted double stomp for a two count. GUSHIKEN then set Dragon up for the <strong>GUSHIKEN Driver</strong> (Samoan Driver) but Dragon managed to fight his way out of it, only to then be nailed with a <strong>GUSHIKEN Smash</strong> (Charging Eblow Smash).......</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN powerfully kicked out, but was then immediately nailed with a rolling wheel kick from Dragon. 'Great Thunder' stayed on his feet but was then nailed again from the Super Junior champion, this time with a palm strike. The Super Junior champion then decided it was wisest to get the tag out to Minamoto, who waited for GUSHIKEN to rise to his feet, before nailing 'Great Thunder' with one of Hyotaru Ichigawa's signature moves the <strong>Decapitator</strong> (Running Bicyle Kick)........</p><p> </p><p>

Sairento goes to nail with Yakuza Kick but the Super Junior champion sidesteps out of the way and nails the Silent Reaper with a Rolling Wheel Kick, before planting the Kuro leader with a <strong>Prime Driver</strong> (Over the Shoulder Belly to Back Piledriver) but referee Sugimura still manages to have some control over the match and rightly waves Dragon's pin attempt off, recognising that the Guardians leader is not the legal man.</p><p> </p><p>

Sairento despite just being drilled into the canvas, is still able to recover quicker than Minamoto who is still struggling to shake the cobwebs from his head after being nailed by the Absolute Terror. </p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN lifts the still groggy Minamoto up for the <strong>GUSHIKEN Firebomb</strong> (Thunder Fire Powerbomb) but all of a sudden 'Rumble Heart' comes back to life and manages to fight his way out with a flurry of fore-arm smashes, only for 'Great Thunder' to shake off the flurry and level Minamoto with the <strong>GUSHIKEN Smash</strong> (Charging Elbow Smash).....</p><p> </p><p>

But all that ends up doing, is send Minamoto into his corner and Prime Dragon is able to take full advantage by tagging himself in. 'The Grand Pillar' nails GUSHIKEN with a drop-kick, and then staggers 'Great Thunder' with a rolling wheel kick before taking GUSHIKEN off his feet with a basement drop-kick. GUSHIKEN then planted Dragon with a powerslam, before tagging Sairento back into the ring, who came crashing down upon the Guardians leader with a slingshot senton.</p><p> </p><p>

That got a two count, and then Sairento delivered the <strong>Kuro Stomp</strong> (Surfboard Curbstomp) before applying the <strong>Silence </strong>(Pentagram Choke), but Dragon showed once again just how tough he is to beat, as he doggedly refused to tap out and somehow made his way to the ropes to force the ropebreak.</p><p> </p><p>

Sairento paced around in frustration, before hoisting the seemingly spent Super Junior champion upon his shoulders, as he looked to finish things with the <strong>Ryuk's Apple </strong>(Cuthroat Inverted Death Valley Driver) but somehow Dragon still had a tiny bit left in the tank and he manged to fight his way off with a series of elbows to the side of Sairento's head. Dragon then nailed the 'Silent Reaper' with a palm strike and then followed up with a <strong>Prime Driver 2000</strong> (Wrist Clutch Death Valley Driver) but he was too worn down to follow up with a cover and he simply looked to make the tag out to Minamoto. </p><p> </p><p>

That he did managed to do, and Minamoto lifted up the still dazed Sairento and drilled the Kuro-leader with the <strong>Harima DDT</strong> (Double Underhook DDT)....</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN managed to dive in to make the save and then nailed 'Rumble Heart' with the <strong>GUSHIKEN Smash</strong>.....</p><p> </p><p>

That enabled GUSHIKEN to get Sairento back over to the Kuro corner and get himself tagged back into the match...... But as he looked to follow up he was taken by surprise with a Tilt-A-Whirl Headscissors from Minamoto...who immediately transtioned into the <strong>Akira Takano Tea Club Special</strong> Armbar......</p><p> </p><p>

GUSHIKEN looked to be in immediate agonizing pain and rather than risk his arm being pull out of it's socket, he saw it much as a much wiser thing to tap out and concede defeat on this occasion.</p><p> </p><p>

Sairento who had now recovered, looked less than impressed by GUSHIKEN's show of weakness. </p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#A0522D;">Result: Prime Dragon & Eikichi Minamoto [w] bt Sairento & GUSHIKEN [L] in 21:01 via submission (Akira Takano Tea Club Special)</span></strong></p><p>

<span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';"><strong>Takyuki Balls</strong></span><span style="font-family:'Century Gothic';">: Perhaps not as outstanding as some other main events, this was still a good match though and capped off a really solid show. And yes we are building Minamoto-san's new submission finisher as being like 'death' for his opponents whenever he gets it locked in. By the way he came up with the moves name, I had absolutely nothing to do with a such a ridiculous sounding name. I think you can all guess, where he got the 'inspiration' from </span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Post Match Comments:</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#483D8B;"><strong>Eikichi Minamoto:</strong></span><span style="color:#483D8B;"> My pursuit of being at the top of the DIASPORA mountain, has the same limit as Harima's love for Tenma! Ichigawa-san you have been warned!! </span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;"><strong>Prime Dragon:</strong></span><span style="color:#000080;"> Look I don't get who this Harima and Tenma is that Minamoto-san just referred to, but I hope that Ichgawa-san and himself can work things out after their match at Pro Wrestling Festival, because the Guardians need to be able to stick together and remain strong...we showed tonight that we have more collective spirit than Kuro-Nadeshiko- I can feel them weakening, I think even Sairento himself can feel that....lets not show weakness ourselves!</span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#483D8B;"><strong>Eikichi Minamoto</strong></span><span style="color:#483D8B;">: Oh you need not worry Dragon-san, I will make sure that Ichigawa-san has my full respect.....after I become Heavyweight Champion. </span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#000080;"><strong>Prime Dragon:</strong></span><span style="color:#000080;"> That's not what I meant, in fact I can see the fact that Ichigawa-san has granted you a shot at his belt is somewhat going to your head....</span></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Hyotaru Ichigawa then walks in on the scene.....</em></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Hyotaru Ichigawa:</strong></span><span style="color:#0000FF;"> I've got an idea...how about me and you, take on Minamoto-san here and a partner of his own choosing and then we can show him exactly why we are the one's that hold gold!</span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#483D8B;"><strong>Eikichi Minamoto:</strong></span><span style="color:#483D8B;"> As if I would run away from a challenge like that, in fact I could find a champion of my own who would happily tag with me.....and I think both of you will be rather familiar with him! </span></p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><span style="color:#000000;">_____________________________________________________________</span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Takayuki's Final Verdict:</strong> This was a low key 'simple' show with the main angle advancement, being done away from the ring with during the post match interviews for the DIASPORA website, of course this is material we will be using for Effective Line once it gets on air next month. Low key this show may have been, but it ended up being one of our consistenly good shows of the year, delivering a solid stream of DIASPORA action from start to finish.</p>

I was feeling pretty satisfied with the way things were going lately, we had secured a TV deal and we were pointing on consistently good shows but then an edgy Hiroto Nori walked in and shattered the calm mood that I was in....

