RULES

  1. Credit goes to The Curator/mistaken for the layout here.

  2. You have 4 votes to nominate , 1 for each category.

  3. All non-Cornellverse diaries (both real world and fantasy) have been combined into a 'Mod' category.

  4. You may substitute your C-Verse nomination for a 2nd Mod nomination, or vice versa.

  5. A new 'Monthly Spotlight' category has been created in place of last month's additions. In this category, you will single out a specific aspect of a diary that particularly impressed you over the course of the month, be it a match, show, angle, storyline, development of a character, etc.

  6. You may not nominate yourself.

  7. All nominations must include a reason.

  8. Mod & Cornellverse: must have at least
    8
    shows, with at least 2 of those shows this month.

  9. Rookie DOTM: any diary started since the first of the prior month, the only post requirement for rookie is one show in the current month, and not started by a Hall of Famer. (non-diary threads are no longer eligible)

  10. Monthly Spotlight: Minimum requirement of one show during the current month.

  11. Hall of Famers include: Monkeypox, Scapino1974, Tristram, Adam Ryland, Nevermore, Tigerkinney, KeefMoon, J Silver, James Casey, BigPapa42, Marcel Fromage, Reaper, Dragonmack, Eisen-verse, Self, Phantom Stranger, jhd1, The Final Countdown, angeldelayette and NoNeck.

  12. You CAN nominate the winner from last month's Rookie Category to the full awards regardless of start date (The Pop! Network presents... Coast To Coast! by |Anderz|)

  13. You can NOT nominate WAR on the Vegas Strip... by Eisen-verse to Cornellverse DOTM.

  14. You can NOT nominate WWE Bizarro by Rhudipoo to Mod DOTM.

  15. A vote for yourself is an automatic disqualification.

  16. The hope is to update this at least once a day.

This has been an excellent diary right from the start and has been getting eve better, with the recent invasion of a 'Serious' heel group, opposed to what POW! stands for, taking the story to new heights of awesomeness.

Monthly Spotlight: J.K. Stallings paranoia and obsession with revenge from Eisen-Verse's WAR diary.

Brought us up-to-date, and also used my Monthly Spotlight nomination on the Bizarro PPV in WWE Bizarro.

 

I should note that the same diary can receive multiple nominations in the Monthly Spotlight category. For instance, if someone else wanted to nominate the (hilarious) character of Scott Steiner from Bizarro, they would be allowed to do so despite my nomination.

Cornellverse: SWF Supreme by James Casey , continues to impress.

 

Rookie: Angeldelayette, USPW re rendering a company , Back to his favorite and if he sticks too it looking good.

 

Second rookie if allowed otherwise this one before Angel OLLIE: Tradition.Enhanced by jesseewiak Mexican companies don't get enough love and hes doing a good job so far.

I hate to say it but Angel no qualifies for Rookie, he's a HOFer. :(

I'd like to nominate MJStark's Paige/Lothario: Legacies (jhdVerse) for Best Rookie diary.

 

I'm really enjoying what MJStark is doing with his diary and the style he's using. It's all very entertaining and easy to follow, and the diaries crossover with jhd1's AWF diary is a fairly unique concept. It does feel odd to be nominating someone who's been around as long as MJStark to a rookie category, but the diary is certainly new and I think it's deserving.

The diaries I would have nominated this month are already up there. Rather than expand the list I think I'll just keep schtum and vote for them.

The graphical mastery of:

 

BUSHIDO PRO: Ghetto Samurai [C-Verse] by The Celt

 

This is one of the 2-3 best-looking diaries EVER on these boards. Celt has clearly spent ages working on it and it looks amazing.

On top of that the custom backgrounds for each worker are perfect for the company, unique and really deep in imagination.

Consrvtve's WWE Attitude Adjustment. Seriously its the best real world dynasty out there. The graphics are top notch, its crazy realistic its as close as I've ever gotten on here to feeling like I'm watching an actual WWE show. Its hard to resist jumping the shark and bringing in half of ROH or reforming the nWo or buying out TNA or stealing a bunch of their talent. The guy is flat out a great writer and I'd love for him to get the recognition he deserves.

 

Cornellverse Arwink's HGC diary is an awesome dynasty I love the characters, I love the storylines and again I like how he's keeping it as realistic as it gets. Tommy Cornell isn't World Champion in three months.

 

There are more to come but I wanted to get these out here.
