However, following the death of Eric Lothario no-one has been able to contact LWA head booker Chase Paige. Without Paige Álvaro Buey Jr was forced to cancel both shows. Rumour has it that U-demand basically tore a strip off Álvaro Buey Jr and told him, 'No Chase Paige, no deal'. It has since been confirmed that U-demand have cancelled their contract with the LWA. The police issued a statement that they wish for Brian to come forward of his own free will so that he can provide an alibi to clear his name, but they will find him if he does not. Several items with King's DNA on them, his fingerprint on the 'ON' button of the wood-chipper and the fact that Brian was very public about his hatred of Lothario would seem to implicate him quite heavily. Chase Paige was certainly a man with vision, in the last three months the LWA has put on some of the best shows in it's history, we have hired workers that we would never been able to approach or even afford before Chase came along. And for that I thank him. I understand that the what is increasingly looking like murder of his best friend has hit him hard, and for that he has my deepest sympathy and condolence. But this is my business, and it must continue to run. Chase is a businessman, I know he will understand. All this comes just days before Paige was due to announce the completion of his latest project, the LWA Studio and Academy. Paige, from the very start of his time with the LWA, has been quietly redeveloping an old Paige Media studio complex in Puerto Rico, transforming it into offices, a purpose built wrestling arena and a training school for the LWA. Rumour has it that part of Prophecy's contract included being Head Trainer of the LWA Academy. With all these assets still in Paige's name it is doubtfull now that it will ever be used.