'She's going out of her mind at home and you know who is the one in the firing line, do you know, DO YOU!'

Well it wouldn't take a genius to guess that the she in question here is Nori-san's obsessive girlfriend Mio Mio and it would take less of a genius to work out that the one in the 'firing line' is Nori-san himself.

'Ever since you banned my Mio-chan from attending our shows, she's been in a foul mood, just be lucky that the one on the end of her foul mood is me....but I can't take it, I can't take it anymore!'

If things have gotten this bad why doesn't he just leave her.....

'But I can't just leave her, I don't know what she'll do if I did that and besides I do care for her'

In other words he's scared that she'll hunt him down and chop him into a thousand pieces with an axe or something like that. And care for her, probably translates as he will miss cuddling up to that body of hers....I must admit I'd be tempted- I wouldn't mind having a go with those.....

http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRc6xF4K88m8tVpIPwrvoSLHm5rmJEjVGDibjfG9HGfZvLLi-CrYuaC-QZg0ghttp://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTtnC8GNrCJslwKamblbfMUx6wRiQpCpAwY9wEGnw5290mB1aD1

'Hey you snap out of it, I'm being serious here!

And by the way your nose is bleeding!'

I snapped out of my dangerous day-dream as I grabbed a tissue to deal with the nosebleed that had suddenly occured. Of course dreaming about Mio Mio's assets and actually playing with them are of course too wholly different things.....I mean any sane man wouldn't go near someone as unhinged as her, not that I'm saying Nori-san is not a sane man.

'I come home every night now and all I get for dinner is three Edame Beans.....how the hell am I supposed to survive on that!''

Well he could always get some food out, hasn't stopped him before.....

'I can't even get food out these days, Mio-chan has a massive leash on the money, and she's giving me nothing'

Just how much of his 'life' did Nori-san sign away, it's like he's made a contract with some kind of demon who has awoken on this earth in the form of a buxom bishojo.

'You seriously need to reconsider reversing that ban on Mio-Chan coming to the shows....because if she doesn't I'm hardly going to be top physical condition to compete.

Remember I'm in the main event at Pro Wrestling Festival, do you really want me being a passenger!'

Nori-san had a point, if the situation had come to this and he was being starved of energy, he was going to be as he said a passenger in the main event and that could do alot of damage to us.

Mio Mio she was so much trouble when she attended the shows and now she's causing problems for us when we have even banned her from being there. I told Nori-san, I would think about it....did I really want to risk allowing that loose-cannon to come our shows again? But her obsessive actions, had admittedly put us into a rather difficult position.

'Rumble Heart' has chosen a champion of his own as his partner, one half of the current Junior Tag Team champions Whispered and a former Super Junior champion- Zodiac. </p><p> </p><p> Ten competitors will also get the opportunity to earn themselve a shot at the Super Junior Championship, with the winner of a gauntlet match earning themselves getting the first opportunity to take on the winner of the Dragon-Sairento-Nori match at DIASPORA-Pro Wrestling Festival. The field of ten consists of Blood Spider Jr, Dark Wolf II, HUSTLE Umiro, Incognito, Kotei Yamato, Shintaro Hideki, Soh Terajima, Talisman, Tian Long and Xtinction- with the match rules seeing over the top-rope in effect for the first 9 eliminations and then pinfall/submission/knockout deciding the winner out of the final two competitors. <p><strong>Result: Shinataro Hideki [w] bt Shiki Hirasi + Yachi Kotara + Xtinction [L] in 8:08 via pinfall (Superkick) </strong></p><p><strong>

</strong></p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">Are we surprised by the result? Yes, I thought it would be worse.</span><img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Result: Tian Long [w] bt Kohei Hidaka [L] in 9:03 via pinfall (Emperor Driver) </strong></p><p><strong>

</strong></p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">This is my pick for sushi match. It's a squash with the least interesting characters. If only it was not so early in the show.</span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Result: Hiroto Nori [w] bt Blood Spider Jr [L] in 8:33 via submission (Yakisoba) </strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">I could see this match being pretty decent. Blood Spider makes for interesting matches, even when he loses, with his shameless Iizuka style cheating. All he needs now is a metal plate to hide in his mask.</span><img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Result: Dark Wolf II [w] & Soh Terajima by Meido Machine [L] & HUSTLE Umiro in 10:07 via pinfall (Wolf's Call) </strong></p><p><strong>

</strong></p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">This was actually worse than I expected. Nice to see Soh get in some good cheap shots. And drama from Meido? Ooh. Too early to break up the team, though. They have alot of experience to build up. </span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Result: Koto Arato, Kotei Yamato & Go Takashi [w] bt Hyotaru Ichigawa, Taheji Ebisawa & Kan Mitsubishi [L] in 13:10 via pinfall (DRRR!!) </strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">This was a kind of weird match. I'm not sure why the Champ got put in with such a weak team since losing doesn't create any new challengers or stories. Maybe Arato needed a win.</span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Result: Zodiac & Talisman [w] bt Aki Shimizudani [L] & Horiuchi Inokuma in 12:23 via pinfall (Platinum Idol) </strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">Now the quality starts. I've been really enjoying Z&T as a team and Zergon's been doing a great job keeping Talisman in line. ShimiKuma put on their usual strong tag match. Never any question who was going to win, though. But it would be a shame to see ShimiKuma break up. But maybe it's time for Inokuma to go all Shawn Michaels on Aki Janetty.</span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Oda Yamawaki [w] bt Chojiro Ono [L] in 11:50 via pinfall (Persistant Pinning) </strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">About as good as we could hope for.</span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Result: Incognito [w] bt Hiro Date [L] in 16:45 via pinfall (Incognito Driver)</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">Good match! This was one of those treats you get in small market shows. A couple of good wrestlers just there to put on a good match. Incognito has the ego problem but it hasn't seemed to bad so far, either. </span></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Result: Prime Dragon & Eikichi Minamoto [w] bt Sairento & GUSHIKEN [L] in 21:01 via submission (Akira Takano Tea Club Special) </strong></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="color:#4B0082;">Good faction vs faction match up. Tiger didn't phone it in on a small market show with the write up.</span><img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><span style="color:#4B0082;"> Gushiken was pretty much the guy who had to drop the fall but it's hard for much drama to come from that loss. </span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;">

Miko: Sairento, tell us what you thought of the match?</span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;">

Sairento: …</span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;">

Miko: Thanks, and back to Takayuki interviewing PD and Minamoto!</span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;">

Good set up for the next match as well.</span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#4B0082;">

Re: Mio Mio it's about time we heard more from her. I'm sure she could sneak into a card. Get a blonde wig. A trench coat should be enough to hide her usual clothing (and an axe). Prime Dragon & Hyotaru Ichigawa vs Eikichi Minamoto & Zodiac

Sure the champs are little bit stronger but I believe that them losing here would build the title match up better. And maybe Zodiac could get a title shot by winnin here too.

Team Ganbatte! (Koto Arato & Go Takashi) vs Udon Noodle Killers (GUSHIKEN & Chojiro Ono)

I still see Takashi as the weak link here, though he might not be that far behind Ono anymore.

Hiroto Nori, Hiro Date & Oda Yamawaki vs Yachi Kotara, Kohei Hidaka & Hideaki Kasuse

Squash.

10 Man Gauntlet match for Super Junior Title Shot: Blood Spider Jr, Dark Wolf II, HUSTLE Umiro, Incognito, Kotei Yamato, Shintaro Hideki, Soh Terajima, Talisman, Tian Long, Xtinction

Incognito just seems most ready from these guys though I could see Talisman or Long winning this one too.

Sairento vs Meido Machine

Squash with some comedy thrown in.

Aki Shimizudani vs Taheji Ebisawa

I think that Ebisawa might still be a young lion (does that even have effect in DIASPORA?) so I go with older more established guy.

Horiuchi Inokuma vs Shiki Hirasi

I guess that the tension in ShimiKuma is enough to warrant a win for Inokuma here.

Result: Dark Wolf II [w] & Soh Terajima by Meido Machine [L] & HUSTLE Umiro in 10:07 via pinfall (Wolf's Call)

This was actually worse than I expected. Nice to see Soh get in some good cheap shots. And drama from Meido? Ooh. Too early to break up the team, though. They have alot of experience to build up.

I wouldn't take MOE! MONEYS! squabbles at all seriously, it's just Meido and HUSTLE having a Tsundere/Baka dynamic :p Don't have any plans to break them up anytime soon- still too entertaining to write for.

Result: Koto Arato, Kotei Yamato & Go Takashi [w] bt Hyotaru Ichigawa, Taheji Ebisawa & Kan Mitsubishi [L] in 13:10 via pinfall (DRRR!!)

This was a kind of weird match. I'm not sure why the Champ got put in with such a weak team since losing doesn't create any new challengers or stories. Maybe Arato needed a win.

Sometimes there are matches, which have no meaning at all- this was simply a get a couple of main eventers on the show (otherwise they'll complain if they're not) type of match and I didn't really want to be throwing out yet another Ichigawa-Arato match at this stage, especially on a small market show....so what better than the meaningless six man tag. As for Ichigawa tagging with 'weak' partners- all the stronger Guardians were occupied elsewhere.

Result: Zodiac & Talisman [w] bt Aki Shimizudani [L] & Horiuchi Inokuma in 12:23 via pinfall (Platinum Idol)

Now the quality starts. I've been really enjoying Z&T as a team and Zergon's been doing a great job keeping Talisman in line. ShimiKuma put on their usual strong tag match. Never any question who was going to win, though. But it would be a shame to see ShimiKuma break up. But maybe it's time for Inokuma to go all Shawn Michaels on Aki Janetty.

Zergon you're doing a great job keeping Talisman in line :p

Result: Incognito [w] bt Hiro Date [L] in 16:45 via pinfall (Incognito Driver)

Good match! This was one of those treats you get in small market shows. A couple of good wrestlers just there to put on a good match. Incognito has the ego problem but it hasn't seemed to bad so far, either.

Incognito's been OK so far- I tend to be quite lucky with so called egomaniacs.....I had Sensational Dragon to deal with in my BHOTWG diary (similar set up to Incognito supremely talented but susposedly a massive dick) and I had no real problems with him either- Now that I've said that, I'll probably get some incident involving Incognito when I sim my next show. :p

Re: Mio Mio it's about time we heard more from her. I'm sure she could sneak into a card. Get a blonde wig. A trench coat should be enough to hide her usual clothing (and an axe). So it may be for the best to let her back in, so you know where she is and what she's up to.;)

Mio Mio was never going to be gone forever but I was wary of not over-exposing her and besides the way events unfolded after the Bunkyo Hall show, meant that she had to disappear for a bit anyway.

Full Metal Panic! Tour - Show 16

Tuesday 21st February 2012,

Nagaski Arena, Kyushu (1,933- No Vacancy)

Match 0: Horiuchi Inokuma vs Shiki Hirasi

Inokuma dominated the early going, but was then a bit lax in finishing the job by arrogantly posturing for the fans, that almost cost him as Hirasi caught him in the Ankle-Lock. 'Learning Lion' was able to battle to the ropes however and then got 'serious' after that, eventually putting Hirasi away with the Kamikochi Suplex (Northern Lights Suplex)

Result: Horiuchi Inokuma [w] bt Shiki Hirais [L] in 6:25 via pinfall (Kamikochi Suplex)

Rating: 34

Takayuki Balls: I don't think the fans really bought into Inokuma-san strutting around arrogantly, even if he was in the ring with a jobber like Hirasi-san. A three minute squash would have been just as effective, if not more so here.

______________________________________________________________________

Main Show

This match saw these two heavyweights slug it out with a back and forth brawl for about five minutes. Ebisawa seemed to be getting on top, and appeared to be setting up for the Ebisawa Complex (Swinging Side Slam Backbreaker) but 'S-Pulse' managed to block that and countered with a belly to belly suplex.

Shimizudani then looked to nail Ebisawa with the Chin-Marker (Jumping Knee), but 'Forceful Dagger' managed to move out of the way and was then able to nail Shimizudani with the Dozer (Spear) to secure the win.

Result: Taheji Ebisawa [w] bt Aki Shimizudani [L] in 6:08 via pinfall (Dozer)

Rating: 42

Takayuki Balls: zzzzzzz........ oh yeah this match....Ebisawa won, that's all you need to know.

__________________________________________________________

This one looked to be a mauling right away when Sairento immediately nailed Meido Machine with a Yazuza Kick and then stomped away on the 'World' Most Dangerous Otaku'...after a Kuro Stomp brought a two count....Sairento then hoisted Meido on his shoudlers. But the MOE! MONEY! man showed some suprising fighting spirit and countered into a crucifix bomb before transitioning into the Moe Moe Clutch (Double Leg Nelson Pin) that almost earned the cross-dresser a shock victory.

Meido then avoided a Yazuza Kick from Sairento, and countered with a Dragon Screw Leg-Whip before heading up top. Meido....screamed out 'M M MEIDO BEAAAAMMM!!' before managing to nail Sairento with his signature missile drop-kick, but the Kuro Nadeshiko leader shook it off by sitting back up immediately in his customarily eerie fashion.

Meido then threw up the heart symbol

But Sairento clearly doesn't have heart as he does not freeze and instead just blows right through Meido with a lariat. The Silent Reaper then hoisted Meido upon his shoulders for a Death Valley Driver and then delivers a Kuro-Stomp (Surfboard Curb Stomp) that looked as though it would get three, but the sadistic Sairento isn't done....

He lifts the 'World's Most Dangerous Otaku' up at two and cruelly delivers two more Kuro-Stomp's before then lifting up the nail pretty much lifeless form of Meido Machine, and force the MOE! MONEY! to endure the Death Note (Spike Brainbuster).....Sairento then merely stood over Meido as referee Sugimura made the academic three count.

Result: Sairento [w] bt Meido Machine [L] in 6:54 via pinfall (Death Note)

Rating: 65

Takayuki Balls: That turned out to be a really entertaining squash match, though Meido probably wishes he put up less of a fight and just let Sairento win with the Yazuza Kick..then again Sairento's such a sadistic bastard he'd probably want to dish out the punishment anyway.

~Acceleration to Summit~

Match #3: 10 Man Super Junior Title shot Battle Royal:

Blood Spider Jr, Dark Wolf II, HUSTLE Umiro, Incognito,

Kotei Yamato, Shintaro Hideki, Soh Terajima,

Talisman, Tian Long, Xtinction

http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_BloodSpiderJr.jpghttp://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_DarkWolfII.jpghttp://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_HUSTLEUmiro.jpg

http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_TianLong.jpghttp://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q236/Tigerkinney/th_Xtinction.jpg

Ten men vying for a shot at the Super Junior Championship..... two competitors will start and the next entrant will enter after the first two minutes and then each entrant after will enter after each minute. It's over the top rope until the final two where the winner will be decided by pinfall, submission or knockout.

Blood Spider Jr and Soh Terajima- drew number 1 and 2. They tease locking up with another but just flip off the fans instead....

2 min- Entrant number 3 is: Dark Wolf II- The Kuro trio tease tossing each over the top rope a few times- only to pull their stable mate back into the ring. Unsurpisingly their mockery of the match draws some serious ire from the fans.

3 min- Entrant number 4 and here comes Xtinction!- Everybody's Shadow goes for a springboard drop-kick but that proves to be a foolish method of trying to make an impact, as Soh Terajima 'stumble's into the ropes- causing Xtinction to lose his balance and pretty much eliminate himself.

Elimination #1: Xtinction in 3:12

The Kuro trio then 'goof' around a bit more to the fans obvous frustration

4 min- Entrant number 5- Something is starting to look a bit fishy here as the next entrant is yet another Kuro-Nadeshiko member Incognito.

He comes into the ring with a microphone and performs a rap.....in Spanish! - The fans really are getting frustrated now with only Kuro members being in the ring and not wrestling!

5 min- Entrant number 6- Finally we get someone who isn't Kuro-Nadeshiko (unless you actually count Xtinction's pathetic 12 second cameo!) ...it's HUSTLE Umiro- but he too has a mic in hand and want's to challenge Xtinction to a rap battle!- He was obviously offended by Incognito mic-skills....the fans are just offended by the lack of actual wrestling!

Kuro-Nadeshiko suddenly aren't in the mood to play though and immediately like a pack of wolves start a four one one beatdown on HUSTLE.....

The MOE! MONEY! man proves somewhat resillient though and manages to 'skin the cat' after Dark Wolf II tosses him over the top.

6 min- Entrant number 7- Here comes Shintaro Hideki ! He nails Soh Terajima with a superkick ..'the Cloaked Assassin' ends up colliding with Blood Spider and ends up erroneously eliminating his own stable mate!

Elimination #2: Blood Spider Jr in 6:13

Terajima is apologizing to Blood Spider over what happens and then suddenly gets sent to the floor himself with a clothesline from HUSTLE Umiro

Elimination #3: Soh Terajima in 6:20

HUSTLE is celebrating his elimination but then gets nailed with a superkick from Hideki and ends up being elimated himself!-

Elimination #4: HUSTLE Umiro in 6:44

7 Min- Entrant number 8: Hideki doesn't have to wait long for an ally as here comes his tag partner Kotei Yamato!

It's New Solution versus the Kuro-Nadeshiko pairing of Incognito and Dark Wolf II...Yamato nails Dark Wolf II with a drop-kick and then combines with Hideki on a chop block/spin kick combo to take down Incognito...the former Junior tag champions appear to be setting up for KEIYAKUSHA (Superkick asssited German Suplex) but Hideki gets tripped up by Soh Terajima from the apron...Terajima pulls Hideki out and nails him with a Black Box shot!

Yamato is nailed with a spinning heel kick from Incognito and then planting with the Howling Fury (Slingshot Powerbomb) from Dark Wolf II....

Yamato looks to be in trouble....

8 Min- Entrant number 9: Talisman comes in and cleans house with a flurry of arm-drags and spinning headscissors on the Kuro pair- thus making the save for Yamato. Talisman then persaudes Yamato to work together with him against the Kuro pair, even though they do not represent the same stable.

Talisman and Yamato combine on a bulldog/basement drop-kick combo on Dark Wolf II....Incognito however sneaks up behind Talisman and plants 'the Second Coming' with an Incognito Driver (Snapmare Driver) but Yamato nails Incognito with a gamengiri and then plants 'El Pesadilla Hermosa' with a Gurren Driver (Scoop Slam Piledriver).....

'Pin Point' then ducks a clothesline from Dark Wolf II, and takes down the 'Howling Menace' with a basement drop-kick....

9 Min- Final Entrant: Unfortunately for Yamato the final entrant is another Kuro- Nadeshiko member Tian Long and the Imperial one nails 'Pin Point' with a cheap shot from behind before planting the former Junior Tag champ with a Chokeslam.

All entrants have now entered the match, and Yamato and Talisman find themselves in a three on two handicap against the Kuro-Nadeshiko trio.. ...

Talisman and Yamato then find themselves on the end of a three on two beatdown for the next few minutes, but they show great fighting spirit by surviving every attempt from the Kuro trio to eliminate them......

Of course the Kuro trio had forgotten that Shintaro Hideki wasn't actually eliminated and 'Integral Prowess' sneaks back in to nail Incognito with a Super-Kick- all the way over the top-rope and to the floor!

Elimination #5: Incognito in 12:57

But the Kuro pairing of Wolf and Long are still the freshment in the match and Hideki is nailed from behind by the 'Imperial One' and dumped with a Release Dragon Suplex......Dark Wolf II then follows up with a lariat to send Hideki over the top rope.....'Integral Prowess' manages to skin the cat but then gets nailed with a Black Box shot from Soh Terajima and Hideki ends up taking a tumble to the floor.

Elimination #6: Shintaro Hideki in 13:43

It is now down to the final four, but surely the Kuro pair of Long and Wolf have the advantage, in the fact that they will be completely on the same page.....

Yamato and Talisman have other idea's however and it is actually them who pull off some effective double teams to neutralise their opponents- starting with a flurry of spinning head-scissors from Talisman on Long and Wolf - followed by stereo basement drop-kicks.

Talisman and Yamato then combine on consecutive 'Poetry In Motions' to their opponents before pulling out 'New Solutions' finisher the KEIYAKUSHA (Superkick assisted German Suplex) on Tian Long.....with Talisman doing a pretty decent job of replacing Hideki in delivering the superkick.

Wolf saves a dazed Long from being dumped out of the ring and then takes down Talisman and Yamato with a double clothesline....the 'Howling Menace' then seems to take over dumping Talisman with an overhead belly to belly suplex and then dumping Yamato with a Howling Fury (Slingshot Powerbomb).....

Dark Wolf II then somewhat foolishly decided to head up top, but was cut off by Talisman who brought the 'Howling Menace' crashing back into the ring with a hurracanara. Both staggered back up to their feet and were nailed with stereo drop-kicks from Long and Yamato that sent them over the top-rope and to the floor for a double elimination!- Even more surprising for the pair is that Yamato eliminated Talisman who he was 'working' with against the Kuro pair and Long saw the opportunity to dispatch of his own stable mate.

Elimination's #7 and 8: Dark Wolf II and Talisman in 18:27

That left Kotei Yamato and Tian Long as the final two to compete for the first shot at the Super Junior Championship after Pro Wrestling Festival...... The over the top rope rules were now no longer in effect with the traditional method of a pin, submission or knockout being used to decide the winner out of these final two survivors.

Long sneaks in a low blow and quickly takes Yamato down with a school boy roll-up....

But 'Pin Point' shows great fighting spirit by kicking out... Long stays in control and sets up for a Chokeslam but Yamato manages to fight his way out with a series of elbows to the side of the head...and then counters with the Gurren MK II Driver (Sitout Side Driver).........

But Yamato collapses out of sheer exhaustion and he is unable to make a immediate cover....Long is still down and he scrambles across.....

One......

Two.....

The 'Imperial One' kicks out but is then caught in the Knightmare Frame (Bridging Cobra Clutch)........

Tian Long looks set to tap out but all of a sudden referee Ochida is pulled out of the ring by Long's tag partner Incognito. Incognito occupies Ochida, whilst Blood Spider Jr sneaks in breaks up the submission and then spews mist into Yamato's eyes......

Long then sneaks in another schoolboy roll-up on Yamato......

One......

Two......

Yamato kicks out but he's still disorientated and the 'Imperial One' dumps 'Pin Point' with a Dragon Suplex before heading up top.......

Long comes crashing down upon Yamato with the Corkscrew From Heaven (Corkscrew Senton)

One......

Two.....

Three !

The veteran schemer Tian Long found a way to this 10 man Battle Royal and earn a shot at the Super Junior Championship.

Final Elimination: Kotei Yamato in 23:14 (pinfall- Corkscrew From Heaven)

Result: Tian Long won a 10 man Battle Royal in 23:14

Rating: 68

Takayuki Balls: You rarely get great matches with Battle Royals and the over the top rules, admittedly limited the Junior Division wrestlers from being seen at their best....that being said the in-ring action did get better in the latter stages and throughout the match they made up for the lack of action with some good storytelling...even if the lack of action did try the crowd's patience in the beginning.

Post match Tian Long gets on the microphone

'I bet many of you had written off this so called relic, you all seem to forget that I am the wisest man in wrestling and that my wisdom far exceeds that of all my opponents put together. And whoever faces me after Pro Wrestling Festival will be looking across the ring at a champion , because I shall be holding gold.....Junior Tag Team gold that is alongside Incognito'

Rating: 69 _____________________________________________________

The S.H.I.P trio came out of the traps faster, but 'The Forgotten' unit managed to turn things round when Kasuse caused Nori to lose his balance by shaking the ropes when the S.H.I.P leader set up for a springboard drop-kick.

'The Forgotten' trio then threw everthing they had at Nori, with Kasuse and Hidaka combining on a vertical suplex/flying crossbody combo and Kotara planting Nori with the North Light Suplex.

But 'Battle' wasn't going to give in and eventually found a way out of trouble with a Tornado DDT on Kasuse and then consecutive drop-kicks on Hidaka and Kotara before getting the tag into Date.

From there on the the Tokyo Wrecking Crew took control with Yotara dumped with a Rejection II (Backdrop suplex) by Date and then Hidaka taken out with the Sky Tree (Doomsday Device) by the All Asia Tag Champs....Kasuse managed to make the save with the All About Yen (Diving Leg Drop) upon Date and then nailed Yamawaki with a gamengiri.

But Nori then tagged himself back in and drilled Kasuse with the springboard missile drop-kick, a Reverse STO and then the Endless Nori (kick flurry ending with a high kick to the head) followed to secure the victory for the S.H.I.P trio.

Result: Hiroto Nori [w], Hiro Date & Oda Yamawaki bt Yachi Kotara, Kohei Hidaka & Hideaki Kasuse [L] in 11:15 via pinfall (Endless Nori)

Rating: 65

Takayuki Balls: Solid six man tag- Nori was obviously put over as the big deal here....repelling the best 'The Forgotten' could throw at him and then being the one to secure the win for his team.

___________________________________________________________

This one just began as an ugly brawl and the fight soon spilt out ot the floor, where the rule-bending UNK took full advantage with Ono getting in some chair shots on Arato and then GUSHIKEN body-slamming Takashi onto the ring-steps.

When things settled down the UNK were in total control with Takashi isolated in their corner. The Kuro-Nadeshiko pair methodically worked over 'Nippon Hart' in their corner but they spent too much time taunting the crowd and that allowed Takashi to rock GUSHIKEN with a jumping knee strike and then nail Ono with a drop-kick before looking to make a tag, but GUSHIKEN recovered and prevented Takashi from tagging out, before getting a cheap shot in on Arato.

Takashi then had to endure more punishment from the UNK but showed plenty of fighting spirit by kicking out of a GUSHIKEN Driver (Samoan Driver) and then a press-slam from Ono. Ono then went for the Tsunami Big Splash but Takashi had enough left in the tank to move out of the way and then begin scrambling for the corner, only for Ono to get back up and prevent Takashi from once again making the tag......

Ono then delivered a few clubbing blows to 'Nippon Hart' before whipping him into the corner and then going for a running splash but once again Takashi managed to move out of the way and then planted Ono with the Headless Ride (Running Neckbreaker).....

Takashi then finally got the tag to a fired up Arato, who cleaned house with a flurry of Arato-Lariat's before making the pin attempt on Ono, only for GUSHIKEN to make the save, but a fired up Arato dished out move Arato-Lariat's to 'Great Thunder' before taking down Ono with shoulder tackle.

Arato then applied the Dreamland (Rear Naked Choke) to Ono, but just as it looked as though referee Ochida would have to call for the bell.....GUSHIKEN came in and made the save, before sneaking in a low blow on Arato and planting Strong Dreamer with a GUSHIKEN Driver (Samoan Driver).......

GUSHIKEN then tried to go for the GUSHIKEN Series (Triple Rolling German suplex) but on the third German, Arato managed to force a standing switch and counter into a German of his own before staggering into this corner to take the tag from Takashi.

'Nippon Hart' delivered a running knee to the downed GUSHIKEN for a two count, and then went to apply the Dollars (Inverted Cloverleaf) submission but 'Great Thunder' powered his way out of the hold and then nailed Takashi with the GUSHIKEN Smash (Charging Elbow smash) before then planting Takashi with the GUSHIKEN Firebomb (Thunder Fire Powerbomb) to secure the win for the UNK.

Result: GUSHIKEN [w] & Chojiro Ono vs Koto Arato & Go Takashi [L] in 13:56 via pinfall (GUSHIKEN Firebomb)

Rating: 69

Takayuki Balls: The respect the fans have for seeing veteran legends GUSHIKEN and Arato, in action lifted what was a pretty run of the mill 'brawl' based tag match, with Takashi forced to take alot of punishment and show plenty of fighting spirit.

GUSHIKEN: Wrecking Crew you threw your pathetic stable mates in front of us that has-been Arato and that misguided young lion Takashi. No wonder he keeps taking a beating in his matches, if he's taking guidance from you S.H.I.P fools! You won't stop us taking those All Asia Tag belts away from you.... you just don't have it, to stop the Udon Noodle Killers!

_____________________________________________________________

Prime Dragon and Zodiac start this one off and they engage in some chain wrestling that ends in a stale-mate and a show of respect between the two Junior Division wrestlers. Dragon tags in Ichigawa but Minamoto jumps off the apron wanting no part of the match at this stage, leaving Zodiac to take on Ichigawa, much to the Junior Tag Champions bewilderment.

Zodiac however uses his speed to hold his own against Ichigawa taking the heavyweight champion down with some dizzying tilt-a-whirls, but Ichigawa recovers when Zodiac looked to head up top and sent 'Innovations God' crashing back in with a biel throw. Ichigawa then lined up for the Decapitator (Running Big Boot) but was tripped up from the apron by Minamoto and pulled out to the floor....

Minamoto got in some cheap-shots but Ichigawa fired right back and the two engaged in a back and forth brawl out on the floor....only for a recovered Zodiac to come soaring over the top-rope with a no hand corkscrew plancha.....Then as anyone were just getting back to their feet and shaking the cobwebs from their heads, Prime Dragon got in on the action again....heading up top and then crashing down upon everyone with a moonsault press.

Referee Sugimura almost counts everyone out but Dragon and Zodiac beat the count and once again engage in their hold for hold, counter for counter chain wrestling contest, that's until Minamoto cheap shots Dragon from the apron.

Zodiac does not look too enamoured by Minamoto's intervention and argues with 'Rumble Heart' only to get quickly rolled up from behind by Prime Dragon.....

One.....

Two.....

Zodiac kicks out, and then perhaps irritated now by Dragon trying to sneak victory in a relatively cheap manner, steps it up a gear and peppers the 'Grand Pillar' with a series of kicks before setting up for a Beetle Suplex (Tiger Suplex) but Dragon manages to force a standing switch and counters into a release German.

Dragon then nailed Zodiac with a rolling wheel kick, before heading over to the ropes to set up for the Dragonsault, but he was taken off balance when Minamoto simply leaned against the ropes.....the Super Junior Champion dropped into the Tree of Woe position, and this time Zodiac took full advantage of Minamoto's intervention by nailing Dragon with a basement drop-kick.

Zodiac went for a quick cover, but Dragon was always going to kick out of that before tagging Minamoto into the match. 'Rumble Heart' managed to overpower the still dazed Super Junior Champion before hoisting the 'Grand Pillar' upon his shoulders....and delivering the Gurugu Mawaru (Airplane Spin Samoan Drop)- the move still getting a good reaction from the crowd, despite Minamoto's rather questionable behaviour of late.....

Of course after delivering that move Minamoto was all dizzy himself and 'Rumble Heart' stumbled around the ring before making the cover.......

One......

Two.......

Dragon kicked out, Minamoto's own disorientation giving the Super Junior Champion time to recover. Dragon then rocked Minamoto with a gamengiri but 'Rumble Heart' shook it off and came back with a knee strike, before hoisting Dragon upon his shoulders and delivering a gutbuster for a two count.

Minamoto then whipped Dragon back into his teams corner and tagged Zodiac back into the match- it was at this point that the pace of the match slowed down for a bit as Minamoto and Zodiac simply looked to try and wear the Super Junior Champion down with quick tags and body part targetted offence.....the main body part of their focus was Dragon's right arm, particularly highlighted when Minamoto placed Dragon in an arm wringer and then Zodiac came crashing down upon Dragon's arm with a double stomp.

Dragon manages to battle his way out of trouble however, nailing Zodiac with a palm strike and then drilling 'Innovations God' with the Prime Driver (Over The Shoulder Belly to Back Piledriver)....the Super Junior Champion decides to go for the cover......

One.....

Two.....

Zodiac kicks out, but Dragon's cover was a weak one due to him not really hooking the leg properly.....

Dragon is clearly favouring the arm that Minamoto and Zodiac were working on, and a recovered Zodiac takes full advantage with a drop-kick, followed by a Tilt-A-Whirl that he quickly transitions in the Flame Haze crucifix arm bar........

Seeing that Dragon is in major trouble....Ichigawa manages to scramble into the ring and break up the cover, but is quickly engaged by referee Sugimura, who tells the Heavyweight Champion to get back to his corner......

Minamoto takes full advantage of that, sneaking into the ring and get a few stomps in on Dragon, before scoop slamming the 'Grand Pillar' into position for Zodiac, who has headed out on the apron to come springboarding back in with Another Universe (Springboard 450 Splash).....

But Dragon still has enough of his wits about him to get his knees up and wind 'Innovations God'.....

There was of course only one thing on Dragon's mind at this stage and that was to find a way to get Ichigawa back into the match. Dragon looked to be just about on the verge of tagging out, when Zodiac manage to catch up with him, and then after a few clubbing blows....set the 'Grand Pillar' up for a Zodiac Sniper (Sunset Flip Powerbomb) but before Zodiac could deliver it, Dragon managed to counter with a back body drop, before finally getting a well rested and fired up Ichigawa back into the match.

'White Light' took immediate control against Zodiac and was soon setting up for rhe Chugoku Spike (Cradle Piledriver) but Zodiac managed to wriggle free and then stun Ichigawa with a Gamengiri only to then get nailed with the Decapitator (Running Bicycle Kick).....

One......

Two......

Thr.......

Minamoto dived in to make the save, and then squared up to Ichigawa- referee Sugimura soon got between them and sent Minamoto back to his corner, but Minamoto's distraction gave Zodiac time to recover and stun Ichigawa with a drop-kick before building momentum into the Escaflowne (Tilt-A-Whirl Crucifix Bomb Pin)......

One......

Two......

Thr.......

Ichigawa managed to kick out, but was left feeling all disorientated and Zodiac saw the opportunity to head up top.......But 'White Light' wasn't really worn down enough and was soon back to his feet to cut Zodiac off....only for 'Innovations God' to counter whatever Ichigawa had in mind to send Zodiac crashing back into the ring with a Tornado DDT......

Zodiac then made the decision to tag Minamoto back into the match, and 'Rumble Heart' immediately went to nail Ichigawa with his own signature Decapitator (Running Bicycle Kick) but Ichigawa saw that one coming, side stepped out of the way and clipped Minamoto's legs from underneath him with a single leg-take-down.

Minamoto got right back up though, and the two men who would be fighting over the Heavyweight Championship then squared up to one another, before exploding into a back and forth exchange of chops and fore-arms....neither one wanting to show weakness to the other by backing down. Eventually both get worn down by each others relentless barrage and a seperation happens, leading to both deciding to go for the Decapitator (Running Bicyle Kick) then miss one another and then both go for clothesline's ending up with a mid-ring collison that left both of them down in the middle of the ring.

Referee Sugimura applied a double ten count, but both were able to get back to their feet and once again reignited their intense brawl with one another, Minamoto though seemed to be making more in-roads into Ichigawa's resistance and eventually had 'White Light' weakened enough to set up for the Harima DDT (Double Underhook DDT) but Ichigawa was luring Minamoto into a false sense of security, breaking free of the double underhook and then suddenly floating over and catching 'Rumble Heart' in the Crucifix Arm Bar!

Minamoto tried to lift Ichigawa up and counter with powerbomb, but the Heavyweight Champion's will to apply his submisison proved to be stronger and Minamoto fell to the canvas, on the verge of tapping out......

Only for Zodiac to realise the desperation of the situation for his team, and intervene by breaking up the pin......that drew out Prime Dragon who soon sent Zodiac out to the floor and followed up by holding Zodiac off, as Ichigawa looked to re-apply the Crucifix Arm Bar....

But Minamoto was able to block the attempt , and trapping Ichigawa in a headlock rained down a series of elbows upon the top of Ichigawa's head, but he was unable to keep up the assault, the arm Ichigawa had trapped in the Crucifix Arm Bar, still paining 'Rumble Heart'.....

Minamoto went for the cover on the still dazed Ichigawa.......

One.......

Two........

Thr.....

Ichigawa was able to kick out, but Minamoto remained in control and he went to set up for the Ode to Eri (Cradle Brainbuster).....

But he was unable to get Ichigawa up and the Heavyweight Champion went to counter into the Chugoku Spike (Cradle Piledriver) but Minamoto was able to block that, Ichigawa then tried to set up for a Dragon Suplex but Minamoto was able to force a standing switch and dump Ichigawa with a high angle belly to back suplex, before collapsing to the mat unable to follow up with a cover.....

Then just mere seconds apart Zodiac and Prime Dragon were tagged back into the match by their exhausted tag partners.

The two Junior Division stand outs pick up on their fast paced chain wrestling from the start of the match....Prime Dragon connects with a Rolling Wheel Kick and sets up for the Prime Driver (Over the Shoulder Belly to Back Piledriver) but Zodiac blocks that and counters into a Beetle Suplex (Tiger Suplex)......

One.......

Two.....

Thr.......

Dragon kicks out and then nails Zodiac with a palm strike, the 'Grand Pillar' follows that up with a superkick and then drills 'Innovations God' with the Prime Driver.......

One.....

Two......

Thr.....

Zodiac kicks out, but is then caught into the Dragon's Bite (Inverted Facelock Sleeper), but Dragon has the submission hold applied too near the ropes and Zodiac is able to force the ropebreak.......

The Grand Pillar then looked to set up for the Prime Driver once again but , Zodiac was able to block and then after delivering a boot into Dragon's mid-section, stunned the Super Junior champion with a Zodiac Sniper '98 (Leg Trap Sunset Flip Powerbomb)......

One......

Two.....

Thr........

Dragon shows the fighting spirit of a champion by kicking out........

But the 'Grand Pillar' remained rooted to the mat, and Zodiac headed up top only for Dragon to suddenly spark back into life, to send 'Innovations God' crashing back into the ring with the DRAGON'S FLAME!! (Moonsault Side Slam) ......

The rarely seen move pops the crowd into a frenzy, but it has also taken alot out of the Super Junior Champion and he is unable to follow up with a cover, however he does end up nearer to his corner and is able to get Ichigawa back into the match.

'White Light' pulls Zodiac up for the Chugoku Spike but to Ichigawa's suprise Zodiac still has something left in the tank, blocking the Chugoku Spike attempt and then suddenly countering with a ZODIAC SNIPER X!!

But before Zodiac can make the cover on Ichigawa, Minamoto makes the blind tag.....

'Rumble Heart' circles around Ichigawa , waits for the dazed heavyweight champion to stagger back up to his feet and then applies the Akira Takano Tea Club Special (Tilt-A-Whirl Headscissors Arm Bar).....

Ichigawa having just been spiked on his head just moments earlier, and probably on the verge of being pinned for a three count anyway, has nothing left to give and immediately taps.

Minamoto of course celebrates the victory like he did all the work- though the crowd still seem receptive of the effort he put into this match, just like the other three men who did battle in the ring.

Result: Eikichi Minamoto [w] & Zodiac bt Hyotaru Ichigawa [L] & Prime Dragon in 31:49 via submission (Akira Takano Tea Club Special)

Rating: 84

Takayuki Balls: Incredible main event, because this was inter-faction- the crowd may have been thinking that the match might lack a bit of an edge, but they soon blew that out of the water with Minamoto whose behavour is becoming increasingly selfish becoming the matches primary antagonist and it's that selfish behaviour that played into the finish of the match. There will be tag matches that will provide more innovative spots, especially those with proper full time tag team pairings but there is little doubt that the four men in the ring here pulled out all the stops.

Post match Eikichi Minamoto grabs a microphone:

'Ichigawa-san you are a great champion, I will give you that, but after Pro Wrestling Festival..that will become past tense, because lets face it I am like you, only superior. Case in point my new submission finish the Akira Takano Tea Club Special....not only does it have a much cooler name, named after someone so cool they can disguise themseves as penguin..it is of course also a much superior version of your own submission move, the blandly named Crucifix Arm Bar....so I'm just like you Ichigawa-san, only younger, better, more charismatic and more likely to sell tickets......

At Pro Wrestling Festival, it's time to take a step back......old.......man.'

Rating: 74

Post Match Comments:

Zodiac: I should be feeling happy that I won a match, and yet I feel irritated....I feel irritated right now by Minamoto-san. I'm pleased he's discovered a competive edge, we should all strive to be the best, but he's become obsessed with trying to show up Ichigawa-san.....he's quickly becoming like those jerks Kuro-Nadeshiko.....Do we really want someone like fighting alongside us?

Prime Dragon: I can only hope after his match against Ichigawa-san that Minamoto-san snaps out of this increasingly arrogant behaviour of his, but I fear that be it win or lose...he will only go to a darker place, I truly am afraid that the Guardians are 'losing' a once competent ally.

Hyotaru Ichigawa: Minamoto-san can boast all he likes about 'his' victory over me here, when it truly matters I will remind him why I am a champion...I will show him the values of a true champion. When all is said in done he will learn humility once again, I will make sure of that.

Overall: 78

Takayuki's Final Verdict: The undercard was slightly underwhelming and this was heading towards being a disappointing show and then the main event happened. Sometimes you get those 'one match shows' but that one-match can send the fans home truly satisfied and happy that they have been to a great show, especially if it's the main event, because the main event is the lasting image the fan will take home with them.

As we chomped down on some Champon noodles (you've got have some Champon, when in Nagasaki, or at least I always think that) , I had to ask why Zodiac and Prime Dragon put so much effort into the main event of the show we just had put on in Nagasaki. A main event that turned out to be arguably the best match of the year so far during my tenure as DIASPORA's head booker. It's not that I'm not grateful of the effort, I was just surprised by it....for a relatively insignicant show.

'Well, who said that we should always save our best effort for the big shows' chimed in Zodiac

'Zodiac-san here is right, at times we like to give back to the smaller markets, for the fans that come to see us in those regions are just as important to us as those fans in Tokyo or Osaka'' added Prime Dragon

'And besides those fans from Nagasaki and all around Kyushu, had not seen us in a while- so we truly felt we owed it to them to truly do our best and put on something special'

But I had to think that surely we would end up with a worn out roster, and with the fans expecting us to hit the ball out of the park every show, expectations where we would be setting ourselves up to fail by not meeting such lofty standards for every show we put on be it in Bunkyo Hall or in some small market town in the middle of Shikoku.

'Oh we know that every night we cannot produce what we did earlier tonight here in Nagasaki, and I think our fans are informed enough to know that too.'

'Bunkyo Hall shows and the supershows- that is where the fans expect us to pull out all the stops but occasionally just occasionally it's nice to give them a treat on a show such as the one we did don't you think?'

I fully understood what they meant, and it was good to see my bosses in such positive mood. Besides, if I was a fan watching the Nagasaki show...the main event would have gone beyond even my already high expectations and I would have gone away a satisfied customer. We just have to be careful, the next time we visit here, we don't let these fans down, because despite what Zodiac and Dragon said I'm pretty sure expectations have been raised and we need to be ready to rise to that challenge.

DIASPORA's make a trip to the Izumo Civic in Shimane prefecture, Chugoku on Thursday 23rd February, in the final Full Metal Panic! Tour show before the DIASPORA-Pro Wrestling Festival supershow event on Sunday 26th February in Tokyo.

Heavyweight Champion Hyotaru Ichigawa will team with Junior Tag Team Champion Zodiac in front of a 'home' crowd against the Kuro-Nadeshiko duo of GUSHIKEN and Tian Long in the main event, who will be keen to spoil Ichigawa's home-coming and build momentum for their up-coming tag title matches at Pro Wrestling Festival.

The semi main event see's the Guardians of DIASPORA and Kuro-Nadeshiko once again do battle with Eikichi Minamoto teaming with Super Junior champion Prime Dragon and Junior Tag champion Talisman to take on a Kuro trio of leader Sairento alongside Incognito and Chojiro Ono. Minamoto has been a on tear of late, as he builds towards a Heavyweight title showdown with fellow Guardian Hyotaru Ichigawa but his increasingly selfish behaviour has put him at odds with his stable mates and that is something Kuro will surely be clean to exploit, as they look to gain some momentum heading into Pro Wrestling Festival.

In Junior Tag Team action the S.H.I.P duo of Hiroto Nori and Shintaro Hideki face off with the Kuro-Nadeshiko pair of Soh Terajima and Dark Wolf II, in something of a warm up for Hideki and Terajima ahead of their tag match alongside Kotei Yamato and Blood Spider Jr at Pro Wrestling Festival.

Meanwhile S.H.I.P will also be in six man action with the All Asia Tag champions the Tokyo Wrecking Crew (Date & Yamawaki) lining up alongside Kotei Yamato against the trio of ShimiKuma and Shiki Hirasi. Whilst fellow S.H.I.P member Koto Arato will be looking to avoid an upset against the Guardians young powerhouse Taheji Ebisawa in heavyweight singles action.

Rounding out the main show HUSTLE Umiro and Kohei Hidaka meet in junior singles action, Blood Spider Jr and Kan Mitsubishi do battle in an openweight contest and there will be a 4-way featuring Meido Machine, Hideaki Kasuse, Xtinction and Hunter Wolfe. Question is just which Hunter Wolf will turn up?

Pre-show action for fans who come to the Izumo Civic Arena early will be heavyweight singles action between Go Takashi and Yachi Kotara.

Here is a run-down of the full card for Show 14 of the the Full Metal Panic! Tour.....
